Attic Projects were beyond professional from beginning to the end. Over the years I have found it hard to trust a company dealing with our attic. It is a bit more pricey, but they took care of everything and it was done right! There is a long warranty that backs it up. We had rats and squirrels making our lives miserable. They are all gone, all openings are closed, including stuff in the crawl space. All done by a super pro and friendly crew. With the price in my book. Totally recommend.

We set an appointment and the crew of three arrived supervised by Alfonso. Alfonso is nice, hardworking, knowledgeable and honest worker. He made sure that everywhere around the attic is covered with plastic and no partIckes is going to move out, then they started working with Hepa cleaning and installing insulations. They did absolutely a fantastic job. I am so happy that even I made another appointment with them to get estimate for my HVAC. We had a rat infestation problem in our attic and so I decided to get quotes from several businesses. I also wanted to change the insulation since they’re very very old. The quotes I got vary widely, but for my buck Leo gave me the best price since it included a lot more service, I.e. cleanup, removal, insulation, sealing and catching the nasty rats. Got three of them... The process went down as Leo said, four guys came in to do the job and so they were done at end of day. Very professional and always checking in with me to follow up and see if I’m having anymore issues with the rats. The wife is happy and I’m happy, just glad that we were fortunate enough to have found them.

We had a rat problem in our house in Glendora and called a couple of companies. Advance Attic Solutions came the same day with a quote and we decided to go ahead with them. They cleaned, sanitized and sealed the attic from rodent feces. The same night we heard movement in the attic. We called them and they came back the next day and checked the attic and sealed a hole with no extra charge. I liked that they carefully covered all the hallways and kept the floor cleaned and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave us a three year warranty! Now our attic is clean and rodent proofed.

Kept hearing rodents in my attic so I called a few companies surrounding my area.. they stood out to me the most because of their organized detailed estimate and great customer service. They were very helpful over the phone and when the estimator came out to measure everything and give input on what work needs to be done, he was very detail oriented and specific, as well as respectful. I recently had a big project which included attic cleaning and insulation installation. Also needed a new air conditioning installation and solar panels. Advanced Attic Solutions took care and made the process easy. They were knowledgeable and their crew did an outstanding job with cleaning the attic which was hard during summer time. My solar panel are now up and running and could not be happier with their service. Recommend to all.

I heard of them through a referral on Next Door and their bid was lower than others and Leo was very nice. So I hired them and they did an amazing job cleaning out my filthy attic and all the little trash bits and old rotten insulation, completely disinfecting and rodent proofing it. Also had them install a solar attic fan which works great. They used foam to seal all the air leaks. Already my house feels much cooler. Biggest thing about these guys is they are VERY customer service oriented. They addressed all my concerns completely and thoroughly and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend them, one of the very best contractors I’ve hired in a long time.

Evil rodents invaded my attic!!!! I searched through Google for best way to deal with this problem and found out that these guys were near by affordable and could be there the same day! When they arrived they checked all around and put solution that includes removing old insulation, attic cleaning, rodent proofing (extremely important or they will come back) and installing new energy efficient insulation. I hired them right away and thank god i did! I'm extremely happy with their service because they did a very clean job and kept me in the mix throughout the entire day. In fact, they even kept sending me photos and updates while I was at work. CI could not expect for any better and will highly recommend them to anyone.
