Needed a timely response for insulation work at my rental property in Minneapolis, and the experience was exceptional. They efficiently removed the old insulation and installed new blown-in insulation with impressive precision and care. The team was professional, tidy, and clearly committed to quality workmanship. The project was seamless from start to finish, and I would confidently use them again in the future.

Would def use services with them again. so many types of insulations i had no clue! Don’t let the options detour you if anything it’s better for you! Just to name a few there’s foam board insulation, spray foam insulation, batt insulation, soundproofing even! The list goes on. My main concern was air sealing and wasn’t sure how to get started but the team will come out and free estimate for you and guide you on what need! Wish i did it sooner. Highly recommend

They were amazing!! A few years ago I bought an older home & the winters here have been rough. It's been hard to keep the house warm & my electric bill has been through the roof. They came out & gave a free estimate. They went over the different installation options that were available & helped me choose what was best for my needs. Heating my home has been so much easier & I've noticed a drastic drop in my electric bill. I have a building I will be insulating soon & plan to use them again.

Definitely recommend this company.. My attic needed a lot of work done on it. Theses guys came in super friendly and fast and ready to work . They got the job done .very neat and looks very nice . My friend also had a water leak and she said they were fast and neat and she want lying!!! Go to them immediately!!!

It was great to find a company that truly covers the whole Twin cities metro area. Whether you are in St. Paul or surrounding suburbs these are the folks to call. Decided to go for attic insulation before the summer heat comes in our Maplewood rambler. The team suggested blown-in insulation, and it’s been a game changer! My home feels so much cozier now and I know it will help with the upstairs AC in summer. Highly recommend their expertise!

Avoid! Try somewhere that answers their phone! I made a appointment with them and took a half day off work and they never showed up. I even called and left a message to reschedule. No call back. No one ever answers the phone line. Look elsewhere. Don't believe me? Give them a call and see if they answer before making a appointment. Update 1/13: After being promised a resolution and being naïve enough to agree, I got a email from Ryan S a week ago. I gave him the requested information and then waited. No response back! I even went as far as to email him again to see if he needed anything more from me. Still no reply back. If I'm not getting any response back what do you think they will do if there is a problem with your insulation! At this point I'm completely EMBARRESED for both the company and myself. Four second chances seems like its enough. I will be sure to leave a review wherever I can for both Twin city Insulation and Mann Brothers.

These guys are fantastic. Had mold growing on our old cellulose blown in insulation and our fiberglass batts were falling apart. I didn’t like that my kids could mess with it. We called Twin Cities Insulation and spoke with Grace. She was super friendly and not pushy or trying to sell us stuff and very reassuring. Got us in touch with John who answered our questions and got us set up right away with an estimate appointment. They did everything so quick and so quality, we are beyond impressed. All mold is gone, they cleaned up the site and installed spray foam beautifully. Will be using them for any future projects.

These guys did a fantastic job on my attic from start to finish. Easy to work with, responded fast, and were able to get me on the schedule the next day! They answered my questions about different types of insulation, r-values, and such. I looked around and their price for spray foam insulation in our White Bear Lake home was competitive and we think they did an amazing job. Also we love our new solar attic fan! It is an excellent addition to stabilize our attic/roof temperature and we are very happy with how kind, efficient, and knowledgeable these guys are.
