Peter came by to do an inspection and did an incredibly thorough job. He identified the issue of our rodent problem when two other companies couldn't. Very honest and clear about what steps to take.

Issac was punctual, professional, and polite. Extremely helpful and informative, too. I hope I will never need to use All Star Animal Trapping again, but if I do, I'm glad they're there!

I cannot say enough good things about Rob, Kim, Mike and Jailin. We had raccoons living in our attic for years due to our HOA's negligence. The raccoons had relieved themselves for years causing a very hazardous situation for everyone. These guys came in and accessed the damage/job needed and without hestiation, worked for days to clean up a very tight attic space in triple digit heat temps. They communicated the whole way through and worked with us on evey aspect of this job. I am so thankful they helped us with our issue. I will be calling them again anytime we need their help again in the future.

Kimmy just came by and picked up a very large female skunk that was caught in one of their traps. She came in and whisked that skunk away like it was nothing as I stood by at a very safe distance. We have had bats roosting in a crevice between our home and a covered patio for a number of years. It had become very messy and we decided it was time to do something about it. I'm so happy to of found All Star Animal Trapping. Robert and the crew were very professional and knew exactly how to humanly get the bats out and very importantly without harming the bats.<br><br>I wanted to install a bat house somewhere away from our home in our backyard. Robert made sure to find just the right tree for the bat house and install it for me. They cleaned and sealed the many areas on our home that the bats might come back to. I mentioned that we have had an issue with bees building hives in our attic space. It turns out the bats would have liked that same area, so in sealing everything for the bats we also solved any future bee hive issues. The job was done efficiently, on time and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Peter was awesome. Quick, left the place perfectly clean, and he even found a place for the poor stuck-in-our-wall kitten to go after rescuing her! Everyone I dealt with on the phone or in person were clear, polite, helpful and transparent about price. They will be my first call if we have any future issues.<br><br>Have to add on Connor came out to follow up with a second kitten and cleared out our attic sealed everything up. He was amazing. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe it and it’s clear he cares so much about the animals he works with.

We had a nest of skunks beneath the house. And a raccoon. A contentious one. Need I draw you a picture? It quickly became necessary to alert visitors to the house, "Yes, we're aware the place smells like skunk. But we're working on it." And by "we" I mean Conner at All Star Animal Control. I had looked up the incredibly labor-intensive way of dealing with the situation and wondered, frankly, how is THAT going to happen? And then Connor made it happen. One way doors. Traps for the lollygaggers. (Sidebar: none of the wee beasties were killed.) By the time it was finished he had actually rebuilt the access to beneath the house so it was secure. The situation was handled in an efficient and professional manner and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I came across ALL STAR ANIMAL TRAPPING researching for the best pest control /exterminators for a flea problem inside the house. While they were very responsive, they do not service for flea treatments; however, I ended up using their services, and did not disappoint. Their 5 star reviews are true! The history: Early this week, I detected the faint smell of a dead animal, and it seemed to be coming from the bushes that are at the entry way of our house, near the main door. The foul smell was getting worse as days went by. At the same time, we started seeing fleas in the house. On my journey looking for a qualified flea pest control/exterminator, I found out that whatever it was in the bushes, was the source of the fleas. Because today is Saturday, and the pest control/exterminators I liked do not work weekends and aren’t coming till Monday (if weather permits), I didn’t want wait until next week for them to do remove the animal and service the inside. Sooo who came to my rescue on a Saturday morning? Yes, ALL STAR ANIMAL TRAPPING Turns out they work Saturdays, and even though they don’t do extermination, they are qualified for dead animal removal. I spoke to Iris early this morning, and she sent Pablo who arrived within the hour! Pablo had to dig into the dense bushes until he found a decomposing possum which was the culprit of the fleas getting in our home. He bagged it, sanitised the area, and took it away in his vehicle. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture of the possum as I didn’t want to even look at it. I I just waited inside the house until Pablo had put it already in his van. I am grateful for their efficiency and fast and courteous service.

highly recommended if you have critters to get rid of. they showed up in off hours and gave me my options. follow ups were scheduled on time and very professional. i hope i don’t need them again but i will certainly call them if i do.

It all started with a rat that unfortunately decided to have my car's radiator hose for dinner. By sheer luck, I decided to pop my hood to check for fluid levels before leaving. Fortunately, Robert came through and inspected all points of entry in the garage and sealing up all potential access. Robert also performed a thorough house inspection and fabricated a brand new crawlspace entry door along with mesh screening several smaller areas throughout. The level of effort most def can't go unnoticed. Super happy customer.

What a fantastic experience it has been working with this company! I have had a family of opossums here at my house who were getting into things, and I also started seeing rodent droppings. I’m a huge animal lover and did not want to kill them, but didn’t know what to do. From the first moment I spoke with Iris on the phone, I knew this was the company for me. I have the highest praise for Pablo, Brandon, Luis R. and Connor, who came to my home and sealed up my house and are getting rid of the rats. We also just trapped the second possum this morning. He is in a humane cage right now and they are coming later to release him next to the one that they trapped and released yesterday because I know they are a family. When I started hearing something in the walls at night a few weeks ago, I called one of the big pest control companies out. The guy walked around our property, looked in the attic, and said ‘you’re good’.<br>Then a week later, I saw evidence of rodents in the house (yuck) which obviously meant we were not good!<br>So I called All Star, and they sent Pete and Ruben out the same day. They did an extremely thorough inspection, found where the rodents got in through interior walls, blocked the holes, and came back the next day to do repairs in the exterior stucco and vents so this won’t happen again. The guys were great to work with, and this service was worth every penny for my peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I didn't expect anyone to be able to arrive so quickly, but they did, and they dealt with the raccoons who had managed to get inside our roof. They assured me that the animal will be released in a humane manner.

We had a serious and ongoing problem with Raccoons using our patio cover as a ‘latrine.’ Yuck! All Star Animal Trapping caught and relocated 7 raccoons, cleaned and disinfected the area they had soiled and, most importantly, installed a wire mesh barrier to prevent them from ever being able to access that space again. Everyone - the office staff, all the technicians, and especially Robert, the owner - were extremely pleasant, helpful, courteous and understanding! They’re the best!!!

Complete RIP OFF!!! I had two rats in my attic crawlspace and they presented me with a proposal for $8670.00. I’m all for upselling but this felt criminal. We negotiated down to $750 for them to set a few traps. They caught nothing and the problem still persisted. I then called another company who sealed a few holes for $350. That was a few months ago and we never had another rat again. I’m all for making a profit but these people are crooks.

I wish I didn't have to write this review, since most of the people I interacted with here were great. However, the service provided was not.<br><br>Long story short, I had AST out to the house four times, and the rodent issue remains unsolved. Longer story below.<br><br>I had rats in the walls and under the house, so I called AST. They sent someone out initially on June 1 to provide a quote for services. $900 seemed fair since it included a 5-year warranty, and (this is important) they promised to humanely remove the rats while other companies only used traps that kill.<br><br>First attempt at service was on June 9. The technician stepped on and killed several plants despite me asking him to be careful. On that trip the technician also put a cover over the dryer outlet, which was part of our original quote. Fast forward to the next week when the dryer mysteriously stopped working. It turns out the cover they put on was trapping all the lint inside the dryer, so I had to remove it myself. They would later promise to rectify this but never did.<br><br>Between visits 2 and 3, I was mysteriously charged a second $900. Fortunately I was checking my credit card statement and noticed it. When I called in they told me it was a "mistake". Had I not caught this, I assume they wouldn't have either.<br><br>Visit #3 is where things went from bad to worse. The technician decided to put traps under the house without telling me. What happens when rats get trapped and nobody knows about it? They die of starvation. This is what gets me the most. I used this company because they promised a humane alternative, and what they provided was anything but that.<br><br>I believe the owner is who came out on trip #4 and told me it would be even more expensive to do the work that really needed to be done (somehow this never came up on trips #1 - #3), but as you might imagine I was done working with AST at this point.<br><br>I realize my experience might be in the minority given the other high reviews here. But if you're reading this, I would strongly urge you to consider another more qualified trapping service.

It is my privilege to write this review. Robert Messersmith and All-Star Animal Trapping are outstanding at what they do. What's more, they are all around good people. I would give them six stars on a scale of five stars. I got to know this company after they helped my mother with some rats in her basement several years ago. My mom is 80 years old, has high expectations, and can be exacting. She lives in a sizeable 1904-vintage house with a vintage river rock foundation. My mom had a series of frustrations with several other rodent abatement companies.<br>The story was always the same: They promised the moon and stars and then consistently failed to deliver. My mom tried All-Star. There was a night and day difference from the other companies. The company immediately identified and sealed numerous access points that other companies had missed. All-Star was on-point with trapping and removing dead rodents from the basement. All Star quickly got the basement completely rat-free and won my mom over. My mom became a raving fan.<br><br>I am a real estate broker. Since my mom was so impressed with All-Star, I began to refer my real estate brokerage clients for rat abatement. It's no fun dealing with rats. Rat abatement and rat-proofing aren't cheap. Rat abatement isn't something that anyone does for recreation. However, everyone I have sent has told me the same thing: The All-Star team provides outstanding service. People feel like they are dealing with true professionals who care about what they do and do a good job. Numerous clients have told me that the All-Star team is a pleasure to work with.<br><br>What prompted me to write this review is a recently completed project for another one of my clients. She is 74 years old. Her house had the worst rat infestation that I have ever even heard of. One of All Star's major competitors that does a lot of billboard advertising had already charged her $22,000, had given her a guarantee that proved to be worthless, and had wasted two years bumbling. All the while, the rat population at her house had increased. The city had cited the client, yellow-tagged her home, and threatened her with receivership and criminal prosecution. All-Star came in and took care of business. In one month, All-Star removed more than 500 rats from the house. The general vibe of the project was high anxiety. Due to the competitor's dismal history of failure for two years, everyone concerned started out skeptical. The All-Star team was friendly, highly professional, showed up like clockwork, and was deadly effective. They were able to remove 500 rats in one month. The team's performance was utterly confidence-inspiring. The infestation at this particular house was something that an exterminator is likely to see once in a career. If All-Star can handle that without missing a beat, they can handle any infestation.<br><br>I recently had to work with rodent abatement services from one of All Star's major competitors at another property. The difference in service was shocking. The technician was friendly but had low energy. He missed numerous obvious access points. He missed scheduled appointments. He emptied traps only after being texted and reminded. In the end, I couldn't even look him in the eye because the service was so far below the standard that All-Star has accustomed me to.<br><br>If you are dealing with unwanted rodent visitors, do yourself a favor and call this company.

ALLSTAR trapping is absolutely the best. They are professional, responsive to calls, and exude a friendly mannerism going about their job and interacting with the public. I personally can tell that this is more than just a job for them ...... IT IS THEIR PASSION WHEN IT COMES TO SAFELY REMOVING AND RELOCATING UNWANTED ANIMALS. Find another business.<br>Those people are not professional at all and all they care is money.<br>Arriving late and have to call office check 2 times.<br>Promise with call 30 minutes before arrival but never did.<br>After calling office saying will contact and let pro call me for new eta but never receive a call from him...<br>After arrival never got his name or any info.<br>Luckily found the dead not in a hard location(basicly just go up attic and pick) but insist charge $450 max amount said he did inspection, but the true is he is not even willing to take a look on the attic over garage.<br>Also keep promoting his advance service that give me a 5k quote.<br>Well good luck with your business.<br>I already take care of everything with different company they are wayyyy better!!! but not gonna promote here, just don't go with this company.

We’ve been hearing a rattlesnake in our back yard flower beds recently, and we finally saw it sleeping this morning. So we called All Star Animal Trapping, and they promptly came out and removed it. Those guys have nerves of steel! We’d definitely call them again.

A possum had come into my parents’ house from the attic without them even realizing it until days later when they discovered one of the bedroom is completely ransacked! After calling several places for help and not getting an immediate response, I am so glad that All Star Animal Trapping came to our rescue! The technician, Melissa came within an hour and got the possum out from under the bed quickly and calmly. She even inspected the attic for us and found several openings where the animal might have gotten in from. She then came back a few days later, went on the roof and covered up all the holes!! She is just so fantastic and professional! The most amazing thing that came out of this whole experience was that this brave and sweet technician turned out to be a former student of mine from 13 years ago when she was still in high school. We immediately recognized each other and were so elated to get reacquainted!!<br>This company was so swift in getting us the help we needed, and the job was completed quickly and thoroughly. First time using a rodent removal service. I was very pleased at how fast the response was to my request. I had a skunk living underneath my home. I was able to trap the skunk but needed him to be removed from the property. The technician Melissa was right on time and was able to safely remove the skunk from my property. Chis showed up at my house within a couple hours of my distress call. He crawled all over the super-tight space under my house, and ended up finding a dead rat and his nest hidden between the bathtub and the wall. Unbelievable detective work! The pest and the smell are totally gone. Chris was completely professional tracking down & the offensive smell. They will definitely be my first call next time.

We hired Rob and his crew to help protect our new home from swallow nests. They carefully analyzed the roofline and recommended installation of bird slides around the top floor roofline. As pictures show, the job they did was absolutely fantastic. We were so impressed with quality of their work we decided to hire them for a snake fence installation as well.

This crawl space was partially covered by a piece of particle board, with a tangle of wires everywhere. Melissa sealed it up BEAUTIFULLY (please excuse my terrible photo skills). She also sealed up a dryer vent and a dozen other problem areas around our aging house. Our kitchen, attic, and home in general will be safe from pests, thanks to Melissa. Her work was efficient and thorough and her manner was wonderful. If I ever need help like this again, they'll be the first people I call.

We had some kind of critter trapped in our fireplace, sounded like a rat or squirrel. Not sure how this happened but it did. We tried a few homemade remedies, to no avail. We then called animal control (they don’t do chimneys), chimney sweeps (no availability til January; the creature will die by then), and standard pest control (who basically laughed at the situation.). A neighbor recommended wildlife trapping services. It was a Friday afternoon and when we called All Star, they were able to send someone Saturday. Josh called Saturday morning and was super nice. Usually seems birds get trapped so seeing a squirrel was kind of a first, but he handled it professionally and we were impressed! Thanks to Josh, our cats won’t stay up all night to guard the fireplace. And we saved a squirrel as well. So happy to know about these services.

I, sadly, hit a squirrel outside my home. We have a 2 year old, and neighbors have kids as well, that round the area. I called and Josh came within an hour. Very professional work! Melissa did a number of jobs for us (catching a snake, rat inspection, and patching holes in roof). She was incredibly thorough, kind, and patient in explaining all the issues to us and resolving them quickly. Highly recommend her and the company!

I wish I'd hired them first - have had rodents in the attic multiple times in the past few years, and on this (the 4th iteration) I finally contacted All-Star instead. Josh came out, showed up on time and masked, and was completely professional and friendly. He found where the rats had been coming in within just a few minutes, and sealed the entryway on the spot (as well as several other potential points of entry). Took photos before/after, and was generally a pleasure to work with. I've rarely been happier to spend money on a service; highly recommended.

After dealing with weeks of lawn destruction, one call to All Star solved the problem. It was a raccoon that was tearing up my new lawn. All Star was so awesome, they came on time, set up traps and the next morning they came to pick her up. The whole process was so easy and hassle free. They took care of everything!!!! Call them when you have a real pest issue. we had a very large Skunk decide our backyard was a great place to visit at night. wire mesh at and under our fences and gates to block him did not help. Skunky dug up grass areas and dirt for worms making a ugly smelly mess in process. he showed up at 10p, 3a (Ring video), and we have 3 dogs so required us to get up continuously to stand guard. All Star dropped and set the traps and bait on Tues , Thursday night we caught our culprit. All star ensures pests treated well and let free in a national park 20-30 miles away so kids were happy too. What a relief !

We had 3 squirrels fall from the roof of our apartment into our stove vent. We were turned away by local pest control so we called all star. Melissa came with all the supplies ready to get these squirrels free. She got all three with her hands and handled the situation like a badass even releasing them at the park afterward. She was very sweet about sanitizing our apartment afterward as well. Amazing service definitely recommend her!

A huge roof rat (almost 20 inches long!) found access into the walls of our townhouse from outside, chewed a hole through a sheetrock wall, and came into the house. We trapped the rat in a small bathroom, and All Star Animal Trapping came and removed the rat in 3 minutes. They were very courteous and professional, arrived exactly when they said they would arrive, explained what they were going to do and how they would do it, and then did their work extremely efficiently. They described how we could best prevent this type of occurrence again, and they were thoughtful about looking around to identify any potential places we should have the exterminators explore. Their pricing is reasonable. When they came to us, they had just removed four raccoons from another property, and were kind enough to show them (in their cages) to our young daughter, who was fascinated. One specific contractor comes to mind that is melissa she's been undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and friendly individual that I have come across in recent times. When it came to fixing our basement crawlspaces, and other ventilation systems around the exterior of our property melissa showed no hesitation and I'm eternally thankful for the service that this company has provided.

Our indoor cat escaped and promptly got himself stuck in a gap between fences. After 36 hours with no luck coaxing him out, we called the professionals. Junior and Andy arrived in less than an hour and were as gentle as they could be with our poor scared boy. Now he is safe again and we are so grateful.

We had a poor little opossum die from heat exhaustion (crazy heat wave right now) outside our house in the back yard. This company has a great response time. We have used them on multiple occasions for dead animal removal, live raccoon trapping, and house inspection/sealing to prevent future rat intrusion. Our most recent tech Kim was fantastic, and found and secured several vulnerabilities that a prior pest control company that had allegedly secured the house had missed. Highly recommend!

Great price. My favorite thing is that if they catch a wildlife creature they release it back to nature in areas less populated by people. They don't kill the animal.

I was distraught because a squirrel had fallen down the top of my chimney into the insulating metal flue. I live in a two-story condo, so the chimney is about thirty feet high. I called a chimney sweep, but they did not know how to get to the squirrel since they normally do not deal with wildlife. The chimney sweep put a galvanized screen on the top of the chimney to prevent other animals from falling in. I called All Star Animal Trapping in the late evening, and they returned my call promptly. They sent Robert out the next morning. He was very professional, helpful, and compassionate. Robert climbed up to the top of our roof to assess the situation-very high and potentially dangerous. Since he could not get the squirrel from the roof (even if he removed the screen), Robert cut the drywall over the mantel (with our permission) to get to the squirrel, but the squirrel was not behind the wall. It was stuck within the insulating flue, not the flue itself. The thirty-foot long metal flue was screwed together like a bunch of rings stacked on top of each other going all the way to the top. It appeared that the only way to get to the squirrel would be to saw through the flue, which would compromise the entire flue and would have to be replaced. After calling the chimney guy again and showing him photos, he said that the flue could be unscrewed, but they would not be able to come back for another week. (I could not get ahold of him for a day.) I was desperate, so I called Robert. He said that he was very busy, but he would squeeze me in since he wanted to help us out. Robert came out within an hour, and he was able to remove the squirrel. Unfortunately, we did not realize that it was already dead. The noises from the squirrel struggling to get out were killing me. I could not leave the house because I am on bed rest from a surgery, so it was like a form of psychological torture. On both visits Robert went the extra mile. He crawled behind the wall to see what was going on. It was a very tight and precarious space. I cannot thank Robert enough for coming out a second time on short notice because he "wanted to help us out." He gave me much-needed peace of mind. The price was very reasonable for both visits and definitely worth it! Thank you, Robert and All Star Animal Trapping!

Raccoons were digging up my yard. All Star came the same day I called and set up traps. They inspected my house to see if there were any entry points that the animals could use to go under my house. They were very responsive when I called to remove the two possums and four raccoons that the traps caught over one week. They humanely removed the traps and animals. I would definitely call All Star if any animals returned.

Excellent service! My gardener told me that he saw some rattlesnakes in my yard, so I wanted to see if they were still there. Christian and his assistant came right over and checked out my entire (rather large) backyard, thankfully didn't find any snakes, and then sprayed snake deterrent around the whole yard. I had a family of raccoons and opposums living on my property. I wanted them removed, humanely. I contacted Robert from All Star Animal Trapping and he was able to come out the very next day!He set up numerous catch and release traps. He used dog food and peanut butter as bait. We were able to capture 3 raccoons and two opposums! I would call him each morning, when a trap was full, and he would send out one of his employees to relocate the animals. All Star animal trapping was able to solve my "critter problem" in about a week. I would highly recommend his company. The prices are affordable and the quality and customer service was top notch. Robert and Kenneth went above and beyond to help us remove a mom and baby raccoon from our attic. They were with us daily for a full week making sure that everything was done to perfection, including staying an extra day to make sure our house was properly repaired and secured. I called for a dead wild animal pick up and the service man came within the time frame as promised. I was provided with professional service and courtesy. The service clean up was finished within a reasonable time of a half hour pending my schedule that day. I was taken in great consideration and received overall great service.

This review is long overdue. Robert at All Star Animal Trapping is amazing. We had him come to inspect our house last year because I thought we had bats. After a thorough inspection, he found nothing, thankfully! Fast forward a year, I start finding weird droppings under my garage. Sure enough, we had bats. Based on my previous interaction with him, it was a done deal that I’d call Robert. He was here right away. Cleared them out without harming them and did some batproofing for us. Robert and his company are professional heroes in my book. I hope I don’t need his services again, but if I do I’ll throw out the bat signal and we know he’ll come by to save the day again.

Robert and Chris came and set rat traps in my attic and under the house. Robert checked roof and under the house etc. and closed off any places rats could enter. Chris helped him all the time. Today a week later Robert and his dad came and removed the dead rat in the attic and again made sure all openings were shut off. I highly recommend them, super nice men also.<br>It’s been a few weeks since the rat was removed now Kim has come and removed two possums. She did a great job also. She is very friendly and careing. I had no idea who to call to help with me with the skunks that were living under my shed. Ive just accepted them for a while until I Got Sprayed!! That was the last straw!
