Jose and Erin came to remove my popcorn ceiling from my office and other bedroom. I was very nervous to get our rooms taken care of but they helped ease my nerves. They talked me through the process, kept everything super clean, were very friendly, & respectful. Very lucky them two were sent out to my house. Thank you again!

This company was hired through my plumber for a minor leak in the wall. They never did any labor because I wanted to make sure my insurance would cover it. They left 3 fans on the property (not plugged in), and after a few days said the water had dried so no labor was needed. They still billed my insurance $6,500. Joke of a company.

The whole process was great! Tian was excellent. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installer was amazing and finished earlier than expected. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were recommended from my plumber after a bathroom flood. First, they flooded a different bathroom in my home, causing additional damage and adding weeks to the drying time.<br>It took them over three months to repair the two bathrooms and replace the carpet in the bedroom they damaged with their second flood. NOW, they are trying to double bill me, after the insurance has already paid them. They never answer a call or text or email, except of course now that they are trying to force additional funds from us. Now they are harassing both me and my insurance adjuster non stop.<br>Using this company is one of the poorest decisions I have ever made. Save yourself months of hassle, and use somebody else!!!

The mitigation team leaves defective equipment at the customer's house to drive up the electricity bill, the team doesn't respect the customer's house or the customer, and Quick Restore decides not to do the rebuild after trying to submit an estimate that includes unnecessary work and getting it rejected by the insurance company.<br><br>It follows that Quick Restore will scam customers by doing more work than is required if not held back by insurance companies from doing so.

Tian was our project manager on our shower restoration job and she was the absolute BEST!! Even with all the challenges that can come with a project like this, Quick Restore and mainly Tian made sure we were taken care of completely. She truly went above and beyond including coming over on short notice and being in touch when we had hiccups arise—she was there. She deserves some MAJOR kuddos—QR has got a really good one with Tian!<br><br>Quick restore has a lot of good things going for them especially the team of people they have as project managers and all the workers who took the time to make sure projects go as smoothly as possible and that our shower restoration was a total success. Our shower turned out amazing and we are very happy with it. :-)

Wonderful restoration team from start to completion of the project. Project manager stayed in communication the entire project. Estimator, drywall, trim and carpet crews were fantastic. After experiencing a sewage backup in my house, which resulted in extensive water damage, my plumber recommended that I call Quick Restore (QR). That same day Justin with QR arrived and quelled my fears of the large restoration project ahead of me. Justin and his water restoration crew were very courteous and professional. Asbestos was also found in the damaged areas of the house. QR’s asbestos abatement team led by Wade handled the situation with aplomb.<br><br>Following the clean up/restoration phase I was introduced to QR’s Rebuild Estimator Zac Orndorf. Zac continued to put my mind at ease as he helped guide me through what his job entailed and what I could expect with the coming rebuild phase. It was after Zac finished that I met Project Manager Craig Bahe who continued with the professional and quality service I had come to expect with QR. Craig led me and my wife through what amounted to a couple month rebuilding phase. Craig was on site daily and ready to answer questions as well as take on the multiple design changes that my Wife introduced. He remained professional and flexible throughout this process. Thanks to Craig’s experience and guidance as well as the rest of the QR team’s dedication to their tasks; my family moved into a home that had become vastly improved from the home that it was prior to the initial damage. For this I give Craig and QR a 5 star rating. I would and already have recommended QR to friends and family.

Project Manager Craig Bahe made sure we got our home just the way we had it before we had construction done. He made sure it was done efficiently and answered all of our questions we had throughout the process.

This experience was terrible following the water mitigation phase. I could write an entire novel on how poorly my renovation was handled. The contract is not followed, options for materials are not provided as promised, people go weeks without showing up for work, no respect for your home or property, no trash removal or cleaning up after themselves, work is slow and un impressive, and in several instances, not completed at all, but they are going to get every single penny they compress you for guarantee that.

What an awful company; do not use them. I only worked with them because my plumbing company brought Quick Restore over to my house after discovering some pipe that had rotted away in our bathroom. Lesson learned! I'm sure my plumbing company got a commission off of that. Awesome.<br><br>Quick Restore burned through about $4k of my insurance money and all I got for that was asbestos testing and a complete joke of abatement. The thin plastic tarp that they hung up fell off onto the floor. They placed a big fan in the bathroom and ended up charging for it by the day (I also felt like it was there longer than it needed to be). The bathroom wasn't even finished being repaired, so once I hired another company to come in I actually had to pay for more asbestos abatement -- another fan, more tarp (this time, quality tarp that was actually put up properly and stayed up).<br><br>Quick Restore was supposed to finish the bathroom restoration but they no-showed -- not once, but twice! And when I told them I wasn't going to hire them to finish the job because they no-showed, they didn't even bother to reply.<br><br>The company I hired to finish the restoration did a great job. I'd like to note that they did not charge for the fan by the day; that seems to be a complete scam.<br><br>Quick Restore was completely unprofessional and the "work" they did felt like a total money grab. I'm only grateful that they weren't more involved in the repairs and that a proper company took over.<br><br>Do not hire them.

A client of mine had a flood from the apartment on top of her.<br>I called Noah in the late afternoon and he was able to come over with his crew in 30 minutes. Noah is verry professional and they did verry clean work. My customer was pleasured with the job they did. I will only call Noah in the future.

Quick Restore did an excellent job fixing the water damage from my A/C System. The team was very professional and direct with what needed to happen. There was also great communication between the A/C company Goettl and Quick Restore to coordinate a plan to fix the damage. Special shout out to Jacob for helping throughout this whole process! Working with your team has been extremely frustrating. You may be skilled at what you do, but the communication has been terrible. You’re one company — I shouldn’t have to worry about whose area something falls under. Better coordination could’ve saved me a lot of frustration and problems.

Our bathroom restoration was perfect. Jacob did a thorough assessment and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. He was very polite and no pressure, which we really appreciated. I felt comfortable doing business with him. Miguel completed the work, with insulation replacement, ceiling replacement, texturizing the ceiling and painting. We were very impressed with Miguel's quiet competence. He completed the job perfectly in about 6 hours. Very tidy as well. Both Jacob and Miguel were just great,,,thank you.

I needed backsplash done in my kitchen and called Quick Restore. I worked with Jacob Freestone and he helped to coordinate the whole thing! He recommended tile based on what we were looking for and had his backsplash guy come quickly to complete the project. The backsplash was installed beautifully and professionally! How to water pipe break?They came in found mold asbestos in the glue of the carpet 4050 years ago, their teams came in fast, very informative, came in, took care of the problem, very professional.Nice guys highly recommend them and Eric their boss.The guy was awesome. Also their estimator Chris was fantastic I've never seen somebody work so hard to fix something and knew everything about it and taught me a few things thank you sir.

If you’d like the job done quickly- this is absolutely the company for you. If you’d like the job done well, I’d look elsewhere.<br><br>It felt rushed and not properly managed. The project manager initially didn’t want to move our refrigerator to check the work completed by the team- saying “I was sent pictures.”<br>It was only after I insisted that he check himself that he realized the job was done incorrectly. In fact he said, “I don’t know what they did to the lighting but this doesn’t match at all.”<br>Lack of communication, delay of service, someone on their team saying we would be given something (that we paid for) and followed up with them about, only to be left on read…. I wouldn’t recommend them.<br>I agree with the other people that use the terms “shady”<br>-when they correct and finally finish the job that was supposed to be done 10/3, the job they were paid for, I’ll update my review.<br><br>Updated review as promised:<br>After my horrific meeting with Jacob, the project manager, also heads up, he blamed his entire shortcomings on his wife who just gave birth to their child. So if you are his wife reading this, I want you to know that the main excuse for the reason that he had so many problems working on the project is because he blamed his wife who just had a baby.<br><br>I was informed by his boss Kyle, that both Jacob and the other team lead that was supposed to be in charge of finishing my project, left the project open and nobody bothered to check back around and make sure the project was done or closed out. Nobody circled back until I made a fuss- 3 weeks after they said it would be done.<br><br>Kyle and Oscar (one of the workers on the team) Are the only saving graces with this company. They are the only people that seem to actually care about customer service. I’m happy to provide screenshots of poor communication as well as any other documented information showing the absolute shortcomings I experienced.<br><br>The only reason this company is getting one star is because of Kyle and the way he tried to rectify the problem that Jacob caused. Hopefully this company learns their lesson and doesn’t blame manual labor that they are trained for on a woman that just gave birth- accountability is huge and this company is lacking that.

I used Quick Restore for a water leak I had. The mitigation team was great. Gustavo and his team came first and did the demolition, treated the areas with water, and set up all of the fans to help with drying. They were very professional and clean and always answered all of my questions. I had to call Gustavo a couple times after and he was also pleasant and helpful!!<br><br>The team who came to pick everything up once it was all dried out was Antonio and Lalo. They both were quick and efficient on getting everything out of the house. I had an appointment for the day before but team needed to cancel due to some emergencies elsewhere from the heavy rain we had in Phoenix. When I got Antonio the next day, he made it a point to make sure he still got to my house after a busy day to pick everything up even though it was past 7pm. He communicated the whole time with me on when he was going to be there which was nice. I was very thankful.<br><br>So far Quick Restore has been great. I’m waiting on them to schedule the rebuild/repairs and I hope to continue having a great experience with them.<br><br>I would recommend them in the future.

Quick Restore is very responsive and communicates thoroughly. We started working with Brandon earlier this year and today we had a great experience with Nick. We will continue to use them for our restoration needs.

Brandon did a great job at guiding me through the entire process. He actually picked up the phone after me calling 3 other restoration companies that "said" they were available 24/7 but didn't answer. Brandon walked me through the next steps and had an inspector our within 45 minutes after we got off the phone. They helped out not only with replacing my walls and carpet, but also helped me get the pipes fixed that caused the issue in our living room. I definitely recommend Quick Restore for anyone who needs to fix issues that the storms may have caused or any other type of damage and mold.

Our house flooded because an upstairs toilet , and it caused quite a bit of water damage. We just bought this house less than a year ago and recently moved in with a completely remodeled kitchen. As I sat and watched the water leak through my ceiling , I was panicked and googled the first emergency plumber. The restoration company came right away to start drying out and tearing apart my dry wall. My husband and I left the house so they could work because we have a son with Autism that doesn’t do well with noise. When we got back we saw a clean job that was very professional! My husband installs doors and windows for a living and he was very impressed with the clean up and the clean job. Thanks to Brandon , Mitch , Gustavo and Scott , for giving us prompt service, and working hard to ensure we can start remodeling our kitchen back to its undamaged state! Even though this is a stressful situation for us , this company was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Im starting to agree with CH last review. Business practices these day are at there worst. They haven't finished my job after a month plus... the bussiness practices are insane. THIS shit is so simple but for a month plus the communication and business practices are horrible. I have talked to 5 different people 6 visits to my house. Its a leaky tub ...I paid cash to replace tub. Quick restore is responsible for mitigation, which after the tub has been paid for and replaced....dry wall and paint. 2 days before work after they have had mutiple visits. I get a call at 8am asking do i have tile samples....this is day 37...How do people have jobs like this a go to sleep at night.......you can't question karma working like this...think of me...in my job I'd I worked how you did....hummmm. #perfdocumen

My experience with Quick Restore was fantastic. My project manager, Chris, was very responsive and communicated with me very consistently throughout the demo and repair of my flooring and walls. I was really impressed with his level of professionalism and the level of professionalism of the whole team. I work fully remote and the guys were very respectful of that while they were working. There was an issue with my grout, but before I had a chance to contact Chris, he called me first to say he noticed this and would get it fixed asap. To me, it showed a lot of integrity. We had a terrible condensation line leak that damaged our hardwood floors, the subfloor and ceiling in the level below. I called Julie at Quick Restore and she was super helpful, quickly got us set up for a same day appointment, the team got us set up with drying fans, dehumidifier’s etc and instantly improved our outcome. It’s never fun to deal with a disaster but Julie and the team made it fast and simple.

Julie Brown was amazing to work with! She was prompt, transparent, and extremely helpful. I am a homeowner sitting here with my house torn apart and left to put back the pieces myself after dealing with this company. Quick Restore has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Rooter Ranger called them out after pipe broke and I had to have new pluming blasted through. “Not so “Quick Restore” was apparently called out to do mitigation and restoration part. Ethan Gray was supposedly my project manager. He is very difficult to reach, does not responded to text or calls. I even tried calling the office after being ghosted by Ethan and was told the issue would be escalated. It has been six days now and I have not heard a word back from anybody at their company. I feel like they took the insurance money and ran. I will be contacting my insurance company for an itemized invoice for what they have billed and been paid for to this point. If there are any discrepancies or over charges, I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company the BBB. I hope their billing practices are not as shady as their “mitigation and restoration”

He was friendly and very helpful checking for moisture in the walls from my leak. I appreciate his honesty and suggestions. I do recommend them with any restoration work.

Upon finding a water leak in our attic, Mitigation Supervisor Ethan Gray responded quickly to our home and immediately had teams arrive with fans and other equipment. Brandon, Mitch, Michael, Scott, MJ and Bek returned frequently to check on the progress. Once dry, they removed the sheet rock to assess any damages. Thank you everyone for your hard work! I recently had Quick restore do a rebuild in my home following a pipe leak that caused considerable damage. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Craig (Absolute Construction) and they did excellent work! Words cannot express how great of a job they did. The area they worked on looks better than what it looked like prior to the leak. Craig was fantastic, he did most of the work while i was away from my home and he took great care of the place, always cleaned up at the end of day, and communicated everything to me. I'm fortunate I had such a great team!

It is never a fun thing when a pipe bursts in your wall, it is even worse when another leak is found in another area of the house at the same time. Quick Restore and Gustavo made the situation as good as it could have been with their promo service and support. I appreciated them not taking advantage of the situation and helping me restore both rooms. I hopefully won’t have to call in them again, but if there is another accident they would be my first call and I will recommend them to my friends as well.

From start to finish our experience with Quick Restore LLC was great. We were out of our home for 2 months due to major plumbing problems. In January, I had water & sewage pipes go south under my 1950's built home. Overall, the length of time from pipes out to restoration in, was a bit longer than i had anticipated... but my Project mgr, oJustin, calmed my fears & helped me thru the experience, having good tradesmen help me thru these repairs<br>& Guiding me thru out to completion.<br>Including the billing & depreciation aspect as well. Chris, the project manager, was responsive, organized, and made sure everything got done quickly and correctly. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and left everything clean. QR was great, I had a leaky toilet that turned into a full demo and replacement of flooring and drywall. Eric was great in facilitating the process, the whole staff was polite and professional and helped make the best of an unfortunate situation. My folks had a water leak caused by a faulty hose on their washer. It made a big mess and quick restore came right away to help them. They did excellent work from start to finish! Tion was the project manager and she went above and beyond to take great care of them! My folks are older and having their laundry room and garage in disrepair was understandably difficult for them. Tion was so understanding, friendly and professional! She communicated clearly with them, and me too, keeping us advised every step of the way. She worked so quickly and was a huge help! Miguel did a great job with the repairs and everything turned out wonderfully! To finish, Tion had a crew out to put all their belongings back into place. I highly recommend using Quick Restore!

We went with Quick Restore on a whim due to emergency circumstances, and I feel lucky we happened to find a trustworthy and reliable restoration company in a pinch.<br><br>Larry Campos and his team were on site within two hours of the call, with a plan in place for water mitigation and treatment. His extensive team of mitigation and demolition crews made sure to get our home dry, scrubbed, and prepped for restore in an extremely timely manner. Larry did a great job communicating and making my wife and I feel heard and comfortable in a potentially hazardous and stressful situation. After demolition, the mitigation team was in constant contact with me and returned to my home multiple days in a row to evaluate the moisture levels and determine if the area was dry enough to begin restoration.<br><br>Kyle and Edwin were instrumental in ensuring the estimate from our insurance company was accurate and complete, making sure our home was restored to an adequate state.<br><br>Finally, Jacob Freestone was on top of the rest of the project from the moment we started the restoration. His project manager, Daniel, and their team of contractors, were timely, professional, courteous and clean. They listened to our concerns and helped ensure we were all on the same page when it came down to upgrading some kitchen features. We had to have all the tile in our home abated and replaced after our sewer lines under our house had to be relined. We also had them replace an old master shower. They did an excellent job abating walls and tile as well as replacing the floor with updated tile. Mike Burke and his direct supervisor Chris Mitar did an excellent job managing the project to completion. They had very competent subcontractors completing the project stages.

We had a kitchen sink leak at one of our rental properties and Quick Restore was recommended by our plumber. They came out the same day and started remediation immediately. They prepared a photo and written report and submitted it to our insurance company the next day. We asked for a restoration bid as well and worked with Chris Mitar as our project manager. He was very responsive, professional and very nice to work with. He not only had to deal with us, but also with our property manager and tenants. We hope we won't have to use their services again, but we are extremely pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Quick Restore.

I had a very unfortunate situation where a plumbing company made an error resulting in my entire floor warping after a small flood along with dry wall that got wet.<br>They called quick restore to help which was amazing. Quick restore treated me with kindness and were so on-it! They never left me hanging, and were fast to act and communicate. I could not be happier with their services and people. Tian the project manger stayed focussed with me to get the job done and worked with me during some very technical situations with the plumbing company to make sure EVERYTHING was covered and looked amazing.

This company is going to be sued for fraud. They have been calling and harassing us to pay them for plumbing work done by elite plumbing. They came to RESTORE the house after plumbing damages and have not returned to fix ANYTHING. My house is destroyed. They are NOT plumbers why are they asking for the cost from the plumbing? They took advantage of my dad’s lack of knowledge of the situation and have been asking him to send the checks received from our insurance company to them for plumbing and restoration. THEY ARE NOT PLUMBERS THEY DID NOT DO PLUMBING WORK. They cut chunks out of walls and never replaced or fixed anything. This was weeks ago and my house is still destroyed.

I do manage a community downtown Phoenix. Have been dealing with Chris from Quick Restore for owners and HOA related businesses and always found Chris to be courteous, knowledgeable, timely and resourceful. Quick Restore was there for us when a water pipe broke in our kitchen. All the guys they had working there were great help with helping manage the issues with insurance and repairing and replacing what needed to be done. Mike Burke was our project manager and made this whole process so much easier for us. He was able to be reached when I had questions and went out of his way to come to our house to help with decisions my wife and I were making. His knowledge in this line of work is incredibly helpful and I don’t know what we would have done without him. All the sub contractors were amazing as well when it came to replacing our flooring, cabinets and countertops. I would definitely recommend this company.

Eric and his team came to the rescue after a significant shared wall pipe burst that impacted walls and floors in multiple areas. They got to it quickly and efficiently, and I don’t know what I would have done without them. Gustavo with Quick Restore was really great. Having a drain pipe leak into your walls is a very unfun thing to deal with. His team came out and did the work in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. (They all took the time to make sure my pets didn’t sneak out an open door as they did their work.)<br>Gustavo was always available for questions and took the time to lay out all the next steps in dealing with my insurance company during the water mitigation.<br>Edwin the estimater was very helpful and kind with all my detailed questions.<br>I’m still in the process of getting back to normal but so far- Quick Restore has been fantastic at helping us navigate the process of getting my home repaired and back to normal.

Quick restore was called to restretch a carpet they installed in my bedroom. I was called almost immediately by Albert to setup a time that was convenient for me to do the job. Boxed came in, moved everything out, they restretched the carpet, boxed came back and put everything back exactly like it was. I was very impressed and happy. All in one day. Albert came this morning to make sure all was good. I would recommend them highly.

If I could give a 10-star review for Quick Restore I would. Eric and his team arrived quickly and began the cleanup process. In a relatively short period of time, they cleared the damaged wall. pulled up the wet pad and brought in the fans and humidifiers. They ran for 3 days and checked every day to see the progress of the dry out. It was complete by the end of the third day. They came in and removed their equipment and we were ready for the insurance inspection. In a heartbeat I would use them again. Buyer beware. My recent experience includes an aggressive billing team, charged for work not completed, shoddy repair work, and a giant mess left behind. After $30k in for a minor bathroom repair I was left with two leaking sinks, a leaking toilet, and a giant mess to clean up. Be cautious when signing paperwork to ensure you aren’t signing over your benefits to an aggressive 3rd party agency disguised as ‘it’s so we can work with your insurance.’ PLEASE be warned.

Our family found mold when we were remodeling our flooring, so we called Quick restore to help us out. We got in touch with Chris who quickly got us in contact with Ben. Ben was responsive and efficient in coming out the next day. He was most importantly kind and HONEST about the actual severity of the mold and took care of our affected areas. Great service and 5 stars all around!

I highly recommend this company. I had a leak in my laundry room/spare bathroom and they worked right away with the plumbing company to get the mitigation work completed. They also walked me through the insurance process and were able to get the drywall repairs scheduled and completed faster than I had anticipated. Justin and Tian were awesome in getting everything squared away. I hope I don’t need them again but would definitely use Quick Restore in the future.

This company works very fast to fix the situation from start to finish. All of their departments have very short turnaround times to get the work done. The repairs are all handled under one company so it’s convenient, helps them to do it quicker and is well coordinated. Gustavo with the mitigation team was very helpful and informative. Alec with the abatement team did it very fast and thorough as soon as the mitigation was done. Edwin with the estimator’s department dealt with the insurance and was extremely thorough in his work.<br>The entire time, all of their employees in each department were extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend this company if you have an issue with your home and need it fixed quickly.

Our journey with Quick Restore was one of many weeks due to a leak that turned into a major job. We had water damage due to old pipes that needed to be replaced. We had a water leak that ended up damaging an upstairs bathroom and our garage. We were recommended Quick Restore by our plumber, and I am so glad that we called them. Within an hour, they were at our house working on mitigation. If you are so lucky to get Terry, then you are in the BEST hands. Terry was and still continues to be on top of everything! What started out as a landlords nightmare when a new washer was delivered and leaked in our second floor condo to the bottom condo. The delivery company was dodging accountability, so we had to call our own plumber/ restoration company which was Quick Restore and they came to the rescue! They did a great job at documenting all the damage and ensuring everything was dried out, before putting a plan together to replace all the damaged floors. The quality of of work was great and we were so impressed with the company - we had them redo our kitchen at the same time. Looks like a brand new condo. Would hire again!
