After conducting a free in-person assessment at my home, he provided extensive details about the work needed to prevent mice and rats from entering the house.<br>In the past we had fixed the mesh wire netting on vent holes after 2 possums (!) went under the house but this company goes way beyond that that, including cleaning up old rodent poop and blocking pheromones that would attract new animals. They also set traps to capture any remaining mice in the walls that venture out to seek food; those will be checked in one week and one month follow-ups visits. Plus a 5 year guarantee. Considering all that, I agreed to the work, although it cost more than I expected.<br>Tom was a great communicator and made it all go smoothly. I was lucky that they could come the next day due to a cancellation. As it turned out, I had so many rodent entry ways under my deck that what should have been a 5 hour job took over 8.5 hours! I initially gave a 5-star review back in July. The team blocked the entry points. As the inspection team assured me there were no signs of rodent activity in my attic, they didn't proceed with cleaning or disinfecting.<br><br>However, a month later, I spotted a mouse inside one of the air ducts and contacted the company again. The technician placed traps in the attic and some ducts, but the mice took the bait without setting off the traps. Even after switching to different traps, the problem persisted after several follow up visits.<br><br>Out of desperation , I had to hire another company and paid more money to resolve this. The new company used the right traps with the right bait. They also found a few holes on the roof ( that 360 Rodent control failed to identify ) and blocked them. Two weeks later, my house was finally rodent-free.

I called Rodent 360 when parents were leaving town and unfortunately saw what my mom thought was a mouse right before they step out the door. It turned out to be a rat. I called Rodent 360 and a really nice inspector named Tom, very professional, came by the next day. He look all around for points of entry and did confirm that beside inside the house in the pantry where the one rodent was seen there were multiple dropping under the house. He quickly gave me a qoute and explained in detailed what was covered in the price. They only specialize in rodents not bugs or spiders but by closing the points of entry for rodents also help eliminate other things from crawling in and removing rodent nest and dropping helps eliminate ants. It is not cheap (but other places I called were more expensive) because the work is extensive that they do. It did not help it was super hot 90 degrees + in the valley that week but I felt it was a good value and they went above and beyond with the service. Even when Tom broke his foot, other workers came by quickly to remove the caught rats (3 in total so far, yuck) I now piece of mind that my parent are coming back to a rodent free home! I thought the job was properly taken care of and yet after a lot of construction around my house, the rats came back in force. Started noticing a scratching noise in my wall early morning. I put out a request for quotes on Yelp and Sophia from 360 Rodent Control contacted me right away. We were able to schedule a free inspection immediately and Gaz (our field operator) showed up on time. They were more expensive, and their current reviews on yelp were negative. They also wouldn’t honor a one-year warranty,. 360 rodent had had only positive reviews and gave me a one-year warranty. They also do not use plastic or foam, they use concrete. At the last minute I decided to switch over to 360 and I’m so glad I did! Lee Engel, really took care of me from beginning to end. He had a great attitude and accommodated all my needs. My renters liked him too. I highly recommend 360 rodent control for the job. Better price, one-year warranty, friendly service amd only use concrete to fill holes in areas that need it.

I reached out to 360 Rodent Control on Thanksgiving not expecting an immediate response, but I got an immediate response! An inspection was set up for the next day. Lee came out and assessed the situation and scheduled the work for two days later. Lee is amazing and knowledgeable as was his team. The work is completed. I highly recommend 360 Rodent Control. Found this company on Google when i heard some activity in the attic. I was extremely impressed with everyone on the team, from office staff to field staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They came out quickly, did a thorough walk through of the property, provided various solutions to work with my budget, followed up and respected my property like it was their own. I have not heard activity since. Thank you Eduardo and team. You are true gems. Highly recommend them for your jobs.

We found two rats in our house and realized we had a few spots where they could get in. We called Rodent360 and a member of the crew, Gaz, quickly came our, diagnosed the issue, determined every single spot they could get in, and then had a crew come out a secure every space. He even got up on the roof and took pictures of the spots on the roof that were potential entry ways. Gaz took time to explain everything to us, and he was professional and the crew was effective. The crew worked quickly, and we have not seen a rodent in the house since. Highly recommended.

First off, they responded right away to a serious condition involving numerous rat carcasses in a 100+ degree attic. We couldn’t bare the smell! I called another company and they said they could come in 3 days. So I called 360 and they said they would be over first thing in the morning. Lee was great! Very friendly and explanatory, and confident they would not only solve the problem, but prevent it from happening again. The very next morning Lee and his team arrived early and went right to work. You will STRUGGLE to find a more dishonest and unprofessional pest control service.<br><br>I called this company two weeks ago for an inspection after which they found evidence of mice in my garage as I suspected. I received a quote for $2000 to seal up any entry points, remove mouse urine or fecal matter, lay down chemicals that would eliminate any remaining scent or trails for other mice to find and finally, set baited traps with the promise that if I saw, smelled or heard something I could easily call them and a specialist would be right out to my property.<br><br>Well today I both saw AND heard not only mice but full blown RATS in my garage so I called them for someone to come out only to be told they are were too busy and simply couldn't get someone to my house until MAYBE Monday or Tuesday. So apparently I paid 2k to endure the smell or dead rodents in the July heat and over a holiday weekend.<br><br>Screw this company and every last one of their shady employees.

They were prompt, very professional and detailed in sealing all possible rodent entry points to my house, and quickly solved my rat problem. They are not cheap, but they get the job done.....period. Juan, Carlos and Emmanuel were all professional and very detail oriented when deciding the plan to remove the rodents. Lee and his team were fantastic. They came in and fully fixed any entry points for rats on the outside of our house. They disinfected for some me smells in the attic and then set traps at the he old exit points. Not 5 minutes after they left we heard the first trap go off. 5 minutes more and another went off. They will come back in a few days and reset the traps. And they gave us a long warranty for any subsequent problems. Very happy and satisfied!!!

Lee and his team were very professional and talked us through the steps on how to get rid of our rodent problem. The team came out and sealed off all the potential entry points which the rats can use. They sanitized and set traps to make sure any rodent trapped inside would be caught. I had a rat get into my house and I called 360 Rodent Control. Lee answered the call right away and assured me they would come out the next business day to evaluate the situation at my house. I called early on that day to confirm and Lee again answered my call ( called me by name) and told me he would be there on time. He was and looked all over and identified where there were vulnerable spots that a critter could get in. Lee gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very helpful and ensured that all of my questions were answered. The company’s crew came two days later and did a very thorough job of closing up any areas that needed it, cleaned up everything and finished it all in one day! Lee came back too to make sure all was well and Charlie who is in management at the company came twice also to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Let me just stop and say 360 RC provided me with outstanding service. From the initial inspection to the final results.<br><br>We had serious rats infestation in our attic and inside the walls. They managed to get it under control without opening our walls!!<br><br>They sealed all access points, sanitized, remove the insulation and upgraded to new one. Highly recommend!
