iFOAM Insulation

Set up an appointment, took time off work and they never showed up. Calls go to an outsourced service that was of no help.

I was able to schedule a date right after the estimate. They have done a quick and clean job.

In our busy lives, we seek competence, simply because we don't have the time to manage every little aspect of the world around us. In addition, we always have that internal struggle with understanding the amount of confidence and competence our money will buy. Those are not concerns to have with iFOAM here in Houston. Jerry and his crew from iFOAM were fantastic! I suddenly had an appointment downtown on the morning of the insulation replacement. Jerry was very quick to adapt and ensure that everything went smoothly. Jerry even came out and made sure that my dogs were safe and not in the crew's way. They replaced all of the insulation in the attic, including any undesirable rodent issues. When I came home, it was nearly impossible for me to identify that they had even been at my house, that's how clean they were. I went up into the Attic and was pleasantly surprised to see a perfect layer of brand new R38 insulation. My AC bill and the humidity levels in my house dropped almost instantaneously. Granted, my house is 20 years old at the time of this writing, making the original insulation rather ineffective. However, replacing the insulation was worth every penny. I hope to enjoy much lower AC bills every summer from here on out.

The iFoam rep Jerry Cavazos was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me what I felt was a very competitive quote. A great hard-working young man named Ira, blew in the fiberglass insulation in about two or three hours and did a great job covering up old and inefficient batt insulation. I am really hoping that this will reduce my $700-$1000 per month electric bills this summer and those for many years to come. If this works as I hope, it will cover the cost of the insulation in just one summer!

Really great company. They helped us install insulation in the whole attic using batt insulation and a bit of blown in. They walked me through the process and even showed me the finished results. Was a pleasure working with them. Was suggested them and do not regret it. Pricing is also very fair.

We have a bonus room over our garage and it has always felt hot in summer and cold in winter in that room. I called a number of insulation contractors and they all said the same thing, "sorry, your job is too small". I got connected with Jerry at IFoam and he came out a day later to check out the job. They helped me coordinate drywall work needed with the insulation work to make it all happen as needed. Very professional crew and they did a great job. Ifoam just completed an open cell spray foam in my attic. I can’t express what a huge difference this has made. From the initial quote to the completion of the job everyone has been very professional. I will highly recommend them.
