We had a great experience with Attic Pros and Arthur. Arthur is very friendly and professional, and he came out promptly to provide a clear estimate. He responded quickly to my questions as we were deciding between insulation options (removal vs. blowing new insulation over old). I shared his quote with a friend in the industry and he felt it was fair. We also got two other quotes to compare and Attic Pros was competitive. We opted to remove the old insulation and then blow in fresh insulation. Arthur sent before, during and after photos, and I could hear how he and his crew worked non-stop during the two day job. I would definitely use Attic Pros again and I highly recommend them!

Attic Pros does their name justice and at a more competitive price than what I was quoted from their competition. The job was done faster, cleaner and more effectively than I expected with a strong effort that exceeded expectations. Now, numbers. I love them. First thing I did after their cleaning and installation was collect data on how well our new insulation was performing and compared it to prior. While I did not entirely control for outside temperature changes, I took the three most similar weeks in temperature and compared it to the past seven days and our AC is now running almost exactly HALF as often as it was. Granted, every job is different and ours was a more drastic change in attic insulation (we had maybe 2 inches and several air gaps that Attic Pros filled), but if you're looking to have work done in their service range, they do a stellar job.

Attic Pros installed R30 insulation over the entire living space of our home. Arthur and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and professionally. They even removed 2 large bags of prior construction debris from our 35 yr. old home and taped a couple of AC connectors that were leaking air. We couldn't be more satisfied with the job and happy that we hired Attic Pros.

I have been putting adding insulation for 4 years. What a waste of money I spent on high electric bills, hot spots and stress. Its made an incredible difference with this heat we have had. Arthur and his team are flawless. My whole experience with Attic Pros was professional and easy. I had almost no insulation in my attic and the little I did have needed to be removed due to rodent contamination. I was able to get a quote over the phone with my address and attic dimensions and had the job scheduled within the same week. Arthur and his team showed up on the day of the job on time and promptly began work on removing my old contaminated insulation. They worked relentlessly and had my attic cleaned out, sanitized, air sealed, ducts checked, and re-insulated to R38 within less than 6 hours. They took pictures throughout the whole process to show and explain exactly what they were doing. Now, in addition to feeling better about my clean attic, I am already seeing amazing results on my AC run time. Despite the summer heat my AC now runs even less than it used to in the winter. If you’re looking to get any work done in your attic then I cannot recommend Arthur and the Attic Pros enough.

I called Attic Pros for an estimate to the ceiling to my garage. Arthur gave me a very reasonable estimate and we scheduled the work. They showed up on time and gave me a quick rundown of what they were doing and went right to work. They were done within an hour and showed me photos of their completed work. My attic above the garage had the baffles installed and completely insulated and it only took an hour!! These guys do such a great job and are very professional. They went the extra mile to install baffles along the opening of the access door and even insulated my access door. I would definitely recommend these guys!!

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Attic Pros Insulation, @Arthur Miller (yeah, like the playwright). I got 3 quotes to do blown in insulation. 1st one was a Lowe’s contractor that wanted way more than the others and tried to sell me something I didn’t need. The other two were more reasonable, but most importantly, I got the feeling I could trust Arthur from Attic Pros. And I’m so glad I did. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but even though it started to rain cats and dogs while they were blowing in the insulation, they managed to NOT track mud into the house. They left my closet (where my attic access is) cleaned up, as well as the rest of the house where the hose was routed. They were also careful to coordinate and communicate with us to make sure our 2 cats didn’t get outside while they had the door open and were working. Happily, my AC is now working much less and the house is much cooler. Kinda kicking myself for waiting several years before I did it. For reference, my house was built in 2000 and is 1793sq ft (which includes the garage, which wasn’t done) and it was under 2k to do the house. Every house is different, and your price might vary based on the specifics of your crawl space and other factors, but I think that was more than fair.

I read reviews for all the businesses and Attic Pro had the best rate and most named reviews. Arthur and Bradley didn’t disappoint! Arthur fit me in quickly and they showed up on time! I was turned down a few years ago by another company bc my attic space was a tight fit. The guy looked up in the access point and said “Sorry. Can’t help you” and took his ladder and went. Arthur gladly accepted the challenge (probably regretted it after 🤣) and got the job done. Bc the following month we went from 70 degrees to 90 AND Duke implemented their new monthly fees due to hurricanes, the numbers on my bill didn’t drastically drop, but it could have been much higher! My humidity level in the house went from 70s to 50s and 78 during the day no longer feels miserable. Attic Pros are the Chick-Fil-A of insulation 🤣 in regards to service.

He was referred to by my neighbor which she done a superb job for so after I had called Other Couldn’t return phone calls or keep appointments Arthur kept his appointment showed up on time. Remove my insulation with no issues that I had to have the ac duct lines Removed that took a week and then for him to come back after that and put the insulation back in . I was impressed with the thickness that he put up there To what it was and how bad it was, he and his helper did a wonderful job and a hot attic! I highly Insulation to call him!

There had been critters up there for a long time and it was really bad. They disinfected and then blew in beautiful clean new insulation. I would highly recommend Attic Pros! Arthur was very punctual and professional. Our house is almost 40 years old and we noticed an improvement immediately. Our central A/C was running non stop during the summer days and could only keep the temperature at 80 degrees, (with the help of a window unit). Now the central a/c keeps the house cool all day with a lot less effort. If you are having problems cooling your house , check your insulation and call Attic Pros!

On day two, they repaired and sealed our attic AC ducts, sanitized the attic, and installed brand new insulation. Arthur's attention to detail and dedication to quality were evident throughout. He even went above and beyond by noticing a large opening in one of our skylights and sealed it for no extra charge. Arthur is an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed and making sure we were comfortable with each step. Professional, hardworking, reliable, HONEST. I called a few places to get quotes to add extra insulation throughout the house and to insulate above the garage and the garage door. Arthur gave me a fair price quote up front. Of course the other companies tried to match or beat his price, but I went with him regardless because his quote was good from the start. He got me on his schedule, showed up when he said he would, and got everything done efficiently. He even let me know my garage door was already insulated and I wouldn’t need anything else done to it. Arthur (owner) did an amazing job for us. We had blown in insulation redone as well as batting insulation installed in a finished attic room. The first day they sucked out all the old insulation and picked up the old trash in our attic, it was completely clean. Then they blew in all the new insulation, got into some spots others said they would not be able to get to, and even blew in to spots that weren't discussed.

Attic Pros did a great job for us. Not only did he take out all the old insulation on one day. At our request, they then came back and gave us a field of snow in our attic. Have to add one more item he found some old electrical stuff in our attic that didn’t look good, so Arthur allowed us to do it on 2 different days so we could get the out dated stuff fix. Can't recommend highly enough. I didn't think insulation to be a particularly complicated matter but the education I got from them sure opened my eyes. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. Not just telling you what is needed and how much it costs but also the why allowing for a level of comfort with the process.

We are very happy with the job that Arthur and his staff did for us. We have gone 24hrs with the new insulation in our attic and can already see a difference in the comfort in our home. Arthur is the owner & he values your business & his company's reputation. Some companies want a deposit beforehand. Not Arthur -- pay him when the job is done. Wow, wow, wow! Arthur was super friendly, easy to work with, on time, reliable and communication was top notch. Very highly recommended.

We called a few places and Attic Pro called back with in the hour. Gave us the estimate and was out, on time, the day we requested. He went in attic and inspected all ducting to ensure integrity before blowing insulation in. He found one spot that needed repair and handled it. Now we have a good 10 inches of new insulation which will help out tremendously with electric bills.

Other contractors tried to sell me cleaning and sanitizing services and Arthur said it wasn’t necessary. He was very honest and did a good job. He also came back and took thermal images of my whole house for free. He didn’t try to upsell me and was honest about me not needing to invest in additional insulation at this time.

Removed old insulation, sanitized, blew in 14" of new insulation. Professional, prompt, very polite, very reasonable. Arthur is a gem,; honest, affordable, excellent help with him that day.
