11/29/2025 - I used this company today and the experience was amazing. From the helpful customer service associate that took my call to the technician named Ty, A+ customer service. I placed a same day service call and within 2 hours they had arrived. The technician Ty was professional, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company.

Update: Since I posted the last review I needed services again so I called to setup another appointment. Well the tech never showed up stated he was running behind-very understandable so I asked him if I needed to reschedule and he stated he didn’t do the scheduling ok fine so I asked if I could just keep the appointment then, that’s when I never received a response and he never showed. So I called the following day to get another appointment for this week. I was told I would be priority and the soonest they would be able to get me in would be today. That was fine also. Long story short, no one has reached out to schedule an appointment for today so I’ve already went ahead and scheduled with another company. The first time I used this company in 2022 was great no issues and the services they provided worked. Not so much this time, very poor communication lately.<br><br>This is a great company and my technician John Paul is wonderful. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and the problem. They have really been able to control the situation in my apartment fast.

Had Roberto out to spray our apartment recently and he was very helpful with tips for combating pest issues and steps we could take to prevent them from happening.

We had NextGen Pest Solutions come out to our house in July 2023 to take care of a squirrel/rat problem in our attic. They were able to provide a quote over the phone and come out quickly to begin work. While this speed seemed like a good thing at the time, I now realize that, without an in-person inspection/quote, they were unable to identify/treat the whole problem.<br><br>Animal activity decreased for about a year and picked back up after the 1-year warranty expired. Now, 18 months later, I had another company come out to assess the issue, and they noticed that NextGen missed a number of spots and failed to address the crawl space, resulting in increased animal activity. Unfortunately, I had to pay for exclusion work that should have been covered by NextGen the first time.<br><br>I would not recommend NextGen, as their process (from assessment/quoting to delivery) is not as thorough as others.

Absolutely above and beyond service. Caleb did a fantastic job, was knowledgeable and thorough, and left my house in better condition than he found it. Truly exceptional experience and customer service - would highly recommend Nextgen to anyone in the area!

Hudson came to service my property and was truly incredible. Knowledgeable, professional, and best of all he communicated with each resident so that they were aware of the status of their issue and the causes so that we can avoid it in the future. Nextgen is amazing, Hudson is even better.

I had a really bad smell come from underneath by patio deck and knew that some kind of rodent must’ve died. I called around a few places and because this was towards the end of Friday, many didn’t answer or were not available over the weekend. When I called NextGen, the lady that answered the phone was very kind and informative. She informed they could have someone come on Saturday to take care of the issue. She took my info and sent it to their scheduling group. I was contacted about an hour later and everything was scheduled over text. The next day I received a text from the technician, Jonathan, letting me know he was 30 minutes out. I called him and explained to him where I think the smell was coming from. He arrived at my house and was able to find what it was and remove it. Jonathan was kind enough to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their services. Thank you for the quick turnaround!

We are 9 months critter free and heard something above our kitchen hood. I emailed their team on a Sunday morning and they were out within 3 hours. Excellent service.

The only good thing is they did come out early the day after Christmas. My condo complex is dealing with RATS! I was impressed they could come out during the holidays.<br><br>But when the guy showed up, he looked in a few units, didn't look around the exterior/perimeter at all, no photos or notes and said "his guy" would put together an estimate. I never heard back from anyone.<br><br>Not sure what happened on their end, but we've gone with someone else.

A deer got hung up in my fence and died. Jay came out at 9:00 pm and removed it. Very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and Jay in particular. Great work.

I’ve requested an initial service and two follow ups from NextGen. I wasn’t satisfied with the initial service, but when they sent Rico for the first follow up from the greetings at the door I could see the difference, he was friendly and professional. He inspected and serviced the entire house, while explaining every step to me, he even offered a third follow up. I let the company know right away that I only wanted Rico to service my home. I can say I am very satisfied with his services and saw results!

Steve, the technician, came to our house this morning to remove a deer carcass & he was the best! After I showed him where it was, he explained to me what had probably happened & what he would do. Then he offered to help me navigate my way down the hill! He was super professional, had a great personality, was efficient & so nice! What an asset he is to your company! And he spoke so highly of Mike, the owner of the company! He made a most unpleasant experience actually pleasant! Steve is the best!!!

Snake Removal<br><br>David was the technician that came to service our home. He was so professional & knowledgeable! David was completely thorough in his inspection. He took his time. David was fantastic. We saw signs of a snake inside of our home. He was here 12 hours after we called. Walked (and sprayed) the perimeter of the house, as well as the interior. He was gracious enough to check under/around all of the furniture in our basement. He thinks he found the access point, outside under an air conditioning wiring flashing, and secured it right up for us.

Steve the technician was extremely nice and professional talking me through the whole process so that I knew what he was doing. He even made sure the lights were turned off when he was done to not waste power. On top of that the customer service was great. I never had to wait for someone to answer my call.

David was very professional in explaining to us the job he was doing. He was very patient and kind to our dogs in the house as well. My technicians were Dave and Jay I would advise anyone to use the professional services of Nextgen. I was impressed because they updated us on estimated arrival time whereas another company didn't show up or even call to notify they couldn't make it.<br>Dave and Jay gave full evaluation after each visit. Rico was very informative and helpful. He explained why the ants were there, why they were attracted to some foods and not to others, and how the treatment would fix the problem. He was also very nice to my pets too! Highly recommend.

I found my master bathroom had DOZENS of hornet on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I didn’t stand a chance at getting a professional to my house that late on Saturday afternoon. But thankfully this company (Megan fielded my phone call) understood my situation after I explain I had two children under 3. The dispatched David and man I couldn’t be happier. David got to my house within a few hours of my call and got right to work. He was not in a rush considering it was a Saturday night. He was very very thorough and professional. He took time and attention to cleaning up and leaving my house look untouched. Thanks David! I got lucky with the company and this crew.

I have partnered with Nextgen Pest Solutions for years now and they are hands down the best in the business. I have them service many of the Multifamily properties I manage, as well as my home. They hire retired veterans which is amazing and the entire team is always so knowledgeable, professional and well-trained. David and Ricardo just wrapped up a carpenter bee treatment for us and took the time to teach us a few things about the pests and ways to prevent them. We will always trust Nextgen with all of our pest solution needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

April 2023: Steve did a wonderful job explaining the types of bugs that were getting caught in the traps that were placed! He even sprayed areas that previous techs didn’t think to get to.<br><br>December 2022: Just had a monthly appointment with Rico, he did a great<br>Job!<br><br>August 2022: Just moved into a new place and found out I had a few unauthorized roommates lounging around the kitchen at 4am. I called Nextgen and they were able to get a Technician out the very next day. Hudson was super helpful and even gave advice on some drain issues I was having!

Nextgen was amazing! They were incredibly responsive and took care of our issue with squirrels getting into the attic. Everyone we worked with was great. Our technician, David, was able to identify the problem quickly and propose a solution that will be long lasting and not just a quick fix. He was professional, thorough and generally nice to have around. I also found the pricing very reasonable! I will definitely be using them for pest control needs moving forward

First of all, they were very fast and responsive! They sent someone over the next day (while other companies told me it could take a couple weeks to get on the schedule) and were very communicative throughout the process. David was awesome, he came out on a dark and rainy evening to remove a pretty large squirrel nest from my gutters about 25+ feet up. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and handled the job without incident. I definitely know who to call if these critters try to come back!

Rico was amazing! Most pest control people just come in and don’t even talk, but he shared some really good knowledge with me about how to keep pests out of my home. Called at almost 5pm for a huge snake in our yard, and Jay arrived within an hour, and found the snake in 16 minutes! (Very impressive considering we have a very wooded backyard.) Customer service was also great. This company called back when they said they would and communicated when they were on the way. Jay stayed and sprayed the entirety of the fence line and some other areas with repellent after he captured the snake.<br><br>If you need pest control, this is the company to call! Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everyone should ask for Jay! Not only was Jay professional and courteous, he was also very knowledgeable and friendly and had a fun sense of humor.<br><br>Excellent company!

I had 2 empty apartments next to me, one of which had been completely renovated due to a winter freeze pipe burst, which I believe contributed to the bugs because I had never had insect/roach issues prior to this. John Paul came out a few weeks ago and set a few traps and sprayed, when he returned this week he was able to explain, in layman’s terms what he was doing and why? He clearly explained the process and solution he was using and made recommendations. Very clear and very thorough! And I haven’t seen another bug yet! So far so good!

David came out to take care of my squirrel problems. He was very personable and very eager to close all of the potential entry points around my roof, eaves and dormers. I appreciated his time and concern for our satisfaction. I highly recommend.

David seems to be very knowledgeable. Showed up on time and is courteous. The job is only 85 percent complete at this time. He assured me he will complete the job asap. Cannot evaluate job on quality or value until job is complete. David did set traps before leaving today. He cannot tell me his schedule at this time of his return to complete the job.<br><br>One week after 85 % of the job was complete the traps were checked. Two weeks after 85% of the job was done David and another crew member came to complete any possible entryways into my home. They also checked the traps. I feel that David and the other gentlemen were effective in checking all traps and closing all gaps to my home. Traps remain and will be checked in another week and possibly a week after that. All the employees were courteous, knowledgeable and informative. I have been guaranteed future visits to monitor traps. Monitor any future animal activity then evaluate and block off any new entry of unwanted critters for one year into my home. At this time I give them 5 stars. Hopefully I will not have any future critter activity.

I was really stressed to find rodents in my home but after receiving quotes from sev companies, I chose NextGen bc of how easy it was to work with Kim. She gave my quote during our first call to seal my home, trap w/o poison, along with a 1 yr renewable guarantee. It was so easy & I got an appt quickly. David came on time, professionally sealed a LOT of gaps, and stayed past the end of the work day to make sure the job was done & done right! He also had a great deal of respect for me and my home. David and Kim were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend NextGen!!!

David and Rico came out to service the house today and they were AMAZING. they were professional, kind and thorough. The house is a little older and we unfortunately had some mice/rats get in. David was absolutely amazing. He was sensitive to the fact that I was terrified of the chipmunk that snuck into my garage. He was very thorough to make sure the critter was gone. The office staff that took my calls were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to but I pray not :)

This is our second time using Nextgen Pest Solutions and we couldn’t be happier with the service and personal attention we received! Because of where we live, this isn’t the first time we have needed a deceased deer removed. Jeff was friendly, helpful and quickly got us set up with David to take care of the matter. David came out - in the dark - and carefully removed the deer, treated the area, covered it with leaves and treated it again. From the time we called it took them only 48 hours to come in and begin service.Our tech David came out and was very professional. He exclaimed how rodents can leave trails and have an entry points that may have been unknown to us. He took us through the process found any entry points, sealed them and gave us some knowledge on the issue. I hired Next Gen because I had squirrels in the attic. They sent over David who was a wonderful technician. He did a much more thorough evaluation that folx from other companies, identified all of the entry points and even pointed out some shortcuts that my roofer took when I had the roof replaced a year ago (that lead to the squirrels gaining access). He answered all of my questions and I'm very please with his service.

Rebecca did an amazing, and above and beyond job, of scheduling me and easing my mind about what needed to be done and when Dave could get out to do the job. She was very thorough and got right back to me, as promised after she checked the schedule. She said that Dave could come out the next day to do the work and that he could do the entire job, in one day, to seal off my house and set the traps.<br><br>Dave showed up very early in the morning and he also did an amazing, above and beyond job! He knows a lot about animals, he is very polite, and is an extremely hard worker! He answered all of my questions and worked the entire day, straight through, at my house. I would highly recommend these two people and this company. They are well worth the price and their timeliness and ability to get out right away to do the job was a huge help to me! Other businesses were three weeks out. A job very well done!

Contracted Nextgen to address a rodent issue in my basement. David arrived promptly at the time indicated. He was thorough in his inspection and discovered an attic issue as well. He spent a substantial amount of time sealing the area around my old house and set traps. I was very pleased with his professionalism. Nothing but good comments on David’s work which has left me optimistic of great final result. Would definitely recommend company based on my experience with them so far.

Dave and Hudson are both tremendous and very knowledgeable in their line of work. Dave came out to seal our home from wildlife and it has been a great sleep at night not hearing sounds. Hudson is well spoken and knowledgeable in his field with pest control. He gave us tips to contain as best we can and also answered all questions we had. I discovered on a Friday evening that we had a serious ant problem in our kitchen. We had just moved in 24 hours prior so pest control hadn’t been established yet. I submitted a request Friday night after seeing that Nextgen was open 7 days a week. I got a call back around 10 on Saturday and service was scheduled for Sunday. James was communicative with his arrival time, friendly, efficient, and a welcoming neighbor to the Roswell community. Great service and would highly recommend. I hope James becomes our regular technician for monthly service! :)

David came out to work in excluding and setting traps. He is extremely friendly, was early, and immediately starting scoping out the work. In a few hours he sealed up the holes, set traps, and had me feeling so much more comfortable. Hudson also was there for a pest treatment. Asked about any specific concerns and went with an all around treatment. Called ahead and was polite.

These guys were the best! We had some raccoons in the attic. We called another company that had to cancel on us because it was raining and then pushed us out over a week and half. I didn’t want raccoons sitting in my attic for that long! Rebecca on the phone was awesome and got all my questions answered, even calling me back when she didn’t know the answer. They came out the same day with traps and David came out the next day to seal the holes and check the whole house. He was working even in the rain! Highly recommend these guys!

My cat brought me a gift of a 7 inch RAT. It had been on my back patio for sometime before I even noticed. It was the smell that even let me know it was back there. You can imagine. I got top notch same day help. The technician had some time in his schedule and he even came early! Thank goodness. Very efficient, removal and clean up. Highly recommend

Usually , when a similar company performs a service at your home you get the “ok folks you should be good to go.” They took the time to take pictures of where the issues were occurring and then showed me pictures of the steps they took to remedy the problem, which I really thought was cool and appreciated seeing. The services were performed in nooks and crannys where I would probably could not even fit, much less be able to lay eyes on. Them taking the time to do that was cool. I would highly recommend David, Manny and Next Gen as a whole. Thanks again guys! Hopefully our traps will prove fruitful
