Very thorough and professional work

We had a great experience with Attic Guard. Even before they came out for the inspection, I had a feeling we would end up working with them for our attic issues as the reviews on Google were all so executional that I knew they must be a great company. Ariella came out to do our inspection and did by far the most thorough and detailed inspection of every attic company we met with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and straightforward. I knew exactly what Attic Guard was going to do and why. Matan, the owner was also incredibly professional and great to work with. Attic Guard came out to our home and in a single day they completely cleaned out a massive mess we had in our attic, rodent proofed it, sanitized it, did air sealing, and helped resolve an issue we had with extremely inadequate insulation in our home. They even did air sealing, sanitizing, and rodent proofing in our crawl space as well. The amazing reviews on Google speak for themselves. Matan and his team at Attic Guard are top notch professionals and we’re very glad we chose to work with them!

It’s a funny story, I was dealing with rates In The attic! I tried the peppermints bags, call a pest company that was 186$ a month. Worried that this pest was in my attic I had to do something fast, having a very busy life with grandkids, driving one back to his house ( on the 15 fwy) and before I knew it There’s a truck In Front of me with writing Attic clean up of rodent… that was IT ! I told my daughter to take a picture of the truck so I call. Once I called the appt was made within a day, pictures were taken ( gross)and I got a senior discount whew. I will recommend Attic Guard in a heart beat!!!

Attic Guard delivered even beyond expectation with the two-person crew and owner, Matan. They covered all of the house outer baseboards, hose & electrical insets that lead into the house/attic, and inside/outside openings of the attic.

He personally came and did the inspection and let me know everything that was needed to make sure my attic was rat proof & had the proper insulation to code with borax treated cellulose. Even fixed other issues I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend.

We recently had a serious rat infestation in our attic, and Matan and his team at Attic Guard were absolutely incredible. They came out promptly, thoroughly inspected our attic, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They discovered rats in our HVAC system and throughout the attic, identifying exactly where they were getting in and where they had built nests. I had received several bids from other companies for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, but Matan was the only one who took the time to explain that our contaminated HVAC system needed to be removed a recommendation that ultimately saved us a lot of money and future headaches. In addition to handling the infestation, Matan went above and beyond by repairing the weather stripping on our garage door and setting extra traps to ensure the rats were completely gone. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. Matan and his team did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Attic Guard you won't be sorry!

We have been fighting mice/rats for a couple months now and pest control companies would only set traps in our attic and dispose of dead rodents. The time finally came to address the root issue and I am so thankful to have found attic guard just from a random google search! They went beyond my expectations in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. We saw videos and pictures of previous jobs and will be receiving photos/videos of our before/after in a few days. I visibly saw with my own eyes what a transformation the cleaning and rodent proofing service did. The pricing was very reasonable given the insulation replacement, sealing of cracks, duct cleaning, house perimeter sealing, and promptness. We met and had service the very next day. I feel confident enough to sleep in my attic now (if I had to). I have NEVER done business with professionals at the level of service these guys provide, seriously they set the bar for what it means to be professionals. Thank you so much attic guard! The crew was very professional and completed the job onetime. They did an excellent job protecting floors and walls and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.

Excellent Work – Comprehensive, with Close Attention to Detail Attic Guard recently completed a major project on my San Diego home, including upgrade/replacement of attic insulation, rodent proofing the perimeter and all vents, and improving ventilation. Their crew were proficient and professional. High points included: Protection of all floors, walls, closet and furniture in their ingress/egress paths. All protection and waste were removed and hauled away, and the site was thoroughly vacuumed. After the old cellulose ceiling insulation was vacuumed out, the existing insulated ventilation lines that had been laying on the ceiling were secured to attic structure, leaving more room for the new blown-in insulation. All seams and gaps between the attic and the living spaces and the outside were sealed with fire-resistant spray foam. The attic surfaces were treated with a mild bleach disinfectant. They provided digital copies of pictures taken showing the location of wiring, pipes, vents etc that would soon be buried in new, blown-in insulation. The rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door was replaced with a heavy duty version. That improvement was volunteered by Attic Guard. Initially I had no idea that it was so important. When the crew finished, I inspected the results and asked for some further improvements. To insure that I was totally satisfied, Mat called the crew back and had them make some adjustments, with enthusiasm no reluctance. At the conclusion the crew thanked me for the privilege of letting them work on my house. I was blown away by the gratitude and sincerity. Great crew! After the major work was completed I decided that a whole house fan would be a good addition for augmenting the cooling of the house. Mat contracted for ventilation fan specialist installers to do the work. The earlier photos, and a bit of good luck in the existing layout, made for a smooth installation, despite working through 13” of loose insulation. With 20:20 hindsight I recommend that others in this situation try to have the fan installed when the old insulation is removed but before the new insulation is installed. It worked out fine for me, but if your attic is small or crowded it could make a big difference in location selection, wiring, cleanliness, and general ease of installation. The new house fan is very quiet and effective. Bottom line: I am very pleased with the process and the results provided by Attic Guard. And Attic Guard’s price was substantially less than a competing bid. I can highly recommend Attic Guard, without reservation.

Attic cleaned, air seal, and new ducts installed all in one day. Crew was professional and worked quick, able to do my home in one day. Attic Guard installed R38 Batts insulation in our attic. Their entire procedure stresses the importance of air sealing, sanitizing, installing the insulation, adjusting the air ducts that were laying on the attic floor, covering our metal light covers and repairing any damaged air ducts. They also installed a new FREE master flow attic fan! The crew arrived on time and worked diligently, efficiently and cleaned the entire area after they were finished. There wasn't much of a mess to begin with since they laid down paper wherever they would be walking. I would highly recommend Attic Guard for a solid job well done.

Atticguard was incredible. The owner came out and did a complimentary inspection. He walked the outside perimeter of the property and showed us with a mirror where there were holes for rodent entry. He took photos showing the damage in the air ducts and used a drone to examine the roof. He was courteous, professional and explained the needed repair process thoroughly. His estimate was itemized and very clear. I hired him to do the job. They showed up on time, his crew was polite and respectable of my property. He took old insulation and furnace ducts out of the attic - sealed everything - and put in new insulation and ducts. They were on time and texted to let me know their arrival time. AtticGuard was awesome. From the initial introduction to finishing of the job, they were professional, caring and paid attention to details. I would highly recommend them. It was great they added an attic fan as part of their wonderful service.

I originally had slab leak which was repaired. During the re-piping the insulation in my attic was pushed aside. The insulation was 40 years old and in great need of replacement. After all other repairs done I proceeded with looking at ducts and insulation replacement. I had 3 different companies come and give me what they found and estimates. Attic Guard won out with a comprehensive plan and great deal. Matan coordinated everything and it was perfect. I think 4-5 men came first day and prepped and put up barriers to protect furniture etc. they had all the old ducts and insulation done plus sealing any cracks or openings into attic; Sanitized everything. Covered all vents to house. Then had to wait for mold remediation to be done. Came back and installed all new ducts and insulation same day. Everyone was so nice. Matan went above and beyond to make it a seamless job. Gave us advice on several things we wanted to do and where to get it done. Would recommend Attic Guard to anyone!

The guys from attic guard was amazing. Detected the house cover the floors they came four guys did a clean job vacuum after them show me pictures of before and was just amazing to work with. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends that needing any removal of insulation and sanitation for their attic. Matt, the project manager was on site making sure the guys are taking care of our stuff and protecting everything and vacuuming in the cleaning after them. My wife was so happy with the result.
