Overall my experience was great! Obviously not the ideal scenario having to call an emergency team to damage control a leak but Zona was great to work with! Shane & Jesse and their team’s are incredible! One specific tech that stood out was Santan, he had to come on a Sunday morning to check moisture levels and he was so kind and quick! Definitely will be recommending Zona in the future.

Glenn performed an outstanding job of highlighting aspects of which we were clearly unaware, which greatly assisted our insurance claim. His work was very thorough, well-executed, and pleasant. We had a pipe leak in our ceiling and by the time we noticed water started to dripping through there was mold damage. Shane and Tony were the project coordinator/manager and they made the process seamless especially dealing with insurance who were stingy. We had a quote from a different company but Zona was able to do it for a 1/3 of that quote. Glen and Jim did the restoration work and they did a phenomenal job and repaired it 1 day earlier than projected.

We had a water heater leak while we were gone. Had lots of water damage in our master closet and garage. They arrived on a Saturday and checked in with us almost daily until it was dry. Santana was our most constant team player. He was very polite, always courteous and informative. You could tell he took a lot of pride in his work and was willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

I really like this company. Tonia, who answered my call, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. So often you call a business and your questions can not get answered. The manner it which she explains the process for a mold inspection was clear and not multi layered and confusing. There were no hidden costs and no upselling which I appreciate. Chris came to do the testing and he too was amazing. This is a company that is easy to work with. Also, they don’t use fear tactics… honesty is the best policy and this organization is a good choice for your mold inspection needs.

Had some work done through Zona Restoration a few weeks ago. Super fast response time to some water damage in a closet at my home. Top notch service, our house flodded last weekend with the crazy rainvstorm/flash flooding that hit us. We tried to get the water out ourselfs but we were no match. So I called Zona and spoke with Mary, told her what was going on and she knew exactly what we needed and had a crew at our door with in 30 min of calling. I was blown away by the companies quicknes and professionalism. Mary obviously knows the buisness inside and out. She sent tge guys over with all the right equipment and with in hours they had all the water cleaned up and a whole aray the of fans and other speciality machines( that I had no idea existed) that dried out our walls and flooring. Zona Restoration was extremely helpful when I received a “possible mold in the air ducts” report on my new house. The field supervisor Chris called me promptly to confirm the appointment and the instructions on how to access the house as I’m not yet in the state. I also spoke with Tonia at the Zona office who was very helpful and expedient in getting me scheduled and explaining each step. Luckily we received a good report on the mold issue, but I have saved this company’s info as I’ll contact them if I need their services in the future.

We had a faulty patio door handle that needed to be replaced and Nate was our serviceman, he was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond our expectations! Zona came highly recommended from two co-workers who had damage from burst pipes. This company is efficient w/ the estimate, scheduling the demo work, and communicated effectively with me, as a homeowner. Dom & Jack were thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Dustin and Jack did a wonderful job opening up some of my walls because of moisture. They brought in high-powered fans to help dry out the moisture, coming back daily to check to see if things were drying out. When completed, Hide Photos they were very good at cleaning everything up. They were also very good at disclosing anything and answering questions. I highly recommend this company.

Ed and Bobby were wonderful when they came out to do an estimate for water that was coming in from our leaking roof. They were extremely nice and professional and were a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances with my sick mother who lives with us, we could not complete the mitigation at this time, but I wanted to rate the company highly for great communication and a quick estimate, as well as their empathy and understanding of our difficult situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Zona Restoration. I needed an inspection of my current pool electrical work and they arranged someone to come out right away. The electrician that showed up was on time, polite and helped me understand what was in place and what I needed to update. Would definitely use them again.

We are in the unfortunate position of having a water leak that is either in the wall or the slab of our home. We called the plumber and he delivered the bad news. He also referred us to Zona Restoration. Dustin and Jack came the same day and quickly assessed the situation. They were able to complete the cabinet removal and asbestos removal as well. Ours was a worse case scenario, but they are working quickly and efficiently to get everything back in order. I would definitely recommend Zona Restoration for water damage mitigation. Great company and the GM Tony is awesome!

I woke up to no hot water this morning and called my plumber. He checked things out and said we likely have a slab leak (terrifying words for a homeowner to hear). He referred me to Zona Restoration and within a couple hours, Dustin and Jack came over to assess the damage. They did some preemptive work and were able to isolate where the leak likely was. They’ll be back tomorrow to start the repair process. It’s a Friday, and I can’t believe the fast response! And they’re A+ with the Better Business Bureau! So blessed to find a company like this when a bad situation happens. I’ll update as the project is completed.

What could have been a complete nightmare, turned into the best outcome possible! Shane was a blessing to work with and to say that Zona Restoration worked with me is an understatement! My condo had severe water and mold damage from a burst pipe and although my insurance denied my claim, Zona Restoration worked with me through out the whole process. I live out of state and I always felt that I was a part of the process and they always answered my calls or texts and they provided me everything I needed to submit to my insurance provider. Also, the work they did was phenomenal and professional. I had several bids for the tear out of the damage and their bid came out thousands of dollars below the other bids. There were no hidden fees and they were straight forward through the whole process. Always prompt. Always courteous. Always professional. Always responded to my concerns. Hasso and Jim did an excellent job in restoring the hallway due to water damage. Ceiling and walls were repaired and painted. The ceiling was beautifully textured. Zona Restoration has been extremely helpful working with me and my insurance company to get my house back in a livable state. They have been exceptionally understanding working with my uncooperative insurance, and as soon as my insurance finally approved the restoration they were here the very next day to get started. The two restoration experts they sent out, Dustin and Ed, were very competent, efficient, and willing to go out of their to make sure my animals were safe while they worked. I hope to never need to use a restoration company again, but if I do or if anyone else I know does I will be recommending them.

This company has been helping us dry out and tear out our house from a water pipe water damage. I have met Luis and his brother, Chris, Dustin, Ed and Hustle from Germany. Tanya works in the office. Those are just the names of the ones that I can remember. They have all been very polite and friendly and good to work with. The job is still in progress, but so far I have no complaints!

Texture and paint looks great.<br>He took time to put down paper walkways anywhere he was going along with shoe covers. The whole process of having five large rooms of popcorn ceilings removed went pretty smoothly. Nate, who came out to measure and gave me the initial price was so polite and also was able to give me a bit of a senior citizen discount, which was really nice. Because we had so many rooms, they worked with us so that we did not have to move out of the house. The workers who actually did the popcorn ceiling removal work careful with furniture, moving and extremely polite. The workers included Brian and Ed who were fantastic. They answered all of our questions, and tried to keep the inconvenience to a minimum for us. Tonia in the office answered all of my questions, and gave the very best customer service over the phone! I was looking for asbestos abatement contractors online and found Zona Restoration. From the very beginning, they were responsive to my inquiry and were able to get a person out for measurements the next day. Shane, the project coordinator, was on top of it and got our project done on time and for a reasonable cost. They were so good, we decided to stick with them for finishing the drywall. Tony was the contact for the drywall and he was also great. Good communication and was able to get a replacement crew out when the first group fell through. Zona won’t be the cheapest service, but they are reasonable with their prices and their work and responsiveness can’t be beat.

Zona Restoration was able to address water damage and mold in my house. They managed the asbestos testing, demolition and rebuild. All of the craftsmen who worked on the project were fast, efficient and professional.<br><br>Glenn Kok managed the rebuild and restoration work. He was skilled and very professional in his work, putting the bathroom back together and into working order in a single day. I was very happy to work with Zona Resto and would use them again for any future projects.

We had the most positive experience we could have ever imagined with Zona Restoration. The entire team from the office staff to the onsite crew were exceptional. Justin was our coordinator and he got things moving right away. They sent someone out within 24hrs of our call. Andrew arrived on time, was professional and did a thorough inspection of the mold found in the bathroom of our commercial property. We received a fair quote the very next day and got on the schedule. Our onsite team led by Sebastian was incredibly impressive. While it was a long arduous process, with far more mold than we anticipated, Sebastian and his supervisor Chris kept us informed, kept the job going and pricing the additional remediation fairly. Additional thanks go out to Shane, Nicholas and Tanya who also helped along the way. This company can be trusted to be fair and to get the job done.

I needed some repairs done to my house due to 4th of July damage. I contacted Zona Restoration and initially talked to Tonia who advised that she could get someone out to my house within the week. Mitchell stopped by to inspect the property and determine if Zona could repair the damage. Mitchell was able to get me on their schedule the following week. Hasso was the contractor who did the repairs. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. I want to thank the whole team at Zona Restoration for their quick action and making my home beautiful again.

After some heavy rains, it appeared that I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling and possibly mold growth. I contacted Zona Restoration and spoke with Shane who set everything up for me including a free estimate. Shane was great with his communication and was able to get me on the schedule quickly and have everything tested and remediated. Sebastian and his crew were also very professional and explained the entire process to me when remediating the leak and mold. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone else dealing with this situation.

Aaron and his team are AMAZING. I had my shower handle break leaving my water in the on position. I either had to leave my shower running wasting water, or turn off the water running to my entire house. (Both terrible options and seemed like it was going to be the biggest headache for me)<br><br>I called Zona Restoration and they had Gabe out to me on a Saturday nonetheless, within 2 hours!!!! He was so kind and was done within 30 minutes. If you are thinking about calling Zona Restoration you won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend! 😀

Glenn was great! He arrived within the window I was given and was ver professional. He took a look at the two jobs I needed fixed after having my AC replaced, gave me an estimate on how much time it would take and got everything done quickly and very well! We needed some restoration work when our water heater burst. The water went everywhere and soaked a couple walls and the pedestal. Zona Restoration did and excellent job right from the start. They were very responsive, and the quality of the work was great. They cleaned out all the water damage and replaced the drywall and painted. Shane LaCour was wonderful to deal with. We had a check lost in the mail that was mailed by our bank.... it was a confusing issue but we got it all straightened out and everyone at Zona Restoration was very nice and professional.

Glenn was great! I needed to do have our scuttle hatch re-trimmed with perimeter molding and he did a fantastic job, was able to also match the paint.<br>Very professional, friendly and communicative. The finished product looks great.<br>Would definitely use Zona Restorations again and would request Glenn to be the man on the job.

Zona was contracted after I had water damage and mold from a bad AC install. Everyone single person I dealt with was polite. friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. The 3 people I dealt with specifically Kayla, Ed, and Nate were top notch awesome. Even Aaron the owner called me to follow up on the repairs and to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. LOOK NO FURTHER... ZONA RESTORATION IS THE BEST!!! Coming home to a house filled with water causing damage to all of my belongings was just about the most stressful situation I could have gone through. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Zona Restoration, who came out right away, to start extracting water and removing all of the damaged materials. On top of all this, I also had mold damage in multiple areas that they helped remove and had a post clearance mold test performed so I knew my home was safe. All of their workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and on time and I will absolutely be recommending Zona Restoration to any friends or family that ever experience a disaster like I did.

I had no idea how much damage a toilet back up could cause... Water poured out from my toilets and showers throughout my home and damaged my wood flooring throughout the majority of the house. I was so relieved to come across such a great company that truly took the time to work with me throughout the entire process. Zona Restoration is the best! I honestly can't say enough positive things about them. It was so reassuring to have a professional company that took care of everything for us from A to Z during a rough time, from corresponding with the insurance company and adjusters, scheduling plumbers and all the various contractors, working with and accomodating our tenants, and just being overall pleasant to work with.<br><br>We almost went with a restoration company that a plumber recommended, but my insurance agent advised that many of the restoration companies pay plumbers kickbacks and do a terrible job and start taking apart a house before getting any sign off from an insurance company, thereby leaving the homeowner on the hook for anything not approved. My insurance agent highly recommended Zona Restoration because they have a great reputation for doing everything the right way.<br><br>Zona lived up to their reputation and more. They took the ball and coordinated everything with our insurance company and quickly got approvals before beginning work to ensure we don't end up with a bill from work not approved. Everyone on the team was on the ball, from Thomas to Jeff to Aaron to Erika. They all worked closely with us to ensure we were happy and that all the work got done quickly and professionally. I can't recommend Zona Restoration more highly!

We discovered a leak in our master bathroom that went under the floorboards of our closet and master bedroom and just created an absolute mess. I've never had to deal with something like this and when I reached out, I spoke with the owner and CEO Aaron who was just the kindest person in the world. He walked me through the entire process, including working with my insurance and the adjuster, they have their own public adjuster which is incredibly helpful in maximizing the insurance payout, and they do all the demo and reconstruction. Aaron sent out Edward and Nick and I can't say enough good things about both of them. Super professional, extremely efficient (they moved everything out of our packed master bedroom in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything!) and they're just nice dudes. I have 3 dogs and every morning that Ed shows up he always takes time to say hi to them and pet them and that is just the coolest thing. Aaron and Zona have an incredible corporate culture and they have hired the best possible team you can imagine. I will always recommend them moving forward to absolutely everyone. I was surprised one morning with a roof leak that damaged my bathroom which required my bath/shower to be replaced. Thankfully Zona Restoration was able to respond that morning and get the mitigation started that same day. The service provided by everyone at the company was beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank from the mitigation team: Ed, Elijah, Santana, Eric, Nate, and Shane and from the reconstruction team: Zack, Max, Francisco, and Eric. We have had the honor to work with Zona Restoration. What a great experience. Our hot water heater broke and caused damage to our garage and guest bedroom. Zona came out immediately and took care of everything From start to finish. They were professional, and on time, kept us a breast of everything that was going on. I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every part of the process and details.
