Atticare was great! I initially called Bob to check out my crawlspace and thats when I learned of their insulation services. I desperately need to replace mine but I wasn’t sure who to hire until I met Bob. He was upfront, responsive, and flexible to my schedule - I scheduled a cleaning day and an install day. Both times his crew was incredibly quick. My attic looks brand new, my second floor retains a LOT more heat and I’m so happy!!

Tre came out to check my attic because I suspected a squirrel got in. He inspected it and saw the insulation damage caused by the pest and set a trap for me. Since I have a new roof & siding he told me to contact that company to see where a space might be for the squirrel to come in. Very professional & personable. Told me not to hesitate to call if the issue isnt resolved.

We are so happy that we found Atticare! Alex our consultant, and the Tech who completed the job were exceptional! Both were reliable, honest, professional, and friendly. We had birds nesting under our roof shingles who now found their way into the attic. The work done not only looks great, but the birds can no longer get in and we are happy to say that no birds were harmed. We will be calling them again for some attic work that needs to be done. The crew showed up timely and was very clean, efficient and professional. The whole project was roughly 3 hours of work and they did a fantastic job. They wore shoe covers entering the house to not leave foot prints which is a huge plus. And they vacuumed the attic stair and surrounding area when finished. Hardly knew they were even in the house.

I had a great experience with Atticare. They were prompt, professional, and very fair on the price. The crew showed up right at 8 AM and were completely finished by 12:30, which honestly surprised me because they were extremely thorough at every step. They removed all my old insulation, vacuumed and cleaned the entire attic, sanitized, and then installed the new insulation. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They kept the work area clean, protected the paths through my home, and were respectful the entire time. They also answered all my questions and addressed every concern without rushing me. After replacing my roof, the attic was left a mess, and I could clearly see the poor condition of my 65-year-old insulation. I called Atticare, and they sent Bob out the same day. ChatGPT gave me a price range to expect, and Atticare came in with a very fair quote. Nick and the team arrived exactly on time. Nick and I walked through the house and aligned on the plan. They took great care to protect my home before starting. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked with real urgency. They finished before lunch and left everything spotless. They removed the old insulation in contractor bags, vacuumed all debris, sealed cracks, sanitized, installed baffles, and laid down the new insulation. Outstanding experience from start to finish. I met with Stephen on Dec 1st 2025 for a consultation. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I agreed to have my attic insulation replaced at a very reasonable price. The job was completed the next day. Installers took the time to cover and protect all furniture, personal belongings and hardwood floors. They were quick, polite and did a thorough job. I have a home which is heated by all electric. I’ve paid up to 1000 dollars a month on my energy in the winter. Today is 3 days later and my house is boiling. No joke! No bullshit! I looking forward to seeing my electric bill next month. This is possibly the best decision I’ve made all year. 5 Stars definitely recommend atticcare!

From my original contact with Bob, through to the team that actually did the job, everything went smoothly. All were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The experience was seamless with Atticare. I called the customer service number and requested an estimate. Two weeks later Bob showed up on time to our house and gave us a heads up on his time of arrival about forty mins prior. The insulation in our house was very very old from the 1960s! Bob explained the whole process with a booklet and pictures of what will take place on the day of installation. He took our deposit and we were scheduled for the following week. On the day of the work, his crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were clean and didn’t leave any remnants of the job. A few hours later they were finished and we were shown pictures of the work. I climbed into the attic to inspect it and everything was great. Attic project completed in one day and I'm happy I chose Atticare for this job and would gladly refer them to others. Senior Field Technician, Bob met with me in person, explained the process of removing old insulation, cleaning the attic, sealing any cracks, spraying for rodents, making sure there was proper air flow then installing new insulation. He came prepared with information, including pictures, explained the service contract answered questions I had and communicated with me as needed including responding to my calls quickly. Job supervisor, Victor called me before he arrived, then arrived on time and was polite, friendly and professional. Throughout the day he would periodically update me as to where the working men were in the process and the estimated time they would finish. The service was terrific. The foreman - Steve - went the extra mile in explaining things and helping me with some of the loose ends that inevitably came about because of emptying out the attic. The work was quickly and professionally done. An excellent job. The 4 stars instead of 5 was because when I used a credit card for the deposit, I was not told there’d be a 3% charge. Not a big deal (and maybe I should have assumed it), but it was a bit annoying. Other than that, things went as well as could she hoped. They worked with minimal inconvenience to myself and left the area spotless. Again, a job well done!!

We had such a great experience with Atticare, specially Mo! He was professional and very easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the bat proofing and exclusion process. From the initial consultation to the work needed to properly and safely prevent bats from reentering our attic, I knew we were in good hands. In July we discovered we had bats in our attic. Atticare sent us Mo. Mo checked our problem and calmly told us what needed to be done. Because bats are endangered all repairs çould not be completed till August. Gates had to be installed to let the bats out but not back in, when all the work was done Mo sanitized the attic and then vacuumed everything up. Mo was very knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He'll forever be my "Batman", Thanks Mo!

Atticare came on a 98 degree day in July to replace the insulation in my attic crawl space. The air conditioner recently broke on this floor, so it is extremely hot and the space they were working in was tight, but they got the job done! The area was left clean and they carefully worked around electrical wires and our HVAC unit. True professionals! Thank you to Moe, Steve and team!

Best decision I made. My home is an older home and I constantly lose air-conditioning. I had this service completed and immediately see a difference. Found this company on a social media campaign. We were having work performed in our attic space and discussed having the attic re insulated as the insulation in the space was comprised. Having done the insulation many years prior, I knew the type of task on hand. I knew what the job was going to be like. After researching Atticare, I reached out for a quote. Bob P was assigned as the project lead. He assessed the attic. Then gave me a full report with how he was going to handle project. Gave options and programs we would qualify for plus any financing offers. Our quote was issued while he was onsite instead of days or weeks with other contractors. Bob was able to address any questions or possible issues efficiently. Very easy to deal with too. Once the quote was approved, the scheduling process was efficient. On the day of the work Victor and his team were onsite to perform the work.Victor performed a walk thru inspection and made sure the path would be isolated to keep debris down in the residence. Victor reviewed our work order to verify the work to be done. Excellent communication the whole process with regular updates to the final walk thru. Any issues found were addressed very quickly. Even the final invoicing was very easy. There was an issue with paperwork. The office staff addressed it promptly. The project was quoted on Monday Afternoon with the completion on Thursday afternoon. Very impressed. We contacted other companies who seemed like they could not be bothered to even dispatch a sales rep to look at the job. Impressive team! They sealed my entire kitchen and living room to keep it clean and avoid dust, which i was most afraid of after removing 15+ yrs old insulation. I had my attic reinsulated today. The team that was sent to my house was very professional. They used plastic everywhere to prevent a mess and cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. Franklin made sure I knew what they did, and I went to inspect after they had removed the old insulation and taken out all the waste, dirt, and dust. Upon completion, I went up again to see the finished product. I'm very happy with both the salesperson Alex, who explained the scope of the job, and the crew that came to do the work.

What an amazing job by Atticare!! The workers were friendly, clean, and professional. They started off by closing off their work area so no dust/debris would get into the rest of the house. They were kind enough to remove all my storage bins before starting their process and putting them back when they finished. The moment they started cleaning, I could tell by the air quality throughout the house. They brought down many heavy-duty trash bags and the vacuum was running for a long time, so I am sure there was a lot of everything up there. I did not want to see the before pictures but the after pictures were clean and clear. After they finished, I did an inspection and he explained to me what they did (clean, sanitized, deodorized, sealed off any openings and insulated the floor and back wall) which was exactly what my contract stated. In addition, they installed vents to promote proper ventilation to prevent mold. I would definitely recommend Atticare for all your attic needs!

Mo did a fantastic job removing the bird nest, material etc. Cleaned it up and put chemical so it doesn’t happen again. Also added covers so it also doesn’t happen again. I’d recommend Mo and his company to anyone that has bird issues in their vents!

Steve and his crew Klyde and Alex did a great job clearing our attic of old insulation and floorboards and installing new insulation and plugging up any gaps where air and critters could get in. They were efficient, fast and Steve kept me informed all the way through the process. They left our home clean and undamaged.

Bob came to my home to inspect the issue. As he was explaining everything to me my mother walked into the room. I introduced him to her, he shook her hand, not her fingers, but her hand. He invited her to join us. He has a very warm and welcoming spirit. Bob went to get something out of the car and my mother said he’s the one. God sent. We set up the appointment to begin the work. The Saturday when the team arrived to do the work, Victor was so very nice, and so was his team. They did not make a mess, and they cleaned up behind themselves. Victor showed me the before and after pictures of the holes that were entry ways for the rodents. They closed them up and reinsulated my attic. I highly recommend them. My mother was sorry they didn’t have a landscaping company as well.

We worked with AtticareUSA to clean, sanitize, and reinsulate our attic, after it was discovered that we had a minor mouse problem in our home. From the initial conversation and quote via the salesman Bob Pisillo, to the crew arriving right on time, the experience was excellent. They not only did all of the above, but also unloaded our attic - which had over 20 years worth of storage within - and RELOADED it after all the work was completed, all within a a single day. The crew was courteous, clean, and worked extremely hard to get things done quickly and well. I couldn't recommend Atticare enough. We purchased a house where the inspection had found evidence of animals in the attic, but unfortunately we never contacted any kind of pest control company to follow up. I think we assumed the issue was only mice, and something that we could handle by ourselves at some point. After hearing animal noises over the following weeks, we finally contacted Atticare (based on a personal recommendation from a friend). I was impressed how quickly they were able to get us on their schedule for a free consultation. From the moment Mo showed up, I was impressed by his professionalism, care, and preparation. Mo is a wildlife expert that has a true passion for animals and making sure they're living somewhere other than your house. He explained every part of the process. Mo inspected the perimeter of the house, then geared up and inspected inside the attic space. Then he got up on a ladder and inspected the roof and eaves/access points all around the house. (By comparison, another company we called only inspected the inside of the attic and then only quoted remediation/sealing of what was accessible from inside). At every point in this process Mo was taking pictures that he shared so I could see what he is seeing, and he educated me about the situation. We had a pretty significant bat infestation that must have been ongoing for years. Mo identified all of the main access points where they were getting in, and even found a live bat in the attic. After a thorough inspection, he came up with a plan that would be carried out in three stages: 1) Seal up the majority of the access points where the bats were getting in, 2) install hardware to let any remaining bats get out and not back in, and 3) seal up those points when the bats were gone and then remediate the contaminated attic space. The crew that came to remediate the attic were excellent. Steve, like Mo, made sure we knew what was happening and the care they were taking to remove the old insulation and minimize any of that material getting into the main house. Steve, Sadiq, Hugo, and Napo worked so quickly and efficiently. They also took pictures so we could see the cleaned up attic, and then pictures of the newly sealed and insulated space.

Atticare took care of my house this past weekend and I can honestly say they did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and finished after just a few hours. Steve was great to deal with, from the moment they arrived until the moment they left Steve filled me in on what they were doing and how the job was going. He even texted me pictures from the attic throughout the day so I could see what was happening. When they finished Steve took me up in the attic to go over everything and answered all the questions I had. He even made sure I was happy with how clean they left the house before he left. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for insulation work, in fact I have already given their phone number to my neighbor. They definitely earned a 5 star rating.

I saw an ad online and was interested, wrote down the number and never went back to it. Then I saw a reel/ad on Instagram and I filled in a form. A very professional person named Genesis called promptly and left me a voicemail. It was followed up with an email. I knew my insulation was 40+ years old, and this should be done, but wasn't ready to give access to my attic, and I was considering crawling up there and doing it myself so I put it off. I solved my access issue and contacted them for an inspection visit for the quote. Bob Pisillo came to my house, giving me a very accurate ETA. His inspection and presentation was very informative, low pressure, old school easy going. It was more than I wanted to pay, BUT SO MUCH MORE COMPLETE than I would have done it. I was convinced, discussed it with my wife and scheduled it for mid-month. The team of Victor, Hugo, and Eddie showed up right on time, completed the job just as Bob had promised, taking great care of the path to the attic from my front door by lining it with plastic. They offered to have me inspect the job as they went along, once after the complete clean out, again as they installed the insulation, and finally after the new insulation was complete. They cleaned up everything leaving my house, walkway and driveway just as they found it. The piece of mind this renovation gave me is terrific. It was worth every penny! I can't wait to see the savings on my heating and cooling bills.

My attic and crawl space look SO much better! Jose and his crew cleaned out super old insulation, that was dirty with mouse poop, and made it look brand new! I feel so much better about the cleanliness of that area now, plus the energy saving costs. The crew was polite and on time.. worked their butts off doing a job I would not want! I had called during a weekend and was able to schedule a meeting for a quote very quickly and the person on the phone was very nice and answered any general questions we had. Our house was dealing with the aftermath of raccoons and the mess of old insulation. Our initial meeting was with Alex, who was very knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He walked us through everything that needed to be done, their process, and the cost. He also answered all of our questions and concerns. We were also able to schedule an appointment very quickly once we decided to work with them. The day of service Franklin and his team arrived very promptly and got started on setting up. Mo, who was knowledgeable on raccoons and their removal processes also arrived and was able to double check to make sure that the raccoon situation was handled. From there Franklin and the team got started on their process, they were so organized and detailed and in a matter of hours transformed our attic. From the moment I met Bob right down to the finish line he was all that and then some, and that was just his personality. Business side very respectful, thoughtful and took my concerns seriously. walked me through step-by-step process and as he said it was how it was done. P.S. my brother did some insulation work way back when so has some knowledge, he himself was impressed with the work the crew did, knowing there was some difficult areas to cover, and they did not cut corners, and very impressed with the quality of work. it was perfection! Though it's only day 2 since completed and too soon to compare heating bill, I quickly noticed that the furnace to the 2nd floor doesn't run as much so where my laundry room is now comfortable to be in rather than feeling like a sauna. This company has a great process in place! As a business owner myself I can tell when a company has it together by their systems. Great communication, organization, and process overall. They put up plastic to protect my entire space and avoid and sort of debris from my attic hitting any of t rooms, hallway, etc. Very reasonable price for the work they put in. We had easily 40+ year old attic insulation that they cleaned out, sterilized, foamed around cracks, and laid out the insulation. In my crawl space they cleared out all of the old insulation, filled in cracks, re insulated, and sterilized the space. Completely happy with their work! Also, no signs of field mice in my attic or storage space after their work.

Great communication. During the quote explained the process thoroughly. Did a very professional job. Very reasonable price for the work they put in. Would recommend to anyone I know. I had about a 70 year old attic with original ratty insulation that they cleaned out, sterilized the space, foamed around cracks and lights, and laid out the insulation paid for. We were in need of cleaning and re-insulating our attic. My husband did a search and found Atticare. I wasn't sold on hiring because we have had a few bad experiences. I decided to research Atticare, I saw the company had great reviews on Yelp and Google. I saw someone in town used them too and had great things to say, so my husband scheduled a visit for a quote. I met with Alexander, he came, he saw and provided a quote. He showed me his past work and I booked them for the job. Alex was very honest about his employees, he mentioned each one by name and approximate hours they would need to complete. That day, the workers didn't arrive at the time expected but they got straight to work. Manual from Atticare made sure to cover my space with plastic from ceiling to floor to prevent as much dust as they could from entering my furnishings and belongings and drop cloths for the floor. I also had plastic wrap over my belongings to prevent this. End result, my husband and I were happy with the results. They emptied the attic, vacuumed and insulated every area even the dormers without using spray insulation. No sign of pests. See photos of results.

From the initial representative who came out to quote- to the office staff that kept tabs on everything, to the four-man crew they got the job done in (what I thought was) record time while leaving not even a spec of dust behind, it was nothing but professional. Before and after photos tell the story (but only posting an “after” photo here. Ok, maybe an in progress photo or two as well!). I can’t speak highly enough about this company. While I certainly hope I don’t need to re-insulate my attic again anytime soon, I would call these guys again in a heartbeat.

I would like to give atticare a higher rating and remove this rating completely when I get a chance to reinspect under the insulation to make sure the rodent feces was indeed removed since the last visit. I’m so busy I didn’t have a chance to look, and I just don’t want to give bad press to a company that has been making amends with me so this revision is a quick fix for now. ********************************************* Paid Atticare to replace my old insulation and install a new attic ladder. The contractor who installed it was a complete hack and cut the joists wrong and framed it wrong. When you go in the attic it makes the entire ceiling move, it’s completely not safe. I’ve reached out to Bob multiple times and he kept promising the office was going to reach out to me, they never did no matter how many times Bob would tell me. Also there was Rodent droppings under the new insulation they installed. I will update this post with pictures of the work preformed and screen shots of the t messages back and forth with Bob. I had this work done back in the summer of 2021 but since I’m an active member of the military I hadn’t had time to get lawyers involved , all I can do is educate the public of what kind of company they could be potentially dealing with. ******************************************** Revision 1. Atticare did a great job. My estimator Bob explained the whole process, and quickly gave me a price quote. We were having a new roof put on and knew the process would make a huge mess and probably contaminate our old blown in insulation. Atticare did a great job cleaning all of that up, removing our old blown in insulation and replacing with high quality batt insulation. Stephen and his crew did a fantastic job; were very careful and even stayed late to finish everything perfectly. I'd highly recommend them - honestly my attic looks brand new, and the energy savings will be a big plus.

I used atticare to replace very old, almost nonexistent, insulation in my attic and I couldn’t be happier. When I first contacted them, they came out, inspected the job and advised me of my solution. Once the job started , they were extremely neat and thorough. All the old insulation was removed through giant vacuums, any gaps were air sealed, the entire attic was sanitized and then brand new insulation was installed. I called Atticare to get a quote on my attic insulation disaster. Previous owners just tossed insulation into the attic and it was a mess. Bob came out and gave me an estimate and we were able to get something on the calendar. Steve and his team came out on a very hot July day. They removed all of the old insulation, vacuumed the attic, sealed spaces with spray foam, added caps to the recessed lights and installed all new insulation. They were super clean- lined plastic down in the hall before they started and when the left, Steve removed all of the plastic and wiped down the hall floors with sanitizing wipes. Would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with Atticare. Atticare surpassed all expectations. I moved into my house in 2014 and after living in it for a little bit… I realize that there was a lot more work that needed to get done than first thought. I’ve replaced the roof and I upgraded both the downstairs and attic’s HVAC (which was supposed to be high efficiency)… nevertheless, my heating and cooling bills are double all of my neighbors as per the utility company. That being said, I had some work to do in the attic and realized how absolutely disgusting everything was not to mention how old it was. So I called Atticare for a quote… and they came almost immediately and gave an estimate which was better than I expected. They set up a time which was very convenient and almost immediate. We went over all of the problems and he did not try to upsell me but I wanted everything BETTER… A lot BETTER… And that’s what I got. They came on time and all of the workers were very friendly and polite. They draped off all of the rooms that would be affected so that dust and dirt would not go throughout the house. They finished the job in one day. They vacuumed out everything. No more bugs, no more nails and staples from the new roof lying around, no more rodent waste, and a clean new look… Not to mention in the past couple of days, the heat has not kicked on nearly as often in the middle of the night because of inefficiency. It’s brand-new insulation and the pictures speak for themselves.
