His attention to detail was exceptional — he carefully photo-documented everything he did and walked us through each step of the process. Alfredo consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed, satisfied, and comfortable with the work being done. He provided regular updates on his findings and clearly explained both the issues and the fixes, which gave us complete confidence in his work. The quality of his workmanship was truly some of the best I’ve seen. I started hearing noises in my attic and called a few companies to come take a look. One of them barely stepped a few feet into the attic and didn’t even walk around the outside of my house. A and A Wildlife Solution was a completely different experience. Fred took his time checking both my attic and the exterior of my home explained exactly what was going on and pointed out where the animals were getting in. He was really friendly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and they were able to get me scheduled within a week, which I really appreciated. Alex came out to seal everything up and did a very thorough and clean job installing the wire mesh. He was also super nice and took the time to explain what was happening in my attic and how the fix would prevent it from happening again. great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with wildlife getting into their home.

Really impressed by the level of quality, thoroughness, and friendliness of the amazing crew of Alfredo, Alberto, and Christian. I was having issues with mice and they documented and addressed every nook and cranny, and walked me through everything with pictures when they were done. “Terrible experience. This company is a complete waste of money when it comes to rodent control. They charged me a ridiculous amount and barely did anything. Rodents were still running around after their so-called ‘service,’ and when I called back, they gave me the runaround instead of fixing the problem. They didn’t seal entry points, didn’t follow through, and clearly don’t stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and call someone else who actually knows what they’re doing.”

We worked with A & A Wildlife and Home Solutions for two big jobs for our home. The same crew took care of needed exclusion work in our attic and checked the entire exterior and fixed any areas that needed to be sealed. Then they came back the next week as scheduled and removed all of the old insulation, disinfected and cleaned the attic before blowing in new TAP Pest Control Insulation. Everyone in the crew from A & A was amazing to work with. Dustin, who handled the scheduling of the job and did a great job of fitting it into our tight schedule and answered the phone EVERY time I called, you never get that kind of service these days! The crew who handled both jobs was great! Alfredo, Alberto and Alberto (jr), Albertson, Christian and Martin, were all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were quick to answer any question that I had and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

This company is the best! Alfredo came today to check on a birds nest I had in my gutter. Not only did he fix that but he noticed a crack in the wood on my roof that could get water damage. He fixed it for me, painted and caulked it. If you ever need a company to take care of wildlife issues, I highly recommend them.

Alfredo and team went above and beyond working on our house. Very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend. Not only was the work done well, but friendly and enjoyed having them around. Glad we went with A&A for our insulation project and would definitely go back for more work in the future.

This is a great service, highly recommended. I used A&A years ago, and the original job they did to keep out rats has held solid. This time a squirrel chewed through the wood of the attic, at the top, because they couldn't get in anywhere else. A&A came out again and did a superb job. Updating this review to grant another 5 stars. -- My original review from 6 years ago below-- The company provided exclusion services for some rats in the attic. They got the rats, humanely trapped a squirrel and several months later, the rats are gone and there has been no further activity. A great job by this company, I would recommend their services.

A & A is an excellent company that provides top-notch service. We have dealt with various critter situations, most recently squirrels, and they are thorough and stand behind their guarantees. I would also recommend the service plans, since some issues will resurface.

We hired A&A to put up our Christmas lights and they were outstanding! On time, professional, friendly and great work. They just came by to take down the lights and store them for next Christmas. I already have them booked to come back in November the week of Thanksgiving to put the lights up again. They have my highest recommendation.

AAA Wildlife is one of the best companies I’ve ever hired. Matt is the nicest owner ever (and very understanding!). The crew is great… thorough, professional, explained everything. Alfredo came back to check on things. No problems but on request, he climbed into a dusty dormer with cobwebs! He even showed me a site of a possible future problem that will need repair. Even though we’re talking about critters in my house, I truly enjoyed my interaction with this company. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Alfredo has helped me several times lately with stubborn squirrels trying to get into my attic. Even came out day before Hurr Helena! Thanks to the flashing he and Alberto installed last year (2023), this year’s mama squirrel tried the gutters instead. Alfredo has sealed the ends of the gutters where gutter guards left a space. He also replaced the flashing where the gutter had been damaged from a limb falling. I can’t thank him and A and A Wildlife enough. Great team on the wildlife side with Alfredo!!!!

We have had service with A&A since 2021 when they rid our attic of rats and sealed entrances so they couldn’t get back in. Recently we had been hearing noises near our laundry room and the master bathroom. We found a partially eaten brioche bun on the kitchen counter. We were horrified to know they had gotten into our house. Alfredo Gonzalez came out and immediately determined they were entering through the dryer vent. He replaced the vent and sealed many other spaces around the house. We did catch a rat on one of the sticky traps he left on the kitchen counter. Apparently it had been hiding inside our house! Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and cordial and we are so happy that he has rid us of this awful problem. You can depend on A&A to solve your problem and to keep coming back if you have another problem! We are so happy to have our house back and our dog, Dudley, doesn’t pace and bark at the walls anymore! A&A is the best!

Thank you A&A Wildlife Solutions for ridding my home of the critters in the attic. A year ago I hired them to rid my attic of squirrels and after they came and worked on my house the squirrels were gone. I paid for the yearly guarantee and they have been to my house a few times for check ups. The crew just came for the yearly inspection and were so thorough and took such care to re inspect the work done and do some touch ups and were just so pleasant to deal with! It is a year later and I’m writing my review now just to say how impressed I am with the quality of not only the work done over the past year but the people doing it! Thank you!

My parents’ home has had trouble with rats in the past few years. My father had hired a different company in the past, but the rats were still a problem. We got a few different quotes and ended up choosing A&A for a few reasons. They had good reviews, were about in the middle of the quotes, and offered an annual renewal plan at a reasonable price. So if we ever have any issues again, they’ll come take care of it. They also recommended that we replace the insulation in the attic due to the rats messing it up, and offered to do that for a reasonable price as well. They did a great job and we ended up catching five rats after they finished (some in basement and some in attic). We were building a new addition on the back of the house which they came and did the exclusion work on later as well. I really appreciated the fact that they found some gaps in the crawl space of the new addition so I could make sure the contractor would close them. Overall, A&A was great to work with - helpful, responsive, and flexible on scheduling the work. I highly recommend them!

This company has provided me with excellent customer service as we evict a raccoon from my attic. Both Jeff and Alfredo are responsive, tenacious in their efforts, and have provided me with quite the education, as their experience with “critters” is extensive. I recommend them with confidence. UPDATE: Seven months later, and their follow up has continued to be excellent - no more critters.

Matt and his team have been so diligent, helpful, and kind throughout this process. They are great communicators and have proven to be incredibly trustworthy. (They are also well-priced from what we've seen.) Would definitely recommend!

Matt and his crew were all extremely professional from first contact. Although I spoke with two other companies about getting similar service (Exclusion Service), A&A Wildlife was clearly the best choice. All of the information Matt initially provided me as part of the inspection and quote was the most detailed as well as the most professional. Matt definitely left me with a feeling of confidence that they would perform all services as promised. Communication with Matt and other members of his team was excellent. Matt answered all my questions and left me with a feeling that he and his team had a great deal of experience and they all clearly wanted to do the best job possible and have a satisfied customer. I like the fact that Matt, the owner of the company, was working right along with Alfredo, Alberto and Christian doing the work at our home. Matt and his crew also had experience working on a home with our type of roof and took all the precautions necessary to insure that no damage was caused while doing the exclusion work. Matt and the crew were also very courteous and respectful of our home. When they entered our house to get to the attic to do the initial inspection and insulation work, they wore shoe covers. They also took the time to lay tarps on the floor, in the rooms where the insulation hose ran through, to protect our carpet. As the hose ran through the window opening they even placed a blanket in the opening to protect the wood/paint. They also took great care while doing the attic insulation work and even though this is in the attic and hidden from sight, I inspected and found that Alfredo not only made sure that he blew off the platform where our furnace sits on so that that area looks perfectly clean, he also took care to blow the insulation in the attic in such a way that it is smooth and uniform and looks like fresh, level snow! Matt also installed an insulated boot at the attic ladder entrance which has 2 zippers to allow entrance, but further seals the attic off from the closet below. It was really refreshing to have a team who took such pride in their work! I appreciate it!

I recently had an issue with squirrels nesting in the roof of a sunroom addition. The exposed crawlspace beneath the room also showed signs of wildlife damage and had missing insulation. I reached out for an estimate to address these concerns, along with repairing some siding and received a prompt response. Jeff came out soon after to conduct a thorough visual inspection and take photos to ensure an accurate estimate. The estimate was ready within a couple days, which seemed fast given the variety of repairs needed for the project. The pricing was fair so I went ahead with all the requested work except the siding repair; I need more time to budget for that, and the squirrel problem seemed more pressing. Once I accepted the estimate, work was scheduled for the following week. Alfredo, Alberto, and the rest of the crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I am pleased with the result and have not heard squirrels crawling around the roof since then. Thank you for the excellent work.

Alberto and Alfredo were excellent and did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and educated my family and I on our pest issue. They were polite and respectful and I will use this company again for other areas the brothers pointed out we needed fixed. I went with this company because I didn’t want to give the big companies my money, and they don’t pay attention to my needs and charge me for every little thing. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this was one I had to do! God Bless this company because I wished the brothers could have stayed longer.

The Gonzalez brothers were an exceptional team for AA Wildlife and home solutions. They were very efficient at setting the traps for the squirrels and sealing up all entry points for them and all other critters. Afterwards, they took me around the house to show all the work they had done including a few minor home repairs. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

We are happy with the work that A&A did for us. We had Jeff as our inspector who took a thorough look in our attic and the side of the house. Even before entering our house, he could already see the bats in the gable and bat droppings on our driveway. He was patient and informative with the questions I had during the inspection and even the lingering questions we had the second day. Turns out there was nothing in my attic, rather branches and nuts falling onto my roof and rolling around. They were SO unbelievably kind, informative, and professional. They truly went above and beyond. Precious souls, honestly. Also, I should’ve known there wouldn’t be anything in my attic, because I used A&A at the end of 2022 to do an exclusion when there were actually rodents in my attic. Everything is still perfectly sealed up and I’m grateful they took the time to come double check when I called with concerns. Highly recommend!

At 2am we heard a thud and scampering in our chimney flue which thankfully was closed. We were confident there was an animal now trapped on the other side of the flue door with no way to get out. I called several wildlife removable specialists all of which either didn't seem interested or didn't have any availablity. When I called A&A they were extremely friendly and willing to do what they could to help. Even went so far to ask if one of their technicians could stop by to even look at what was going on since we were a little between the technicians last job of the day and home. Once agreed upon A&A has a digital system that sent me a text message letting me know who and when the technician was and when they'd be arriving. Such a great feature for service professionals. Justin arrived right on time. And removed a sleeping flying squirrel from our chimney with his bare hands. Not only that but then proceeded to unstack ladders from his truck climb all the way to our third story, seal up the chimney cap and then said no worries about payment cause it was such an easy and minor job! I think we all long for those businesses that are personable, attentive and professional and A&A is certainly is it!

I had an animal corpse rotting under the house for weeks. Finally called A & A and they sent someone out within the hour. He quickly identified the location of the dead raccoon and removed it with no charge. I'm very impressed and recommend this company without reservation!

This is one of the most professional, customer friendly companies we have worked with in a long time. Calls are returned promptly if you leave a msg. There is not a long app't. time "window" like other companies, where you have to wait for hours for the technician. The "salesman" presented a professional fair-priced proposal, showing pics of flying squirrels entry points, and giving written detailed information. All of the exclusion technicians were courteous, hard-working, and arrived on time. They came out for several weeks to check and reset traps to make sure all the entry points had been located and sealed. Then the old, dirty insulation was replaced with new. We thought it would be a messy project but was not at all. They swept up attics (needed in only a few places), vacuumed carpet, and swept out garage/driveway afterwards. None of these places had much insulation debris on them at all. Don't go anywhere else! This is a top-notch company!

Chamblee Parks and Recreation Department has used A & A Wildlife multiple times to remove beavers at one of our community parks. The beavers had damned up a creek in the park causing it to flood. A & A Wildlife removed several beavers and communicated with us throughout the entire process of installing the traps, checking the traps and removal of traps. Their staff is professional, responsive and on time. Because of these reasons, Chamblee Parks and Rec gives them 5 stars and highly recommends them!

I had an excellent experience working with A&A. I'm a first time home buyer and the house had a pest problem, which was one of the most (if not the most) daunting issues on my inspection report. A&A happened to be the company my realtor helped me set up my first quote with, just so we might have some leverage during the due diligence period. I later got a few quotes from other companies just for comparison, a few of which came in at a lower overall price, but I opted to go with A&A because I found their inspection process and their proposal so clearly articulated. I'm generally of the opinion that you get what you pay for, and while A&A had gone through the trouble of inspecting my whole house (including the crawl space, attic, and roof, with pictures showing the problem areas that would need to be dealt with), the other people who quoted me poked their heads into the attic and swung a quick flashlight around before immediately starting to talk money. Based on the proposal process alone, A&A was the obvious choice. I wasn't able to be in the home for the initial exclusion or walk through, but I got to work with Joe a couple of times when he came back to check on the traps. Joe was amazing and went so far above and beyond every single time he came out. He installed a bit of sheet metal as a temporary door sweep on the crawl space door on his first visit as a precautionary measure, and when he came back the second time he took the time to install a real door sweep on both the crawl space door and the front door to make sure there weren't any gaps for opportunistic critters. He also covered an open hole in a cabinet that was missed on the first visit when the full exclusion was completed. He was incredibly personable and kind and made the whole experience of taking care of a pretty unpleasant issue really easy. I feel like I also have to mention Frances, who was extremely sweet and so easy to work with in coordinating everything from the first visit through all the follow ups! If you're still shopping around and are on the fence about who to go with, I can't recommend A&A enough. I have complete confidence my home is pest free now, and that if anything was to sneak its way back in, that I could call on them for help anytime and know it'll be taken care of.

Ms Francis and the Team were great to work with in getting my clearance letter for demolition. They were professional, timely and fair in pricing. When I encountered a follow up issue with the City, they were just as responsive as my previous experience. That cannot be said about several companies I’ve encountered.

I called A&A Wildlife for a second opinion after having an inspection from a well known extermination business that quoted me an arm and a leg after a salesman type barely glanced around my attic. Enter Tommy Lee from A&A, who came and performed a very in-depth inspection, and quoted a reasonable price which we agreed to. The work Tommy Lee performed was quality and, so far, effective. Any of A&A Wildlife's employees that came for follow-up visits were extremely punctual and polite. Throughout the whole process, A & A Wildlife was extremely attentive and resolved any miscommunications or misunderstandings in a satisfactory way. I highly recommend them.

I called them for a second opinion after I got a squirrel removal quote from another place that seemed really high. Not only was A&A’s quote $600 cheaper, they were more knowledgeable about what was in my attic and how they were getting in!! Turns out it was flying squirrels and there were a few different entry points they’d been using. Through out this whole process A&A has been polite and professional and given great service. I would totally recommend A& A Wildlife to anyone! They are extremely professional and clearly experts at finding the real issue ( rat problem), developing a plan and explaining it so I could understand the process, and executing the planned solution. They are very responsive to follow up calls to unsure that the problem is totally resolved. I worked with Matt (the owner), Tommy (exclusion manager who did the work) and Francis (office manager). They stand by their work 100% and are fairly priced!

Thank goodness for Tommylee and A&A wildlife. After dealing with rodents for literally years, he was able to seal up openings under my front stairs and under my back deck and finally stopped them from coming and going. He and the crew did everything they could to get into the small area without having to rip up my deck -- and thank goodness they made it work and didn't have to! Allen did a good job immediately ID'ing spots where they were entering and sealing them up upon the first visit. It took awhile but they stuck with it and didn't hesitate to come out the minute I heard noises. Thank you so much. I can finally sleep at night!

We purchased a home that had been neglected for years. We knew that the attic had a raccoon problem for likely generations. After calling many removal companies, TommyLee with A&A was the only person that could pinpoint where they were coming in from within minutes. We were probably one of their worst cases, but they handled it like champs!!!! Highly recommended!

Am most pleased with the quality job performed by A and A Wildlife and Home Solutions. Had multiple squirrels in my attic. Spoke with Frances and scheduled an appointment. Allen was prompt and on time and was knowledgeable and professional in solving the issue. He set up a trap at the entry/exit point that the squirrels were coming in and shortly thereafter one squirrel exited out of the attic and into the trap. The other two squirrels were already outside and were unable to get back in. Allen returned the next day to transfer the squirrel to another cage and then transported it to a wildlife site where it will be much happier. The trap was left in place for almost two week to make sure nothing else was inside. Ryan returned today to remove the trap and seal the opening with a steel plate. I do appreciate how communicative and responsive this company is in getting an issue resolved. Previously, I had had my home sealed for wildlife. Knowing that the winter months were approaching and varmits like warmth, I called three companies to inspect my home. What I discovered was that the former work had been done in a slipshod manner. There were numerous gaps in areas that should have been sealed properly. Of the three companies, Tommy Lee Gann of A & A Wildlife was the most thorough in inspecting and outlining the proposed work to properly seal the attic. Now that the work has been completed, I am confident that the work has been carried out correctly. Without hesitation, I would recommend A & A Wildlife to other homeowners.

I engaged A&A Wildlife on two separate occasions to do work on my new home. The first job was a pest exclusion, sealing any potential entry points with galvanized sheet metal, hardware cloth and sealant. The second most recent job was a full restoration of the attic, sealing any gaps, installing baffles, cleaning, and completely replacing the old not-up-to-code insulation. In both cases, the fine folks from A&A were the very epitome of professionalism. They patiently explained the job in laymen’s terms and completed it quickly and efficiently. Both times, the results have been impressive, and I certainly will not hesitate to use A&A again in the future.

He removed the snake, helped identify potential places where the snake might've entered the house, sealed the problem areas off and answered all of our (panicked) questions. We will definitely be referring him to our neighbors and friends!

I had a few squirrels living rent free in my attic that needed to be evicted, quickly!! I emailed A&A Wildlife , Avery the Office manager, answered my email, answered all my questions, and we set up an inspection. Amanda was also a big help as well, answering my questions. Erik came out and stated that he could do the job. We set up a day and time for a week later. When the day arrived, May 15th, he arrived on time and got right to work!! When he completed the work, he took me around my property and showed me his handiwork all along the roof of my house where he placed metal in place so the squirrels could not return. Set a trap for the ones that continued to want to squat in my attic. Time will tell if they want to be caught and exported from their old resident to a new location down the road. Erik was very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the price I paid and his service. You can't go wrong with hiring Erik! He is the person you want to complete the job right. I am satisfied!!

We contacted A&A Wildlife for a rodent issue that we had been having in our attic. Matt initially came out, he inspected our roof and did the necessary work around the roof line to seal out the rats that were making their way in. Since that time ( 2 yrs ago ) we had another small section of our roof that the rats were getting back in. Called A&A they responded right away. Justin came out he found our problem with a ridge vent. Fixed that and now we are in the process of trapping these rats. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. Avery in the office communicates wonderfully and I highly recommend them!!

The guys at A&A are professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Matt (the owner) came out for the initial assessment and it was obvious that he was an expert and took great care in explaining what the plan would be and how they would successfully get the squirrels out for good. All the guys also observed the CDC guidelines for essential businesses which made me feel comfortable during this time of crisis with COVID-19. After we confirmed the go forward plan, we were promptly scheduled. Erik and Justin came out to carry out the job and these guys were amazing. They locked the house down and made sure those squirrels could not find a single entry point. Needless to say, the squirrels were not happy. These guys also did a great job cleaning out the gutters and even fixing one that was hanging low. I am telling you, these guys are top-notch. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate spot of having squirrels or any other rodents in the attic or anywhere in the house, don't waste time. Get ahead of it fast before they do anymore real damage and hire a company that specializes in squirrel/rodent removal. Other companies that do not specialize and will come out and claim to know what they are doing, but this type of job requires a specialist. This type of job calls for A&A.

I suspected we had an issue with animal intrusion in our attic, so I reached out to A&A to see about an inspection. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The scheduling process was super easy, and Matt was out within a couple days to take a look. He spent almost a full hour here, checking the attic and the full exterior of our home. He checked all of our vents and even went all the way to the roof. He didn't find evidence of any problem, but the fact that he spent so much time here and was so incredibly thorough was very impressive. To top it all off, there was no charge, which tells me they truly are in business to help. It is rare to find such an honest company these days, and the fact that they are a locally owned business is a bonus. If we ever do run into a problem, they will be our only call. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the initial call to A&A they felt very professional and willing to help with my animal issue. Apparently my attic was a hotel for several different species of animals which I was not aware of. After we learned that we had flying squirrels in our attic, we conducted our due diligence and interviewed three potential candidates (companies) to resolve our issue. He explained the process from beginning to end and executed same in a timely and efficient manner. He “sealed” our attic and then provided 29 bags of insulation to help control our heating/cooling expense. Would we recommend A & A Wildlife and Home Solutions to our friends and neighbors? For the last several months I have been battling the second invasion (over the last five years) of roof rats in our crawl space and attic. I used several snap traps and one "Havahart" type cage trap purchased at local hardware stores. Had great success with the snap traps, but zero results with the cage trap. Same bait (peanut butter) was used in all. As I was taking rat #8 out of one of the snap traps in our attic above our two-car garage, I heard something skittering about only to find two squirrels staring at me before bolting for their exit. This allowed me to see their path... a semi-circular hole gnawed into the wood fascia board just above where the rain gutter is attached outside under the overhanging shingles running along the garage roof. Call it my final straw, time to bring in a Pro... and that was A & A Wildlife and Home Solutions. They came out and showed me all the places these critters had been getting into our attic and into our crawl space (some I knew about, some I didn't). Most of the work entailed installing metal flashing under the roofing shingles and down into the gutters to prevent those rascals from being able to chew on the fascia board. They also installed metal screens over all crawl space vents / attic vents as well as installing metal flashing around the edges of our crawl space door & frame. Lastly, they sealed around all openings in our exterior, primarily where A/C compressor wiring & piping enters the crawl space. They sealed all openings except one (the one that the two squirrels I eye-balled scrambled out). That's where A&A installed a "one-way" metal cage just outside so any critters trapped inside could exit but couldn't get back inside... and I could easily watch and notify A&A. Other traps were left in the attic and crawl space that they would monitor over the ensuing 2-3 weeks. Their first follow-up visit produced a capture in our crawl space. Per their agreement, after two consecutive "no critters captured" inspections, they pull their traps, seal any remaining openings, and said... "Call us if you need us..!" In closing, I must say I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with at A&A. That includes the guys that came to our home (always put their booties on whenever they came inside) and the office personnel that kept us well informed all through the process. Very professional organization... I like that.

From the beginning this company was on point. We had various pest in our attic! Tommy came out, did a thorough inspection and gave us what we felt to be an honest explanation of our problem and fair quote for the resolution. Once the work was completed, the house has been silent! Katy was on top of the scheduling and Allen was nothing less that professional with the interior work that needed to be done. Also the follow up was great. Allen came back as scheduled to check the traps, and he followed up a week later to make sure that we were pest free, removed the traps and sealed up the exits. I’ve been having an issue with squirrels and called several companies who quote large prices without even coming out. Justin from A&A wildlife came out early for me on my tight schedule and did a very thorough inspection. I found out that we not only had squirrels. But Rats and flying squirrels as well. He pointed out how the original exclusion done about 9 years ago wasn’t complete and didn’t cover everything. Had a mother squirrel with babies and I contacted A & A Wildlife after reading the company's reviews. I made an appointment for the next day. I paid for a full exclusion and they sealed everything around my house. Long story short, this squirrel was relentless and continued to bite holes into the softfit to get to her babies. Erik and Tommylee came back everytime I called the company and did their due diligence by setting traps and sealing the new holes until they captured the squirrel. I was impressed by their knowledge and experience , but more so by their customer service; they went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. Also, I recommend that future customers take advantage of the warranty about $150.00 a year.

Not only was the estimate from A & A less than the first company, but the exclusion work being proposed was much more thorough than what the first company suggested. Justin provided me with an on-the-spot estimate including pictures and explanations of the problems and recommended solutions. The exclusion work done by Justin was excellent including the quality of the workmanship for the minor repair work he did on a damaged fascia board. The office folks at A & A followed up with me a few weeks after my exclusion appointment to make sure I was happy with the work they did. I told them I hadn't heard any more scratching inside my gutters and walls and I couldn't be happier about that. Matt came out and walked the attic to see if Rocky Racoon was still in the attic or had left. No racoon thank goodness. Then, Matt found the entrance said racoon used and closed it up. Move forward a few weeks, Last night said racoon wanted to spend the night again in my attic. He was very frustrated when he found Matt's fix and that little sucker could not get in no matter what he tried. Thank you Matt! Not only was the job well done, but it was reasonably price and he offered some suggestions for a later date to insure Rocky could not find another way in later.

I had 2 squirrels in the attic. Got in touch with Matt from A&A (through Angie's list). He did an excellent job of following up. Came out with a double trap. Setup the trap and returned 2 days in a row. Even covered the trap since it was cold in the mornings. To top it, once both squirrels were trapped, he took the trap and let them out far away from my home. Sealed up the hole they had made as he took the trap away. Thoroughly professional. Matt was quick to act - he started working on removing the trap without us having to go out.

When it comes to wildlife removal there are loads of companies out there but Matt and Family help me to make it happen. I been using Matt services for a couple of years already for my home and business, they always are available immediately when I need them, I have not complain about their service and i’m strongly recommended to anyone without a doubt.

We have had a long term business relationship with Matt and when we heard noises from our attic, Matt was the go to person. He made an appointment, diagnosed that we had flying squirels and discussed what needed to be done. He found the points of entry and we agreed to have him do the work. He came the next day with the traps. When there were no signs of the pests, he did the clean-up and proceeded to do the work. All holes were sealed in a timely manner. While here we asked if he could add another 100 sq.ft. to the attic floor and additional insulation. He could and he gave us a quote and got done on time as he promised. When we went to get some of the Christmas decorations down we were delighted to see that he put a thermal insulation seal that zipped up and kept the weather above the house.
