Mike and his crew are wonderful!

Very unprofessional this company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists! They did mold remediation in my home come to find out there is still mold in my kitchen, it is black and old. Not only that but they contaminated the rest of my house with hazardous materials and still have not done anything about it!

Tanya from West Coast Fire and water was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my water damage incident at my rental home. She was patient with me and listened to all the problems I was having. They were quick to come out and give me estimates as well. I would highly recommend West Coast Fire and Water for their services!

West Coast Fire and Water recently completed a water damage repair in our home. We decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen, which included new counters, cabinets, sink, moving the sink which required replumbing, and flooring. We replaced all the flooring in our house, also. Brian and his team came in first and packed everything up and moved everything, including some furniture into the Pod Storage Unit they placed in our driveway and then the demolition started. Brian and his team were very accommodating, professional, and respectful of our property. After this, we met with Victor and he met us at different stores and helped us choose the new cabinets, counters, and flooring. We really appreciated his knowledge and honest opinion on what we were choosing. Once the work began, everything moved along very quickly. We were very fortunate to have Dan, Tomas, Gile, Antonio and Victor working on this remodel. We also really appreciated the work that Geno, one of Victor's subcontractors did. All of the people who worked here were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Whenever we had a question, or wanted to make a slight change, Victor was very quick to respond and do whatever we needed. We are extremely pleased with how everything went and very happy with how everything looks. We will definitely recommend this company.

We recently discovered a water leak which required some demolition and mitigation. Gus the crew chief came to our home to determine the extent of the damage and what would be required to get it demolished and dried out. Gus was very thorough and polite. In the following days the demo and mitigation team came and quickly and efficiently performed the demo and actually discovered the true cause of the damage. It took awhile to get everything dried out and during the process someone from the team came out almost daily to check progress and to keep me informed of the progress. Gus would check in every evening to let me know where things were at. Every single person that has come into my home from West Coast Fire & Water has been polite, professional and always cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend West Coast, Gus and his mitigation team for any fire or water mitigation issues you might encounter.

Josh and River recently helped us deal with the aftermath of a dishwasher leak. They were friendly and efficient, and it was obvious that they are committed to great customer service. Even my dog loved them! I hope we don't have water mitigation needs in the future but, if anything comes up, West Coast Fire & Water will be our first call.

*Tomorrow I will post updated pictures* Before I start, how is having insulation with smoke damage not taking out of my house? West Coast Fire & Water supposed to get rid of anything/everything that was damage by fire, smoke, and water, but that was not the case.... I wrote a review on how the company did a great Job. But little did I know when the construction company looked above the plastic covers that the insulation was still there. The insulation was the color of smoke and it still smelled like smoke. how can the company say that this job is completed? The company only took out the insulation in the hallways, but left the insulation in all the bedrooms, living, and kitchen. West Coast Fire & Water subbed out the insulation to another company, but they signed off on the project in the end. When I brought this matter to West Coast Fire & Water, Leo Martinez told me he didn’t know why they didn’t finish the job. He gave me the excuse that the project manager isn’t with the company anymore, as a result, he can’t get his side of the story on the matter. Leo also told me at times the insurance company would tell the company to stop the project (which I confirmed with the insurance company, Leo’s statement isn’t true). Leo and I kept going around in circles about who was responsible. Leo kept saying “It is his (Project Manager) word against the other (Insurance).” But when I told Leo that the insurance company didn’t have anything to do with stopping the project, He didn’t have any answer, but gave me the number of the subcontractor, and that was the only resolution they gave me, instead of taking responsibility for the matter and sending someone to fix their mistake. I wasn't expecting to do it for free, but to get it completed so I can move on with the construction. Now I need to stop the construction of my house to deal with this issue which should have been handled last March. I checked on Not Professional because of their customer service. They even left a huge fan machine at my house and if I didn't let them know about it, it probably would have been at my house still. I check Poor Quality because when you peel back the plastic, West Coast Fire & Water may have completed 30 percent of the job. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old post before I inspected their work. read above for updated information. On Jan.7th my roof caught on fire from the severe weather. the fire spread inside the roof, part of the hallway, and Kitchen. the fire department came out the put the fire out. My house was damaged by the combination of fire and water: roof, hallway, ceiling, bathroom, floors, and kitchen. A representative from West Coast Fire & Water, John Valquez, came in and was very professional and knowledgeable of my situation. His detailed assessment made me calm and that everything will be ok. John and his crew did the abasement, water restoration (Floors and walls), clean up the smoke from walls, floors, and appliances. They sealed the damaged area with plastic covers to make it easier for the construction company to do their work. Update on this; John no longer works there.

Charles & Bryon were great. They came out on a late last minute emergency to patch up a store window that was broken. Would recommend. Cleaned up the area when they were done.

Brian at the Santa Rosa office is a kind and thoughtful person who helped us through the process of black mold remediation with great patience. I'm in my late 80's and live alone. A broken water heater line showered the basement area of my home, saturating 50 years of stored personal items while soaking through a sheetrock wall to flood the adjacent (shag carpet) family room. As the downstairs portion of my home is no longer used, the hot shower continued for 3 weeks, causing a tremendous amount of damage. West Coast not only cleaned up the disaster zone, but then came back a year later to assist with additionally discovered problems- at no charge! The West Coast staff and crew are amazing! We had a leak that affected multiple rooms in our home, so insurance got involved and called West Coast to handle dry out/mold mitigation. Dealing with leaks and mold is stressful for so many reasons, but Mike LaBelle from West Coast did everything he could to make the entire mitigation experience as pleasant as possible. He was extremely respectful, responsive, and honest in communicating expectations every step of the way. Mike’s customer service skills are top tier, and we found ourselves wishing that interactions with all companies were as smooth as the interactions were with him. You can tell that he and the team actually care about the people they’re helping. They’re also punctual, which is something we value in addition to honesty. We’re so thankful to Mike and West Coast for their help with this part of the process. We hope to not have any other leaks in the future, but if we do, we’d absolutely call West Coast again. Josh and his team were amazing to work with, taking a stressful situation and making it manageable, all while being so professional, knowledgable and very responsive to my many questions and concerns after my fridge waterline leaked and created water damage. After meeting with multiple other businesses it was very clear to me immediately Josh knew what he was doing and how to get it done (including dealing with my insurance). West Coast did an ozone treatment for tobacco smoke remediation in our new home. They were great and offered us several options so we could pick the one that best met our needs and budget. I cannot thank the team at West Coast Fire & Water enough. Our upstairs toilet clogged and the chain was caught causing the water to run over. In a matter of 30 minutes we had water seeping through the floor, down the wall and through the garage ceiling. A complete nightmare. In a panic we started calling several companies who were too busy to help or did not answer the phone. This was during the storms and torrential downpours earlier this past winter. However, Charlie at West Coast water responded immediately and instructed us right away on what to do and was out a short time later. They had us do a few things immediately like pull away a small section of dry wall, pull back carpet and set up a few fans. When they came out they did a moisture detection to ensure that everything was completely dry before the sheetrock repairs were performed. Their quick response and expertise helped us avoid a disastrous and costly repair and also avoid any potential for mold development. Charlie and the team treated us like family guided us every step of the way. When the work was complete, his team provided us a comprehensive Moisture Inspection Report with photos, analysis and moisture readings to ensure every area tested “dry” which will be important down the road when we sell. Thank you West Coast Water & Fire for being there when we needed you!!! We can’t thank you enough for all you did. My wife Teri and I recommend them 100% without reservation.

They were out here and got the roof covered with plastic very quickly do to storm damage tree branch through the roof. And are working with the insurance to follow up on other damage very professionally company to work with.

We had a tree fall on our house and a related fire. John Velasquez and West Coast were responsive, professional, curious, and efficient. I can't say enough about the help they provide when we were in a difficult place.

I had some water damage from recent storms that leaked from the roof. I had a hvac system installed on the roof between storms. Bad idea. Diddnt seal. Luckily was able to cover unit until sealant dried. And placed fans in the attic. I had West Coast Fire and Water come to check for mold and residual water damage in the attic. Bryan came out on time and was able to inspect the attic. He lifted insulation and checked for damage to the ceiling. He spent a good 30 minutes checking things out. Told me all looked good. Thank goodness. Will definitely call if needed again. Thanks for the help. Best of all no charge. Us seniors appreciate that.

This company is by far, the best at what they do 🙌 !!! If I could I would give them a 10! My house caught on fire on October 2, 2022. My homeowner’s insurance worked swiftly to get a restoration company who would take on the fire and water damage clean-up. The company that came out (for the first month) focused on taking pictures of the total loss content and failed to extract the water damage. With that said, my house was sitting in water for a little over a month creating additional water damage as well as minor mold. My insurance adjuster alerting me that I should look for a new restoration company to come clean up the water and fire damage that the 1st company did not want to be part of. I quickly googled the nearest restoration company and got in touch with West Coast Fire and Water (previously known as Servpro). Brian Rodriguez and his crew was absolutely amazing. At a time when stress is so high due to a fire, Brian and his crew saved the day! Everyone was extremely professional, super helpful and genuinely kind. Brian always kept me in the loop of things. He explained everything and was in constant communication with my adjuster. I always received a phone call from Bryan a day or two before his crew was scheduled to come out and he would take the time to explain what his crew would be doing that specific day. If I had any questions he did his best to answer them and he was always available by phone. I could not imagine using another company after such a positive experience with them. My job flooded due to a burst pipe, I was super busy already and now this, I needed help badly with the cleaning up of the water and damaged material, I called west coat fire and water, Brian came out right away and his team's right behind him, they had the place in order within an hour, the place needed air movers and dehumidifiers with monitoring for 1 week. They did an amazing job and I'm a hard man to impress, but Brian and his crew did just that. I will recommend only west coast fire and water for all you residential and commercial clean-up. Work ethic here is second to none. Thank you west coast fire and water.

Within hours of contact from AAA insurance, Michael reached out to me and within hours of that contact, he arrived to inspect the damage. Within a day, he and and his crew were at work, managing a 2'x2' water-caused hole in a bedroom ceiling. The crew were able to expertly remove a heavy and complicated Murphy bed bolted to the wall as well as remove the affected flooring. They also were adept at removing all of the rain-soaked insulation and quickly facilitated a sheet plastic zip-wall to house the dehumidifying blowers to dry all of the affected areas. They regularly checked on the progress with reducing the moisture and made adjustments as needed. I could tell that West Coast was absolutely swamped with calls during this rain soaked period here in Sacramento, but Michael and his crew always made time for me and patiently answered my many questions. At one point I think their own shop got flooded but they were still out there helping their many customers. Michael patiently worked with my not-readily-available adjuster and provided copious photos and documentation to aid with the claim. Upon approval, I look forward to partnering with West Coast's construction division to replace the ceiling and flooring. Gosh, I cannot say enough nice things about Dakota and his team. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. Our roof was leaking, we filed a claim and they sent out Dakota and his team for water mitigation the next day. They cut out the affected area and setup a humidifier. Because of the storm, we had more water damage, Dakota came back and set up more fans, buckets, humidifier to dry out the area. Unfortunately, we had issues with water leaking well. Dakota and his team were quick to address the issue in the same way. He also let us know what we needed to communicate with them, and they’re sending out a team to identify the leak. He takes detailed notes and updates insurance so I don’t have to. And he works great with my insurance team. He’s thorough with the entire process and puts me at ease. Hes answered my questions a bunch of ways and is always patient with me. We can’t recommend them enough!

Dakota and his team have been excellent! I have never met such a professional, kind, and responsive company. Every person who has come out to help me and my husband have been quick and thorough. Crew came in and removed section of wall that was damaged be water coming from roof leak. They also removed carpet that had been damaged by water. They dried out the area of water damage and left the area neat and clean. We were very impressed with Alex as he was professional and kept us updated on everything they were doing.

I had a leak inside a wall in the kitchen, which caused mold and ruined the back of some of the cabinets. After WC F&W did the remediation and reconstruction, my kitchen looks exactly like it did before the issue occurred; I'm very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone having a similar problem.

Our company used West Coast Fire and Water at one of our rental properties for mold remediation. We had other restoration companies go out to the property to provide us estimates, however we did find that the companies did not properly review the actual work order issues and provided us with additional work that was not related to the actual issue at hand. When we relayed this over to West Coast Fire and Water, they were very understanding and communicated and made sure we were all on the same page prior to beginning the project. The tenant was also happy with their communication and West Coast Fire and Water made sure to communicate their process along the way. The final pricing actually was less expensive then what they originally proposed, as they only charge for what they actually need to do once they begin the work. Our company was very pleased with them and will definitely use them in the future. I worked with Michael to deal with mold caused by a roof leak; he handled the entire process from start to finish in an extremely professional manner and his communication was excellent - as was his demeanor!! I have had the pleasure of working with Josh Morrison for almost two months now, after the property I am managing had several units with major water intrusion after that first big rain of the season. Since then, there have been many units that have come up with minor leaks or “discoloration” that we have had to have Josh come back and forth to assess. During that time, he has been such a friendly and informative person to have helping me with this issue. He comes anytime we need something looked at and never complains about the drive! While I am moving on to another property and company, I will never have another point of contact when it comes to any type of remediation. He is great at what he does and my favorite vendor for sure! I highly recommend West Coast Fire & Water for your restoration needs. I called for a roof leak and they were on the job within two days to remove drywall and carpet padding. Michael the Project Manager was so amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable but most importantly he was very attentive to me! Any questions or concerns I had, he addressed them immediately. West Coast came in got the job done and clean up their work immediately afterwards. The entire team was amazing from start to finish.

Mike LaBell and his team were very professional and courteous to our well being with support and communication through our extraordinary incident in our home. We experienced an unexpected water leak in our kitchen that spread throughout our house and caused damaged to our floors and walls. WCFW came in and extracted the damaged floors and material and made sure nothing else affected was still existing in our homes. Daily visits and communication were provided to keep us posted and to ensure the quality as well as integrity of our home. West Coast Fire and Water in Sonoma Co. was very responsive when I called after finding water damage in a recently purchased house. Josh arrived on time and was calm and businesslike. They gave me a bid and got to work on it that week. They detailed what they would remove and followed the proper safety procedures. I would call them again, if needed.

I’m not even sure where to start. The service West Coast provided was impeccable.. We came home to our house flooded and called a Company out for clean who dropped the ball on getting the the job done. We then called West Coast Fire And Water out of Sacramento. Who stepped in and for the job done same day I called within and hour was at the house w all the equipment and man power needed. I have to give a shout out to the 3 people who really stepped up and went above and beyond what I ever expected Josh Morrison, Mike LaBelle, and Yazmin Reynosa Josh and Mike project managers ran the job quickly and did and got the full scope of everything that needed to be done quickly while Yazmin ran her crew in the most professional way and got all of our personal belongings packed up and sorted out and stored safely and quickly into their company vault .. just a 5 star service all the way around. Extremely professional and kept me in the loop the entire time.. best experience under a very stressful time

They were respectful and honest with me about the problems my unit faced with a water seepage issue. They worked to be unintrusive as possible, as well as cheery and prompt. And when the news wasn't looking good, they didn't hide any details about it. Grateful to have had them working on the problem, and they solved it much more cleanly than anticipated.
