I scheduled a bid for insulation services with this company. They charged a $49 fee to come out, which they said would be credited back if I chose to go with them. I paid the fee . They were supposed to call me to set up an appointment, but I never received a call. Since then, someone new answers the phone and tells me yes, they will do the cancelation and they will sent an email with the confirmation but never received it. Ended up filing a dispute w/ my Credit card company. Will update if they do credit me after the dispute.
