It was a pleasure to work with Joseph and his insulation Team. My scope of work was for insulating a cathedral ceiling.They showed up on time, stand by their work, have all of their equipment calibrated and most of all protected all surfaces and windows to avoid any overspray. Their work is flawless and cleanup after they complete their work . They provided me with a certification to show the bldg dept. For inspections. I am very satisfied with the work and would gladly recommend for anyone who is seeking a professional installation.

I only write reviews when I am truly happy with the service, I truly felt the need to. From the moment I reached out to E&E Attic Insulation, I could tell this company operates on a different level. I was dealing with an attic that hadn’t been touched in years - old, dirty insulation, strange smells, rodent droppings, and uneven heating and cooling throughout the house. It was clear something needed to be done, but I didn’t know where to start. After speaking with a few other companies, I chose E&E because they were the only ones who seemed genuinely interested in helping not just selling. They came out for a full inspection and took the time to show me exactly what was going on up there with photos and clear explanations. What I thought was just bad insulation turned out to be a bigger issue — rat nesting, chewed-up material, and several open entry points where air (and pests) were getting in. I really appreciated their transparency. There was no scare tactic or pushy sales pitch—just facts, solutions, and a fair quote. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently over the course of the project. They didn’t just blow new insulation on top of the old mess (like one company suggested). They completely removed the contaminated insulation, vacuumed and sanitized the attic space, sealed all rodent entry points, and installed brand-new fiberglass insulation that was evenly applied. Everything looked clean, tight, and professionally done. They even checked other parts of the home for air leaks and sealed those as part of their service. No shortcuts. Within a day of completion, I noticed a huge difference in the house. The A/C wasn’t kicking on as often, and the rooms felt more even in temperature. Plus, no more funky smells from the attic. Most importantly, I have peace of mind now knowing that the attic is clean, properly insulated, and protected from rodents. I truly believe this company cares about the quality of their work. They respected my time, my home, and my budget. You can tell they’ve done this hundreds of times and actually know how to spot problems before they become expensive headaches. Great service if you need attic insulation!

We called Joseph and his crew to insulate our attic because our home was becoming unbearably hot during the last few heatwaves. The upstairs rooms would heat up so fast, making it hard to keep our kids comfortable. Joseph was great, and clearly explained how the insulation would help block the heat. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. I appreciated their attention to detail and would definitely recommend them for attic insulation.

Joseph did a great job on my attic insulation! The team finished on time and kept the area very clean. Joseph is very responsive and efficient running his teams. My friend recommended me to E&E Attic and I am very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them!

We hired E&E after getting five estimates to have our old attic insulation removed, the attic cleaned, and new loose-fill fiberglass insulation and a radiant barrier installed. Joseph from E&E gave us a very competitive quote, so we decided to move forward with them. They began work promptly the following Tuesday and started by removing all the old insulation. Unfortunately, we experienced our first issue during this phase. The industrial suction/blower became loose and began blowing contaminated debris, including what appeared to be rodent droppings, into the air around the side and front of our home. None of the workers were monitoring the equipment, as they were all in the attic. I had to alert them to the issue myself. The debris ended up in our front yard pond, which was now filled with pink fiberglass and soot. On a positive note, they did a thorough job cleaning the attic and sealing small openings before installing the radiant barrier and blowing in new insulation. However, I was disappointed that the radiant barrier was only applied to the roof and not the side walls. I had expected the walls to be covered as well, especially since morning and evening sun can significantly heat the attic through the sides. When I brought this up, I was told that applying the barrier to the roof alone is standard practice. Additionally, I noticed the workers were manually breaking up the fiberglass next to the blower, which seemed inefficient and resulted in uneven distribution. I had anticipated they would use a more professional hopper system for a more uniform application. The project took about two and a half days to complete, but a couple of issues emerged afterward. First, they did not cover the recessed can lights, which caused insulation to fall through them. Second, insulation began entering the room that houses our furnace. Joseph did offer a discount when requesting the final payment, and a crew member returned a week later to fix these issues. However, one more serious problem came up—our outdoor plastic shed, located near the suction/blower machine, was partially melted from the heat of the gasoline-powered motor. I sent photos to E&E, and they promised to reimburse us for part of the cost of the shed. Despite multiple follow-ups, we never received any compensation. In summary, I believe E&E has good intentions, but their execution lacked professionalism. There was no on-site supervisor or project manager overseeing the work, which I believe contributed to the problems we experienced. Because of the multiple issues and the unresolved shed damage, I would not choose to work with E&E again.

Joseph Amrabi’s team stands out for the following reasons. 1.       The total price is much lower than other companies’ quotes. 2.       No deposit was asked.  Pay after completion and inspection of the project. 3.       They used better insulation materials than other companies—R38 vs. R30—and a better disinfectant—VONOS vs. RMR-141. 4.       Two insulation installation methods—blown-in and batt insulations—were provided for installing R-38. Joseph suggested I choose the blown-in option to save labor costs. 5.       Aluma-foil Super Plus was installed on the ceiling inside the attic to reflect radiant heat, helping to keep homes cooler in the summer and reducing the load on air conditioning systems. 6.       A considerate discount to seniors. 7.       Leave everything clean and intact afterward. 8.       The hardworking attitude of Joseph and his team has earned my adoration and respect.l
