Sergio is our technician and always goes above and beyond when he completes services at our property!!!

We had them come out to begin services in June 2025 and have had nothing but problems since our first service. We have had to call multiple times to have someone else come out, the tech that is supposed to come out said he did - I work from home and have ring camera's all around the outside of our house and verified he did not treat our property. When we called to inquire about it, they office stated that his GPS said he was here for only 5 minutes and that was not long enough to do anything and they would send someone else out. Which they did, but then the next time, the same tech came out again. We requested to cancel service and said we would get a refund. Its now been a month and have been told a check is on the way, then we can credit the amount back to the card on file, nothing. But they have been sending us invoices to pay. Not to mention we were still having the same bug problem. We called a different company and they resolved the issue within a week. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is one of my trusted vendors. They have serviced my property since 2022 and have done an exceptional job. Debbie and Jordan are always responsive and professional.

Last spring while we’re were chatting he noticed the weather stripping at the bottom of our front door had a small gap… I fixed it and we have had virtually no spiders this summer. Massey does our Pest Control for the apartments I live in. 3 weeks ago, their tech, Dani came out to service our apartment. She was very professional, in the time that she was here, I mentioned that I work overnights, and that I was actually waiting on Pest Control that morning, so I could go to bed and try to get some sleep before I had to work that night, sometimes it was hard, because I am a light sleeper and can hear people when they walk past my bedroom window. Fast forward, I requested Pest Control again 3 weeks later, as they are resurfacing the apartment next to us, so we are getting more visitors than we have since we moved in this past April. When I woke up on Wednesday, I had not heard anyone come in the apartment, so I went to the front office and asked them about the Pest Control Service. The Assistant manager told me the tech had come by, knocked, but I did not answered, and she remembered that I worked overnights, and didn't want to wake me. I had a 5/10 minute conversation with Dani, and for her to remember out of all the people they service, that I work overnights, was impressive. If you don't live in an apartment, I would highly recommend Massey, as the customer service is great.

Brian Brown of Massey Services has been an exceptional rep for Massey, in his time treating my home and surrounding property he has not only helped prevent ants around the home, but also been friendly, courteous and super-responsive during urgent situations. When my family had an upcoming birthday party with children, Brian swooped in to quickly remove wasps that had found their way to a high area outside of my home, right near the entrance. Lifesaver! We are very happy with the pest control service Taylor provides to our home as a Massey technician. He is very responsive, and does everything with the utmost attention to detail. He even took the time to explain everything he was doing to my elderly mother-in-law and did his work to her satisfaction. Not everyone nowadays has time for the elderly and it just goes on to show that Taylor is a gentle soul who takes pride in his work.

Our apartment complex uses them.. they are supposed to come every Monday.. my husband and I have had Flys constantly inside our apartment.. we have had to get sticky fly traps.. and we saw mice droppings on our patio.. not sure what they are actually doing when they are here..

Great service, called with an issue and they had an exterminator out the very next day. They communicate very well and always try to make the customer happy.

I never hired Massey, but they bought out the company I originally hired for my pest services. They showed up to perform services at my home without authorization and are trying to bill me to collections because I have not paid for that service. No one from their office has tried to contact me in regards to this. Unprofessional!

We had no what to do to rid the problem. Massey ( Troy) came out with his crew and had all boots on deck. It was not an easy task as the rats were fearless. When a wasp nest was at the peak of my roof's pitch and he was unable to reach it with his ladder, I offered my taller one to him and he immediately took care of the nest. I highly recommend Massey Services. Louis first came out to assess the problems I was having and gave me a reasonable estimate with different options to choose from. The following week, Randy came out and sealed up openings in and around my property. He is a gem. He was very thorough, kind and gracious. He explained things as he went and made sure he addressed all of my concerns.

No call, no showed. Twice! We have acquired a horrible German roach problem and was counting on them to help take care of this issue. They came and baited a handful of times and then said that they would have to come and do a major clean out and posining that would take a couple hours. We were instructed to have everything out of our cabinets which was a total pain in the ass but we did it and the name of getting rid of these little bugd<br>They gave exact appointment times of 8am and instructed us to have our children and dogs out of the house. We sent ( and payed) the kids to the baby sitter and dogs to a friend's house only to sit around on our butts waiting for them to never show. An hour into waiting we called and were told that it was more of a "time window" and that he would be there between 8 and 10 a.m. He showed up around 11 and said he wasn't going to have time to do it that day. He immediately rescheduled for the following Thursday. We did all of this all over again just for them to no-call no-show again. We have wasted time money and a s*** ton of effort waiting on these guys. Id call someone else unless punctuality and reliability isn't an important to you.

Devin is our technician and has been the best, most professional individual we've had yet. He is very thorough and has a great caring attitude for all of our residents and staff. I highly recommend him from Massey.

We found an issue yesterday in our garage; we thought we were dealing with a wasp infestation. Massey squeezed us in this morning first thing, researched the insects (it turns out although they looked like wasps, they were actually blue devils), and resolved the issue. The technician was prompt, thorough, and so nice. Thank you Massey!!!
