Our insulation was in bad shape and our electric bills in the Summer months is typically 4x our winter usage. I went around and ensured we had a soffit vent every 8 feet. Then Charlie and his team came and installed some rafter baffles, tightened up some batts on a knee wall and around our skylight, blew in some insulation, and installed 2 solar fans. I'm hopeful this will save us on our energy costs this Summer and many Summers to follow. Plus we hope to get the 30% Federal Tax Credit (FTC) for the energy efficiency improvements. Chris provided the best free consultation for the insulation in my roof. He was informative on areas which could be improved, up front on the quality of my current insulation, and was not trying to push any sort of sales on me. You never know what you're going to get from consultation for any sort of house work, but I can confidently say Koala Insulation did a great job. I feel confident providing my business should I need any insulation work done on my house.

I had a tremendous experience with Koala Insulation a few months ago and wanted to update my review. For the period of July 26 to August 25th, my electricity bill went down over 30% vs the same month last year! This was after Koala installed a new 16 inches of insulation and installed a Solar Powered High Capacity Vent Fan. This is the best investment ever!

Very good communication, excellent work, thorough job. We have some difficult to get to areas and the job foreman really worked to get to all the areas.

not a good experience. 7 trips, 1-for the estimate, 2-first day to spray, 3-to finish the spray, 4-had to come back and meet me to go over they did not spray 3" everywhere like the estimate stated and to over the ruts on both sides of our driveway, 5-come back to spray (they did not cover the floor) 6-finish the spray 7-come back to scrape the studs and between the studs because a lot was out past the studs and couldn't hang drywall. (even though they came and cleaned the second trip, we ended up scraping the floor clean of the fine over spay (to its original condition), we had to cut several locations between studs to prep for drywall, they didn't cover the tracking on one of the garage doors, so we have to clean it.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They kept us informed of the process and what steps were being taken throughout the project. There was one very minor issue that came up after the install, and Koala took instant action to correct the issue to my satisfaction. I would 100% recommend their service to anyone.

Koala Insulation was amazing to work with! We recently bought our home in the Fort Worth area and knew that we were immediately loosing heat through our attic during the recent freeze. Holly came out to do a consultation and was able to get the job started the next day. This was not an easy job either. Chase and Gerardo spent a few days removing all of the old insulation in the attic. Then they sanitized and cleaned our whole space while sealing up any leakage areas. After that big job, they put in the new insulation and we can instantly feel the difference. I feel so much better knowing that our attic is completely clean. Thank you so much Koala!!

There was no pressure sales, informative, great project coordination and communication, and the guys did an awesome job removing the scary stuff and replacing with pretty, new insulation and cleaned up too! Our foam insulation was installed in April. I wanted to wait to give a review until I really noticed a difference in the electric bill. Our kWh usage for June 2023 was down almost 800, as compared to June of 2022. Our attic was in desperate need of help and Holly was fantastic in explaining the pros and cons of foam. The inspection, estimate and installation was all completed within a matter of days. The crew was timely and professional. We had new blown in insulation put over top of the old existing in April. We are really beginning to tell the difference now in this heat wave, our house is much cooler and electric bill was lower.

Holly is great. Very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Koala removed the old insulation, blew in new insulation and installed a solar fan to suck the hot air out of the attic more efficiently. One of the workers punched a hole through my living room ceiling while removing the old insulation, but the company repaired the sheet rock and textured paint to its original state. Koala is relatively expensive compared to their competitors, but they do good work. Overall, I am satisfied with how the project turned out.

We had the insulation removed and then replaced in our attic. Although there were problems that arose during installation, It appears that they were fixed, at least it appears so. The concern I have is the house seems cooler and my electric bill went up. I spent $9000 and DO NOT feel that I am any better off.

Scott and Chase did a great job with the insulation, dense pack around hot water heater, solar fans install, and attic stair cover. They paid attention to details from install through cleanup. The real test will be next summer.
