I HIGHLY Recommend ELM Insualtion! Excellent Communciation, Honest pricing, Professional and Clean. ~1500 square foot home in Long Beach. Carefully covered wood floors, made plastic tunnel to contain any particles, removed old blown-in and batt insualtion, removed debris, cleaned and disinfected, sealed and rodent proofed any openings, then strapped up AC ducting and Installed CertainTeed R-38 batts. Cleaned up home and yard afterward. Not a spec of dust in sight! Salesman Shawn was very personable and listened to what I wanted. Owner, Eli prepared quote and texted and showed up the morning of install to get the crew started. Alex the foreman shared before and after pics. Thanks, Guys!!!

Eli is a true professional. He not only came to my home quick, he explained all of my options with the pros and cons to where and why I should insulate my home. He did not try and upsell me or convince me of more than what was actually needed. The price was more than fair compared to other quotes and his guys came the next day and knocked it out within 2 hours. You will have peace of mind knowing you are hiring the right company for the job, and his positive attitude is a bonus! Cant say enough about ELM.

Eli saved our attic! He inherited a mess from a different vendor that was dusty and filled with fiberglass, causing my asthma to flare up. He removed ALL the dust and fiberglass using a HEPA vacuum system that was insane - the unit was out on the street, had his employees crawl around the attic to access unreachable areas, and arranged the new insulation (havelock sheep's wool) where he used a second chevron-pattern layer that provided optimal coverage. He also has the best solution-oriented, quick-thinking way of operating...he is truly one of the best!

Elimelech and his crew performed everything stated in the contract. They removed old insulation and hauled all the debris from my attic. The sealed all gaps and cracks where needed. The crew rodent proofed the area. Quality material was used for the new insulation. Photos of before and after were provided after the job completion. Before and during the process, Eli addressed all my questions/concerns and was readily available on the phone. I first made contact with Occy Askar who came to the property and gave me an estimate. He was very courteous and professional. The rest of the crew worked efficiently and were respectful of the property. I give everyone 5 stars. If you are looking for a company to install insulation you won’t find anyone better than ELM. After the fire, the smoke remediation company removed all the insulation but didn’t install any new insulation. I got the number from a neighbor’s recommendation and called. They came out the next day, on time, and ready to get to work. Alex and his crew did an amazing job in the attic and crawl space. They finished sooner than expected and did a great job cleaning up. Eli, the owner, gave me o great price with no upcharges and was easy to work with. It was really a great experience!

The installers David, Marcos and Manuel arrived before 9:00 am. They immediately got to work, by covering the floors and building a plastics wall around the area they were going to work. The work was done professionally and very clean. All the trash that was accumulated was taken with them at the end of the day. The reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star is because we had a discrepancy on the square footage of the house. They based the square footage on Google and we had a room addition several years and couldn’t remember if the square footage was included in Google.

ELM gave a fair price for excellent work on our attic and AC ducting system. They scheduled the work in a timely manner and showed up on time and dealt with any and all problems they encountered. The crew was excellent and efficient and left our home clean.

Elm insulation did a outstanding job with my attic installation. After surviving the horrific Eaton fire my home was covered in ash/soot particularly the attic. Alex, Leo,and Manuel were exceptional. They removed all of my dirty existing installation . They cleaned deodorizer and install all new material. I highly recommend Elm!

We live in Altadena but we are one of the fortunes ones as our home survived. I had a company come out to replace our insulation. Their work was sloppy at best. My neighbor used ELM and was very happy with their work. I had ELM come out to clean up the work that was done. They did a great job. They delivered as promised and followed through when I had a few issues to address. I will say they are a little on the higher end in terms of their price point. Bur. As the saying goes “ You get what you pay for.” I highly recommend them.

The best insulation I have ever had

After the Eaton Fire, I was in need of attic and HVAC cleaning and restoration. Eli of ELM Insulation came highly recommended by a neighbor who had used ELM weeks before. Netanel, Daniel, and their crew removed all the ancient and dirty blown cellulose, cleaned the ducts inside and out, cleaned the AC unit, and installed R30 bats and a radient barrier. They finished my aprox 1300 sq ft home in a day, including clean up. Very satisfied with the job they did. See attached after and before pix.

My home suffered smoke damage during the Eaton Fire. ELM Insulation responded quickly to my request for an onsite consultation, explained recommendations for a scope of work, and returned a quote within hours of meeting. They made it an easy choice to move forward with ELM. The crew was on time, wore appropriate PPE, and worked efficiently. They removed the soot-covered insulation; cleaned the tresses, rafters, and ducts; sanitized the attic; and installed the new insulation - making my attic like new. They also cleaned my furnace, AC condenser, ducts, and all my registries. I couldn't be happy with the result!

I needed to replace my old insulation so I called Eli from ELM and he sent a crew the next day! Netanel arrived with his team of professionals and they replaced the old cellulose with new insulation bats, Air-sealed and rodent proofing the whole attic. The whole job took less than a day! The Eaton fire was a month ago and we are about to return to our home which was spared. The clean up was extensive due to the close proximity of burned structures. ELM construction took care of removing and replacing our attic insulation at a very fair price. Eli, the owner, was knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with. He supervised his crew very professionally and got the BIG job done to our complete satisfaction!

The price was phenomenal, and since my friend was happy with their work we scheduled for the following day. Call Elm first. If I had called Elm first, I wouldn't have got in the weeds comparing jargon on 10 different estimates. My main challenge has been how to compare different soundproofing package deals to tell enough investment from superfluous. Calling Elm was gold. I have been compiling research and asking questions about soundproofing with about a dozen soundproofing firms now. I got useful leads from other firms (and offered them reviews for their time). After talking to Elm I had all my current questions answered (no other firm had answered ALL my questions, or at least not cogently). On top of that, I think I have a much clearer idea of how to compare different packages of soundproofing techniques now.

We live in a condo. The upstairs neighbors have kids that wake up early in the mornings, and jump all around the house. This bothered us a lot! (especially my husband who is a very light sleeper) we tried a few months ago to inject insulation in the ceiling with a different company, but we could barely see a difference.
