Terrible customer service. I was calling to inquire about animal control issue. Since the answer was “no” the man immediately hung up without further clarification. Bad business practice and poor customer service.

Had issues with birds making nest in corners of roof bad experience. Mad a mess on the roof shingles not a professional look. Hired the wrong guy for the job.

I would have to give this business zero stars. I called John asking if he could remove an injured goose and his response was “We don’t do that” and then immediately hung up in my face. I called him back 10 mins later and asked him “is this an animal service place?” He responded “yes, do you need wildlife help?” I said “you just hung up in my face 10 minutes ago when I was trying to get help.” Then he proceeded by saying “ok” and hung up in my face again. I’ve never contacted such an unprofessional business in my life, and for him to be the OWNER acting like that towards customers is extremely embarrassing. Don’t use this company, there are ones out there that are wayyyyyyy better and treat people with much more respect. I’m disappointed in John and this company and will never refer them to anyone. He has a horrible attitude and will just hang up in your face. It’s a truly pathetic business model. DO NOT USE THEM.

John with this company was responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would, explained how the squirrels were entering and what was needed to remove them. After setting the trap we heard the squirrels rattling the contraption designed to allow them to exit but not re-enter. After a week, John returned to remove the trap. We had him seal all possible entries and are satisfied with the result.

I called this place because I thought I had a mouse or some sort of critter in my house and wanted someone to come take a look ASAP. I called around 8am and John picked up the phone right away and was able to come out within a few hours, so one star for that.<br><br>Before ending this call, I asked about pricing and John told me there was a $200 fee for live animal removal, which I was ok with. That was all that was mentioned regarding pricing.<br><br>Upon arrival to my home, he took a look around for not even 10 minutes before deciding that there was nothing there. He did offer to take a look in the attic but it was sealed, so we left it as is. I asked him what the service fee was for coming out, and he told me it was a $200 flat rate fee. Over the phone he said a $200 fee for live animal removal, which was not done. He never mentioned this "flat rate fee", so I genuinely believe he charged me the full amount because I live in a nice neighborhood and he felt like I could afford it. What makes it worse is upon looking at the website after the visit I see where it says inspections are free. That is essentially all he did, considering no animal was found, so I definitely was overcharged excessively, and it was done purposely.<br><br>Before John left there was a box that I thought the critter might have been in. The box was empty after he looked in it so I mentioned that I would take the box out and dispose of it. John insisted that he could take the box as he left.<br><br>I left my house about 30 minutes after he did and found the box he took literally laying IN THE STREET in my neighborhood right across from my house! He didn't even dispose of the box properly. For $200 that's the least that could have been done, but instead, he littered in my neighborhood. Completely unacceptable.<br><br>Needless to say, I will not be using this company again in the event that I need any type of animal removal.

I woke up to a bat flying over my head @ 4am! John answered on the first ring! He arrived on time, as promised; the little culprit was captured (humanly) and John was out! THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOOOOOOU!

John came out on time knocked out all my rodent problems and had my house back to normal ASAP!

Unfortunately, he did not properly seal my home. I called John to fix the issue and he told me he did not know who I was and that he did not do that anymore. I had to pay another company to come out and actually seal the home. He had only sealed half. Do not recommend.-unless you want half the job done.

We found a copperhead in our backyard on Labor Day. After calling and leaving a message, I was called back within a few minutes. Within 30 minutes, someone was out to my home and had removed the copperhead from my yard! I highly recommend them!

Timeline of events:<br>Tuesday, I see a raccoon in my attic. I call John at 7pm and he takes my call! We schedule for tomorrow morning.<br>Wednesday, John arrives, gives me a great quote I agree to and he sets up traps.<br>Thursday morning, I see the trap worked! I call John and he removes the animal and seals up the hole it made.<br><br>Excellent timeliness and customer service.

John had sealed off my attic and somehow the squirrel was entering from my neighbors attic!! Townhouse. John came back to investigate and track down the issue. He was determined to figure it out!! I appreciate the speedy service!!!

Excellent Service! I had an issue with squirrels! He was able to remove the squirrels without harming them. He also fixed the issue that allowed the squirrels to enter under the shingles on the roof. I was a little skeptical about the price, but I’ve never had an issue with squirrel, so….<br>Bottom line is no more squirrels!!!<br>Yayyyyyy

I saw a big black snake in my backyard right on my tiles near the kitchen sliding door. It then slithered away on my mulch on the side. I called this company n John came. He was here for quite sometime looking around, even checking neighbors' yards n the wooded area. Then he checked my front yard n he found him on my grass in front. I was so relieved. I'm still shook up cause never seen such a big snake in my yard. He made one happy customer. 😊 I highly recommend him. I called him n he was here in 15 to 20 minutes 👏 👏

I am very impressed with how this young man that owns this company stays cool, calm and collective especially after I called him 3 times I'm the middle of the night. I told him where the bat was and he went right to it and had the bat caught in less than 5min. Very professional and provided me with the security of getting rid of the bat. Wow, John was absolutely amazing! He was literally at my residence 15 mins after I called. The entire job took about 15 mins to remove the birds nest and pressure wash the waste from my porch. Truly grateful for the great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I called Wildlife Removal Specialist of Atlanta spoke with John he was able to come by within two hours of my call to check it out. Fortunately it was nothing major! I have called on John a few times in my current and previous home as well. He has been my go to wildlife service for the past 15 years! I highly recommend this service provider. 👏🏽

Wildlife removal specialists were great! They came out the next day, inspected and found the issue and were back the following day to fix it! They spent two days to close up all of the entry points and sanatize and repack the insulation. They were quick, courteous, clean and explained everything really well. I really appreciate it! I would highly recommend.

Had a squirrel invasion. Called John and he was here the next day. Put up a cage to make sure nothing left in hole the squirrels made. Out they could get.. in no. A week later came and secured hole.. unfortunately squirrels wanted in so they ripped more wood off and John came back same day I called and put up more fence to keep them out. Great experience and would recommend this company to hep you rid your home of rodents.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please don't... I really don't like to leave reviews of any kind and rarely take the time to do so, but I am beyond mad. We paid for a FULL exclusion on our house (roof rats--ick!) which was a lot of money...too much for some mesh and wood traps. We are STILL having problems 5 months later and they will not return phone calls, fb messages or messages on their website so they can't say "This is the first we've heard about it". Not to mention John left trash all around the yard... Probably to make it look like he did something. We have resorted to bait traps with poison which I didn't want to do, but I don't want our house damaged. They will get your money and run and do not honor their word, contract or work. Now we will probably have to pay another company to REALLY solve the problem. STAY AWAY!

Called a company I shall not name to remove a birds nest from my dryer vent and was quoted $995.00. I called this company shortly thereafter and he charged me sooo much less. The previous company went in my attic and said it was a big job. John went up and said that it was simple. He was done in no time and extremely professional! Hopefully I won’t need him for any other “wildlife” removal however he’s the 1 I will call if i do!

They came and inspected our home for 30 min, charged us $300 and reassured us they’d come back if we had issues. When I called them to come back, a different person came weeks later after I called several times and wanted me to pay another $1,100 to finish the job. He claimed the flashing from 1 year ago was terrible and needed to be replaced inorder to get the gurantee. Meanwhile we have another dead rat in our attic and they are nowhere to be found. If you value your dollar RUNAWAY!

I began using their removal service in September 2020 and paid $895 including Wildlife Exclusion Program (1 year Gurantee). A few weeks later, the tenant notices the same noise in the roof and we requested the company to check the roof again which is within their 1 year guarantee program. However.....I have been calling since Oct/Nov/Dec 2020 only to receive nothing but lies, excuses and BS from this company. JOHN and CHRISTY are the owners who constantly lie about sending a representative over the next day or the following day but no one shows up!!<br><br>The first initial job was done so horribly that the traps that was put in place fell off the roof. After multiple attempts to schedule someone to come out and finish the job, I gave up and reached out to John to cancel my services and request a refund. John said their company doesn’t allow refunds, but no where on their contract does it state their refund policy. Highly recommend going with another company.

I liked them,they got out to me fast. The office manager was very easy to work with. Very professional group of people. On time, took the time to explain what they were going to do and why and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them.

Paid $495.00 in April 2020 to have a outlet trap placed near my gutter and roof for bird exclusion. 6 months later... and I still have the outlet trap on my roof and birds are still building nests on my gutter. These people never came back to even follow up and see if the issue was resolved..<br><br>They took my money and never came back to complete the job.. Until this day..... I'm still calling these guys weekly to come out and complete the service that I PAID FOR! but they keep avoiding me! Stop beating around the BUSH!<br><br>I'm also not the only customer experiencing these issues as you can see in the reviews!!!

The individuals I interacted with were both great and I have no complaints about them personally. We requested a bat inspection and exclusion if any were found. The area in question was gaps between wood panels and the brick siding of the home. This particular area did not lead to an accessible part of the house/attic so there was no way to visually confirm the presence of bats. I was hoping the removal specialist would be able to provide a more educated opinion than just myself. Unfortunately all we got was a $400+ quote for use of expanding sealant from a can and a rolled piece of hardware cloth as a 1 way exit. I have no issues with the work that was performed because it was exactly what the tech described to me when they got here but I wish there would have been a little more effort into the investigation as to whether or not we even have bats to begin with.

I called Wildlife Removal Specialist at 7:00pm to remove a snake from my attic, I explained the situation to the person on the phone and he said his guy was going to give me a call back I asked what was the charge for this he said between $175.00 and 250.00 I told him that was fine as long as the snake would be removed from my property, His employee gave me a call and came to my house my husband was there since I was driving back home from work, a few minutes later I get a call from my husband telling me he thought the guy was going to remove the snake, I told him that in fact he was suppose to do that, He said they guy just left and charged me $175.00 just to take a look and since he did not see anything he said there was nothing that could be done and left, I told my husband let me give him a call and the employee never answered. If I would have known that I was just going to get charged just for him to show up to my house, We could have just left the snake inside (right??) and when my husband asked the guy aren't you suppose to remove the snake he said i can't do anything but it will be $175.00 for the service charge which was a total waste of money especially in this hard times.

Excellent response time & service! After calling 4 other local "pest control" companies, I luckily called this company. They were polite & ready to respond - took all my information & were on-site within 30 minutes, the job was complete 5 minutes later! Very easy to work with & very good at what they do - would use over and over again if needed

I am so glad i found this company to help me with the rat problem i was having. They came out and immediately found where they were getting in my house. They went over with me what needed to be done to stop the rats from getting in and gave me a reasonable price i could live with. They were very professional and buttoned down my house where no rats could get back in. I couldnt be happier and i have recommended themto my friend Jennifer who has a problem with squirrels.

I would love to give this company a good review, but I can't. I called the Snellvile location to have them come out to get rid of squirrels in the attic. I should have heeded the sign when they didn't call back the first time, but I called them again. I talked to Randy and he said they had the wrong address written down that's why they didn't come. Randy and his coworker came out and accessed the problem and said they saw signs of a raccoon and a bat and not squirrels. They said there was a hole in the fascia board where it was getting in, that they would repair, that never happened. Long story short, they came back out and placed a trap for the raccoon and affixed a wire mesh over one gable for the bat. But, it looks like they did not remove the bat first. The trap stayed in place for about two weeks and it was only suppose to be there 7 days and checked every few days. The hole was never repaired and I had to call them to come check the trap which they said that they forgot about. There was no raccoon caught and no hole repaired and another gable left uncover and I am out of $875. I have called several times to have the situation rectified and keep getting the runaround. I assumed that Randy did this to other people because I spoke with someone name Chip, he said that a crew had been fired and they had done that to other customers. I went with this company because I checked their rating with the BBB and saw it was an "A" rating and it had multiple locations. It has been about 2 1/2 months and I am still waiting for it to be rectified. Just be aware that you may get had and I still have squirrels in my attic.

They took my money & nobody came back to complete the job, I still a outlet trap at my corner garage and now squirrels are back in my attic....don’t pay these guys until the job is complete.

I can't say enough positive things about this company!!! My "ox was in the ditch" because a squirrel had chewed into my attic and was wreaking havoc. I called the company with my termite protection, because they also advertised wildlife removal service. They came out gave me a quote and said they could get to me in 2½ weeks. I called Wildlife Removal Specialist of Atlanta and they came out the next day on Saturday and fixed the problem for half of the termite company's quote. When the squirrel chewed in again, they came back the same day I called and put up another exit tunnel in the rain.<br><br>Austin & Jake were spectacular!!!<br><br>If you have a wildlife problem, you can't go wrong with Wildlife Removal Specialist of Atlanta!

John and his son were awesome. A opossum got into my crawlspace and died. It was in a hard-to-get-to spot, and the idea of removing a smelly dead opossum from that location was too much for me to handle. They got the job done fast and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

This team is great! They are very personable and are quite knowledgeable in the extermination of squirrel. Now three months after initial treatment and our house and attic are free of nasty rodents and bumps in the night. We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this company.

I decided to call on these guys after buying a house that had rodents in the attic. The previous owners left a rat trap and other deterrents to try to keep the rodents out. Obviously, none of their methods worked and I did not feel confident I could tackle this on my own. That's when I called on John to inspect the place and get to the source of the problem. He found evidence of mice, rats, flying squirrels and raccoons and recommended a full exclusion which he did and so far, not a trace of any critters in the attic. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone dealing with rodent issues.

I called early on a Monday morning and someone was here in a few hours. I am very pleased with how quick the removal of my bat problem was and how exceptional the area was cleaned.

We called these guys out a couple days ago about a disgusting smell like a critter died in the kitchen. They showed up within a few hours and removed a dead bat from the oven vent. Good, quick service at a reasonable price.

Deserves zero starts. I called on 8/15 and tried to schedule someone to come. They gave me somone who works evenings but was going away and when he came back he keep saying he couldnt make it and supposedly gave my information to another employee but I ended up calling 3 times on 8/21 leaving 3 reminders for someone to speak with me and received no call back and no shows. Communication is was horrible. I had to find another company which was unfortunate because I wanted to use a local business. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The gentleman took out a snake from outside electric box, filled up the snake hole and helped turn on electricity since we had lost power. It was a quick, no hassle appointment.

They never showed, never called to cancel. When I called them they were very nice but still no one showed it called after that. They never tried to reschedule. Waste of a day. Don't use!

This company and their service is the worst, I've ever had. I had squirrels in our attic and called out Wildlife Removal. The gentleman mentioned that they guarantee that the animals would be removed. After paying, he went on to explain that they put mesh fencing on the external part of the house, which is a trap lowering the animals to that direction and not able to return.<br>After several days (7) we noticed the animals were still in the attic. Upon calling the owner, he came back out but advised that he will not remove the animals by hand, curse at my wife and spoke aggressively to us and left.<br><br>After dealing with squirrels in the attic for over a month, we had to end up using our own method to remove the squirrels, which we found one dead in the garage.<br><br>These guys are scamp artist and thieves. I WOULD NOT CALL OR USE THEM FOR ANIMAL REMOVAL SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!!

Extremely professional. Had a snake crawl into my garage while I was working there. My guess is it slithered pass me and went underneath the garage door so i got lucky not to get bitten. Dominic (i believe) was right out within 30mins. Extremely patient and polite, my garage had a lot of boxes and was messy so it took time for him to move around a lot of the boxes around the entry point of the snake and he looked and just couldn't find. Just as we were about to give up since we could not find, he decided to look on the other side of the garage and he found the snake hiding underneath the grill. This was very much appreciated by me because i work here daily and it was right by the entrance into our home from the garage. Hopefully i won't need them again but this is the place to go to for animal removal. I rate them 10🎆

Jacob came out straight away and was able to catch the snake in our yard actually on top of our outdoor tv. he later confirmed that it was a water moccasin thank you so much Jacob!!! you rock!! jacob caught the snake within 5 minutes even though the snake was being quite aggressive i highly recommend this company!

We had a squirrel issue in our basement. The Technician (Jacob) was great! He answered all my questions, sealed various entry points, and really took his time to determine the root cause of the issue. I'll definitely use them again if needed.

This company has a very knowledgeable staff. They knew my rodent problem, just by troubleshooting on the phone. The prices were competitive, and they had excellent reviews. I no longer have squirrel problems.

We called John to remove a squirrel that had been hiding throughout the house. During the first visit, he gave a thorough look around the house and the basement. There was no luck, but he ensured us if there was any sign he would return. About five minutes later, when the squirrel had reemerged, John rushed back to continue the search. Strangely enough, there still wasn't a sign of him. Promising to return, John left and gave some tips that would allow the squirrel to leave on its own. But nevertheless, about 15 minutes later we heard the moving in an unsuspecting spot and once again John rushed over. This time, with some heavy lifting, he was able to find and capture the squirrel. The dedication and service provided was top notch and worth every dollar. He will make sure that the task is completed no matter what. Do yourself a favor and support.

I don't want to be writing a bad review for this company, but I feel like I have no choice.<br>I paid $400 to have squirrels driven out of my attic. After 2 visits and zero decrease in activity, all of a sudden the company had "lost" my contract and told me that I had only paid for a "partial exclusion."<br>First of all, what's the point of a partial exclusion? If there's 5 entry points, and you cover up 4 of them, what good does that do me? Second of all, the squirrels are inhabiting and entering the exact same part of the attic that was supposedly treated. It's not a huge area. It's a self-contained attic above my porch.<br>Even though I laid all this out for them, they still wanted an additional $350 to do a "full exclusion" that would be "guaranteed." Yeah right. The first job was supposed to be guaranteed.<br>So I basically took $400 out of my pocket and burned it. I wish they would either come finish the job or give me a refund. Now I'm stuck with squirrels in the attic until I can save up even more money to find a different company to fix it. Really really upsetting.

My husband and I were startled to find a bat in our house at 2 a.m. On Sunday night. Wildlife removal Specialist of Atlanta was the only company that answered my call. They are definitely a dependable company, and were courteous despite the hour and our panic. They removed the bat and stayed for an hour to go over the house and make sure there weren't more. I had a mess with some squirrels in my attic and had never dealt with a situation like this. I was very happy with the removal of the pests and hired them to clean up the attic. Both jobs were done to my complete satisfaction and I would recommend that if you have problems with critters you hire these people.

Couldn't be happier. Jace came out on time for the inspection and quickly identified the issues we had with a potential bat problem at the house. The inspection went well and we were easily able to schedule a follow up at a very reasonable price given the large amount of work we needed. He and his team showed up on the very early end of their window on the day of the pest proofing and were in and out in less time than they'd originally thought, keeping me posted as they went over the phone so that I could go into work, and took pictures of their work. Great stuff.

If there was a 10 star rating, I would give just that. These guys do what I would call an unpleasant job, but they do it professionally with smiles on their faces. They are knowledgeable, and educate as they go. I would recommend these to anyone. The prices are reasonable, and they are very upfront, about what they're going to do. The job I hired them for was large, requiring a lot of work. They delivered. Everyone from the front office, to the owner, to the men who responded to my problem, were fantastic to work with.

A squirrel decided to make my attic his home and it was right over my bedroom driving me CRAZY!! I actually called John on a Sunday (ref by Trust Dale) he returned my called the same day, gave me a very reasonable quote, came out on Wednesday and the squirrel was EVICTED the same day. We live out of town and were selling a house in Georgia. During the inspection, some rodent activity was discovered in the attic. John came out the same day to provide a quote and was out there the following day to complete the work. His quote was more than fair and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and thoroughly. He also made the process so simple considering we were out of town and he sent pictures documenting his work. John was honest and told me exactly what work was and wasn't needed. I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Animal Pro's after reading all of their reviews. They removed squirrels and rats from my attic, cleaned it up, and sealed all of the holes. They were very pleasant people, and got the job done quickly, as far as price, they were about 10 percent less than the other 2 company.
