Pro Attic did a fantastic job removing all of the old, rotted insulation and replacing it with new higher R value insulation. We also had gable vents that never had screen on the (an invitation to rats) and they actually installed screen fo us! The crew was wonderful and we can't wait to see what this year's electric bill will be!

This is a stand up company. They really had some very tight areas to make sure they blow in insulation where there were none. 1 of my ducks wasn't attached properly. They did an out standing job building an attachment to make everything work and flow properly. I highly recommend this company. They are hard workers and they did a nice clean up job as well. They work to achieve perfection.

We wanted added insulation after a completely new HVAC install but was hesitant due to our low trusses and limited room but the Micheal and the guys treated us well. I know thier quote wasn't the lowest but we were confident our home was going to be treated well. Incredible, Incredible, Incredible service!!!! We have been trying to resolve our upstairs heating issue for years! We got a new A/C UNIT thinking this would resolve it, and nothing. We would leave the thermostat on all day at 68 degrees only to come home at 5pm and the temperature would be at 78! 10 degree difference! We called the team at Pro attic and on a Sunday in the dead heat of the Flordia summer they came to install my new attic fan. Incredibly efficient and professional and I am happy to report that we tested the system out today. It was over 95 degrees in Tampa today and our upstairs A/C maintained a temp of 72 degrees with our thermostat at 72. Unbelievable job, completely exceeded my expectations. We were going nuts trying to find a solution to our hot upstairs floor. Bravo Pro Attic, your resolved our issue!

We had our workshop garage insulation installed so the building could be air conditioned. The crew was professional and the work was done well.. I reccomend them and woild use them again. July2, 2025 I called the company back because some of the bats in the ceiling were sagging after two years. They responded by adding additional strapping to the sagging bats and actually strapped the entire installation to keep the bats properly in place. Looks very good now. Thank You Very Much

Steve , the technician did an amazing job took his time with customer. Make sure all the sealant spots were closed and that there was no more air leaks. Steve also double checked all the vents. Make sure there was no dust in every room where the vents were located completed job. I was satisfied with his performance and he made absolute work happen. More recommended for many more customers and as well for future reference for any AC work or other Cell work that is needed to be done.

Very professional company. Great communication. Unfortunately, rainy day when they came to do the work, but they did their best to cause as minimal dirt to come inside the house. Michael and his team are very professional on explaining the details of their work, coming on time, and handling the process with experienced team. The only accident which happened with one of the members almost falling of through the ceiling. Michael took an immediate action by cutting out part of the cracked popcorn ceiling replacing it with ceiling tile. Michael promised me to send a professional to finish up the damaged ceiling for this upcoming Friday. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the work they have done in my attic. Mike and his team did an incredible job with our home’s attic project - we replaced all of the insulation and ductwork in our 1939 attic which was not easy! It was very seamless. I requested an estimate and it was scheduled right away. The estimator, Michael, reached out the night before to let me know he would be over the next day within a certain time frame. I was given advanced notice of arrival of around 30 minutes prior to showing up. The estimate was honest and fair. I had other estimates much higher for the same job. I received an estimate via text or email with a simple link to confirm. The team showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job, exceeding my expectations by cleaning, disinfecting and sealing the entire attic. They did a great job with no complaints.

My attic had 26 year old blown cellulose insulation that had seen better days. I was evaluating options of blowing more on top or vacuuming it out and replacing with R38 batt insulation. I got three different quotes and though all were very professional and knowledgeable, I went with Pro Attic to vacuum out the old and reinstall new R38 batt insulation. Though a more expensive option I felt it was the best option rather than blowing more insulation on top of smelly cellulose insulation. The question you may ask is why did I go with Pro Attic? First of all, communications and initial impressions of excellent customer service were top notch. Michael, the owner, personally inspected my attic, clearly explained the options, including pros and cons, without trying to influence me to go with any particular option. He provided an on the spot competitive quote. You could immediately tell that he was personally invested in customer satisfaction and understood the importance that had on the success of his business. The team arrived on schedule with plenty of advance notification and follow up to ensure the date still worked for me. The team was top-notch, efficient, and very professional taking care to protect the work space with the large 8" vac. hose. Michael took before and after photos of the attic and explained every detail of the process. At the same time, I had Pro Attic clean all my AC ductwork which I never had cleaned since moving in 8 years ago and undergoing a remodel. Needless to say they were dirtier than I had anticipated and again Michael took photos of the interior of ductwork before commencing the job. I was referred to Pro Attics by my electrician due to a leak in my ceiling that was causing my breaker to trip. Being I am in a new construction home, the warranty team stated the leak came could be coming from my dryer duct. Micheall was able to come out immediately the next day and he conducted a thorough inspection of my dryer and AC ducts. I recently had my ducts cleaned and attic reinsulated. Mike and his team were very professional. Mike educated me along the way and made me feel very comfortable with the work he was providing. He provided me with before and after pics. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from Mike and crew! They were prompt and great communication. Price was more than fair for the amount of work we needed done. We had all our insulation redone and full duct cleaning. We are very happy with the results and appreciate Mike going the extra mile with his service. We had an A/C issue during the job and Mike not only got an Electrician to come fix it last minute but later came back with a replacement part even though it was unrelated to the job.

Pro Attic was professional and effective throughout the entire insulation install process. Michael knows his product well and is able to provide multiple options to find the best fit. Scheduling was a breeze as well. This company earned a strong recommendation from me.

These guys are awesome!! They were very punctual and SO quiet. We almost forgot they were here. Did an amazing job and the owner popped in to check it out and was super professional and super nice. Highly recommend these guys! Our service is not listed, but the did the insulation of the attic. We can already tell a difference and they vacuumed up the little pieces left. I called ProAttic Tampa for there special with air duct cleaning. This is a cleaning that I normally do once a year even though I rent. My family has asthma and allergies and I know the importance of clean air. When Michael and his team came to clean they found mold growing and thick mold and dust. He let me know that normal cleaning was pointless and I really needed to take care of this issue before the problem worsen. Michael provided me with a great price to clean my unit and guarantee that he could get ride of the mold issue and provided me with advice on what I needed to do to prevent this form happening again. Michael and his crew returned in 3 weeks to complete the deep cleaning and preventatives services. His team was very polite and professional and did a great job. I will be seeing them again next year for the routine cleaning. I would recommend this company to any person. They were a true blessing!

What a fantastic experience we had with this company. They replaced my 40+ year old insulation in the attic. I asked them to check the air handler in the attic for mold, a small amount was found in the unit, but the 40+ year old ducts were filled with black mold which they showed me with pictures taken.Great company, great staff, thank you Michael! This is Diyanira, I called Pro Attic for an estimate, I had another company scheduled and they canceled on me because the owner needed to be on the property and he live in another state. I manage properties throughout Fl and I live 3 hours from Tampa, in my opinion I didn't want to travel there just for an estimate. I called Pro Attic hoping they didn't require someone to be there. Mike called me and discussed everything with me over the phone and he was able to do the job the same day. He shared before and after pictures with me. Great service! Now I have happy tenants! 😊

Micheal and his team did an excellent job! They cleaned all the rats and debris out of my attic, sanitized it, and sprayed for mold. They also replaced all the duct work and cleaned the AC. I would highly recommend Pro Attic. The pricing was reasonable and the service was exceptional.

Called this company after reading the great online reviews. They came out within 48 for the service scheduled over the phone. While here Michael mentioned that the ducts needed a lot more work to clean properly than what we originally booked (we had no idea!) and also pointed out that our attic was only half insulated (again - no idea!) They came back a week later and properly cleaned/sanitized all the air ducts and insulated the attic. What was anticipated to take 3 hours took almost 6 but Michael and his team were extremely professional and detailed in his work! Would hire again in no time. I got an estimate from Pro Attic Tampa that was done efficiently and timely. Michaell was on time, communicative, and professional. He took pictures in my attic and showed them to me as he was explaining what needed to be done. He honestly explained what could wait and what needed to be done right away! Michael Lugo from Pro Attic was very professional from start to finish. I called 4 insulation companies to quote on upgrading my attic insulation. Pro Attic was the only company that sent someone to do an inspection before giving me a quote and explaining the whole process. Michael was the tech from start to finish. Not only did Michael beat all the other quotes he performed additional service the other companies did not provide. He came back promptly on the scheduled day, provided before and after photos. I have owned this two story home since 1985. It sits on 1/3 acre with a small lake in the back of the property. We are surrounded with many large trees. The squirrels love the trees and find ways to get into my attic, other rodents do too. After so many years the insulation had deteriorated and had been destroyed by rodent droppings and nestIng. It was horrible. When Michael and his crew arrived I was impressed from the start. They were in time, organized and thoughtful of my dog and I appreciated their respect. They are conscious workers. They go out of their way to make things right. They began at eight in the morning and they ended at eight at night. They were working the entire time. The price was good. Adding blown in insulation to my attic was the best thing I’ve done. I felt the difference almost instantly, my master room was always warm and even before ProAttic left my room was cold as the rest of the house.
