I hired Atlanta wildlife solutions two years ago for a rodent exclusion, and the initial work seemed great. They explained I had a two-year warranty, which gave me confidence in their service.<br><br>About a year later, I started hearing rodents again. Each time they came out, they made repairs to seal openings the critters had created, but the noises continued days/weeks later. Eventually, I was told I needed additional work to seal the ridge vent, costing almost $2,000 on top of the almost $2,000 I had already spent in the prior year.<br><br>I was surprised to learn that the ridge vent wasn’t sealed during the original exclusion, as this was never explained at the time. Overall, while I appreciated their initial responsiveness to do the exclusion, I’m disappointed that what I thought was a complete exclusion with warranty coverage ended up requiring extra costs and unclear communication.

They were incredibly responsive and professional in removing a deer that had passed away in my yard. I would highly recommend them!

Atlanta Wildlife Solutions and Chad were professional and responsive. I had squirrels in my attic, he set traps and identified the entry points. Removed the intruders and helped sealed the entry points. Would hire them again.

The technician that came to my home for a bat infestation name was Drew and he did a amazing job on removing, quality of finished product and customer service was top notch. Did you know that if you are dealing with wildlife that needs to be removed from your private property, the county cannot help? If anybody is looking for wildlife removal (in our case a deer,) Atlanta Wildlife Solutions did us a great service and were very professional. They were kind, helpful, and knowledgable about the issue.

Beavers were destroying my trees, Chad came out and removed quickly at an affordable price. Very happy.

I got their number from the third place I had called for help. They promptly responded via text and came out within an hour or two to deal with the dangernoodle in my back yard. I have a curious dog so I was glad for the prompt service so my dog can roam free yet again in our yard without worry.

In June 2022 I had a deceased deer in my backyard. This is not a situation that I'm accustomed to dealing with. After a quick Google search and calling a few providers I settled on using Atlanta Wildlife Solutions. I explained the situation to Christy who was helpful, empathetic and a tad humorous. She provided me with a range of time that the technician would arrive. Well, Chad arrived right on time. When we spoke he listened and understood my request. Very professional, true to advertized price, worked quickly and got the job done just as we asked. Accomodating to special needs customers, respectful of client's homes and property. Will definitely use their services if i need any other pest problems fixed.

Unfortunately I'm posting a one star review for the 2nd time.<br>1st review:<br>Don't expect any follow up if you pay for exclusion with a warranty. I've emailed and texted since Feb 17th & still as of March 25th, no service scheduled.<br>Follow-up:<br>They came back, but additonal follow up was scheduled for the week of May 2nd & it has not happened.<br>As of May 23rd, I've heard nothing from them since the 9th.
