In response to the rude employee and the owner’s attempts to rectify the situation, the establishment has ceased answering calls and texts. They were responsible for breaking my Reese’s lights, which they apologized for. They subsequently offered a $300 discount, despite my increased payment for repairing the broken lights and wiring. However, they have now given us no further opportunities to make amends. Furthermore, their unprofessional behavior over the phone is unacceptable and will not result in business. I strongly advise against doing business with this establishment and would not recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to them for an attic clean-out and insulation upgrade, and the entire process was seamless. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They showed up right on time, explained every step of the process, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. You can tell they take real pride in their work—every corner of my attic was cleaned meticulously, and they even discovered and sealed a couple of air leaks I didn’t know I had! Not only did my attic look brand new when they were done, but I’ve already noticed a difference in how well my home holds temperature. Their pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. It’s rare to find a company that’s this trustworthy and thorough. Attic Masters came to me through a referral from someone my nephew knew and they were pleased with the job that was done on their attic. I called and made an appointment for an estimate and hired them to clean, sanitize and replace insulation after the Eaton fires. Across the street from my house was completely destroyed. I was very pleased with how thorough they were and with the repairs they did as well as how timely they managed to perform their service. They took pictures so I could see the before, middle and completed job.

I needed new insulation for my attic at my rental property in Sherman Oaks - it was really old and time for new insulation as it was also kind of moldy. Attic Masters came by for an inspection and was able to resolve the situation. I went with the spray foam insulation and couldnt be much happier. Go with attic masters if you need help with crawl space cleaning, attic cleaning, or insulation replacement!

I agree with the other reviews, Juan and team are the best. I had put off having the insulation in the attic fixed for a long time, and I wish I had not waited so long. After they were done, my attic looked like new and this is where my office now is.

I “think” it was a job well done, but was disappointed that I never got pictures of the job when finished.

I was very happy with their service and professionalism. I didn't go in the attic myself to check the insulation, but a couple of electricians have been up there and commented that it looks good, without me asking. So the fact that other service professionals took the time to mention it, makes me confident that it was a job well done!

It’s been several years ago, but Attic Masters came and cleaned out all the old, rat “affected” blown-in insulation, cleaned out all the old mess, sealed up some entry points that rats had found, sprayed a disinfectant throughout the attic and relayed fresh batt insulation. The crew were terrific workers with friendly and positive attitudes. I was worried about them making a mess; wasted concern! The guys were diligent in maintaining cleanliness and preventing any old or new insulation to creep into any part of the house. As we had some insulation before, and our climate is mild, we didn’t really notice a big difference difference, but knowing what “had” been there, I still better when I have to go up there and can see a clean, thick layer of new(ish) insulation. I have already referred these guys several times!

Juan and his crew did our attic in mid-Nov 2024, after the asbestos removal service (was done by another company) . Attic Masters Insulation Services did a great job- removal and replacement of insulation materials and air ducts, dryguard treatment, air seal and rodent proof, etc. Every step was done properly yet efficiently. The materials of both insulation and air ducts are up to CA code and are good brands. I think this company pricing is very competitive and reasonable- I had 9 companies came to give estimates, 6/9 companies gave me outrageous prices. Juan offered me the best price and he did not try to rip me off. He was forward and helpful. The crew was very respectful to my home, cleaned up after they completed the job. I highly recommend this company.
