I had an absolutely amazing experience with Installation Commandos. From start to finish, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Chad, the owner, was phenomenal — truly one of the best service professionals I’ve worked with. He took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed — and just as importantly, what I didn’t need — to make my home more energy efficient. There was zero pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. What makes this even more meaningful is that Chad previously served our country in the military for several years and was deployed multiple times. Now he’s serving the community as a business owner, and that same level of integrity and commitment clearly carries over into how he runs his company. The owner, Chad, came out himself to discuss my attic insulation options and what would work best for my home. Was very straightforward and honest about his recommendation and was extremely knowledgeable. They were able to set us up for the install next day! Chad, Jeremy, Lito and Jose all showed up promptly at 7am and got to work. They were very respectful of my home, were professional, and work was completed quickly. I had a complete cleanup of two attics, one in my main home and one in my garage apartment, as well as an application of a upgrade to a standard to local codes for insulation that protected my attic and my energy system. The workers were extraordinary, doing the work in less time than I expected, and cleaned up after their work. They were incredible and I would highly recommend them. Commandos fits these guys perfectly. I received a few quotes from other insulation company's and the prices were comparable two of the companies wanted me to take videos of the attic insulation the other just went by the size of the house. But Chad from Insulation Commandos came out inspected and went over all the options, since I am doing restoration we will remove the old stuff then at a later date they will blow in new insulation. Jeremy, Lito & Derek showed up and in no time they set up the equipment and attacked the attic like Commandos, in a couple hours they were done,cleaned up and ready to roll. Great crew. About 5 weeks ago the "Insulation Commandos" namely: Jeremy, Lito and Palmer performed a complete re-insulation of my attic that was recked by raccoons. I gave here a 5 star rating for the following: 1-commitment to time and ponctuality. 2-the team cleaned all excrement as promised prior to the installation of insulation. 3-the work was done fast with high efficiency. 4-Above all, the team was friendly interactive and co-operative responding to my requests. Excellent cost-to-performance beating their competitors on cost and payment flexibility. They provided me with full photographic details of the completed work.

Insulation Commandos did a great job cleaning out and insulating our attic. We have an old house and the attic seemed like it was never cleaned. Jeremy and Lito worked so hard and made sure everything was done correctly. They prepped and cleaned up after too and the communication was great. The owner Chad (owner) came out to give me the estimate. He explained the differences in the differnt types of insulation and answered all my questions. Once I decided to go with Insulation Commandos I called Chad. Jeremy and his team Lido and Adam arrived on time 2 days later as scheduled. They were very professional and courteous. They checked all the masking on the ductwork, added bat Insulation on some kneewalls and blew in Insulation. When they finished they cleaned everything up and shared all the photos they had taken showing all the Insulation blown into all parts of the attic and the bat Insulation with me. The Tarpon Springs Shepherd Center is a pillar of the Tarpon Springs community. We help people in need in many ways. Last year we had a variety of damage from Hurricane Helene. We were able to secure a grant to have some of our hurricane damaged insulation replaced. I knew from the time that Chad did the estimate that I wanted them to be our vendor. I am picky about my attic and the airflow thru the soffits, and you should be too. These guys know everything about attics and airflow and insulation types. The insulation removal was done in four hours and they did a great job. It is hard work in a hot attic. Quality work and absolutely worth every penny. Easy to schedule with, too! I am looking forward to the insulation blow in and enjoying the reduction in my electric bill.

Great company; good people; first-class service; highly recommend Insulation Commandos I bid this job out online through Angie. My goal was to add approx 6 inches of blown-in loose insulation throughout my entire attic to bump up the existing r-value and to fill in some gaps created where I'd been renovating in several rooms underneath. Cheryl with Insulation Commandos was quick to reach out and set up an appt for an estimate. Ryan, one of the crew-chiefs, came out to have a look around the attic and provide a quote...he was great! He was on time, very personable, and professional. He answered all of my questions on how best to proceed and emailed me a fair quote later that evening, which I accepted. We coordinated a time and date for the installers to be on site to complete the job, which from first contact to completion happened all within the same week. On the morning of the install, the installers (Jeremy and Little???) arrived on time, introduced themselves to me and verified all the specifics of the job to be completed while setting up their equipment. Ryan was also on site, briefly, to ensure everyone, was on the same page so to speak, which I really appreciated. Jeremy and Little were polite, professional, and very efficient. They worked great as a team and made quick work of the install (and clean up) while still being very thorough and cautious. Jeremy documented all of his work in the attic and provided the pics to me. Once everything was packed up, we settled the invoice and they were on their way. One week post install and I've had a chance to get up in the attic to check things out for myself. Chad Mutchler and his team are great. I spoke to Chad on a Sunday. He came out that Monday to give me a quote. He arrived exactly on time and gave a thorough explanation on what we needed to get done in our attic to solve our problem. No aggressive pitch, just solid information and what ended up being great pricing. The commandos team was at our house the very next day to handle the job. Workers are polite and professional. After the job was finished we received follow ups from Jeremy and Chad to make sure we were happy. Best thing is their install is making a huge difference in the second story of our house. We are several degrees cooler in the afternoons when the heat is the worst and the AC is pumping to keep up. 5 out of 5 highly recommended.

While other companies were scheduling assessments only for a week out, these guys not only were able to combine and assessment and delivery all in the same day, they showed up on time the very next morning and were very communicative and respectful the entire time. My house was built in the 1950s and around 5 years ago I added a large addition to the back. We insulated the new part but held off on the old part because we were still remodeling part of it. We noticed how hot the older section was so we called Insulation Commandos and they promptly came out. Here was my experience with them. Initial phone call - Two other companies didn't even answer their phone but Insulation Commandos answered and happily scheduled an inspection promptly. Inspection - We had the pleasure to meet Chad who did a very thorough inspection of our attic spaces. He proudly told us about his company and explained about the various types of insulation and which type he felt worked well for our needs. His communication with us during the process of initial inspection to the day of install was 5 stars. He was also respectful with us and didn't try the "hard sell" other companies tend to do. Day of install - The date of inspection to the day of install was less than a week which is excellent customer service. The day of install, Ryan texted me saying they were right on time and would be there shortly. Ryan introduced himself and quickly went over what they were going to do again. My wife and I were shocked at how clean they worked by laying out plastic sheeting and closing off the areas they were blowing the insulation in. When they were done, our place looked just as clean as it was before. Top notch service. After install - In less than an hour after they left, I was texted lots of before and after pictures as well as an email of my invoice containing the same pictures. Very please from start to finish with the insulation process. Chad came out and gave estimate advised of process and delivered on each detail. I called several insulation companies and stated that my house had a crawl space and needed the insulation removed. The other companies declined to provide an estimate because of the crawl space. When I spoke to Mike Vass about it, he came to my home, inspected it and provided an estimate. Ryan arrived with the crew at the scheduled time and completed the removal. Ryan was courteous, professional and easy to work with. I recommend doing business with Insulation Commandos of Tampa Bay.

They completed the job on my home two days ago and I am totally pleased in their performance. The old insulation was removed from my attic cleanly with what appeared to be the most up to date equipment out there. No trace of debris was to be found anywhere around my house during or after the removal. My attic was spotlessly clean and sanitized after that stage of the job. The new insulation went in without a glitch and when the crew was finished I had a spanking clean attic with new, efficient insulation in place.
