Absolutely amazing! My electric bill for the past year has gone significantly up even though no changes have occured to warrant this increase. This company came in and quickly inspected and tested my house and found areas that were at the root of my issue. Upon my request and without pressure from them, they then fixed so I can resume my normal consumption. They even found issues with my AC that the AC company's yearly inspector had never mentioned. Honestly, I give ALL of these guys 1000<br>Stars ++!! Our home flooded May 2024. Once the insurance money started coming in the crooks came in droves! Never an honest person. Jorge YBarra knew full-well, when we first met, I was not a trusting person. Succinctly, Jorge brought his guys in. #1. Allen and Johua showed up early and began prepping to replace all ductwork in the attic. Within 6hrs Allen, Joshua and Robert had the new ductwork installed And HUNG as promised. The attic was perfectly clean and the guys even vacuumed up everything afterward! Meticulous! The price Jorge quoted me for all he promised they would do, was the exact price I paid!<br>I’m going on too much, but I’m just so AMAZED for what I paid and the QUALITY of work these guys produced! I hired Jorge to come audit my home to save some money on my electric bill. He did so much more than I expected. He found appliances that were outdated drawing a lot more power than they were supposed to. He used his thermo device to locate spots in the ceiling not insulated correctly. He checked doors and windows. But, I really wanted to praise the work he did in the attic. He located loose ductwork and parts of my ac that wasn’t properly sealed by the company that installed it. He wrote a complete report that I used to get the ac company to come back out to fix everything correctly. Without Jorge I would’ve never known the severity of the crap install. The ac company insisted that Jorge didn’t know what he was talking about and was wrong but addressed every single item listed in the report per Jorge’s recommended solutions. He was very nice and requested me to watch what he was doing so he could better explain what he was finding. Best part was he is affordable. Thank you Jorge for your service. You saved us a lot of money.

Jorge and his crew did a great job replacing the ducts in my home where air had been leaking out. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and really informative throughout the process. These guys were super professional, tactful and efficient on a hard job. Limited crawl space and they insulated the entire thing. They utilized the materials already up there that were not installed correctly and blew additional insulation. Lastly they made me a new attic entrance and made it look nice. So happy with the work Jorge and crew did replacing a/c ducts and a nasty, old box. Jorge gave me valuable info letting me know how air leaks create moisture= Problems! Logan from Y Energy did a great job giving my house a thorough energy audit.<br>They also helped with cleaning the duct and fixing air leaks from the plenum and duct. My AC was blowing 68-70F air before the fix and now can blow <60F cold air. Very happy with the job!<br><br>They really point out the issues and only suggest spending what’s necessary for the situation. Jorge came by to show me the solar screen samples but after seeing the house he told me the solar screen is probably not necessary and suggested me to not spend the money.

Stellar experience. The workers were detailed, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. We had a failed damper actuator, and they propped the damper open so we could get air while we try to get the fix sorted. Talk about icing on a cake! I’d highly recommend using them.

The inspection team was very thorough and detailed. They brought things to my attention I was not aware of.

I’m a single mother of five and had lost confidence in anyone fixing my air conditioning issues of cooling my house. I had already hired multiple AC repairman as well as an inspector. Needless to say I wasn’t very trusting.When Y energy solutions came into my house and said they could help me, I wasn’t very confident they could. However, I have to say that Jorge and his team knew exactly what was wrong. I can’t say thank you enough for helping me identifying the problem and making my house feel so much cooler. you have saved me hundreds on my electricity bill. The assessor was thorough and helped me quickly find several solutions to my home energy concerns.

Wasn’t worth the trouble. If we were just talking about the energy audit, it would be 4-5 stars; they were thorough and provided some good advice. However, the number of unprofessional consequences made the experience not worth it. There are inside/outside aspects of the service. The tech tracked mud all through the house. Likely coincidence, but the tech reported on the weak compressor of our refrigerator, and it went out the next day. BUT a couple days later, we notice a leak in the ceiling which was a result of the tech breaking a drain pipe in the attic. Thankfully, Y Energy took care of the damage, so it only costs me the trouble and having his workers at my house for 6 hours on a Saturday. But the straw that broke the camels back for me was when I finally figure out the reason why my doorbell stopped working was because his technician disconnected the wiring from the transformer in the attic (it’s next to one AC unit). That cost me an hour of trouble shooting the doorbell before figuring it out. So, overall, this was very frustrating experience, so I couldn’t give a positive review.

Like most people our energy bill was increasing each month, so after researching online I found Y-Energy Solution to come do a home energy audit. Jorge and his helper, Edward, were very professional and friendly, showed up on time and gave us an audit report with their findings, along with pictures and video, after checking our AC units, doors, windows and large appliances to see where the most energy was being used. Turns out the biggest problem was that the ducts connected to one AC unit were not sealed by the AC company that installed the unit so the cold air was never getting to us and wasting money. The reasonable cost for their service was worth it to know what to ask the AC companies about in the future and to check for after they leave. I would highly recommend Y-Energy Solution for a home energy audit.

I called Y Energy for an energy audit after receiving a $414 electric bill. Jorge found that my air conditioning ducts in the attic needed sealing. He even looked over my electric bill and told me I was paying too much per Kwh. He was right--I researched all my options and switched to a better plan. Nice employees, very knowledgeable, and took care of everything.

My house was having a hard time staying comfortable in the summer hundred degree days in 2023. I had one contractor saying I needed new windows. Another said insulation. Another said to get an AC with higher tonnage.<br><br>I finally sought an unbiased expert who would do an energy inspection.<br><br>He stopped by the house, spent time checking for leaks in the AC ductwork. Also, checked on my AC, insulation and windows.<br><br>He said many times the ductwork is overlooked and that is a main source of the problem. Our ductwork is fine.<br><br>There were problems with poor insulation in the attic. It was old, compressed and ineffective.<br><br>Though I wanted him to get the contract to correct the problem, the owner chose another insulation company.<br><br>HERE'S SOMETHING AMAZING.<br><br>Even though he did not get to do the work, he called the day after to see how it was doing for us! (It has made some difference, but it will take some time to have long term effect considering how hot the weather has been. I just had Jorge come by for an energy review. Jorge was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Most importantly and while he was in my attic he discovered that one of my air conditioners had a giant Gap underneath that was 3 ft long and 6" wide that was air conditioning my entire attic and had been doing so for probably many years. It's amazing that no other AC guy ever noticed. Anyway at no extra charge Jorge completely repaired this giant hole he even had to go to Walmart to get special Metallic duct tape tape. We are probably going to go with their full service and spray our attic but I highly recommend doing business with this fine company. They are great!
