Traction Wildlife and Pest Control are very responsive and provide a well rounded service. We had a terrible skink smell, but couldn’t figure out where exactly it was coming from. Turned out to be a skunk that died under a shed and Arman came out in the dark and figured it out. He was able to locate the carcass and remove it from the building. It wasn’t an easy job since he had to remove part of the floor board, but a job done well. He was also able to come back and critter proof the perimeter of the building with high quality netting. They also have humane critter traps that do not harm animals at all and will safely relocate them (skunks, raccoons, opossums, etc). This company is definitely my go to for related needs. Traction Wildlife responded immediately to my call for help. A home visit was done with clear understanding of the problem and solutions. A remedy was authorized and work completed faster than expected at a cost 1/4 of what the prior expert proposed. So far....very pleased. The test will be whether the pest problem recurs over the next 3-4 months. I am optimistic.

There have been trap issues but Traction Wildlife has fixed them very quickly. That was great

I wouldn't call them again. I expected at a minimum that someone goes in the attic to the location where I heard noises and determine from footprints or droppings what it is.<br><br>Instead he stuck his head through the attic opening and told me the animal is currently not present but he sees footprints 30ft away in the location I indicated. (Couldn't get there because "it's dangerous".)<br><br>Two stars because their system was pretty responsive, plus, I don't want to be unfair to the other people working there who may be fine.

Patrick the owner is very responsive and helpful. Arman answered all of my many questions today about the pests I'm currently dealing with, and he is very knowledgeable and personable. I'm really glad I found this company for our extermination needs. Have been using them for almost a year now.

When we made the appointment, I was adamant that the person should make 100% sure that there were no animals under the house. Unfortunately, there was a cat under the house. I heard her meowing. Andrew came back and went under the house but couldn't find her. She's feral and was hiding. I left her food and water which she ate. Andrew came back the next day and installed a one-way door. The plastic door was too heavy so I propped a brick under it to keep it open. She finally came out last Thursday. Thankfully, she was okay. If she died of starvation and dehydration, it would have been a very ugly situation. Andrew was extremely nice and attentive and came back about 4 times. He was concerned about the black kitty.

They responded promptly, same day service. Needed to have a raccoon removed from crawl space under my house. Quote was reasonable so I asked them to proceed. Arman was very professional and knowledgeable. Job well done!

Andrew was great! We had a skunk take up residence under our house, and Andrew explained everything that Traction Wildlife could do to help with the situation in the most humane way. The skunk relocated through the one-way door Andrew installed, and then Andrew made sure all the crawlspace entrances were secure so we wouldn't have any unwanted guests again.

Traction did a great job. The worked hard to make sure no stray cats were under our house and that took several trips. They built and installed robust secure screens to keep the cats and any other animals out. We are pleased.

Andrew was very prompt with the service we requested. We had inquired about needing some help with raccoons and they were able to come out and help the very same day. They also came back on a follow up visit and made sure all animals were gone and sealed up any holes we had in the roof. Traction wildlife is very much appreciated. They are the best.

After the buyers conducted a home inspection on our listing, learned there was a raccoon living underneath the home. Called Traction Wildlife and pest control at 5PM on a Friday and they were able to come out the next day. Really like the text message letting me know they we would be there in 30 minutes. Called Traction early one morning in a panic that a skunk had set up house in my yard. Two big dogs could not go out and the risk of the dogs and us being sprayed was too much. Called Patrick and within 3 hrs Andrew was here and removed the skunk! Professional, trustworthy, more than expedient and very reasonable esp for a company that traveled a distance to my home.<br>Highly without hesitation recommend this company!! Arman helped us with raccoons living under house and coming into house late at night through the doggy door. It has been 4 days and I think they are gone but looking into doggy doors with collar sensors to make sure no critters come into house. Very satisfied with my experience with this company and Arman.

Supposedly, they charge a fee that is supposed to go towards whatever work you have done, but the guy who came out just made some recommendations of other people to call. The two things he said he could fix were going to be additional charges to the fee I had to pay. He had no plan for catching/removing the rodents in my house except for poison which could be transmitted to pets or wildlife that eat the poisoned dead rodents. I thought that type of pest control was illegal in California.

We called Traction Wildlife due to a skunk found in our warehouse. They came out within a few hours, talked about our options and set a trap. They advised to reply the next day for an update by 8am. After advising the skunk had been secured in the trap they sent someone withih short time to remove the skunk without harm. Problem resolved quickly and without any issues or complications. We found their fees very reasonable and we're extremely satisfied throughout the whole process. We appreciate their prompt and calm approach and would highly recommend them to be your 1st call regarding any animal removal issue.

Arman came by yesterday to spray my house for crickets, spiders, and ants. He did a thorough job answering all of my questions and took the time to remove all the built-up spider webs on the walls and eaves of my house. He also explained to me that lizards are controlled by reducing the insect population-- no food, no lizards.<br><br>I highly recommend Arman and Traction Pest Control anytime you have a problem with pests and rodents. They will get the job done right for you at a reasonable price!

Arman from Traction Wildlife is the best! After a few days of skunk “perfume” wafting through our house, we called Traction. Arman arrived and thoroughly explained the options we had to trap and humanely remove the skunk. We were shocked that after a week nothing had been trapped despite our noses telling us that the skunk was still very much present. Arman returned and deduced that the skunk most likely had perished under the house. He then ventured down into the crawl space exploring every corner he found the deceased skunk and removed it. He also provided detailed video of this endeavor. We are so grateful that Arman helped get us out of this nightmare. I hope we don’t have similar issues soon, but if we do, Arman will be our first call.

Patrick the owner is fantastic. I text him late at night and he replied instantly and let me know he would have someone out to me that next morning to set a humane no-kill skunk trap. (The reason I hired this company they do not kill when they trap they trap and drop off at organizations/ rescues that tend for the wildlife) drew came out that next morning and set the trap. We caught the skunk a day later and he quickly after texting him showed up within the hour to pick up the skunk! Great service!!! Can’t stress the fact of how fast acting they are!! We had a Momma raccoon and her babies in our houses crawl space. Traction Wildlife had Great response time. Arman was our specialist he was terrific! Shored up my houses crawl space vents and created a humane way for Momma and her babies to leave on their own.

At our request he provided detailed photo and video documentation. We truly appreciated his communication and attention to detail. Traction did a great job trapping 2 raccoons that had destroyed an air-conditioning duct in our utility room. The raccoons were very cute and sad looking in their little cages but way too destructive to stay!

These guys are amazing. Patrick the owner and Arman his technician Care so much about these animals and are so thoughtful and have such incredibly smart systems designed. We had a raccoon with babies in our attic that had chewed through our siding to get there and using their system they got the mother to move her babies out on her own. No animals harmed!! I have used Traction for the past 3 years. I am having a rat issue, again, and Patrick came right out and did a very thorough inspection. He secured possible pathways and helped me set up a plan to keep rats from accessing my home. I am also going to take advantage of his monthly trap setting service so that I can stay ahead of any issues. OMG! I saw a skunk hanging out in my backyard on a Monday and called Traction Wildlife. Tuesday morning Andrew came and set the trap. Wednesday morning the Skunk was in the trap and Andrew came to get him. He even left another trap in case of others. Andrew was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Kudos to Patrick, Andrew and Arman for solving a recalcitrant problem, a mama raccoon and two baby raccoons living in our attic. Andrew found the raccoons’ hiding place within minutes on the initial visit and provided a video for us. Although we were skeptical of their solution, they performed a miracle by getting the raccoons to self-deport in less than a week. They also closed vents in our roof that allowed wildlife to enter the attic. Traction Wildlife and Pest Control has highly trained, professional and courteous people. We are grateful and thankful for their humane and effective service.

Had a raccoon destroying my yard. Patrick came out set the trap and less than 48 hrs later caught the little guy. Called for pickup provided by Arman which arrived in under two hours. Arman treated the raccoon humanely and even had kibble and water for it at the ready. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Very happy with the service.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk in the middle of the day, and I was able to corner it in my backyard. I called Traction, and they were able to send someone over right away to come and trap and remove the skunk. I couldn't be happier, this skunk had been spraying my dogs and ruining my yard for months. Highly recommend these guys for any animal removal needs!

2 large holes, possibly skunks. Trap set, paper inserted into the holes to ascertain whether the holes are active. Andrew was a great technician, professional, very pleasant, listened and gave feedback.

I have had to use their services to remove wildlife on two separate occasions. Arman was responsive, prompt, and most importantly - effective. Would not hesitate to use again.

We would never harm anything that fights for its survival or can feel regardless of size or type. Finding Traction was a life-saver, for us and for the animals they helped us protect but also protect ourselves from. It's not healthy to have many mice living in places in your home. With the help of Traction and our friend, Taniel Adams, we were able to safely, easily relocate many "guests" who'd stayed too long. They are safe in their new location. They are now not inhabited by humans and we are not inhabited by them. Great job, Traction Wildlife!

Patrick n Daniel were great , had a possum n rodent problem , long story short caught the possum , when I notified James we caught it he sent Patrick out promptly to remove possum n the Rat caught n trap in Attic, set more traps n attic , we r working on plan for rodents, ( closing entry points etc) they addressed my concerns promptly , they also came on time as promised, thanks traction!!

The tech came to my residence in 2 hours after I made a service inquiry. Not like any other companies, no bait and switch. It is right on where the problem is. The tech is very experienced, told me it is a squirrel trapped in the kitchen range hood on first sight. Some big name company told me it is mouse problem and tried to sell me the service costing thousands of dollars. The tech crawled in the attic and climbed on the roof, worked tirelessly until he caught the little creature and released it to my back yard. The final price is fair and reasonable, worth every penny. I believe they will be top on your list if you have pest issues.

Patrick is knowledgeable and set up<br>Multiple baited traps in garage while advising on entry point of rats which has since been closed off. We caught the 1st dead rat today. He reset baited traps to monitor daily and see if additional rats are caught or if the first one was the Lone Ranger.

The serviceman, James, was very patient in answering my questions about snakes. He was knowledgeable in the habits of snakes and confirmed the one in the video at our home was a gopher snake and not harmful to humans. HH responded quickly. They sent a text letting me know they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Brian is really friendly and told me everything I needed to know after he set the traps. The next day after the traps were sprung, they came out within two hours and removed the critter. It was an opossom, not the skunk I was hoping for, but happy to have it removed. Brian reset the traps and hopefully we'll get the skunk soon. Excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
