We’ve been customers for 5 years on the seasonal maintenance plan and then recently had to do a full termite treatment, so we’ve experienced quite a bit with Truly Nolan.<br><br>To start, the customer service is really dialed in. They text you to let you know they are coming for your seasonal service (so you can bring dogs in, etc) and then email a report after. Effortless and affordable preventative maintenance against pests. Highly recommend.<br><br>When we discovered termites, our local foreman Rene came out the same day to inspect and we had treatment later that week. The treatment team was quick, clean and friendly. Rene followed up with us a few weeks later and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and felt served.<br><br>This kind of service is exceptional. Shout out to this whole office and team. Thanks guys.

We had Elliot, George, and Pit come out today, and their quality of service was immaculate. They were very thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend their services!

I’m in my second month with Truly Nolen and have already had multiple billing issues. I’ve called twice about overcharges and still haven’t received a refund. Each time I reach out, I get excuses instead of action. I want others to be aware of these ongoing billing problems. If this is corrected and handled properly, I’ll update my review.

Kristen is by far the best technician. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and adept at quickly finding solutions for any need. She consistently follows up and remains conscientious about the status of each customer’s home. Every technician at TN could benefit from learning from her expertise, professionalism, and diligence.

Paid them 1200 one time and 50 dollars a month. This was last month. Rats have multiplied and I’m now hearing them throughout the day, bumping, clawing, and making a general ruckus. Have called them time and time again. How do I just get my money back. I have other companies calling me saying I’m a fool for subscribing to a company that hasn’t caught anything. What do I do?

Truly Nolen came out for a contract discussion and termite treatment. The inspector Rene was knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend this company for termite inspections and treatments. I have used them for over 40 years. The company has reasonable and fair competitive prices.

Truly Nolen has provided great service for us since we bought our home. Bo, our most recent tech, gave a friendly, thorough, and professional inspection of the area of concern. He went above and beyond to inspect the rest of the home as well, and pointed out one more area to be aware of that I hadn’t noticed. I’ll continue to trust Truly Nolen for my pest control needs.

Bo did a great job for us! He went over pictures of what he found explaining what termites love to eat and how to reduce the material that attracts them. He laid out a treatment plan and ordered other Nolan employees to do the job. Last he gave us a tour of the treatment area. I think we’re in good hands.

No was amazing. Very detailed and thorough. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of relevant information to help us prevent insects and rodents in the future.

Bo was very congenial and explained things he saw and ways to circumvent the issues. He inspected both for termites and the bird control that I have. Since I have citrus trees, he suggested to put cages around the piping on the roof, so as not to allow rats into the house.

They inspector came and serviced the exterior of the house and said he didn’t see any issues with pest control. He educated me on the chemicals that he use spraying the exterior of the house, which I was very thankful for because I do have a little puppy The inspector was very kind and knowledgeable. My experience is limited to two aspects of Their service. One was Fransico who came to examine the premises and provide quotes for alternative services. He was professional in our dealings. The second was the team that came today to rodent proof our home. The effectiveness remains to be seen. The service is a bit on the high end of the price scale. The worth remains to be seen.

Truly Nolen saved my home.<br><br>It was about 2010, and I lived in a tiny studio apartment. I loved TN's ads and their cute vehicles. I had never needed pest control in my life.<br><br>But I was cursed with bedbugs. I didn't understand it at first but they overran my bed and bedroom and I was sleeping on my kitchen floor while they still chewed on my legs. I had to take a leave-of-absence from work.<br><br>My landlord was completely unhelpful, blamed me, sent in the worst exterminator, and basically I was facing eviction and losing all my assistance.<br><br>I called Truly Nolen and after evaluating a few other exterminators, I chose them above all. They treated my place multiple times to ensure the finality of treatment. They gave me full instructions and full transparency about all their processes. Their workers were 100% professional and courteous and experienced!<br><br>I did subscribe to "4 Seasons" service because I anticipated re-infestation. They showed up on the regular to treat for seasonal critters. When those bedbugs reappeared, Truly Nolen was right on top of it!<br><br>So thankful to you and your business for this. It's a godsend. I felt Bo did a terrific job displaying and sharing his knowledge regarding termites in regards to removing and reducing water near the base of my house. I was unaware that the water could be adding to the problem. He was also very comfortable to work with and offered answers readily. I might add He is personable, professional and polite. My Truly Nolan inspector, Bo, called and had a cancelation and could come out to my home earlier than expected. Bo asked me if I had any problems or concerns that he needed to be aware of prior to the inspection. He then explained to me what his visit would entail today. After his very thorough inspection of my home, he went over the areas that were a concern. He then scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out to my home to fix the areas that he found during his visit. Overall, I felt very confident in Bo’s inspection of my home and would recommend him and Truly Nolan for any rodent/pest problems a homeowner has.

Harold Baxter is greet tech who visit my store once and month. He is very friendly, informative and is always making sure our premises is fully sprayed and cleaned! He checks our bait and makes sure we do not have insects. Truly Nolan is the best company to use!

Elliot was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and left my house in a more orderly condition than he found it. Alex Lim has been our tech for several years at Caruso Turley Scott! His customer service is excellent, he is always very accommodating and patient and pays attention to detail.

I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because no one has yet been able to help me with a current bug issue as they are not sure what it is. The pest leaves splatter marks on walls and ceilings as well as what seems like little holes in the drywall. Termites have been ruled out. However, Very professional, responsive and somewhat knowledgeable. Steven was a great!
