This company appeared on my Facebook on 1/7/2026. Raphael called within 5 mins. We scheduled appointment for 1/8. He was punctual and great estimate. As a female I didn't think he was ripping me off. He had pictures for me before and after. He was clean and professional. No mess behind. I will recommend him for services to my family and neighbors. Very very good service

I recently hired Miller Attics for a complete crawl space cleanup and rodent proofing, and the experience was excellent from day one. Before I even hired them, Rafael Hen came out for an initial inspection that truly set them apart. Our house is on a hill, which makes the crawl space difficult to access and navigate. Rafael spent over an hour meticulously documenting every single detail of what needed to be done—he didn't rush through or offer a generic quote. The execution was just as impressive as the inspection. The team performed a full cleanup, replaced contaminated duct insulation , and sanitized the entire area with a DSV solution to remove odors. They sealed every entry point with hardware cloth and steel wool , and the fact that the work comes with a lifetime warranty gives me huge peace of mind. Fantastic worksmanship from this company! We had suspected we had criterios liviano in our attic for a While now so I decided to get the attic inspected by Al the owner. Sure enough, we had rodents in the attic and crawl space and it looked totaly disgusting! Miller Attics got rid of the rats and mice and sanitezed both the attic and crawl space, the comunication was flawless and we're super happy with the results. Highly recomended.

We had rodent issues in our attic and upon inspection, we needed to replace insulation and air ducts which still contained asbestos. Rafael explained everything in detail, walked us through the process and showed photos. The service was fast (done in less than 2 days) and the crew set up containment properly. Rafael was responsive and even extended a payment plan. We’re happy with the service and would recommend Miller Attics.

Awesome service! We had a rodent issue that no company could solve in over 5 years but when Al came over, he did a thorough inspection of the attic and crawl space and took a look all around the house and found multiple entry points that were never brought to our attention! The crew was pleasant, polite and clean. Miller Attics replaced all of our insulation throughout the house and now it’s rodent free and we rarely even use our HVAC. What a great result! They did a really great job getting rid of my pest problems. For a couple years I had issues with rodent but they came and eliminated that problem. It's been a few months and there has been no issues. I'm grateful for everything they did.

I found Miller Attics online because I suspected that we have rats living in the attic. Al came out and did a thorough inspection and explained to us and showed pictures of all the issues that we had in the attic and in the crawl space. I moved to Berkeley recently and my place was occupied by students before. I guess they didn’t clean up after themselves because it had a big mouse problem. Miller was able to replace insulation and plug some exterior holes. I think they also used rotendicide or something similar, but there haven’t been any issues since. Seems like they fixed it and the price was reasonable, no complaints.

Had a major rodent infestation. Rats mice even a possum and no one could figure out where they were coming in from, but Miller attics found all of the entry points, closed them off and replaced our insulation and a couple of air ducts and now our house is back to being clean and secure 👍

Best customer experience I could hope for. My cousin hired this company 2 years ago for rodent issues in the attic and crawl space and his problem was resolved so naturally I called them up once I saw I now have the same issue in my attic. They came by, diagnosed the problem, figured out where the rats were getting in from, closed all the entry points and replaced the insulation. Now my attic is clean and protected. I would hire them again in a heartbeat
