When we realized our 75 year old home in Old Northeast needed new insulation, we contacted TLS Insulation, and we are thrilled with our decision. First we requested an estimate, and a very professional expert (Matt) carefully inspected our attic and provided a fair, comprehensive proposal. The work was scheduled for about two weeks later and was completed today. We were very impressed with Michael S. and his "Pink Crew." They completed our complex job in half a day and left our home spotlessly clean. Five Stars for Michael! Finally, TLS Insulation made sure we received a significant rebate from Duke Energy and the work is tax deductible (via IRS Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits).

Smooth process from start to finish. We evaluated two different options and went with R44. We were able to take advantage of the TECO rebate before they expired. The insulation addition will make a big difference since we had little in the house when we bought it and it’ was done for a great value. We also got duct sealing and not all could be reached for mastic coating. The major duct junctions were done and will help prevent future issues.

Our 1973 built home was lacking insulation. Our HVAC was working overtime while heating & cooling. TLS inspected our attic, and recommended an additional layer of insulation to assist our system in heating and cooling. They also found us a Tax Rebate to offset the cost. While doing the job, they discovered an air leak in the old ductwork work, which allowed some of the insulation to enter our living room grates. TLS was very efficient at setting appointments, arrived on time for both the estimate and the installation, very professional.

Their work is excellent. We had old minimal cellulose insulation vacuumed out and new R-49 fiberglass blown in. They did the work quickly and were very neat with no mess at all. Their guys are very professional and were very good about placing drop clothes. Their pricing was very competitive. I have recommended them to neighbors who will be using them as well.

Attic insulation - very easy to work with from start to finish. They worked directly with Duke Energy on the rebate. Matt from sales was super helpful, very explanatory and offered suggestions on best way to approach my insulation. Installers Dany and Yusniel were fast and efficient, and I appreciated seeing pics of the attic after the work was done.

TLS Insulation recently added R-38 insulation above our 3 car garage. The salesman was thorough in answering all our up front questions regarding application and expectations. The installation team was neat, courteous and did a great job cleaning up. Although there was a miscommunication regarding rebates from the office staff, TLS made it right! Don’t bother calling anyone else. Cheapest around and great service. Easy FPL rebate process and even gave me the 10% off after I already got a quote. In and out in 45 mins. Filled my attic with a few inches extra than what I was told I was paying for and even covered the hatch in blanket insulation.

This is an absolutely stand up company! They ensured I was aware of a program with TECO that TECO would do a free audit and I could qualify for a rebate/discount for the services. I spoke with other insulation companies and none of them told me about this option. I did the Teco audit and was able to obtain amazing assistance to cover the costs of the services my home needed. Would highly recommend this honest company!

The TLS Insulation Team did a fantastic job topping up our attic insulation. The inspection, scheduling and installation for our project was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. Danny & Yusneil showed up early this morning and were FANTASTIC. They explained everything, were EXTREMELY professional and cleaned up when they left. They blew insulation in my attic and above my uninsulated garage and installed a stairway cover. It took 1 hour and fifteen minutes and off they went. Paying by credit card was a breeze as was getting receipt’s via email and text. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TLS INSULATION.

TLS showed up as scheduled. J Bird and Eldred were great. My insulation in my attic only had a couple inches of insulation. Definitely not up to code. Living in Florida, you really need all the help you can get. TLS did that for me. They also work with our local electric company. FPL gave an instant $220.00 off my insulation bill, which TLS took care of all the paperwork. I now have 14 inches of insulation! Price was great. I have a neighbor who just had her attic done. I started with the energy audit and TLS came in to take care of any ductwork and duct test that needed to be performed. Brendan and Michael are outstanding with searching for any duct issues or pressure discrepancies and correcting them. TLS has earned my business. The two techs that came to my house, Michael and Brenden, were polite, professional and thoroughly explained the job and the repair to me. They took the time to answer my questions and did quality work. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well. When I initially called TLS they even explained a rebate program that they participate in with duke energy, which is super easy to complete and requires very little effort. The program saved me hundreds and I wouldn’t have known about it if they hadn’t told me. On a side note, I asked the two techs if they liked working for the company to which they explained the owners/company treat them well and take care of them. I, personally, like to support businesses that treat employees well, so that was just icing on the cake for me as far as calling TLS for any of my future needs. Definitely will recommend. .

The actual installation of insulation was also easy. Two well-mannered gentlemen came by today and had everything set up, blown-in, and packed up in less than 2 hours. TLS scheduled technician out to inspect my attic. They provided invaluable information by pointing out failing ductwork that would be best addressed before insulation is installed. The office staff were very accommodating as I had to reschedule once and a hurricane put us back. Quick to respond to phone calls and kept in communication with me through the storm. My infrared thermometer shows the door going from 107F down to 84F so the insulation is definitely working. UPDATE 2024-08-23: Had them come out today and add insulation above my garage too. Can definitely tell the difference. It was reading 116F before. Now it's down to 90F. Guys were friendly, did a great job, and reasonably priced. Thanks.
