We had a rodent issue but now we have Critter Stop. Tyler, Zack, Jason and Alek came with ladders like a swat team. They informed us of work being done and follow up procedures with timelines. Courteous and professional, we highly recommend Critter Stop.

We hired them a year ago for critter noises in our new home. For a year they have failed to ever trap, remove, and exterminate any critters even as they managed to tear holes in our roof. The only two critters caught were by my husband. Each time they came they sent a new person who blamed the previous. They were unprofessional in scheduling, impossible to work with, and unable to do the service they claim to do. The owner and management would never return calls or inspect work, and were deceptive in dealing with us as our contract ended. If you want critters removed, I would never hire critter stop.

Ricky performed an excellent job with our scheduled pest control service. He provided a thorough inspection and treated all needed areas and provided great guidance for our continued maintenance.

After hearing rats in my attic, I called Critter Stop and was thoroughly impressed. They answered even at 9pm! I got on the schedule, the estimator knew exactly what was going on and where they were getting in. The guys that came out made the work hardly noticeable, getting our exact paint. They also had cameras in the attic and would give us updates on what they were seeing. Very impressive service.

Yesterday Tyler and Zack came and walked through thoroughly the tasks and work that they will be performing. I found the inspection and detailed explanation of what I needed to have done exceptional. I had been provided with 3 estimates by Terminix, and each one was more expensive than the one before. Also, the photographs that were provided to me and the explanation of what services they were going to provide were clear, informative and succinct. I agreed to the contract on site which I never do. Aaron who treated my home was a nice young man that spent hours securing my house. I was very pleased with his service and his tour of my home with me showing me what he completed. I'm very happy.

Adrian was absolutely a wonderful gentleman to work with from the first visit to the last. He is friendly, competent and helpful. Absolutely great service! Filled out form on Wednesday evening for free quote; received a text about 20 minutes later and had option for an appointment next day (needed to have a wasp nest removed that was about 50' up from sidewalk). Set appointment for Saturday, received text that technician would be there in 20 minutes - and they arrived exactly at that time. Cynthia did a thorough job, even sweeping some of the other eaves and knocking down a mud dabber nest I hadn't seen.<br>Highly recommend this business!

We had a great experience with Critter Stop. We had a critter get stuck between levels of the house and ultimately die in our walls. Jordan came out and did a free inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We knew right away this was the company to go with. He told us about the next steps and left us with some ozone fans to help with the smell. The first technician that came out, Bryan B., was just as great. He inspected every inch of our property to patch up any areas where critters could get in. Set up some traps and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The second technician, Aaron M., that came out to complete our treatment plan was wonderful too. Each of them gave a text to give heads-up of expected arrival time and advise of their name so we knew who to expect and exactly when. They were so professional and courteous, ensuring all questions were answered. The communication from the admin side was great as well. We were super impressed with the overall service, each employee interaction, and how everything was handled. Oklahoma City area - Adrian at Critter Stop is the best! Adrian is very knowledgeable about the “critters.” They have a free inspection and we took advantage of that offer. We are so glad we did. Adrian quickly assessed the situation and advised us that we probably had a racoon; possibly multiple raccoons. Cameras were setup and we saw that we did have two of them - a mama and a baby.<br>We caught the baby the first night, and the second night, we caught the mama. Both of them were caught within 28 hours. The baby was quiet. The mama was very aggressive and we are grateful that Adrian was there to remove it. Critter Stop showed up when they said they would and they did what we hired them to do. They even relocated the critters to a safe, authorized, and approved area. They are the best. We would definitely hire them again if needed (hopefully we will not need to). Adrian was always professional and polite – providing stellar customer service. He was courteous, prompt, and always showed up when he said he would. He answered all of our questions and we feel Critter Stop went above and beyond. Thank you Adrian. Me: Do you hear that?<br>You: Hear what?<br>Me: Exactly. Now that we have new insulation from Critter Stop, we don't have to listen to the air conditioner running constantly! Plus, our 1933 house is now more comfortable than ever.<br><br>I can't say enough good things about the Critter Stop team. Not only did they seal off openings and set traps, they also had to remove an absurd amount of wood from the attic before blowing in the insulation. (Old houses are full of surprises, amirite?) A huge shout-out to Jordan, Megan, other Jordan, and the rest of the team (whose names escape me, sorry!) for their hard work and top-notch communication.

I would hire Critter Stop again. This team is very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve been very happy with their service. They come when they say they are going to come, and do what they say they are going to do. Awesome company! I had squirrels in the soffit of my house and called them. They came out right away, performed an inspection and made an effective plan to evict them without harming them. Their use of a one way cage and camera at the entry point worked perfectly. They also sealed up all other possible entry points.<br>Everyone we came in contact with from Critter Stop was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The price they quoted was reasonable too. Christian and Aaron did a great job on the first part of our attic remediation. Let’s face it - no one wants a roof rat infestation in their attic. But compounding that was the cost we were quoted from some of the big-name companies that gave us estimates. And with no guarantee that they would continue to treat until the problem was resolved. Then I found Critter Stop online and I was immediately impressed with their methods. No one else mentioned installing wildlife cameras in our attic to monitor the activity of the rats. What a simple but genius idea! Everyone else wanted to sell us VERY EXPENSIVE insulation; Critter Stop assured us our problem wasn’t bad enough to warrant new insulation (even though they sell it and could have told us it was required). Instead, they were honest and said our current insulation could be sanitized. Their work comes with a guarantee that they will continue to come back until our problem is resolved. And the service was a fraction of the estimate provided by the others. I feel so good about our choice. We’re in the first stage of our remediation. I will post more once complete.

Critter Stop has done a FANTASTIC job! First, Jordan came out to look things over. He gave multiple options & was very thorough in his explanation. Next, Christian, Adrian, and Aaron came to set traps, seal holes, etc. They were working at our house ALL DAY to make sure everything was completed and done properly. Cristian and Kyle came out today and blocked all openings on the outside of my house to keep rodents and raccoons and opossums from entering. From wide spaces in the mortar at my bricks to the turbo vents on my roof. They were very professional and knowledgeable at preventing critters from entering. First of all no one wants a rodent problem. Ours is in the attic. We called Critter Stop. Jordan came initially to inspect the situation. On time and very courteous. After an extensive examination inside and out he offered solutions without trying to sell us something we don’t need.<br><br>Yesterday Christian and Jacob came for phase one. They set up traps and camera in attic, covered entry areas outside, and sprayed the perimeter. They were excellent in doing all. After working all day they explained what to expect and answered all my questions.<br><br>So far I couldn’t be more pleased. The Google reviews are legit! Critter Stop is everything you want and hope for when you contract a company to help with a very undesirable and urgent situation. I have outdoor feather babies and am hyper vigilant about critter threats. Have had cameras for years but this is the first time we saw whiskered pests. Raccoons and opossums sure, trap a couple each year in the fall. Then a week ago I’m checking cameras and could not believe what I saw. Just awful to think of the damage they could do and if got in house ... well and attract snakes. Something we haven’t had to deal with before. Called a popular service that came out first, and got a description of treatment that didn’t quite make sense, plus sticker shock .. realized the next day we need to research and get a 2nd maybe a 3rd opinion. They examined my home for damage areas and reviewed additonal risky entry points with me. After they showed me a plan for addressing the entry point and itemized list of materials and cost. After discussing with me my budgets they gave me a plan and solution that addressed my needs. Overall, the work took 2-3 days to complete and they were professional and friendly the whole time. I greatly appreciate their work.

Christian did a fantastic job. We had a different provider (one of the very large name brands) try and fail to solve our rat problems after a long and painful process. Critterstop was communicative, timely, much more cost effective, and actually solved our rodent issues. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

My family and I had a very good experience using Critter Stop to address the possum that was trying to setup house in my attic. They came out within 24 hours of my call, gave me a fair quote, then did exactly what they promised. Crews were polite and thorough. I was kept up to date on all there work and the status of my Critter problem. I now have no critters, and all of the access points into my home are sealed.<br>I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Had a great experience working with David, Jacob, Christian. We had some squirrels that got into our attic in a spot we couldn’t see on the house. They came out multiple times to make sure everything was out and cleaned up and sealed everything up. It’s like squirrel Ft. Knox no way anything else is getting in. Then they added insulation to bring us up to modern code. All the team was super nice and informative throughout the process. I always got a text heads up before they came and after doing the insulation I was shocked how clean everything was. 6 stars!!!

In a follow-up for our warranty purposes on the work that Crittersstop had done, Christian came by and inspected the attics and got up on the roof and checked all over and since some what looks like raccoon droppings were found up in the attic he suggested putting two cameras in the attics and scheduled a follow up. He was very nice and professional and although he had hurt his leg he was still willing to get up on my two story house. I had a good experience with him and the work they had done and believe they will stand by their word and warranty.

I hired Critter Stop to do an exclusion on my attic. I had a good experience overall. Jordan came out to give us an estimate and was very courteous and professional. The methods they used (snap traps, night-vision camera, etc.) seemed solid and humane based on my research and their pricing was reasonable. I was a little disappointed with the work done by the initial crew (or perhaps one person on the crew). They were nice to work with, but there was stray caulk left on the brick that should have been wiped, wire mesh exclusions not trimmed in places and sticking visibly out of cracks, and several screws left in the street in front of my house that could have punctured a car tire. I think it was partly due to the cold weather when they did it (their hands might have gotten numb) and perhaps one or more new and inexperienced hires. There were also many leaves in the street that might have made it hard to see the screws that got dropped.<br><br>I talked to Jordan and he sent out Christian who redid the work. He was very thorough, careful, and courteous. He apologized on behalf of the company and they refunded a portion of my bill. I don't blame the company as they did ultimately make it right. Everyone makes mistakes as a new hire (if that's what happened). But it was a bit of an inconvenience to have things unfold the way they did which involved extra work and phone calls on my part. Had Christian come out the first time, it would have been a 5-star review.<br><br>I am happy to say that there's been no creatures in the attic since!

From start to finish Critter Stop was very efficient in helping us with our wildlife issue and restoring our attic to a brand new one. We choose the full service - exclusion, trapping for any wildlife, removal and blow in of new insulation. Adrian and crew were very thorough, meticulous and answered all questions patiently, Eeza did the weekly inspections and overall we had a pleasant experience with all of them. So far so good!<br>Had a quote and appointment set and met within a week. Drew was our trapper and was very courteous. Explained everything very thoroughly and was considerate of my home and animals (not the ones needing to be removed!). After the first day I stopped hearing sounds in the attic so our squirrel intruders are already out.<br><br>Will have the one-way door removed this week and will modify the review if there is any changes. :)

Jordan came out & was very knowledgeable & showed promptness in getting my problem solved. Christian & James came a week later & were on time. They communicated well with their arrival time & what they were going to do. They were both very friendly & worked hard the entire time. They happily did a few little extra things I asked them to do in the garage to ensure no more critters would be living with me :-) They definitely helped me to ensure critter eviction day!

Critter Stop was one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They gave me a free estimate and explained what they would do about the hole in the side of my house a squirrel made. They not only fixed the hole but ensured no other critters were in my attic. The process lasted about 2 weeks. Everyone who came out was on time and I was kept informed. All were friendly and knowledgeable! So glad I called them!!!

Phillip and Dustin were fantastic covering the multiple squirrel access holes in our roof and siding. We live in a wooded area and squirrels were taking over our attic. Now that they are out and prevented new entry, the next step is fumigation!

We had a bird nest over our front door. Jarrod came and took care of my issue right away removing the bird nest. Also relocated them to our community park. Fantastic service thanks again!!!

Yesterday my daughter and son said they smelled something dead upstairs... I had the week previous put out traps and poison in the attic due to what I thought was a squirrel/rat that chewed a hole into an back eve of the house. I went into the attic and didn’t find what ever it was. This morning I called Jon at Critter Stop and he was able to come out.<br><br>On the front eve of my house there was some flies buzzing around, so he pried a few of the siding boards loose and discover a very large dead raccoon! There was an immediate lessening of the smell after he removed it. He also fogged the attic which further helped with the smell. They are also bringing a hydroxyl machine over later this weekend to finish it off.<br><br>I am happy with the results this far, and will call on Critter Stop if I need critter control in the future.
