Responded quickly when we had a large wasp nest at the top of our 2nd story roof and some wasps that got inside. Got rid of additional nests we didn’t see and sprayed to ensure they wouldn’t come back.<br><br>I am saving this place to call if we need to again and recommending to our friends and family. Found an injured blue bird at our backyard, called Houston Pest Control, Robin drove by and picked up the bird the same day (9:30 pm), absolutely save the day and more importantly save the life of a beautiful bird! Thank you Robin!!

Very good service. Robin came same day though it was very late at night. I thought it was a rat but it was a possum. He identified and came the next day free of charge. He drove even though my house was 40 minutes away. Good guy. A bit costly but worth it.

Had a big mouse in the middle of night. Called these guys, very next morning a person was already sent out. Robin (the one who was sent out) placed some traps and sprayed some areas he said that were likely for rats to be around. Few days later, the rat is caught in a trap and he comes back to our home to dispose of it. Also helped screw back a socket place that had loosened. Fast, effective and friendly. Thank you Robin.

We just moved to Houston two weeks ago and today found several huge roaches in our apt bathroom. Tech responded super quickly and helped us get rid of those roaches. He also helped us remove the wasp nest on our patio. Definitely saved our night! 😭

The representative stated that termite killing chemical would be injected the deep into the ground. His equipment was not working, so the chemical was poured around the base of the house. I left my husband at to pay him. Big mistake. My husband did not know exactly what we had agreed to, so he was paid. I could have poured chemical on the ground. If a zero rating was possible I would give this company an zero.
