Henry and Johnny were prompt and courteous. They cleaned my dryer vent which hadn’t been cleaned in several years and was full of lots of gunk. They suggested two minor repairs (which I had them do) that would help minimize future lint build up. All in all I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them highly.

HVAc ducts UV light bulb replacement. Technicians were punctual, pleasant and very respectful. I had to order the bulbs since the company didn't have or bring the correct bulb the first time they came. However, they didn't charge me to return and install the light.

I hire these guys every year for a chimney sweep. They do great work and are always a pleasure to deal with. The first year they also coated the firebox, sealed up the chimney penetration on the roof, and replaced a rusted chimney cap. Terrible pricing practices! Top Stars Air Pros was quick to respond and friendly, but they flat-out REFUSED to discuss any costs beforehand. Even the technician wouldn't provide an estimate after inspecting my two AC systems. The quote for cleaning only SEVEN ducts (not all) and applying a protective coating was an unbelievable $1,874.89! Their lack of transparency and exorbitant pricing is a huge red flag. Look elsewhere!

These guys are amazing! They are straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. They did their work and educated me throughout the process. After Top Star cleaned the vents, ducts, and installed UV lighting the smell has disappeared. Their team provides before and after photos.

They did the best they could to try and fix the secondary problem but were unable able to complete the task. I was not charged for that issue. Thankfully, these two fellows were knowledgeable and not another con artist outfit. They were able to break everything down in a context that I could easily understand - providing two quotes with each option. Honesty is not easy to come by (avoid Groupon: scammers there). I hope to find some more affordable options, but it seems unlikely. They appear to have very reasonable pricing. Henry and Johnny deserve high praises for the professionalism and honesty. Henry was amazing. When they came he looked at everything that needed to be done and explained everything very detailed. They came today and did a great job. They cleaned after their work. Price wise, for all they did was a good price. Of course those kind of work is expensive but it needed to be done health wise. I really would recommend them if you need to do an extensive work in cleaning your coil and vents, A/C sanitation and coating.

What a great company. Super job done well. One day my dryer lit up an error code and shut itself off. The code was for clogged venting. Called this company due to high ratings. From the beginning it was a good experience. I called. The scheduler was pleasant and professional. She set me up for a next-day cleaning and answered all my questions about the process. Explained what they were going to do. Then when I looked at the before pictures, the inside of the dryer, dryer hose and exhaust vent were totally encrusted with thick layers of lint. I don't review here often but I must talk about the professionalism, dedication and hard work put in by Henry, Alex and Johnny! They did an amazing job on our HVAC system.<br><br>Henry walked me through the whole process, beginning to end with pictures of the before and after. Alex pulled me outside to discuss the dirty items pulled out of the attic and their effect on our families health and how we made the right decision to do this now. My air now smells AMAZING!!!<br><br>They removed all of my old ducts and did a mold rehabilitation on our home built in 1980. All vents were replaced and registers were cleaned thoroughly. The job started around 830am and finished around 330...not bad at all!! We originally came to them to clear out a clogged drier exhaust and they did an immaculate job there so we agreed to give them more business! Thanks team!!! I wish I could say so much more...these guys really put in work!!

I hired Top Star to clean my air ducts and I am very pleased with the results! Pedro and Mike were very professional. They put on cloth booties inside the house and took great care maneuvering around the house to clean the ducts. They also cleaned my air boxes and sanitized them. PEDRO & JOHNNY did an excellent job cleaning the AC ducts. They were both very respectful and considerate throughout the process. Pedro was particularly patient with my numerous questions. They discovered mold in the AC unit but effectively remediated it, coated it, and installed a UV light to prevent future mold buildup. Their prices were very competitive for the services provided. The crew Pedro and Mike did a great job of cleaning AC ducts. Pedro showed the mold issue in one of the AC box and duct and offered discount on the treatment service. It was well worth it. See the air duct picture before and after cleaning. He was also great in answering all the questions.

Pedro was very knowledgeable. Both he and Mike are very hardworking. Pedro looked at the air vents and told me I really didn’t need them cleaned, so they just did the dryer vent. I was pleased with the job they did. Pedro had an exceptional personality and I liked his honesty and incentive to do a good job which is hard to find nowadays. Pedro and Henry helped us with sterilizing our ac unit. The before and after were amazing! They also helped us with installation with the UV light and all together I thought was very honest pricing and wonderful service. They were both very polite and answered all of our questions. Honestly super great experience learning about the AC ducts with Pedro, he was a super well mannered young man. He made everything clear while keeping it super professional. Offered to deep clean the entire system on short notice which was greatly appreciated. He went up there and took PICTURES for us to see how bad our vents were and how he could help. Honestly we haven’t cleaned our ducts in years and Pedro had no problem of making them look spotless. I am speechless by Pedro and his partner! Super thankful they got rid of the mold in our system. Pedro was the technician that came out and cleaned our dryer duct. He was extremely professional, on time, and gave me specific details about what he was going to do after the inspection. Pedro really took care of us!! The issue we had was very unique (a mesh grating that needed to be removed) but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with ease. I’ll be calling this company any time I have an issue.

From my first contact via Yelp messaging to the technicians visit - the service provided by Top Star Air Pros was truly “professional.” I scheduled their complimentary check of my AC units for cleaning.<br><br>The technician showed up at the time promised and called 30 min before arrival. The technicians, Pedro and Enrique, arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Pedro explained the process before getting started. They checked out both units and provided honest feedback about the work that needs to be done. If this was someone else, they’d have pushed for getting both out units cleaned - Pedro was honest that everything was pretty clean except for some minor mold! They took care of that quickly and also volunteered to install my air filters (which I had handy).<br><br>It’s not everyday that I come across contractors that are honest and not trying to maximize the cost! I can’t recommend these folks enough - next time I need assistance with similar work, they’ll be my first call!

I am not sure where to start but if I could give them 10 stars I would! Buying a new home can be stressful and eat up a lot of money in small repairs. We had an older fireplace with a gas hook up and it needed to be cleaned and serviced. Michael came out here and took a look at everything. Climbed up on the roof, took pictures and explained why things needed to be fixed and the priority in which they needed to get done. I was expecting another 2k figure to come out, but he fixed it all for under $1k! We have a 2 story home, we got the chimney swept, all cracked and pipe hole filled and sealed, new heat treated flashing on the roof around the chimney and new cement at the top of the chimney where it was all cracked. He explained external cracks allow water to seep into the roof (there were leaves in the cracks.. yikes) and the cracks on the inside can let heat and smoke seep into the wall and it could catch the house on fire!! Super Yikes!! Needless to say, there were here about an hour and 45 min. I continued to work in my office with little interruptions and now the family can enjoy a nice cup of tea or cocoa by the fire this winter. If you are in the area, you want Michael to come out and do your repairs, you won't regret it at all! Thank you Michael (and helper)
