ATI Restoration

Had a.pipe break under our kitchen sink. Was repaired by ATI. Part of floor and island cabinet needed replaced. This started in April. Was not completed until August. Since then 3 of the 4 drawer slides have been broken and can’t slide the drawers in and out. The plastic hangers were installed and over tightened and each was cracked. I have repeatedly called to get these repaired to no avail. Was told by Sergio that warranty work was a low priority and couldn’t give a repair date. The repair calls started in September. Their customer service stinks.

The communication from Jon with Venturi Restoration has been great. That has been incredibly important in making sure that the project kept moving forward. The team that did our repairs was friendly and made sure that their job was done with a high level of quality.

Last week a serious leak was discovered in one of our guest bedrooms. We immediately contacted our homeowners insurance (USAA) and they recommended ATI. Two men arrived and began assessing the situation. They were prompt, professional, efficient, courteous, and, most importantly, extremely careful in removing sopping wet carpeting and padding without having water or a mess any place else in our home. After the carpeting and padding were removed, they began the next stage of getting all of the water out of the room. After the water was removed, fans and a humidifier were set up. The room was closed off in hazmat style. The baseboards, batten boards, and drywall all needed to be cut and removed. This particular room was closed off from the rest of the house and, therefore, all of the dust was contained in this room. They were able to continue drying. They returned to check to make certain there was no presence of water. We are definitely going to continue using ATI in the Reconstruction Phase. We highly recommend this company! ATI is A+++

My bathroom flooded a month ago and called ATI company, they came within 40 min, which is great! They sorted everything out. They came in, installed everything to dry all the walls and damage parts of the house, also they had to remove part of the cealing in the kitchen area due to the amount of water, and they were very Very professionals and clean, highly recommend this company.<br>if you ever have any restoration at your house, call them!

Hugo's estimate process was thorough and easy to follow. Once the insurance was approved, the job was scheduled the next day and at a reasonable price! Workers arrived on time and completed my patio ceiling replacement in less than two days, from demo to paint. Then they cleaned up the site and removed all the waste. Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

I’ve been trying to get my fence repaired for a while. Venturi came in and removed the Bloch fence, restored the foundation, rebuilt the fence with correct material and made it more secure than before! I’m very impressed with this crew and the work they did for me.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Venturi when the roof over my garage failed and there was extensive water damage. From Chris who came out and surveyed the damage and kept in touch all the way through the repair process, to John from Summit roofing in Queen creek who went above and beyond in repairing the roof, to Jon who supervised the the interior work. Work was completed in a very thorough and professional manner. They Vacuumed And cleaned after removing wallboard. They communicated During each step of the work. They were also polite and respectful.

The work was scheduled to be done in a timely manner. The project manager and repair technician were both very professional. The work and the subsequent cleanup were both completed to our satisfaction.

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

Venturi provided excellent service. Our roof had some wind damage from a recent monsoon storm. Tanner promptly came to our home, inspected the roof, determined the damage was minor, and repaired it without charging us. This also made it unnecessary for us to file a claim for the damage with our home insurer. While Tanner was here, he also repaired some minor water damage above the bathroom shower. Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend Venturi!

This company is a Joke! They put a Bogus Lein against our house.,. from Louisiana, Parish of Orleans.. when we live in Phoenix, Az.. for payment that has been paid by both the insurance company and our deductible! Jessica Ziegler is a joke! I would not Use this company! They came in and destroyed our house… and then disappeared for months… before another company had to come in and finish the work! Stay Away From This Company!!!<br>Now we are having to contact an attorney! I have never in my entire life had to deal with such Incompetence.. DiBiase-Dupre

Angel was the person Venturi sent out to help with my leak issue and he was amazing and awesome! He had a gentleman with him and he also was great! I recommend companies based on their employees and I would recommend Angel and his co-worker to everyone!

Juan Jimenez headed the mitigation team. He was thorough and professional and courteous. He and his helper, Tim, came every morning once the fans were set up to check on the drying out process. Juan was patient in explaining the process and discovered the source of the problem that caused the water leak. They cleaned up everyday before leaving.

Michael is great, professional, answered all my question. Works quick, cleaned up all removed item. Has a super friendly attitude. All I expected from the company that assigned to take care of the water damage I had. Feel I was in safe hands and after all the disaster someone can handle it for me.

The Venturi team made the restoration process easy. Tara was very professional and prompt, which I appreciated. My utility room had water damage from a pipe burst and from start to finish Hugo and Eric were wonderful to work with. I am extremely pleased with the put back reconnection of my water heater and the restoration work that was done. It looks amazing and better than before! I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I had Hugo and Eric come out to repair some drywall from a plumbing repair I had performed a week prior. Hugo texted me as soon as the plumbers had finished and came out to meet me and assess the repair. He scheduled the repair for a couple of days later. He and Eric showed up on time the day of and Eric managed to finish everything in one day. I would highly recommend.

The team led by Ed Corbett of Venturi Restoration did a great job restoring / replacing / repairing and ultimately returning the water damaged areas in my home to “better than original” condition. At all times everyone I came into contact with--Adam, Hugo and Eric--were always pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and the job was done well. We recommend them highly.

We worked with Venturi after our roof leaked into our living room and office. They were extremely professional and hard working. They were communicative during each step of the process. We were happy with their service from the start to finish. When we had questions about additional leaking, our project manager came out same day to double check the space. We would absolutely recommend them.

I do not recommend this contractor. They did carpeting for Nationwide and we have a dispute over the thickness of the carpet and now learn that the sample that was taken to test was discarded. The woman Tara was condescending and unprofessional when we tried to reach a resolution. The flooring company was A All-Rite Floor Covering.

During the worst time, a house flood, Juan and Alan from Venturi Restoration were amazing! Every step of the way, from a late night dispatch to my house, to removing water, moving furniture, drying out my home, daily check ins on equipment and moisture levels. They were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional gentlemen and we appreciated them and their services!

Tim and his crew did a great job, we had a 300 gallon fish tank drain while we were sleeping at night woke up to a mess Tim and his crew were at our house within an hour or less and did a great job. They were there for a total of five days checked in with us every day came in and checked on the equipment. There quick response probably saved us thousands of dollars more in damage

Tim and the crew was excellent from start to finish with our arizona room that flooded from the rains. We did not use insurance, but the price was very fair. Always kept in contact with me also. I will be using their sister company to rebuild our room just as well.

Michael and Frank just finished the water mitigation in our home. My insurance company stated they would be there at 9:00 am. They were exactly on time! Their project lasted three days. They were professional, efficient, on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very clear in setting my expectations and allowed me to plan as they were very punctual. I would highly recommend them.

Having my water heater leak in my home when I was away was very stressful. Tim and his partner from Venturi we’re so great in responding to the mess in multiple bedrooms, hallways, baths and entryway. Everything was explained to me about what would be done in detail. That really helped me to feel confident that all would be taken care of as quickly as possible. They were prompt and courteous, communicating with me continuously. I felt relieved by the thorough checking for dampness in the walls, carpets and baseboards that it would be done properly. They came every day to check and add blowers to dry the walls, and my home is quite a distance from other places since I live in Gold Canyon. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Big rain and wind from Monsoon in Apache Junction. A leak somewhere on the roof & as a result the ceiling fell in my guest room. The room was covered with very wet Insulation and ceiling pieces. I called Venturi at about 9 am and Tim arrived about 2pm. He cleaned up the room and installed 3 heat fans to dry the room. He came back to check the room the following 3 days (calling before he came) & finally it was dry enough to take the fans away. The following steps will be with the insurance company. I do want to thank Tim for being very knowledgeable and professional during this stressful time. He even told me to call him at any time if I had any problems when he was not at my home. Tim did an awesome job with the cleanup, was very responsive, stopped by several times to check on things, and took care to clean up everything each time before he left. His company was recommended by my Insurance Company but if I would definitely use them again if ever there was a need and would recommend them to family and friends.<br>Very pleased with the work, thank you Tim!

Jerry and Chico did very professional, detailed work on walls, baseboards as well as texturizing and painting. They were friendly and responsive and assured me that the project would be as I expected it to be. I appreciated their skill, honesty and friendliness. After a water damage claim our insurance company recommended Venturi for the restoration. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. He was on time and discussed our options and next steps. We were able to add some of our own updates as part of the process (at our own expense). Our home is better than before!

Patrick and Hayden came to clean all of our heating and air ducts, and dryer vent. They were so professional, personable, and on time. They arrived a few hours after the call.(promised within 4 hours but came much sooner). They were polite, thorough. They were easy to reach. They were very neat about removing items from the damaged areas.They were very pleasant and answered any questions that I had. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Having a fire is difficult but your crew made it absolutely a joy they were cheerful everybody was cheerful even though they had to climb<br>33 stairs to get up here including a right angle turn and we're about I don't know about the 30 to 40 ft above them street level. Everybody worked very hard. Not a thing was broken and they were so cooperative I can't even express how cooperative and helpful they were. I would definitely recommend them.

Juan and Michael were very kind and understanding while also taking great care of my home. They had to take apart some of the house (cabinets, wall, floor) and they did it quickly and kept everything clean with no dust or trash anywhere. They came back quickly to remove the fans they had set up to dry the house. I cannot recommend them enough!

Anytime you need a restoration company, you know it is a stressful time, but Venturi was like an answered prayer. The entire team was absolutely fantastic and super professional. Were quick to respond to water damage. Told us what they were going to do and did it. Very personable and professional. Cleaned up and hauled away the damaged stuff. There quick response alleviated further damage to drywall, etc. We would recommend this team to neighbors if they were in need.

It’s always great when Austin comes into the office to see how the staff and I are doing. He always makes it a great time with laughter and educating us on the process of there side of the business. This company is reliable and always provides ! We highly recommend.

Thank you for the swift attention to this subject.<br><br>"We had a fire in our garage and the fire department pulled down our ceiling in our entryway. After they left there was a gaping hole in our ceiling, so I called the insurance company to send out someone to board up the hole for security reasons. This company showed up and put up some plywood to cover the hole. OK yes, they did show up at 2 AM and did some cleanup too however for the materials used and their time they charged $1,196.46. All this for 1-4'x8'x3/4" sheet of plywood and a scrap piece 32" x 4' x 3/4". Oh, let us not forget the 16 or so screws they used to hold it up..."
