Superior was very professional, showed up on time, stayed in constant contact with the progression of the job. I feel it has made a tremendous change in the temperature of our home, can’t wait till summer to see the difference, but feel very confident that it will, also evened out our room temperature greatly.

Superior Attic is just that - a Superior Attic services company. Just before the end of 2025, Superior Attic came out and gave me an amazing price to remove the old insulation and replace it with new insulation. Marcos was amazing - a consummate professional whose company did what they said they would do. What blew me away was that they were the best price significantly which gave me reson to be concerned as you typically get what you pay for. But no, at Superior, you get a great price (compared them with 3 other firms) and they really lived up to their name! Gie called me and kept in constant contact with me before, after and at the end of the job. I was completely impressed and extremely satisfied. We are having the biggest winter storm in 5 years and I am so pleased I reinsulated my home before the storm hit this week. The project management teams were amazingly good. Such amazing service and an amazing price! I now hope they can give me a great price and clean my air ducts next.

Spray foam in attic installed and old insulation removed Did a great job on the install but left spaces in the floor. Originally I was told they would reinstall the flooring but when they came for the money they said they don't do that. They did a partial reinstall but left spaces you can fall into. Had I known I would have gotten someone else. Cheers.

We got our old insulation in the attic removed, and then got new insulation blown in, along with a radiant barrier & solar fans. My attic was semi complicated and difficult to physically access all areas, Superior Attic did a great job communicating each step of the way as they explored all options with me and completed the job. Communication was great from all angles of the company. Spray foam is super thick and completely covers my 2 x 6s.

I have spent countless time researching into various companies and reviewing numerous estimates and I was always left with confusion as to the high price for the same work. However, Superior Attic was more than welling to come out multiple times to ensure the proper estimate for my square footage and inspect my attic when requested for concerned areas. Justin my advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when providing a top off or a full remove/air seal/ sanitize and add. He was very thorough in the explanations for each option and he did provide his personal opinion as well as professional opinion without being too pushy. I decided to go with a full remove and replace option, yes this option was a little more, but well worth it. I spent a lot of time deciding if air sealing was a gimmick or does make a noticeable difference. I stand corrected, the difference is complete night and day. During their air sealing, I noticed immediately that my home started to feel less drafty, I could feel the heat being retained while they were seating the attic floor. I had cold spots in my home and after the project, my home now feels comfortable and I no longer need to worry if my kids rooms are too cold. I can actually lower my heater from 74/75 to 70 / 71 without my unit having to kick on so much even with the recent temp drop. If you have any room to allow for a full remove / replace or even just a top off, I recommend going with Superior Attic. They are reasonably priced. Superior Attic knows how to manage their projects, by having a project manager, on site project supervisor, lead tech. If I ever needed a question answered, everyone was more than willing to help put me at ease. I really appreciated the various walkthroughs they wanted me to join at various stages to ensure they did what they were suppose too. I did identify three minor things like reattaching ducts to bathroom exhaust vents and moving wire cables out of the way and they were more than willing address my ventilation needs. A company that is willing to walk through their work tells me they want you to see it and not just take their word. I would highly recommend Superior Attic for any insulation work and will be recommending to friends and family.

Superior Attic removed the old insulation from the attic floor and sprayed the insulated foam throughout the attic ceiling. First day the weather was below freezing and the attic was within a degree of my bedroom (64.4 compared to 65.4). Works as advertised!

We are very happy with the insulation and attic fans replacement that Superior Attics did for us. Marcos Rivera did an excellent job explaining the different options we had, guiding us through the decision process and following up with without being pushy. Gier was great with the scheduling process and very responsive. They have an excellent way to get back to customer in a very timely and thorough way. My questions were answered and I felt I could contact them any time, even after signing the contract. They are very responsive and reflect that they care through the whole process. They keep excellent with customers with messages and calls. They even send you a schedule and what to expect the day of the installation. They were on time, the crew that made the replacement were courteous, considerate. kept everything clean and kept any interruption of our daily routine to a bare minimum. The crew worked hard and efficient. They solved a glitch to perfection, giving us options and working very and satisfactorily. The supervisor came before the work started, during the installation and when it was ready to be completed. Everybody was excellent on what they do and very responsive. The prices were very competitive. We gave heard it was a great company and we were lucky to chose them. They showed us they are the best one around and we want to thank them for their excellent work. We recommend Superior Attic to anybody that is looking for a fair and reliable service provider.

So far 💯% glad I made the call to Superior Attic, something we should have done years ago. Now I am eagerly waiting for the first electric bill since insulation service (instead of dreading it), because we def feel the difference. Could not be happier with the results, even after a short time. The musty smell of the (1970’s) house is gone, and the heater is not working hard to keep the house warm. The cold spots are also gone! Superior Attic did a fantastic job with my attic insulation top off for R-49 standard. the initial proposal was done by Steven who worked with me to understand my needs and budget. The scheduling was done promptly, they kept sending me periodic updates on email and text. On the install date the crew arrived on time, understood and accommodated my requests. Tyler was the job supervisor who did a great job at final walkthrough and close out. Customer service was top notch and they were very budget friendly. I would use them again and highly recommended.

I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done in insulating my garage. They put foam insulation in the attic roof and blown insulation in the walls. A solar fan was also installed. I’m going to insulate the garage door and hopefully the garage will be livable in the summers. Unfortunately, the garage door faces south and really heats up.

Our experience with Superior Attic was fabulous. We had Jonathan out to check out the attic and provide us with different options for keeping the home very cool. We decided to go with the spray foam insulation between the rafters. We have just completed a full week with new insulation and so far have noticed a difference, cant wait to see our bill lower. We also had duct cleaning done which was needed. Seamless process!! Had another project done, came out great!! Love the process.

My wife and I did extensive research on inulation removal and installation because of her allergies. We selected Superior Attic. I inquired via FB and they responded quickly. An analysis of our attic and insulation was conducted and a proposal was made available in just 10 minutes. Steve, sales rep, and Bill, the production manager, listened to our needs and expectations. Tyler, Project Manager, and Rigo, Team Lead, ensured that all expectioations and needs were met. Tasks were conducted in a timely and professional manner. We saw immediate positive results due to the new insulation. My wife was able to sleep upstairs with zero asthma issues, and the temperature in the house was already easier to maintain. We usually kept the house at 70 during the day and 68 at night during the summer. We were able to change the thermostat to 72 during the day and 70 at night. Usage in already improved. I had a great experience from start to finish. Estimator/Service Advisor Jeffrey Stuart accommodated my schedule by coming out when it was convenient for me. I had an afternoon open, so rather than pushing it out a week so it wouldn't be so hot while he was measuring(I wouldn't have blamed him, summer's really been hanging around this year), he came right over. I was impressed with his manner, professionalism, and expertise, so much so that I pulled the trigger and accepted the proposal shortly after he left. Next up was scheduler/coordinator Gie. She was pleasant, courteous, and responsive, and made me feel that she was going to be super accountable and diligent. She did what she said when she said without the typical misses or postponements/excuses so common these days. Project manager Tyler clearly laid the process out, and stopped by before and after. He made sure I was pleased and had no unanswered questions or concerns. I was lucky enough to get the install done by the team of Aldo and Armando. Prompt, competent, tidy and as quiet as circumstances/machinery allowed. They were just great and I was super comfortable to have them working at my home. Price was very reasonable too. AC is running less and garage is outside temp+ 3 or 4 degrees; it had been +20-25. Top notch job and I couldn't be more pleased!

From start to finish, Superior Attic exceeded my expectations. The initial Service Advisor, Juan Pablo, was incredible. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the attic and found several issues that other contractors had completely missed—including missing batting in the walls and corners. He even inspected the exterior of the home to ensure there were no openings where animals could enter the attic. Another contractor was scheduled to come out for an estimate the next day, but after meeting Juan Pablo, I cancelled them on the spot. Throughout the project, Gee (the Project Manager), Juan Pablo the Service Advisor, and Tyler the Field Supervisor kept me informed every step of the way. On installation day, I received timely updates about the team’s arrival, the supervisor’s inspection, and even a follow-up call from Gee to make sure everything was going smoothly. I had a solar fan installed in my attic and from start to finish can’t say enough great things about the whole process. I had an estimator come out thoroughly go through everything, check the different temperatures attic, look at the insulation, etc.. I just felt that a lot of time and effort was taken to figure out number one, where the fan should go and number two what I needed in my attic. A supervisor came out the day of the project and everything went like clockwork. They came out when they said they would and the project went off without a hitch. and I am now looking to them for other services. I never felt at any point that they were trying to sell me something that I didn’t need and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again. Super responsive when I had a question about anything and God knows I always have a lot of questions. In addition, I think the solar fan really drops the temperature in your attic and very happy with the purchase.

I would recommend Superior Attic. The final project was very satisfactory. The on site supervisor (John) relayed request and questions promptly, but I did feel like I received slow response from his supervisor. Our project was also delay a few days from lack of coordinating with their contractors.

Impressive. Their customer service is a well-oiled machine. From the very beginning until after install they were communicating everything I needed to know ~ and then some. Yes, of course, the attic foam results are what I had hoped for. They even found some areas that were not insulated by the builder and took care of that for me. I was expecting them to ask for an up charge for it but they obviously don’t work that way. The end result is definitely showing a greatly reduced temperature in the attic and less effort on our AC to cool the house down. The entire process was the smoothest of everything we have had done for our house over the last 24 years.

I contacted Superior Attic to address my insulation concerns on my house. Jeff was awesome. He explained everything in great detail and gave me options on how to address the issue. I went with a full restore. Removed the old bat insulation and replaced with a full spray foam job. Also, did my outdoor shed to prepare for an office conversion. Tyler was great! Very friendly and kept me very informed throughout the whole process of the installation. Sent me tons of pictures and the walk through was shocking. The temp in my attic before had to feel like hell's kitchen... now, it has to be about 5 degrees difference than what my living space is! Mind blowing to be honest. We contacted multiple insulation companies about removing old insulation that we were told to remove by our home inspector. Marcos got us a great price on the job and was about half the cost compared to other companies. He was honest and provided great customer service. I like to do my research before doing anything, but especially for a big project like attic insulation. Superior Attic definitely met my expectations. From the consultation with Marcos to the insulation install with John, there was a lot of communication going on and any questions I had were answered well. Great experience! We finalized our purchase on Saturday and they arrived 8am on Wednesday to start the job. Vacuumed out the old stuff, cleaned, sanitized and sealed where needed. Blew in the new stuff. Done by 4 pm. John the field supervisor was great. He kept me updated the entire process and spent time with me to make sure I understood the warranty. Great experience! I initially contacted them about installing solar attic fans but, learned that would not solve our heating/cooling issues without replacing our old inadequate insulation. We replaced it with foam insulation and can already feel a huge temperature difference. The team showed on time and finished the job in less than a day. Everyone was very professional and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend Superior Attic.

Great experience. From viewing the project to completion was a simple process. They came in and walked us through the options and talked about the pros and cons of each. We decided on what was best and they scheduled the job the same day. The day of spraying in foam was seamless. The crew was very careful with everything, even the flowers in the front that they weaved the spray hose around. John came out and made sure everything looked good when they were done and walked me through warranties and other info. Overall, a very professional company top to bottom.

After living 7 years in a house with an uninsulated attic, I knew I needed to finally get into action. Our energy bills were absurdly high, and the temperature throughout our house was very uneven. I read tons of online reviews for different insulation companies, and decided to get a quote from Superior Attic because the positive reviews seemed legit (unlike a lot of companies). Someone reached out to me within minutes of me filling out the contact form, and they came out to take a look within a couple days. Steven (our sales representative) was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. For various reasons, it took us a while to make our decision, but Steven was very patient with us and didn't pressure us to move faster than we wanted to. Once we made the decision to move forward, they got us scheduled very quickly, and finished the project in one day! Everyone was very professional, and I'm very happy with the work. I'm looking forward to seeing our energy bill at the end of this month!

Superior Attic responded very quickly to my inquiry regarding attic insulation replacement. They responded immediately when I asked for the material data sheet of the insulating, which was one of the most important decision-making elements to choose Superior Attic. Their price was very competitive vs. other proposals I received. Once I decided to choose them, I was contacted to let me know they had a crew available to do the job the next day. This worked very well with me, they at the time they had committed and finished the job in one day. I was very pleased with how the work was done.

Superior attic was one of three insulation companies I interviewed for our needed work. They won our business not based on price, but because of the quality of products, workmanship, and customer service they promised. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and explained to us exactly what they were doing throughout the entire project. They promptly answered any questions we had and finished on time after a thorough cleanup.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We had specified with our Service Advisor, Mr. Johnson, that the decking around the HVAC system was to be removed so the space beneath could be cleaned and sanitized. I noticed the crew was beginning to take new insulation upstairs when I had not seen any decking leave the house. I took the opportunity to go up into the attic myself and have a look and I am glad I did. -The decking and old insulation were still in place. -Along the periphery, where the attic space narrows, the old batted insulation was still in place. -There were a few locations with old water damage. -There was evidence of an ant infestation. -The duct from a bathroom exhaust fan was completely disconnected and the crew had taped it in place. When I lightly touched the duct it fell apart again. They then cut the damaged end and taped it more securely when I asked. -Debris was left scattered around the attic - not a ton, but more than I expected. When I first climbed into the attic I asked the crew if they found anything of concern, and they replied that they had not. I was told the crew would take pictures of any areas of concern and some before and after images. I saw none. Our Field Supervisor, John, arrived and apologized for the miscommunication and removed the decking himself. However, this area did not get vacuumed nor sanitized like the majority of the attic and is littered with debris. There are electrical component covers specified and priced in the invoice, however we had no electrical components in need of covers. Our invoice specifically lists the use of Knauf Jet Stream Ultra blow-in insulation, but Knauf Ecofill Wx is what was used in my house that day. When I asked, Bill explained that it is the same product in different, more manageable, packaging. I would have appreciated notification of the change. Leaving the old batted insulation around the periphery of the attic in place not only left who knows what debris in my attic and prevented adequate sanitation, but also left our soffit vents blocked. Our Field Supervisor, John, went way above and beyond to do what he could to at least restore air flow to our attic. His work was hampered by multiple reschedulings and having to attempt these extraordinary efforts by himself. He should not have to work from such a tall ladder without backup support. My whole objective for this project was to have a clean slate with a healthy, functioning attic. That I did not get. The worst part is that I would not have known much of this if I did not get up into the attic myself.

Working with superior attic was so easy! The consultant who came out really made sure I understood all my options when it came to the issues with my attic. When the crew arrived for my attic restoration they got right to work covering my floors and setting up to get the job done. I receive numerous picture throughout the day to update me on the process of my attic restoration. The crew was so professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job plus they got it done in one day!! The next day the project manager came by to do a final inspection of the work. I 10/10 recommend.

So happy we made the choice to insulate our attic and even happier we went with Superior Attic. The whole process was fantastic and well communicated the entire time. Superior Attic is the best! I found them on Instagram and reached out to them, and they reached out pretty quickly. Steven came to do my attic inspection, was very professional, knew what he was talking about, and was never pushy about trying to make a sale like other salespeople are. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that any questions were answered. The team that arrived to get the job done was also very professional and ethical. They were ready to work and ensured they got the job done correctly. Overall, I recommend Superior Attic to live more comfortably in your home without putting a lot of stress on your AC unit or paying high energy bills like I was. 100% recommend Superior Attic! This is a group of folks who CARE about doing a good solid job. Honest people. John, the project coordinator, told us exactly what to expect and step by step kept us informed. A most pleasant young man. The job was done in a day. We barely knew they were upstairs in the attic. They were very neat and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even took many photos and videos for us so we could see the progress throughout the day. This was so painless, I can't believe we put it off for so long. If you need insulation, there really is no other choice, in my opinion. I'm serious. I think our house already seems cleaner!!

Working with Superior Attic was great. The whole team was knowledgeable and efficient. They installed spray foam between the rafters during a roof replacement, and were able to effectively communicate throughout the entire process.

New insulation installed!!! Huge difference inside our home. They started Thursday and finished up Friday with our final walkthrough. No more waiting for our water to get hot in our bathroom faucets and no more cold air blowing through our HVAC when the heat kicks on after a while. It also reduced our heat usage almost immediately! Also had a solar vent installed above our master bedroom to pull the hot air out of that area during the summer. Superior Attic did an amazing job! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs their attic done in the DFW area!!!

Great experience using Superior from initial estimate(Jonathan) to completion. The entire team was on-time, polite and clearly explained the process and cost. I also like how they have a field supervisor (Tyler for our project) conduct a site visit after the work is done to make sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction. Superior Attic took care in covering up floors and putting up plastic tarps to minimize dirt/dust from getting into other areas of the house. I would recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.

We called Superior Attic for a quote, and not only were they out the following business day they then came 2 business days later to complete the job! Marcos our salesman was very knowledgeable, took the time to survey our large attic space and answered all our questions thoroughly. He said it would take 2 days to complete. The team showed up early, the project manager Tyler was very communicative, they worked diligently and managed to get our home cleared of all the old insulation and insulated again before the cold snap hit in just 1 day. When they left our house was as spotless as when they arrived. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and we already notice a huge difference in our climate control!! I highly recommend Superior!

Bill, the Project Scheduler was thorough in explaining how the Project would proceed covering every detail. John and crew did a great job on a complete removal and install of insulation in our attic. From sales to install it was a very easy process, and price was fair. Crew was very respectful and kept me up to speed as the day progressed.

Jeff came out looked at our insulation and offered a few options. We chose the R49 top off along with installing a new solar attic fan. Of course can't speak on how it'll help being just installed yesterday and it's winter. But John the field supervisor came out, explained the process, asked if I had any questions and reiterated at any time to ask away. His crew showed up and went to work. Professional, accommodating and about their business to say the least. I could feel the temp difference between yesterday , and today. Now to make to utility bills feel different lol. I definitely recommend Superior Attic for the quality of work they did. Right from the estimates provided by Tim to the options he presented. I chose to do a clean up of the old insulation and spray foam added. Bill, Tyler & Eric always kept me communicated of the progress as we went through some minor hiccups with equipment failures on Day 2 to blow in foam. I will definitely do business again with Superior Attic.

Professional, fast, and honest. Superior did a great job with my attic! It was really cool to watch them work- all of the removal and replacement of my insulation happened in a single day! John (my field supervisor) went above and beyond to solve a small issue following their work. Tim explained everything beforehand, patiently and honestly going through my options and their pros and cons. Carlos and his team were super efficient and worked around another team that was working on my house at the same time, showing that they can be flexible and still do their job well. All around good experience!

I would highly recommend Superior Attic! Marcos did the initial inspection and took the time to explain in detail what he found and what he recommended. We felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. We were able to get scheduled that next week, and the crew did a great job. Chase and Ryan were very communicative and kept us updated along the way. They also followed up to make sure that everything had been completed and did a final inspection. I researched home attic insulation and found out it's recommended to be replaced between 15-20 years. My electric bill has been higher then normal. I contacted several attic insulation companies and went with Superior Attic and glad I did. Jeff came by and offered several options, quotes & warranties and was not pushy. Superior Attic's quote was less then the other quotes from other companies for the same work of removing the old insulation and filling in gaps & installing all new insulation etc... Their crew came by and were very professional. Ryan, the project manager stopped by and ensured all the work was done right and coordinated with myself and the work crew, keeping me advised along the way with their progress. Marcos’ representation of the company blew the others out of the water. He explained my options very thoroughly & presented the quotes in a very professional manner. (Very fair & reasonable) He answered all of my questions & communication from Marcos & Bill were amazing. Luis & his crew were very professional, on time, clean, respectful etc…Sean & Ryan did the inspection after & the fact that they do come by for an inspection is very impressive.

I have wanted to upgrade to foam insulation for many years, however I did not think the costs would be justified. I am already feeling as though the decision to delay, surely came at a cost in terms of needles cooling (and heating) expenses. Sean and the the crew from Superior Attic were great (every start above deserved).

With a rocky start, Superior Attic proves they are an honorable and reputable company after all . It’s bad they had a contractor that went bad and cut corners, but once pointed out to Jon the owner, he went beyond the call of duty. All good now! I would have left a 5 Star rating originally if the job was completed as it is now. Two day job turned into 5 days. After Jon proving his conviction to do a good job, I would recommend this company. Supervise all contractors! My bad experience short version: I recently hired Superior Attic for a complete attic restoration (remove old insulation and replace all new). This didn’t go so well as planned. On Day 2, I caught their crew spraying new insulation over the old insulation. Supposed to be a 2 day job, but now we enter day 3. Day 3, crew arrived early for the first time and went till 3:30. Once the crew said they were finally finished…. I discovered they continued their cheating and dishonest business procedure by continuing to spray new insulation over the old. Busted twice now!!! Day 4, new crew on the job. This crew of 3 spent 3.5 hours just extracting the old insulation mixed with the new cover up insulation. I was charged to foam seal vents and all nooks, separations, but this never occurred but was certainly charged for it. They didn’t install the foil based material around all electrical components as charged for (they did obvious locations). At time to pay final amount, they did allow a small discount, but no where the amount the aggravation and missing two days of work due to their dishonest business practices. If you are considering doing business with this company, be sure to supervise every step of the job!!!! If you’ve already used this company, I highly recommend closely checking the work. On a positive note, everyone associated with this company was very friendly and polite. Other problems occurred that’s not even mentioned…. Copied from Facebook post More problems, but not mentioned…. Multiple car oil leaks of driveway, destroyed lawn, poor cleanup….. Update on Superior Attic: Monday May 29 Jon the owner was immediately in contact once he saw the posts. He could not have been any more apologetic and willing and eager to rectify the issue. He made a visit here today to survey the situation. The second crew that was here on Day 4 will be returning this Thursday to make everything right. So far we are making positive progress . Will update later with final resolution. Seems to be a standup company, just had a couple bad workers.

What a bad experience. Let me start off by saying if you didn't want my job (yes, I was told this over the phone), then why did you quote me so low? If I ask if discounts are available, "no" is a perfectly acceptable answer. The salesman was extremely pushy, but I was hoping for it to be smoother once it moved forward. I don't care how many 5 star reviews you have. It is hard for me to believe I am the first unsatisfied customer. I paid for services I did not receive, and absolutely nothing was done about it. Getting a discount when the job was done does not excuse their lack of communication internally. I can see why the first crew walked out on my job because of lack of communication from them. I don't blame the crew at all. Complimentary attic sanitation, attic inspection, and air spot sealing? Nope, I got partial air spot sealing. I popped off some cover plates from underneath in my rooms (bottom side of ceiling), and there was no sealing on 90% of them. The only ones that were sealed were the only ones that were pictures on their iPad so they can have that documentation on file. I emphasized attic sanitation needed to be done, as I received smoke damage weeks prior. This was not done either. As far as inspecting the attic, I had live wires capped off on the attic floor and nothing was said. The crews also left a mess in my yard. I would not use these guys again.

Johnathan was an amazing sales person, very kind, patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable! Blake was very personable when he dropped off the materials and scheduling was a breeze, he was also very sweet everytime he checked to see how the install was going. Lane and Emily were the installers. They were super kind , extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They worked quick and got our Radiant barrier and top off of insulation done quick and perfect. They even cleaned up before they left. I 1000% recommend Superior Attic for insulation and radiant barrier. We instantly noticed a different in the hottest room in the house that it started to cool down.
