Cargo and trucks are unloaded very slowly, I do not recommend delivery here. Utter and utter idlers! 6 o'clock, unloading.!!!

Had to leave a review on this idiot driver of theirs. Swerving in and out of traffic (sometimes swerving all 3 lanes at once) and riding and cars rear end. Attempted to call the number in the photo to report the unsafe driving in the company vehicle, but their advertised number in the pic is t active. Quite honestly the worst driving I’ve ever seen in a company vehicle. 7AM 5/20/25 truck #55 If they can’t even drive safely, what makes you think they care about your product?

Subcontracted by domain homes as part of our new build. Did not install hurricane shutters correctly (see below for the defects) and now ignoring my texts/calls to fix the bad job the did. • Some shutters are way too loose, defeating the purpose of the shutter • 1 duplicate shutter provided • 1 window missing a shutter and the wing nuts for it (had to use duplicate shutter temporarily and steal wing nuts from other windows) • 1 shutter is too short • 3 Windows with anchors that are completely loose • none of the shutters provide what orientation to use, making installation VERY difficult

Carpet gets 5 stars. The mess that was made after they left, 0 stars. I mean cmon man. They just left and I’m about to spend the day cleaning and fixing what they messed up. Every room every door.

Terrible company to deal with, wish I could give zero stars. I am working with Kristina Gray on a warranty repair. They have no-showed twice now on this repair. She wont return my calls, nor did she follow up with me to let me know an installer would not be coming within the time window she scheduled. I am having to constantly follow up with her to get a response and I can't actually trust what she schedules will happen. It is honestly laughable that this is how she operates within the company. I now have to try to get her to schedule someone to come out a 3rd time to get this issue resolved. I would have used a different company by now if this wasn't a covered warranty issue. However I would not recommend IBP and Kristina Gray is absolutely awful to deal with. Do yourself a favor and find a better contractor, trust me its not worth the headache.

Zero stars. The worst most unprofessional vendor in town. A publicly traded company, but worse then a craigslist ad vendor. Years of tolerating sorry work, won't warranty work paid in full. Getting Attorney involved. I'm over it.

I am so happy with this company. They repaired the pantry in my home as the shelves were coming off the wall after only being in my new house for two months. Mind you the shelves were attached to the drywall but the butterfly thing they used were literally coming out of the wall. I spoke with Christina a few times, she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The installer who came to my house today on 2/8/2024 was excellent. He explained everything he did and now the shelves are installed into the studs. Thank you!

People work there are friendly and professional but it's small business , you have to be ready to back up out but they will help you you , not big room to maneuver but still possible .2 hours unloading or 1h 30m if no truck arrived before you !

Would give zero stars if possible. Never answered or returned calls. Would finally tell us they would be coming - and then no show more than 50% of the time. Took a month to get insulation installed and we failed county inspection THREE times due to their incredibly poor workmanship. Likely added at least 1 additional month to our build on top of just being incredibly rude and dishonest people. Would never EVER use them again. you have been warned.

Julius was exceptional and very professional when he came to our new build to do the shower enclosures. He worked hard, he cleaned up and he left us perfectly satisfied with our shower install. Thank you so much!

I had all new Shelving installed in my rental home. I first installed the pantry shelving myself, but quickly realized how much the material adds up while shopping at Home Depot/ Lowes. Called their main man Joe and he gave me a quote in less than a day. They were in and out within an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area. Give Joe a promotion while you're at it.

I searched high and low for someone to do a small blown fiberglass insulation project over my lanai and I finally found IBP. Although my project was smaller than their minimum, the cost was still reasonable and they were able to install deeper insulation than I thought I could afford. The installers were fast, clean and efficient. I am very pleased with my experience with IBP and recommend them to anyone needing blown fiberglass insulation.

I should give two reviews: 1 star and 5 stars. This company was subcontracted under another to remove and replace my insulation. The removal team left a mess of insulation in my driveway and my neighbor's yard. I was even told that the insulation would dissolve in the rain. The replacement team was very professional and did their best to clean up the mess by hand. Kudos to the second team!

Called to receive an estimate and I was told I would get a call back that same day. I never got that call back. I called back two days later to still obtain information on an estimate. They did not have any of the previous information I had given and they wanted it all over again. Shows unprofessionalism and the inability to do a job right from the beginning.

Habitual liars. Do not return promised calls. Had insulation installation scheduled for a Thursday and no call/no show. Called the manager Dave and he told he he'd call me back, never called. Was told Lois the GM would call me and never did. Horrible experience. I buy and flip homes and this is the worst company you can possibly call. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING THEM!
