If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Stay far away.<br>1) Had them buy two different color paints. Walked the painter through what needed to be painted. Once done found thay they painted the house one color. I said not only did I walk you through what needed to be painted. WTH did you think the other paint color was for. Look at me dumbfounded.<br>2) The painted the kitchen didn't pull out the oven had to come back and paint the missed spot.<br>3) Tasked to install a shelf didn't have the right tools and parts went to HD 3xs until the got it right.<br>4) Lied about billing they were asked about a discrepancy before we started the job said it was a software issue between them and my insurance company. That we were all good. Then changed the story when handed the invoice.<br>5) Left paint drips up and down my driveway.<br><br>And once again why I say stay away as they are untruthful in their reply to this review. I have receipts, email communication where I brought up the billing concerns before work started and I was mislead.

This company has been nothing but a negative experience, no communication on anything. They threatened us through text to cancel our insurance claim and have us pay everything out of pocket. They sent very nasty text messages and voice-mails all while we just wanted to be communicated with and updated. The workers they had on site helped themselves to our bottled water without asking, they left a window and door open the entire time they were here, even when they left to go get lunch. They also have a clause in their contract that states you cant leave a negative review without contacting them first or you will be invoiced $2,500, which is illegal as per The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). This company is extremely shady and will bully you with scare tactics to stay with them until they finish the work no matter how they treat you. Absolutley Avoid using them.

ASAP restoration team deserves 10 stars!! I had severe monsoon damage to my roof that leaked into two floors of my house, it was awful. ASAP came out late at night to begin the inspection and remove water logged drywall and put up dehumidifiers. ASAP came very quickly to provide a quote and completed the work from start to finish in four days. And they gave us the best price. Highly recommend.

Had a good experience with the company. I hired them to remove some black mold in my shower a bit behind the tile in the shower and on ceiling. I called them right away and they were quick to send a specialist out to take pictures and send a proposal out within in a day. It took a few emails the next coming days to get the process started of getting the work authorization form and payment sent over, so we could schedule. The tech that came out to remove the balck mold was great. She was quick, respectful, cleanly in making sure all debris was removed, and communicative through the process. She took out the mold and even salvaged a few tiles that did not have mold to help reduce my cost saving those. The tech mentioned to reach back out to the office to see if the second part of their company that does contracting can now fix my wall. I emailed them back and asked if we could hire their companies contractors to fix my wall. They responded quickly and informed me they don't do jobs under $2,500 and advised of 3 other local contractors to hire. After hiring another superb company after them with 15 plus years of buisness and handles about everything you need in your home other then landscaping, they quoted my job a few hundred dollars short of this companies $2,500 limit. After reviewing the companies they recommend in their email response, come to find out that all 3 of them had less then 20 reviews each on Google and they weren't good, and 2 were not even BBB accredited. A bit shocked but overall they did great work removing the black mold just be aware of the limit of the contracting side.

We had a bad shower pan leak and the water went straight through to the garage. The team came out immediately, the coordinated with company that handled the testing for mold, when the results came back Bethany and the team set up containment and went to work making our home safe to live in while they went about the task of getting rid of the mold in the walls and sub-flooring. The team laid down protective walking surfaces throughout the house so that they wouldn't damage the flooring and they cleaned up every single day when they were done with their tasks for that day. They were in my home for about 5 days and they were perfect. I hope I never need to use their services again but if I do. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else but them. A small crack in the shower grout caused my tenant to panic and speculate that there was water damage and mold in the house. Andre was extremely professional and his expertise was unsurpassed! He evaluated my property and determined that the walls were dry and there was no evidence of water damage or mold. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! If you have any type of disaster, call ASAP—- ASAP! I never wrote reviews but the customer service from ASAP deserves 10,000 positive reviews. I had a water leak that caused us to be removed with our children from our home. I made the mistake of originally going with a very shady, horrible restoration company that caused my original issue to be 100 times worse. I called ASAP after hours thinking I would leave a voicemail. Tim who is the most ethical, amazing person answered the call, cared and listened to all my concerns. He empathized with what I was going through because these things we never planned. He offered to come out the next day and put up a proper containment with no strings attached just from the goodness of his heart. He then created a strategy I was comfortable with and didn’t make me feel badly or act like I was overreacting. He listened to my concerns and built a plan for us so I could sleep at night bringing my kids back into our home. Then Jeff and Maria were absolutely angels. They were in the trenches caring for my sons special items and going ABOVE and beyond Shay I expected. They dressed in their protective gear in hot AZ weather and had smiles on their faces doing really difficult work. We were not a “job” to any of this team. They treated us like of this had happened to one of their own family members. There are so many shady horrible companies out there and there are so many people that claim AZ mold isn’t a big deal. Whatever your views are trust these professionals with your life, your health, your home. They will work within what’s important to you. Don’t fall victim to these shady non caring companies with 5000 5 star reviews. I fell for that and thank God that Tim, Jeff and Maria could clean up that mess. If someone doesn’t put on a protective suit, put up a proper containment, run to ASAP. Better yet START with ASAP. I don’t wish what I’ve gone through on anyone but if I ever hear of anyone in this situation I will refer them to this team of angels.

I highly recommend you take your business else where. if you start to read other reviews you will see that there are many similar types of stories. Run as fast as you can! ASAP Restoration is by far the worst company to work with. If I could give 0 star, I would absolutely give them a 0 all around. They are the most disorganized and act in very suspicious fraud like activity. From the beginning of when they were assigned to our house, they were completely disorganized, had a TON of turn over with their staff in which they let us know this was due to fraudulent activity within their internal staff. The first red flag that we saw should have been the fact that they claimed to "undercharge" us for our extra upgrade outside of our insurance approval and in return told us to give them a 5 star review. Everyone was sub-contracted out and the tile sub-contractor actually blew up at us and cussed us out escalating an issue based on his frustration with ASAP. Additionally, upon completion of our job, they cut all their contracts with their sub-contractors. Six months later, after the completion of our bathroom the owner Josh and his associates called us about 8 times within an hour and several texts harassing us and threatened to take us to court and send us into collections for money we owes them. Mind you this call happened in the middle of a work day, where my husband and I were both unavailable to answer the call due to being in meetings. My husband finally answered and asked that we have 20 mins to call back to understand what was going on, Josh was extremely rude and tried to say no. Once we did call him back him and his associates were extremely hot tempered and rude, cussed us out and then made absolutely inappropriate remarks. The company claimed we owed them $1500 as our deductible was $1000 (when all these numbers were false and incorrect) and we have documentation stating they would not start on our project until the money was paid in full. As professionals who are very familiar with insurance fraud an acting in suspicious fraudulent activity (working in the field for 10+ years), there were many red flag that this company demonstrated and they were reported to have an investigation completed on them. During the entirety of our project, the project manager didn't even come out until close to the end of the project, when there were escalations due to their sub-contractor cussing us out. Additionally, they also tried to close our our project with our insurance company claiming they completed our project weeks before they were even done. There is many more details to this horror story, but I have chosen not to relive this.

Did a great job putting up temporary walls after block wall knocked down from vehicle hitting it. Hassle free, quick and efficient. Took less than 5 hours from call to completed installation. Geoffrey and Joseph did a great job.

The ASAP restoration company is top shelf organization whose people excel in customer service. We had water damage that affected a couple of spots in the ceiling and water flowed behind walls and traversed 2nd and 1st floors. Jeffery was the primary lead on the demolition and he gave helpful descriptions of the process from condition evaluation, estimates, insurance proceedings, demolition and repair. He was very thorough in evaluating the extent of the visible damage as well as checking throughout the whole house (ceiling) to ensure that no other moisture/problem spots were present. He was always prompt and kept us updated every step of the way. We appreciate Jeffery, Maria & Jeremy; they worked diligently and made a concerted effort to reduce the impact of the demolition (of a sizable chunk of ceiling and wall) in our daily routine. They always leave the work area very clean each time they come to the house.

The employees at ASAP Restoration, specifically Tim and Jeff, were amazing at getting our mold remediated and water damage repaired and replaced. Sam in the front office always responded quickly to any questions we had. Everyone we dealt with was highly professional and our home is back to normal. We highly recommend ASAP Restoration.

ASAP Restoration was amazing with our shower leak in the upstairs master bath that had leaked into the floor and walls on the first floor wash room. Removed the mold and all the wet drywall and insulation, Justin was great. Brandon and Geoff were amazing in fixing everything back to brand new. Even gave us new cabinets to my liking rather than the ones we had. Very fast and efficient with great attitudes and communication. Quality work through the entire process with our insurance. Will use again if needed and highly recommend.

I highly recommend ASAP Restoration. I was referred to them and they impressed me from the start with quick responsiveness and an eagerness to help. They continued to remain extremely communicative throughout the entire process and provided me quality service even though there was no financial incentive for them to do so.<br><br>They coordinated third party testing at my place and the owner of ASAP, Josh, called to personally explain the test results and to discuss potential next steps. Even though the test results suggested a course of action outside the scope of ASAP’s business, Josh still spent a lot of time explaining the situation to me. He also provided detailed recommendations as well as several potential contacts who could help me based on the uniqueness of my situation. He did all this even though there was nothing for him or his company to gain. To my surprise, Josh even followed back up with me on two separate occasions with additional thoughts/ideas to assist me.<br><br>From my perspective, it is extremely rare these days to see a genuine desire to truly help customers and even more rare to observe that level of assistance with someone who is not even a prospective customer (no work at stake). When we found a wet wall in our bathroom we were at a loss on the steps to fix the problem. We called ASAP Restoration based on location and online search. The staff on the phone assured us that they would come out and guide us on what needed to be done. Upon arrival the tech was courteous, professional and well mannered. His appearance was clean and he put on clean shoe covers. His assessment was timely and he determined the problem was not a leak but the shower tile grout was cracked. He placed a dryer near the wall to dry the water that seeped through the wall. We we're grateful for their honest, speedy and professional service. We highly recommend ASAP Restoration.

I was searching on the Internet and ran into a company called ASAP restoration I was fortunate enough to have gotten the owner Josh Man this<br>guy is absolutely amazing. he jumped right on it and got a guy next day to come out and test all of my mold. Then the following Monday I had a plan to execute I highly recommend Josh and his team at ASAP. The prices were very fair compared to what I've heard from other companies service is outstanding. .

Received prompt response following water clean up from a burst hot water heater. Rick arrived within 2 hours of my call and started the drying process. Ultimately his team had to remove some drywall & insulation. He and his team were professional and thorough. We were very satisfied with their service and would recommend them for any restoration needs.

Spoke with John at ASAP Restoration about water damage and mold in our house. He quickly wrote up an estimate. His team Herald and Arturo came out and tented all areas where mold was present, and quickly got to work removing areas that needed to be remediated. They worked VERY well and VERY clean. ASAP restoration has my confidence. I called and received a very prompt response from their answering service. I needed a quote for something quite complicated and instead of giving me a run around they gave me direction pretty immediately. The owner Josh gave me a call within a very short time of my inquiry and offered very professional and helpful information. He’s very knowledgeable! He even followed up afterwards with information we discussed, which he did not have to go out of his way. ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.<br><br>Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.

ASAP was great to work with! They were able to come right away and perform mitigation for a leak that arose through our ceiling from a sudden AC condensate overflow that my wife had to deal with while I was out of town. Then they also completed the repair work after another contractor completed the necessary asbestos abatement. I was very impressed with the drywall, molding repair work, and paint matching! Great care was taken, and it was a very high-quality job. Both Deborah and Lynn in the office were great to work with throughout the entire process and were very patient with our lengthy insurance process.<br><br>However, the main purpose of my review is to highlight how the team at ASAP went out of their way to make up for a scheduling miscommunication. Knowing that their schedule was likely very booked, we called ASAP 2 weeks prior to the scheduled completion date of our abatement to get on the calendar for the repair work. We were told a date and time that someone would arrive at our house to review the results of the abatement, and that was that. However, on the morning of the date we were scheduled for, no one arrived at our house. After calling ASAP, we come to find out that there was no record of our appointment in their system, and we were told that it would likely be weeks before we could get the repair work done due to their current workload. After further investigation, it turns out that the person we had spoken to that failed to document our appointment and get us through the proper steps in the process was no longer at the company. At this point, ASAP owned their mistake and their amazing team sprung into action. They had to squeeze us in, but Eddie and Danny were at our house to get some preliminary steps done later THAT DAY, and they were able to find someone to complete the work by the end of the week!!<br><br>I wish more reviews told stories like this, because to me it is very important. Every company makes mistakes, but it is how they respond to their mistakes that differentiates the good companies from the bad. And I believe that the communication mistake that was made is rare for ASAP, I get the impression the person that made it was on the way out. I highly recommend working with ASAP if you have had water damage to your house, they will take care of you!

I had a broken pipe under my sink in December. ASAP was able to send a team out within hours to start water mitigation. I continued working with them for restoration, and their price was fair for the scope of the work. While there were some delays that occurred as a result of the pandemic, and some unique issues with the project, the owner, Josh, was very responsive and worked to address any and all issues. I am happy with the way the project turned out and would consider working with them again, but hope to avoid any more broken pipes!

They sent someone out in less than 24 hours and sent us a very detailed report of the severity of the mold found, with proper remediation protocol. Josh and his team (Andrew and Nathan) were able to come out same-day to evaluate the water damage we had and provided a written quote within 24 hours that I was able to provide to our insurance. Josh was available to answer any of our questions and was very patient and communicative while we were working through things with our insurance company. We ended up using another contractor for our job as it was more comprehensive than we originally thought. But would definitely recommend ASAP Restoration based on professionalism and communication alone! Hope I never need to use them in the future, but if I do they will be my first call.

We initially got a quote from another company, but they were extremely pushy about filing an insurance claim. The contrast between him and the other company was night and day. He was very straightforward and honest with me, and was very willing to work with me. Within an hour, he had someone out to do an estimate (at 10:30 PM). The next morning, a crew was out at my house removing the water and mold, and they moved quickly and efficiently. The drywall crew that followed was incredible. They had a pretty big project on their hands, but handled it with ease, and went above and beyond to make sure our house was in top shape.<br><br>From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth, communication was top notch, and the cost was affordable. Dan, who was overseeing the project, was awesome. He came out multiple times to check on the job and was very communicative and straightforward.
