South Central Pest & Wildlife Control

I hated to do it because I am a lover of nature, but those squirrels were trying to get into my home, so they had to go! I called South Central and I met Ray. They set the trap and allowed it to stay a week or two later just to make sure they were truly evicted. Sure enough, maybe a week later we heard movement in the attic again. I text Ray again and while they were coming to retrieve the initial trap, they spotted another opening. Ray offered to seal that entry up an no charge. He said he noticed the squirrels leaving that hole when he got up there, so he didn't need to set another trap unless we wanted one. I must say, I appreciate the service and patience. I must have text Ray a dozen times. He always responds and his explanations are thorough. Also, after seeing the list of other services offered on the back of the card, I will definitely be reaching out.

Their service is fast but beware if you don't buy their bulletproof package of $1,500 they will not stand behind any other work. Paid them $675 to fix a few holes from squirrels and to set traps. They set one trap and removed it after one week. Squirrel problem still persisted so they came back out and found another spot but it would be $475 for them to fix it and set another trap, but again it's not guaranteed. They kept pushing their $1,500 bulletproof package. Told them to leave, and hired Mission Pest Management. $499 and they will continue to trap until all animals have been removed.

Contacted this company to remove a snake and was able to make a same day appointment no problem for a reasonable quote. Two gentleman came out only to find my snake had escaped the area it was sighted. They still did a thorough inspection of my yard to find him including looking under structures. Unfortunately they were not able to find him and I felt bad they wasted their time but they were great about it and asked me to call at any point If I see him. Since then they have followed up twice just to check. So for me the customer service was top tier. Their card is on my fridge for when that snake returns.

Each time I was told, Everything’s good “ yet the critter problem persisted, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Regarding the payment dispute, I felt compelled to take that step due to ongoing issues I faced after your services. It wasn’t my intention to take advantage of anyone; rather, I sought a resolution to a problem that remained unresolved. I believe it’s crucial for potential customers to understand both sides of this experience. The service advertised certainly didn’t live up to the service that was received. The initial assessment went fine, but all follow up encounters were horrible.They sent out Kevin multiple times to address the problem, and each time I was told the same thing Everything Good! You end up getting taken advantage of by losing money, and still being stuck with critters problem in your attic. Not only that, but you also have little or no recourse to recover any of your money back, and then you have to pay another company to assess and fix the same problem that you hired this company to do, so now you’re out even more money. This company has been out to my house so many times I still hear noise in my attic every time they came out to check they say everything is good that’s a lie .I remember calling Ray because I kept seeing flies in my guest bedroom upstairs I stated to him that it’s something in my attic dead he in so many words he said it’s nothing. He stated that he will send Kevin out . And guest what Kevin found a dead mice and a big whole that they didn’t caught when they first came out to do my $2300.00 dollars job. I never want to discredit a company but South central I would never recommend to anyone.

We had a colony of bats in our attic. South Central Home Solutions arrived promptly, removed the bats, and sealed their entry point. Problem solved. They were professional, prompt, and more than capable. I recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Victor is a true man of his word and knows his stuff. I have called him out to my mother’s house several times this summer alone. Victor came in a timely manner every time and assisted with wildlife animals in my mom’s yard. Every call he has went above and beyond I 10/10 recommend.

Adding a star for quick service.<br><br>I reached out to this company on a weekend for a pest problem. Not being an entomologist, I wasn’t sure what insect I was dealing with but knew it was better to leave this to the professionals after witnessing two people who tried to help me get rid of the pest getting injured.<br><br>The next day, South Central was able to come by. They listened to my story, decided a removal wasn’t necessary, and used spray to get rid of the pests. While this is happening, the employee Victor was very nonchalant, acting as if this wasn’t a big deal when I had seen people get injured just the day before.<br><br>We stood and waited for about 15 minutes to see if the pests would leave. Victor was so sure that the pests were all gone and drove off. He never introduced his services, said what he was going to do, pricing, or anything else besides saying how long the spray would last (30 days).<br><br>A day or two after this, the pests were still there. Victor and company had the nerve to send me a quote for almost a thousand dollars to make repairs where the pest was. To go from no quote, no explanation, and gaslighting to a huge estimate was very off putting. They kept nagging me via text about the estimate as well. Plus the spray didn’t really work! And Victor was late. Even though I was their first appointment for the day.<br><br>Grateful for the fast response and apparently the “complimentary” spray bottle service, I will give them two stars, but I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism. I don’t think I’d use this company again.

These guys showed up same day, removed the bats out of my attic quickly, charged a very reasonable price and gave me some advice to prevent them from coming back. Great experience.

Victor is a man of his words. His company keep their promises. My family appreciated their professionalism in above their actions to get the job done. Victor took time over and over to make sure that the rodents were gone and done .I really would recommend this company over and over again.

This company is excellent. From the weekend phone call to Victor visiting my home. He was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the details of my pest issue thoroughly. He even went the extra mile to give me advice on something I asked that was unrelated to the visit. Victor saved me $8,000! Other companies were trying to sell me crawlspace encapsulation services. Victor came out and advised me that although he would love to sell me his services, he could not in good conscience do so as I did not need it. That is what I call good business! I cannot attest to their work but you can be assured they will not sell you something you don't need.

South Central came and did an amazing job with removing squirrels from our attic.They were always on time with inspections and making sure that once the squirrels were caught it was set free, and it wouldnt come back! My pest control company told me I had infestation in my attic. I was skeptical so I contacted South Central. Victor thoroughly inspected and found no infestation at all. They did update the covers on my eves which was badly needed. Will call them again.

I called South Central Wildlife due to me hearing noises in my attic which turned out to be squirrels. They immediately sent someone out, the same day, within 2 hours of me calling. They were very responsive, professional and gave me a reasonable price. Would definitely use again in the future.

Ray and the crew of South Central Wildlife Removal and Home Solutions did an awesome job. I had squirrels move into my attic and they were causing me all kind of anxiety- the constant noises, especially the scratching and gnawing. I was so afraid they were doing a lot of damage. I contacted South Central when someone who was referred to me did not show up for the appointment to give me an estimate, nor did he have the consideration to call. I did a Google search and South Central came up as a wildlife exclusion company near me. I read every one of the reviews and they were very good- al 5 star. I decided to take a chance. He squeezed me the same day I called and gave me a good estimate. Two days later he started the “eviction proceedings.” The trap was placed and some limbs were cut away from the house. When he came to give me the estimate, he gave me his card. When I saw all the home improvement services offered, I thought to myself I really hope they do a good job because if so, I have really hit the jackpot because I need a lot of projects done around the house. The squirrel eviction was first and that is when I learned how smart squirrels are. I could not rest, was losing sleep and started having anxiety because it seemed like they would never leave, and then I was slightly traumatized when they were trapped (and escaped from the trap). Ray was very patient and understanding with me during that process and assured me that they would eventually get rid of them. The exclusion was not as easy as I thought it would be, but finally it was successful and they were gone (and there was no damage). I was so happy because I was finally able to get some sleep. After that project was done I told Ray I have hit the jackpot with him and I have a list of home projects that I want done. So far I have had a new mailbox put up and some brush cleared in my back yard, and I have a couple of upcoming projects-door installation and porch repair. I am very impressed with this company’s work and have been found them to be dependable, honest and affordable- all of which are extremely important being a single, female. I look forward to having my other projects done by South Central Home Solutions.

South Central sealed my attic and safely removed three squirrels. They did the job thoroughly and for the price agreed upon. The removal required more trips overall to the house to pick up captured squirrels, and more time overall to complete the job than previously thought, but Raymond and his crew still did what they said they would. I would call them again without hesitation and have no trouble recommending them.

I thought South Central Wildlife Removal did a fine job. Ray called me 30 minutes before his arrival time so I knew when to expect him. He determined that the racoon that lived in my attic was out and about so Ray sealed up the entry point and locked the rascal out. Ray also inspected the entire house to make sure the racoon didn't have another way to get in. We are still monitoring for sounds in the attic but we have not heard anything to this point. Thanks Ray!
