We had a washing machine overflow and cause considerable water damage to our kitchen floor as well as carpet in living room and walls.<br><br>I originally reached out to a restoration company who were ready to tear everything apart and made it seem like the end of the world. I didn’t find the approach comforting so I did some research online and came across Steamatic.<br><br>The owner Abhi picked up my call and was very reassuring in his process. He came out himself with his team later that afternoon and they immediately came up with an action plan. Their approach was comforting and he made sure to listen to our concerns without just saying we need to tear everything apart like the first company. Simon, Omar and Daniel are all great guys and were great to work with.<br><br>They had our home dry in just a few days and they made working with the insurance company very easy. Not only that but they recommended a contractor that has been great to work with thus far and has taken away the burden of having to find one ourselves.<br><br>I highly recommend Steamatic for any emergency water damage needs!

Had floor and wall damage due to water heater malfunction ! Abhi with Steamatic sevice responded within hours and pretty much finished and remodeled affected area within weeks. Can't thank Abhi enough, our water heater blew at 9:30pm and water had been running for 30 minutes before we could stop it. My first call was to our local plumber, who showed up immediately, he then called Abhi and his team for us. Abhi was there within 30 min! Was super nice and explained everything that needed to happen. The next morning him and his team showed up to set up dehumidifiers and checked them every morning until things were dry. He even showed up when our insurance adjuster was coming by to make sure he explained in person why they did what they did. He worked with them to get layouts of our home and even our adjuster was happy that he made his job easier for him. I would highly recommend using them!

Great team! They did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. They took the time to inspect and clean each vent throughout the entire home, protected our furniture from debris, and vacuumed all areas afterward. Their equipment was top-notch. We’ve only been in our home for five years, but we were amazed by how much dust had collected in the ducts. Our dryer is working like new again. Highly recommend!

The guys who came out to my place were very professional. On time and used boot covers which I appreciated very much. Abhi and his team were amazing. after getting a very thorough report for mold by Texas Mold Inspectors, i contacted multiple companies for remediation, rebuild and HVAC services.<br>Abhi responded on a Sunday and reassured me he’d be available asap. He was responsive throughout and prices quotes were similar or better than other quotes i received. His team was also considerate and respectful, worked well together. hope to never have to hire again, but i would if i had to. ETA: i failed to mention how quickly the project wrapped up. multiple walls were removed, cleaned and reconstructed within a week. Walking in, no one could tell i had so much work done

I contacted Steamatic due to mold in our bathroom and bedroom. We haven't started the remediation process yet, but from the beginning, Abhi was quick to return my initial phone call inquiring about their services and continues to be very responsive to all my calls and/or emails with questions about the process, concerns, cost, etc. In addition, his team who came to our house to examine the mold areas, were friendly, respectful, informative, and appeared thorough.
