We never signed up for rodent prevention...cockroach infestation needs to be exterminated completely... the clear gel that these guys put around the house worked for a moment but they're still crawling around all over. for some reason other insects were listed on the receipt but that's not what we signed up for we need strictly cockroach extermination not just prevention. after my mom passed her credit card is void and is no longer active. It would be great to focus on one insect problem and deal with the roaches, not spiders or ticks...but I can't pay anyway now my mom's gone I'm not gonna keep paying $50 a month for prevention i thought these roaches would be gone sorry. Oh and I'm definitely anti-lgbq not that that matters

Julian is always professional. He does a great job with walking the property and removing webs. What I really like about Julian is at the end of the visit, he provides an update on the rat traps, I.e., number of disks he needed to fill and how many traps were full. He’s a great representative for your company!

I decided to stay with Julian to see the procedures of his job. I was able to spend a few minutes and ask him questions regarding bait boxes and the substances he uses. He was very friendly and Take a few minutes to talk to me about any questions I had. He’s a really nice guy.

Robert usually comes and sprays for pest. Jordan was filling in for him. Both Robert and Jordan do excellent work and are very personable. They listen to what you need done what Pests if any since last service you’re seeing and they come every two months so this was Jordan‘s first time I believe and he did great!

Jordan did a great job treating our home for spiders. He came earlier than scheduled and we weren’t prepared for him. When he realized our puppy was loose in the backyard, he only sprayed the front yard, which we appreciated because we didn’t want our puppy to get sick.

He knocked on the door when he was all finished and my previous pest control Just leaves the invoice and we never know what he did or that he even was at the house until after he leaves! Fee that at all, I think it’s actually a couple bucks less than several other Pest Control companies that I have used that were totally a joke and unqualified and unresponsive

Services for the ministry center of Faith Food Fridays. Service representative did a great job inside and outside of the building. Went out of the way to eliminate areas of possible future problems. He shared knowledge and helpful information

Eddie asked how my quarterly update was; after informing him I had a few yellow jackets, he took a thorough look at my property from the fence line to the entire exterior of my home. Eddie removed all cob webs, refilled the mosquito traps, sprayed for pests, then made certain to attach the hornet areas. Upon completion Eddie took time to inform me if the procedures, walk me around whole making me feel at ease. Stand up work!

I have a regular rotation with Official Pest Prevention. Delighted the bugs stay outside thanks to their exterior removal of webs and applying a foundation spray every three months. Prompt, Polite and easy to Re-schedule or get help between when wasps appear. Three years ago we rodent 'proofed' money well spent.

Official has continued to do a great job for us. We’ve had a roach problem that they have helped us stay on top of and it has cleared up. They come out whenever we need them. They work around our schedule. We have birds so they are very sensitive to our dogs and birds. And their technicians are amazing. They are polite, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Every technician that has come out in the 2 and a half years we've had their service has been on time and thorough spraying 👍🏼 also the monthly price is very reasonable and they'll come out and re-spray any time you need at no extra charge.

I’ve had my house serviced by Bryan multiple times and he’s absolutely amazing! He has great energy, does his job efficiently and always has a welcoming smile.

Service is ineffective. Communication is poor. Ants continue to invade my home and I still have gophers and ground squirrels. They said they will come and retreat as often as I want but they only come every 3 months. When I requested additional service they did not respond. So I called and tried to cancel service, they said a manager would call me back. Nobody ever did and instead they scheduled a service that I didn’t ask for, presumably to justify to keep charging me. Tech visited yesterday and did not treat areas where I have rodent activity because he said he didn’t see any new activity.

I like that you get a call and text with the date and time that they are coming to service your property. I appreciate the courtesy and friendly communication with my service guy Martin. I also like that I can reschedule if the date and time isn’t convenient for me at the appointed date. Great service, I am a happy customer 😊

Mike is really nice and informative. He sprayed around the exterior of my home, took down spider webs, removed a wasp nest and gave me spider sticky traps for my garage. Very grateful for his thoroughness. He also said someone will call me for a quote of pigeon proofing. 😍

Thomas is very nice and very courteous. He does a very good job & remembers that we have 2 small dogs & also remembers that will have to put them in the house while he is here. When he is done I have to wait about 45 minutes before they can go back out.

He’s very knowledgeable and a proven problem solver. In addition to his demonstrated technical competence, Julian is very pleasant, and quite cool under pressure. I know from experience as last year he confidently overcame an intense and prolonged rodent infestation. While I was skeptical in the beginning of the fight against the pests, I yielded to Julian’s expert advice and everything worked out as he predicted. Boots came to service my property today 8/5/2025. She greeted me and asked me if i had any recent issues to report. I told her about the pigeon that has made a nest under my eaves. She told me they can help, told me their process and helped me schedule an appointment for inspection. I also talked to her about clarifying my regular service needs and she listened and told me what she does here and we made some changes and she said she will note on my account. I've used Official Pest Prevention for years starting with a rental and now with my own home. Customer service has always been very repsonsive. The technicians are overall great but Daniel B. Has been my technician for years and he is excellent. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is patient and takes the time to answer my questions. I always request for Daniel because I know that he will do thorough job.

I've used Official Pest control for years - they merged with a company I was already using a couple years ago, but my technician, Tomas, has stayed the same for more than 5 years, and the quality of service has remained excellent. Tomas has given me lots of great advice over the years. I live amongst many heritage oaks that make a great home to all kinds of critters, and Tomas and Official have kept the bugs and spiders at bay.
