We have never had the ducks in our home cleaned so when he did, it was quite messy. He got black suit all over our bedroom floor and he tried to vacuum it up with the shop vac, but it didn’t work now we have to shampoo Our bedroom carpet. When he was cleaning the man return line he ran the brush in the line and I asked him where all the debris went that came loose and he told me it was made to suck it back up, but there’s no suction on the brush so now I’m wondering if all that suit is sitting in one of the lions somewhere

There was a lingering smell despite changing the carpet & padding, having the vinyl floors steam-cleaned, scented full paint, duct cleaning, you name it. AZ Air Duct came out and cleaned the blower wheel, evaporator coils, and other internal components of the air handler to remove all of the stuck on "tar" and the results were incredible! They were so professional and courteous, and explained the entire process. I can't recommend them enough.

Every step of the process with A-Z Air Duct Cleaning was professional and efficient resulting in a fantastic experience! When I called, they were able to answer all my questions, give me a price quote and set an appointment for cleaning. Two technicians arrived on time and got right to work! Plastic was placed under all the vents and my house was left just as clean as it was when they arrived - actually cleaner because now all the ducts are clean! I really had no idea how important it is to get the dryer vent cleaned as well as the ducts. Mine are now perfectly clean and my house doesn’t get dusty as quick. Excellent experience and I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

Michael and Eric were pleasant and kind when they cleaned out very dusty ducts after I had my ac installed. They did a wonderful job, covering items and the ducts probably hadn’t been cleaned since the condo was built. They were thorough and paid attention to details. Highly recommend them for cleaning!

Don’t waste your money! These are scammers! Had this company clean our ducts less than 2 years ago and they did such a poor job that another company came in today (Goettl) and cleaned the ducts only to find an insane amount of debris!

This company delivered value and customer service that is just not available these days. From the first person I spoke with on the phone to saving 300 dollars VS three other competitors I was already happy. When the team arrived the professionalism , kindness and expertise was unmatched. Everything was explained clearly shown examples via pictures. Small fixes I can do my self were recommended. We called a couple places and they had by far best price out there. Joe and Mikey showed up right on time and were really great with giving us knowledge and info as they checked everything out. Sean and Sean from A-Z Air Duct came over to clean my air ducts and dryer exhaust, and they were fantastic. They explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and were incredibly thorough in their work. Sean “One” explained that he also treated my ducts with an antibacterial solution to ensure they were germ-free and that gave me comfort that my air quality had improved right away.<br><br>Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also respectful of my home—everything was spotless when they finished. Eric and Joe were just out to clean my ducts and I couldn't be happier. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe taped up a few gaps in the attic while he was there and gave me some pointers about attic fans to help my AC run a little more efficiently. He also showed me some gaps where the duct meets the register that are letting a lot of warm air into the room. They left the registers and the house clean. Much appreciated!

Joe was awesome he came on time and went out of his way to make sure everything was clean, put back, plugged in, and did extra little things like clean the blades of the vents. Don’t know if that’s part of the service but it was phenomenal customer service. AZ Air Duct is amazing!!! We had no idea how dirty our vents were!! We will definitely keep this up for ever!! They are so kind and covered everything with plastic. I’ve used A-Z Air Duct several times now. After a 2 month renovation project the crew just came out and did a fabulous job of cleaning and sanitizing all the duct work and laundry dryer vent. They cleaned all the vent covers and vacuumed up the floors when they were done. The crew did another fantastic job!

They ran a little late, but the company called ahead to inform me, so I gave them an "on time," and it was no problem for me. Shawn and Danny were polite, knowledgeable, mindful contractors. They asked if I had any concerns or questions, took their time and care, in doing the job. They cleaned the vent covers and I noticed that they cleaned the wall around the vent when they reinstalled them. They also informed me that the dryer hose wasn't connected and that it needed a metal clamp. I also had two other contractors in the house at the same time and they worked very well sharing the space. I would request Shawn and Danny again if I require this service again. The company followed up with a phone call the next day to inquire about my satisfaction with the job and said there was a 6 month warranty on the job. They were also more reasonable than the other companies I called. I was happy with the job.

Having to edit my previous rating from a year ago as I recently found out that although I paid to have two properties done ... I have evidence that shows they did NOT in fact service my home property. Seeing duct work with so much stuff in them makes me wonder if they even cleaned the first property.<br>When I emailed passed off about the lack of service, I got a phone call with some female initially making excuses about my current contractor. When I told her they were removing the duct work so I had in fact saw first hand nothing was done she said send a picture. After sending a picture... then following up with an email, a phone call and finally a text to the number I sent the picture to, I have not received any response. This company said they serviced two of my properties, I see they lied about one and now they are ghosting me. Avoid this company. They don't have the decency to even try and figure out what the heck happened and make it right.<br><br>I'm sure the reviews are from people who hasn't even inspected their duct work... I was pressured to leave a review immediately after work was done not knowing work was actually NOT done!! Scammers...avoid!!

Joe was extremely helpful in detecting with a camera that my ducts were filthy. I paid another company 10 months ago and he discovered through camera that the ducts in fact were not properly cleaned, which resulted in many months of toxic odor in my home. His team did a thorough and professional job yesterday and my home is finally free of odors! I am so grateful!

Cleaned dryer vent, which included going on our roof to check where it vented out where they discovered it had been damaged and bent so we we were not getting very good air flow. A-Z Air Duct is local professional, trust-worthy business we gladly call to clean out our clothes dryer vent system. Danny & Eric, two experienced and capable technicians patiently allowed questions detailing the process, then assured we're good-to-go for while longer. Caring professionals they are, I was informed of benefits of whole house HVAC duct cleaning, and that may be something we need down the road. THX!

I scheduled the cleaning with this company hoping for peace of mind and a little less dust in the home. However, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this service visit to this day. They called the phone number I provided to let me know they were at my residence, but I was not at home. The service people arrived three (3) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Once I rushed home from a 30 minute drive, the cleaning started.<br><br>The downstairs vent was cleaned without issue. The service people proceeded to the upstairs vents to finish the cleaning. However, they stated in order to finish the cleaning they needed to plug in their machine upstairs into one of the electrical outlets. This is when the trouble started. When plugging in their vent cleaning machine to an outlet upstairs it flipped a circuit breaker for my upstairs hallway and bathroom. They do not bring a separate generator to place outside the residence to power this thing to my knowledge even with the understanding that the energy draw is large enough to flip a circuit breaker. It's a huge electrical risk for any homeowner that isn't aware of the power draw until the employees plug it in. The last thing a homeowner thinks about is what wattage is your machine and what voltage/amps can my residential electrical circuit board take. Honestly, I did not know where my circuit breaker board was, and I hadn't the need to know until this incident.<br><br>The service people and myself then searched for the circuit breaker location. Having not completed the cleaning, and not located the circuit breaker, eventually, the service people entered the attic to check if the circuit breaker was located there. Unfortunately, not only was I now out a breaker, but the service people left dirt stains on the carpet, walls, and attic entrance panel, which in particular I have not been able to completely clean. While my vents were sort of "clean," I had to call an electrician sometime later to resolve the issue. The attic panel is still stained to this day.<br><br>For such a simple service job, this was such nightmare to deal with afterwards. While the service people did what they can with the situation, they were very poorly prepared for this issue. The most frustrating part about this is that they didn't even communicate that the vents looked clean and didn't need service prior to "cleaning" them. They said it after they did the job, and the issues with the circuit breaker arose.<br><br>1 will suffice out of 5. Find another company for repair/cleaning.<br><br>Note to Owner: I received service several years ago, and updated my review for the benefit of readability. The service people did arrive too early without notice, and I have had ongoing electrical issues since this visit. I was unaware that the machine to clean the vents drew such a large amount of power since the vent cleaning downstairs at my residence did not flip a breaker, but the upstairs did. I did make some changes for better clarity to your benefit, and the benefit of others. Looking forward to speaking with you.

I scheduled an appointment to have my rental properties ac vents cleaned & paid them & when my tenants moved out the week later I found my vents hadn’t been cleaned. I contacted Frank the owner & sent him photos of my dirty vents. He wanted to come check the job before he refunded me & I tried working things out with him before I filed my fraud report with the bank. Frank immediately couldn’t come & stopped taking my calls & texts. One of the worst experiences ever. There’s so many companies out there I recommend just using someone who is at least trying. Too much drama & deceit going on with this place.

After a remodel we wanted the ducts cleaned out. We called several companies all with the same game; 45.00 service call to give an estimate that gets applied to the bill or variations of the same. I called A-Z Duct asked for an estimate gave them the number of vents and got an estimate over the phone. No games. They text a reminder the day before. The crew was on time professionally dressed in uniform and mask. They cleaned up after themselves and they were polite. We will use them again

The crew showed up within minutes of the agreed upon time. They were polite, thorough, happy, quick, and they chummed my dog while they worked. I'm happy, the dog's happy, and the vents are quiet and clean. This company is the best, and the crew they sent is also the best. We had them clean our duct work about 5 years ago. The 2 workmen were very polite, experienced, and organized. They put down plastic to catch the dust and cleaned up afterwards. They came on time and did the whole house in an hour and a half, as they predicted. We were very satisfied and it feels easier to breathe in the house.

Two men arrived on time to clean dryer vent. They were very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. They got to work right away and in 15 Minutes were finished. Last cleaning took close to two hours by another company . It's a two story condo so the vent opens onto the roof. They said it needed to be cleaned but was not that bad. Susan called for payment and I voiced my concerns. There is a 3 month guarantee. I didn't ask for a discount (I was hoping honesty would cause her to offer) advertisement does say approximately an hour to do the job.125.00 for 15 minutes, quite overpriced). I did pay in full but will likely not use again. Just don't feel confident I got a complete dryer vent cleaning.

A-Z Air Duct, and two others were recommended by Angi.com. I reviewed all 3 on Yelp, both A-Z, and one other had 4 1/2 star ratings , and the 3rd never did respond. Susan was the first I called. She was very pleasant, informative, and professional to deal with. The 2nd company did not get back to me until after I made the decision to go with A-Z. Eric and his helper both arrived early, and while the helper was getting my house ready, Eric and I chatted. They did a very through job, cleaned up after the job was completed, and no up-sell or hidden charges. I'd like to mention that although I've only been in my house for 2 years, and house was built in 1978, I know previous owner did not keep up on the HVAC portion. Air quality was pathetic, and cleaning air duct system is just a start, but confident this will certainly help. I asked for extra business cards to pass out, and do not have a problem recommending this company to anyone who needs this type of maintenance.

I used A-Z Air Ducts once before a few years ago and was very pleased with the workmen who came and the job they did so I used them again this time. 2 men came right on time, brought their equipment in, spread out plastic tarps, and got right to work. When they were finished they carefully folded up the tarps, one of them took the equipment to their truck, and the other man went over what they had done and told me that I would receive an online receipt (which I did a little bit later). I highly recommend A-Z Ducts!

This review is from the services performed in June 2021. I purchased what they called as Gold package and included all my air ducts as well as the dryer vent for $250. When the person arrived at my house I was told that I also have 2 return vents and it would cost extra. I ended up paying $436. Couple of weeks later my dryer stopped working and the technician told me that my dryer went was clogged. I immediately contacted these guys and they agreed to show up on July 10th and do the services on the dryer vent.<br>When nobody showed up on Jul 10th I called them back today (July 12th) and they responded by saying that we do not work on Saturdays and hence nobod showed up (Then how did you give me an appointment for a Saturday?) Also, the added that the money I paid ($436) did not include the dryer vent cleaning from behind the dryer. It only included the dryer vent cleaning from the top of the roof( How in the world will I know that?) And they asked for another $120 to come out and clean my dryer vent (Their website itself states $99 for the dryer vent cleaning).<br>Overall, they did agree that they left out my dryer vent and will send someone back and later they began asing for more money and denied to show up unless I pay them another $120. Also, the owner was absolutely rude on the call.<br>NOT Recommended at all !! You'll find more proffesional folks around your area !!

Good service, great rates, but I suggest neighbors asking for joint quotes to maybe lower the original cost of individual sales. I did just that, the cost was very affordable, techs showed me before, and after photos. Clean techs with experience in their field.

We have been living in our home for nearly 3 years and I realized we had never checked the dryer vents during that time. I called several different duct cleaning companies and this was the only one who didn't require a visit out prior to giving me a quote. One flat rate and that was that. Frank was very responsive, I heard within one day after putting my information through their website. We were able to schedule my cleaning for the following week with no issues. Both gentlemen who did the service knocked on my door right at 9 am, and they were done by 930. They left our laundry room how they found it and did a great job at following social distancing and safety precautions while in my home. If you need a simple dryer vent cleaning, but with great and timely customer service, these are your guys!

I was referred to AZ Air Duct by my HVAC repairman. They were prompt amd explained everything they do prior to scheduling. The team arrived on time and were thorough in the cleaning process. I was expecting the fee to be higher than it was, which was a nice surprise. We will use them again and refer those we know as well.

Frank is very nice. From the first call I made to get a rough estimate of pricing to sending employees back out a second time to do the dryer vent which I had forgotten to mention when they were doing the ducts. Eric was very efficient and informative.

Service itself was fine, but the moment the workers turned on their vacuum to clean out the dryer vent, the lights to part of my house went out. Several breakers were tripped, and two of them wouldn't come on. The workers tried to help me get them on, but ultimately left with them not functioning. I had to have an electrician come out and replace them, as they were damaged.<br><br>I called the office for A-Z and explained what happened. The guy immediately blew me off and said they never had any problems before and it was probably a coincidence (which is a lie, because I see a review from 2 years ago where they had the exact same problem). I told him I thought that was very unlikely, since it happened at the exact moment that they turned the vacuum on. He said they would have their "quality control" person inspect the equipment and call me back the next day. They never called back. I guess the customer is always wrong, as far as these guys are concerned. They lost a potential lifetime customer.

Service as described by the technicians was great but I was told on the phone by Frank that getting this service done would help air flow in the room that was significantly warmer than the rest of the house and the problem still remains.<br><br>Good service for what the technicians explained but technicians and sales team were not on same page offering up different information.

We had a wonderful experience with the two team members that came yesterday to evaluate our ducts. They were professional, courteous and clean (they cleaned up every ounce of dust, etc . . . after they finished their work). They utilized a scope-like camera to take a look at our ducts and showed me the video in progress, so that I felt like I saw and understood everything myself. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing duct work!

Thank you Eric and George for excellent service. I called on a Monday and was able to get scheduled for Wednesday. They showed up on time and got right to work. After they got the blockage out they hooked everything back up and tested the dryer. Very happy to be able to use my dryer again.

These guys were an hour early for our appointment. They did a great job with cleaning our dryer vent. They left everything hooked up correctly and very clean after they were done with the job. I couldn't be more happier and will be using their air duct cleaning services in the future.

3 individuals arrived promptly when scheduled. When they arrived, they did not have shoe covers and I had to ask them about it. One had a shirt with a different name embroidered on it than he used to introduce himself. They retrieved the shoe covers from the van and wore them as requested. I had more than 20 vents and a dryer duct cleaned. They did well protecting surfaces and cleaning up after themselves.<br><br>I had a new washer and dryer and all new hoses installed less than a week ago. When they moved the washer and dryer to clean the dryer vent, they turned off the water that feeds the steam function on the dryer and never turned it back on. They also shoved the dryer back into place without care or concern for the new vent hose. it was loose and not placed properly for good air flow.<br><br>They left lights on throughout the house and even left a large extension cord plugged in.<br><br>I addressed all of these concerns with them before they left and they corrected them.<br><br>The reason for the 2 star rating, beyond everything above, is that the interior fan on my second floor air conditioning system has not worked properly since they left yesterday. For the price, I expected better.

Very professional and prompt. They had came out previously to clean my dryer vent and now for cleaning my duct work due to my son having allergies. Mike and Paul were very informative, professional, and friendly. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning! Thank you guys again! 😃

I had a rental where the air filter had not been changed in years, I called A-Z. They showed up on time and did the cleaning quickly and completely then cleaned up everywhere. They also were very polite and professional, I would highly recommend them.

I can't speak to how well the job was done, since I never really saw the air ducts or ran the air before the air duct cleaning was done. What I can speak to is the service. My guy was Joe, and he was punctual, friendly, and helpful. I ran the air a couple days after he came and it was smooth and there was not any dust or debris that I know of coming through. They were a lot cheaper than Sears, who I was originally going to go with, and I always spoke on the phone with a human instead of some automated machine.

I could not be happier with the decision we made to hire A-Z Air Duct. The technicians Bryan and Justin were professional and answered all our questions. They did a great job!! I would recommend them to family and friends. I will use your service again.

Mike and Sean were fantastic! They were extremely thorough and detailed, with great consideration for our cats with the machinery. They moved furniture as necessary and put it back in exactly the same spot, and even gave us a couple of tips on how to minimize vent noise.<br>Frank (the owner), has given us consistently great pricing, as we have been exclusively with A-Z Air Ducts since we bought our home here in Arcadia. Pro's- Account setup and request for service was EASY, the had AVAILABILITY for the time slot I required. Technicians, (Dainen & Joe) sent email as the dispatch had stated when they were en route to my address. Dainen & Joe showed up ON TIME, they were POSITIVE, PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY and I felt comfortable with them in my home and around my family. They WORKED HARD and my DUCTS ARE CLEAN. They look new.<br>Con's- I would have said price but I had 11 Vents, and 2 returns and these guys were hear for 3 hours and it was honestly worth every penny.<br><br>Woohoo, as good as it gets. Frank was fantastic describing our options and keeping us updated on scheduling. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasn't positive. We also did the Dryer clean out option - as it was great (and a little scary) how much lint they removed. We are so glad we chose AZ Air Duct before moving into our new, now clean home!

Great company if you are in the market for having your air ducts cleaned. Was hesitant to make the call but when I spoke to Frank and he explained everything they were going to do and the price would not change when they got here. They cleaned all ducts and vents washed everything and left me smelling good through out the house. Josh and Michael were very professional and super, super friendly. They explained what they would do and how long it would take. Did excellent work. We had our ducts and dryer exhaust cleaned by AZ Air Duct because I smelled a dusty odor coming from the air ducts when the air conditioner first turned on. Brian and Kevin were polite, hard working and efficient and careful to drape areas under the ducts as well as clean up any loose debris that fell on the floor. Now the air coming from the ducts smells clean and fresh. We are pleased with their work and will recommend AZ Air Duct to others.

I have been thinking of having my air ducts cleaned for quite sometime now because I started to notice more dust in my home. Well last weekend I went to the Home and Garden Show and saw their booth so I started talking to Gabe. I gave him my info and the very next day made an appointment to have the work done, along with my dryer vent.<br>Bryan and Kevin showed up right on time and got right to work. They were very professional and nice and even showed me pictures of my vents. What was the biggest shock was my dryer vent. You wouldn't believe what came out of it. They put drop cloths down as to not make a mess and even finished earlier than normal. Since I own a Housecleaning business I have to tell you I was embarrassed that I didn't have it done sooner. No wonder my home had been dustier than normal. I highly recommend AZ Air Duct.
