This team was incredible! After multiple quotes, we ended up choosing this team because of their pricing, transparency, and attention to detail. Eric and Omid did not use any pushy sales tactics or try to give us silly customer discounts. They provided honest assessments and gave rationale answers for the problems in our home. We ended up getting all new insulation in our attic and crawlspace and mold remediation as needed. While assessing the crawlspace and completing that part of the project, they found issues with our sump pump and drain system in the crawl space which needed addressed to fix the moisture issue. The team was so efficient and conscientious in all their time within our home. Insulation removal and replacement in a home where people are living is one of the hardest jobs in the trades, i was lucky to find INSULATION PRO INC, they were not only honest, friendly and hard working but you could never tell they were here and after the guys unsuited they looked like they could go out dancing. I think the best thing and the thing that made me choose them is that the crew is supervised by one of the partners and the owner came by each day, just in case something happens, which it didn’t, it really set my mid at ease. It is always the hope on a home improvement project that the required work will be quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Should those hopes get dashed, the next set of hopes is for a qualified and knowledgeable team of workers who exhibit pride of workmanship, attention to detail, prompt courteous responses to questions and concerns, and an unflappable can-do attitude in the face of the unexpected. For my project, two poorly insulated and improperly vented attic spaces were in need of work. Insulation Pro Inc owner, Eric L and Project Manager, Omid L were on-site every step of the way. From tenting the work area from the main part of the house, removing old/dirty insulation, treating areas of mold, to installing new insulation, radiant barrier, etc., Eric crawled around on rafters working beside his team. Omid, while on the roof inspecting the newly installed solar attic fan, noticed standing water in several of the gutters and took it upon himself to clear them. He also cleaned out the dryer vent on the roof. (WHAT?!?!) Only 10 days elapsed from initial meeting to final handshake at project completion, with all the work being completed between days 7-10. Just fabulous! I hold these two remarkable young men in highest esteem and cannot recommend them and Insulation Pro Inc highly enough.
