I couldn't get past the initial phase of contact. I requested a quote and then was overwhelmed with multiple phone calls, voicemails, text messages and emails from 3 different people. I'm sure the techs are great based on the other reviews, but the sharky sales upfront and the fact that they gave me two different price quotes was a turn-off.

Chad was wonderful,friendly but professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and found the source of the infestation. He took the time to explain the problem's and solutions. Great work ethic. After talking wih him and seeing him work, I felt confident that the extermination would be successful. I was advised to call if there was any signs of the "problem," re-occurring. We have some construction going on but he was very thorough despite some obstacles and was very attentive to my concerns. Mason was helpful in scheduling time frame to meet my needs. We have had bees in our crawl space that have now added to the water cutoff. One visit and they are all dead. Now we can turn our water off to repair our plumbing. We signed a quarterly treatment that will ensure we will not have to tip toe around the bees going forward. I have been impressed how they took the time to visit and listen to our needs and not just shoot a number over the phone. We look forward to doing business with a true professional.

Casey came out and checked all around our attic (all three entrances) to look for signs of rodent activity and luckily found nothing. There was one soffit vent cover that was slightly bent back on corner which we will repair, but otherwise all good. There was no charge for the consultation and I will not hesitate to call again for our pest control needs.

Billy did an excellent job. He worked with me to figure out specific pain points I had and specific pests I was struggling with, while making sure that my pet reptiles and invertebrates would be safe. He was very nice, approachable, and efficient with his work. I look forward to seeing him for follow up appointments.

I appreciate that Cody was honest with me. This is the SECOND time I have had a new technician tell me that my traps have NO BAIT! How are you going to catch rats when there is no bait? I give Cody 5 stars for being honest and professional. I give Forterra 0 stars. This is getting RIDICULOUS! I regret using this company! I paid a lot of money to have one rat caught in my “rat infested” attics. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!

We had our first pest control service completed today by Ryan Anderson, and we couldn’t be happier. Ryan was extremely thorough and professional from start to finish. He not only treated for roaches, spiders, and ants, but also went above and beyond by sweeping away spider webs, removing wasp nests, and sealing entry points to help prevent future issues. He carefully treated the foundation, yard spaces, baseboards, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and garage, and even placed glue boards to monitor activity.<br><br>Ryan took the time to explain what he was doing and gave us peace of mind knowing our home is now well-protected. His attention to detail and care for our home really stood out. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend Ryan for anyone needing pest control.

Best of all, there are no hidden fees or data mining here.<br><br>So many companies won't even give you a quote if you don't give them your email, phone number, and full address. SQFT and basic structural data should be all that's required for a QUOTE.<br><br>Forterra took exactly that - SQFT, basically structural info, as well as what services I would like, then gave me a quote. Lucky me, we had discounts after the fact, but all I needed was a quote.<br><br>In addition, they didn't lie to get my business. Don't let anyone tell you that you NEED a service (like a termite warranty). It might be required when selling the house or by HOA standards, but the city is not going to come take your house because you don't have a termite warranty (I'm not kidding, HomeTeam Pest Defense tried to tell me that my house would get foreclosed on if I did continue my (expired) warranty with them).<br><br>To top is all off, the tech (Cobie) was awesome - very helpful, polite, and professional. He gave me some tips and went above and beyond to make sure the house was squared away.<br><br>100% recommend Forterra!

I used this company 2x for pest control services and originally gave them a 5 star but have to take that back.<br><br>This company did not fix the issue I had (very small water bugs). They sent a tech out twice and still the same problem. We only had to call my previous pest control guy out ONCE A YEAR to handle this seasonal issue.<br><br>Overall, I would not recommend them. The monthly subscription sounds reasonable, but if you truly have a pest issue, it’s a complete waste of money. In addition, their techs ask you to give a 5 star review before they ever leave your home (they get $10 if you do) which is why I believe they have as many 5-star reviews as they do.<br><br>The customer service was the best thing about our experience - Sam was a very kind sales person to interact with but overall, I’m so disappointed in our experience with this company.

He was very thorough, did a full inspection of my property including inside the house and the attic as well. He paid extra attention to areas with pests and spent a solid 2 hours looking through everything and making sure all our concerns were addressed. The process of working with Forterra was so smooth and easy! They were so responsive when setting up our initial home inspection and quick to get our place scheduled for treatment as soon as possible. As far as the actual treatment - our service was completed by Billy Mitchell and he was so professional, prompt, and detailed when performing our initial treatment. Since the treatment our pest sightings have decreased significantly (basically non existent after the first two weeks). We are so so pleased with how quickly and effectively this whole process was. I was extremely pleased with miles upon his visit on the 27 of may recently. He was very knowledgeable and understanding in communicating with me in what he was doing and how long it should take to deal with the issues I had. I learned more than I have ever in the matter of 30 minutes from him about different bugs that I see. Not once did I feel judge for any of the issues that I have been having which weren’t my fault which is nice. Miles was very respectful and understanding of my dogs and how they just wanted to smell him to say hi. He deserves more recognition because he change my outlook in only 30 minute visit!

We recently joined Forterra and have been very pleased with the service technician Billy was the BEST! He called ahead to give his eta. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We recently joined Forterra and had our first service with Billy. He started out by asking specific questions regarding what pests we had and where we were finding them. Then he explained what he was going to treat with, where, why, and set expectations for when we should start seeing improvement. He was very personable, friendly, and polite throughout and more than happy to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and look forward continuing to be Forterra customer.<br><br>As for the treatment itself, I was told that it can take 7-10 days to fully kick in since some of it was bait; however, we are already seeing a vast improvement in just 24 hours. Lastly, they send you a list of all the chemicals that were used in a follow up email which was a wonderful touch that my chemist husband appreciated.
