I got my broken ductwork repaired, and the techs were wonderful. They immediately restored the ducts and improved the performance of the system. The crew was pleasant and professional the whole time. I am happy the problem is taken care of and would recommend their services again.

Terrible decision to use this company after our house flooded. After Charles and Jacob received their money they left us with many undone areas in the house. I was told by Jacob to hire someone else to finish the job and they will reimburse them then he called me and told me the company decided not to finish the job. How can anyone with a shred of integrity do that to a client?! And Charles was dishonest as well. Before we started I asked him if something is not fixed right will they come back and take care of it and he assured no matter how small the issue is he will take care of it immediately. Obviously from the photos he was not truthful. The only thing he fixed was the broken bathroom mirror they installed. Notice how they taped it to the wall with command tape. What contractor who cares about their work does that? The kitchen cabinets they replaced were the wrong size. They attached a piece of wood between the microwave and the tile. Again, what true professional does that. They painted the kitchen with flat paint instead of semigloss. The baseboards are coming off. This is how the job was left. Please save your money and do not hire them! They only care about the money!

Recently went through PuroClean through my insurance. There was water coming down my ceiling light fixture in my bathroom and water over the floor. My electrician instructed me that water must be in the ceiling and down the walls.<br><br>PuroClean arrived immediately. Marcelo and Reza arrived to assess the damages and went to work. They explained the procedures of the Mitigation plan and Remediation, answering my questions; above and beyond my expectations. I learned from Reza about moisture reading through a special meter he used. Reza was there from the very start, giving us foresight and details explaining the procedure, marking all areas of moisture on each wall and setting everything up- fans and humidifiers. Both very accommodating and generous of their time spent in a crisis mode.<br><br>You can really see their dedication to their craft in making sure their customers are well taken care of. In the first 24 hours the fans were set and the humidifiers were set up after the moisture contents were determined by Reza and the location of walls needing to dry out. This led to the tear-down of walls and monitored moisture content with the fans/dehumidifier.<br><br>Reza was by my side early the next day, helping me with my personal belongings, securely boxing and packing. He was very caring and truly helped me understand what happens in an urgent state; securing the room for mitigation and then the demolition process.<br><br>The carpets were well-protected with a new plastic wall. Reza was very efficient & thorough at setting up/cleaning up for the owners, acknowledging the process of what needs to be done. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Reza.<br><br>It was a pleasure to have them inside my home and I definitely felt assured and relieved throughout the whole process. Marcello and his team came to give us an estimate for our kitchen that has water damage. We did not know how extensive or what the project might entail. To our delight, after inspecting the area, they agreed that the damage was easily fixed by a handyman at considerably less cost than a contractor.
