Dylan let us know in advance that he was on his way. I spoke with him about some questions I had regarding other services which he explained very well. He was courteous and professional.

Dylan explained what he was going to do today and made sure we had the opportunity to ask our questions without rushing through everything. He was pleasant and professional.

He did a fine job doing outside work. The mixup was when I set up the service. I asked office/appointment setter to let me know what time they were going to be there to make Sure someone from my household would be there to let him in to do the inside along with the outside.

Andrew was very friendly and did a thorough job. With snow still on the ground he couldn’t complete everything but said to call when it melted and he would come back.

Katherine communicated a delay in the appointment early on and gave an accurate update. Once at our home she was very easy to talk to and explained what she found very well.

David was quick and efficient. He took pictures to show me exactly what he was talking about and explained a lot of thjngs I had no idea about regarding attics. He was very thoughtful and kind as well. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Marina was patient and listened to my concerns. She was thorough and got rid of wasp nests that I hadn’t seen myself. Happy I signed up with Moxie. UPDATE: Came to leave a review and had already left one. To add, David H helped me today with mouse traps. Was very friendly and informative. My toddler was scared and he gave her a coloring book to win her over. Also suggested sticky boards, I’m happy with his service!

The tech knows the property. He remembered the areas I wanted treated from the last visit. He was on time and does a very efficient job while looking out for our dogs. Thank you.A+++

He’s been over a few times now and has been doing an amazing job! If a spider happens to make it through before our next scheduled treatment, he’s always quick to respond and comes to treat quickly.

I was very pleased with Connor. He was thorough and considerate at his job. He checked in with me, asked if I had any concerns, addressed those concerns, and kindly checked in with me when he finished. I will ask for him again next time.

We've been getting a lot of wasps, so signed app with moxie. Matt came out today and did an awesome job as far as I can tell. He got into areas where I wouldn't even think about Good job Matt.

Antonio with Moxie was out for my quarterly service. He was friendly and polite and I REALLY appreciated the heads up he gave me when he was on his way. I had him come inside this time to treat my basement for spiders.

Jesse was great. He explained everything he was going to do for our treatment. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. He also explained what we were entitled to thru our Moxie membership.

Dylan provided a thorough explanation of the process and was very detailed with his recap. Gave us things to look out for this season and was very helpful in addressing a wasp nest. Great customer service, overall.

Scott’s been to my house a couple of times: to inspect for termites a couple months back and recently to inspect our attic. Both times he was professional, timely and respectful of our home. He also asked how our pest service has been thus far offering to call out the team if we needed extra service. I especially appreciated how well he explained our situations and what Moxie could do to better our home. His follow up reports are very thorough which made it easy for me to explain his findings to my spouse. By far Scott has given us the best customer service of any company that’s worked in/on our home.

Kaine did an exceptional job at my home yesterday! He listened to my concerns and went the extra step to assure that there are additional traps and feeder in place. Kudos to you, Kaine! Your customer service is awesome and gave you & your company a 5-star rate!

I would strongly advise against using this service due to misleading sales practices and failure to deliver agreed-upon services. A salesperson came to my home and offered an attractive introductory rate. Before agreeing, I specifically asked whether there was a contract and was clearly told there was not, and that I could cancel at any time. Based on that representation, I agreed to move forward. After two service visits, I was extremely dissatisfied with the results. During the second visit, the company claimed a technician had serviced my property; however, no one ever arrived, which is clearly documented by my security cameras. When I attempted to cancel, I was informed that I had been placed into a contract—directly contradicting what the salesperson had stated at the time of sale. I continue to experience the same issues the service was supposed to resolve. I work full time during the week and requested weekend service, as interior access is required. I was initially told weekend appointments were available, only to later be informed that no weekend appointments exist. These inconsistent and misleading statements further eroded my trust. Based on my experience and the evidence I have retained, this company’s practices appear deceptive. Collecting payment while failing to provide the agreed-upon service, combined with misrepresentation at the point of sale, is unacceptable and suprised this company has not been lead to legal consequences. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be stopping my services the day my contract is up.

Alexander has come twice now and is so friendly and thorough. I have issues with Moxie’s communication but their technicians are always wonderful and prompt. Hope to see Alexander again, he’s doing great!

Joe was very helpful and have us some great tips to continue to keep the pests out. He did the routine treatments and explained what he saw very thoroughly.

Senaka did a great job! Was very personable and friendly. Asked where else we might be having issues and did his work thoroughly. Highly recommend him/Moxie.

Dustin was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions. We would love for him to be our regular service rep each time!

Dylan was in charge of our quarerly service. He was very personable and explain all the things he did. After I said that we had seen a couple of wasps in our upstairs bathroom, he came inside and used some repellent in vent and window sill. If we saw any more, he said to call and they would investigate further. We have used them for years. Always satisfied with their service.

Jessie for Moxie came and did another great job for us. They don't just spray, they knocked down the webs, checked for issues, updated the rodent trap bait, and check our termite traps. Very nice and friendly too.

Dylan was so helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to introduce himself, ask about our needs, tailor treatment to best suit our home and was friendly and kind! Best quality service!

Jesse was a joy to work with. He reminded me of what we have as a member and when they would be out next. Moxie does a great job!

William was flexible in understanding we were not home when we received the notice he was arriving soon. He was willing to wait 30 minutes for us to arrive. He dusted, sprayed, set up our mouse traps and refilled the ones we had. He also worked during our big snow storm when it was literally freezing outside. Great job and service with a positive attitude.

D’Angelo did an ahmazing job removing a hornets nest from the side of my home. 1,2,3 quick as that. We felt better after his visit!

Senake Hinton was my field guy today. He was thoughtful asking me if I wanted to reschedule due to the rain. We chatted through some questions and went ahead with the treatment. He followed up afterwards to let me know all of my bait boxes were empty. No one has done that before.

Dylan was very informative and helpful about spraying for spiders. He insisted on not coming inside to discuss anything because he didn't have his show covers on. He also made sure our baby was out of the house before he started the interior. He was quick and even informed us after that we can't do the inside more than once a month because of the babies. Moxie has been great. We’ve been using them for pest control for over 2 years now. Joseph recently came out and did a good job. He showed up as scheduled, was polite and efficient.

Johnnell is a professional - extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and pinpointed the problem immediately (like within 2 mins of getting to my home), offered advise how we can remedy our mice issue (due to a hole in our aircon duct) and proceeded to do what he came to do up and down, all around our home. Highly recommend this man! Thumbs up! Ask for him on your next service call.

My field expert Johnnell did a great job, explained what he was doing completely, and showed me an area where pests could have access to my house and recommended what to do to fix it. Very grateful for that as I wouldn’t have noticed it at all! Very friendly and thorough!

David stopped by to perform routinely scheduled maintenance. Was friendly, thorough and explained what was going on at all times. Worked quickly and took time to chat.

We just started using Moxie this year after having a spider infestation last summer and we have already seen a huge improvement! We are so grateful to Austin for coming out and doing a warranty service due to us seeing some spider activity in the past couple of weeks. He was quick and efficient, he even went through and got all the spider webs that have popped up inside and outside of our house since our initial service. Moxie's service as a whole has been nothing but excellent from spiders, to mosquitoes, to termites they have covered us in every area and concern. Highly recommend and completely worth the price.

Had services done by Dylan G and he was absolutely wonderful. He let me know when he was on his way, when he arrived he noticed me and told me what he would be doing, completed the service and left me a note. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Anderson was truly a professional when dealing with our insect problem. His friendly demeanor really made the experience great. Anderson should be a leader among his peers in showing how to deal with customer the right way.

This company will charge you for services they do not render. Their technician came out and was at my home for maybe 9 minutes and did not do anything, there were wasp nests left and webs left in obvious spots that should have been caught. They have been a nightmare to deal with a scar as customer service goes. They purposely make it hard to cancel and impossible to get a call back. I reached out two separate times to cancel and they said no one could help me and told me I would receive a call back within 48 hours. Neither time did this actually happen. I do not recommend this company whatsoever, from their technicians to their customer service it has been a dreadful experience.

Used Moxie for a little less than a year - for the time we used them they were fine. However, I sold the house and moved to another Denver location and did not need their services (we now live in a privately owned series of 4 townhouses that already has pest control). The termination fee was "80% of the leftover services" (a total of 2 services were left - one in November 2025 and one in February 2026) so the cancellation service was $238. Don't get swindled by this company.

Phil showed up on time and was able to answer some questions and concerns ahead about possibility of carpenter ants in my new load of firewood. He also treated the area around them saying that that would take care of any possible issues. The rest of service was performed at timely fashion, and very thorough. Very pleased for the work that he has done as well as the overall job from the company.

Senaka Hinton definitely sets himself apart from the rest. Keep up the great work! Would love to have him back. The message he sends letting you know about the services he provides was awesome!

Guilherme arrived at my home on time and ready to work. He greeted me with a smile and told me what he would be doing, and got to it forthwith. He got the job done with no fuss and finished quickly, and was on his way. I am very satisfied with the service I receive and definitely recommend Moxie and their team as a pest control company!

I did not watch Will do the work, but what he described on the card was that he did general pest control with home inspection, dewebbing, yard treatment, dusting, rodent bait boxes, and foundation spray. I suggest that the list of services shown below should match the services on the card that the rep leaves on the door knob. That would make it easier to match services actually performed to the survey questionnaire. Based on what the rep says he did, I think he did a reasonable job and deserves a tip! The price paid Indicated below is what we pay monthly. I believe it is overpriced, but I have not compared it to other providers.

Dylan explained the treatment and answered my questions. When I mentioned earwigs inside the house, he happily offered to spray the interior in addition to the exterior. He was considerate about my dog. It definitely makes a difference which technician provides the service.

Joseph was great! He listened to my concerns, acted accordingly and let me know when he had completed the service. He was pleasant and professional. Nothing against Joseph, but I think the service was slightly overpriced. We initially signed up last year when Moxie came to our home. The girl was nice however she talked a lot and it was a bit overwhelming. I did feel as though I was hoodwinked into signing up for a full year and our cost for service went up from what she initially told me. I had never lived in a subdivision before and was not aware of the door to door sales pitches that occur so frequently and with the same pitch. "Hi, we service your neighbor a couple doors down and the neighbor on this other street, etc. They thought you might be interested in our services, and we have a deal going." Something along those lines - same speech from every single service under the sun. That was a lot disheartening when we caught on to the game. Now we have a sign up that says "no soliciting" and for the most part it has deterred most. Having said that, for the most part we have been happy with the service. Yes, sometimes the creepy crawlies are more active after they come but logically I feel like that is to be expected and Moxie does provide a followup service free of charge, so I guess it softens that initial blow. Everyone is nice and professional - so I have no complaints about that and to be completely fair - what I stated about their sales practices is not really a complaint, only a factual account of what we discovered and experienced about living in the burbs. I'd still recommend them!

Great verbal communication and explaining the services that will be provided that day. Made sure to follow up before he left with everything that had been completed. Overall, he was very professional with great customer service.

Joseph was very professional and very thorough. He came informed and prepared to address our additional issues. I have been on the fence about continuing our quarterly service with Moxie, but Joseph’s excellent service changed my mind about cancelling.

Silva was friendly and courteous. He checked in to make sure the dogs were inside and did his job quickly and thoroughly. We have not had any problems with spiders or mice getting into our house since we started working with Moxie.

Jesse came for my quarterly service today. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and went out of his way to ensure my pest complaints were attended to. He replaced a rodent trap that was not functioning properly, and explained when/how I should ensure that it remained effective, making sure I was aware that Moxie would return any time to treat standard maintenance issues.

Amazing services as usual, Dylan came for our quarterly service, it was pouring rain and he was very quick at explaining what he was going to do and giving me the option to leave the paperwork on the door so I didn’t have to come out in the rain! Very professional and did an amazing job!

David did a fantastic job today. He went into the attic to battle wasps and then treated the back of the property. And he did it all with a smile. Great service.

I having recurring monthly service with you and not satisfied with the service yesterday the 9/22/25. He missed a lot of things around the house like a wasp on the three in front of the house there’s so many wasps in the three and then He didn’t come to the dining patio for spiders. We did start with you guys few months ago but nothing’s better.

Jesse from Moxie was great! He called before he came, was very friendly and kind, and he showed up on time. There was a chance I wasn’t going to be home, and he even offered to leave some extra bait boxes in a bag on our porch, so I could replace the ones inside. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Jesse for any pest control needs.

We are so happy with Moxie! Great customer service, we’ve had some spider issues this summer and their guaranty service has been incredible besides the quarterly maintenance. Shout out to Cole, he’s helped us several times and he’s the best!

Joe did a great job. Started with questions about whether we had any pest issues. Then explained all the procedures planned - wipe all the eaves for cob webs and insect nests, spray foundation to prevent pests and granular treatment of front mulch area. Everything was executed as planned.

So impressed with the customer service the communication of their work. Simply the best. John has done an outstanding job for us over the years highly highly recommend!

Dylan did a good and thorough job of the general pest control service. He was kind and answered questions to my satisfaction. I do think the price has gone up too much since we started using this service but it does help get rid of ants and spiders which is what I use the service for the most.

From the start, Dylan was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He didn’t just do a quick spray and leave – he made sure to check all the problem areas and treat them carefully. Every fall we spray to help keep spiders from entering our home, and it helps keep them outside.

John with Moxie has been out to service our house the past couple of times. He always does an amazing job and even spotted paper wasps going in and out of our vintage truck. We are happy to have him.

Our technician, Joseph, was wonderful! He arrived on time, was very friendly and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made us feel confident in our decision to work with Moxie. We couldn’t have asked for a better first service experience!

I was extremely annoyed when I came home to find the plants below the area of the insects to have been trampled! There was no need for this! Your technicians could have brought a ladder, positioned it over the plants, and stepped up the ladder instead of on the plants. I was so frustrated on seeing this, that I told my husband we should cancel our contract with Moxie. It would be no use to train anybody because you always send a different technician, never the same person. So even though I'm happy that perhaps the insects are gone this time, I am extremely unhappy with the trampled plants because that part was not necessary!

Joe was fabulous!!! He did everything we needed. He was so nice & reassuring. He is the first pest control person to actually have solutions to annoying problems. I will stay with Moxie IF I can have Joe to do the service at my house. He is truly the best!

John did a reservice on my property this morning and I must say, moxie has nothing but great and polite employees. But when John came inside he was very easy going, personable and friendly not only to me but my elderly grandmother and elderly aunty. Stand up dude even let me watch him check the bait boxes to see if they were effective. Any moxie employee is great but John went above and beyond sharing his knowledge and his insight to help put my worries of effectiveness at rest. 10/10

I’ve been using Moxie for two years now for quarterly inspections. All their technicians are professional, courteous and thorough. Dylan came on August 29, 2025 and was fantastic! He took care of multiple wasp nests and even advised me on bait boxes that were ready to be collected. Thank you Dylan!

He completely got rid of the wasp in our dogs kennel door area. Safety for a dog is so important and I am so glad that it is completely gone. I tried to get it, but of course got stung once and decided I needed the professional professionals thank you so much for your time and coming out so quickly. He did an awesome job. Kaine called to ask whether I was available earlier than the scheduled window which I appreciated. He had no notes telling him about the sticky boxes in my garage so did not know to change them, however when I called and asked whether he might be able to come back, he was able to do so and I really appreciated that! Very pleasant and helpful young man.

John R. came by our house today for a an inside and outside visit and he was by far the best we have had at Moxie. They have all been wonderful but he went above and beyond! He listened to our issues, fixed them, and made sure he took care of us. Hopefully we get him the next visit too!

Today, John R of Moxie visited my home to provided targeted services for ants. He was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and super friendly with my pets. I appreciate his dedication to quality customer service. I hope he is dispatched to my home for future services!

John R. came by today and gave the best service we’ve had so far. He listened to our needs and payed extra attention to the spiders and beetles we’ve seen lately. He also provided insights to our ability to call for spot services when needed, which I hadn’t realized are free per our contract. I’d absolutely welcome him back for all of our future services!

Did good work around exterior. However, while we appreciate that the technician knocked down a wasp nest above our front door, we did not appreciate that the tech did not clean up the mess of the broken up wasp nest now at the base of our front door. Would have been nice customer service touch to clean that area up before leaving since it is our front door primary access to the house…..was left pretty filthy. Thanks

She took care of the interior and exterior and found wasp nests that we weren't aware of. Also Moe the solicitor was very professional and personable. Truly enjoyed the service and glad we switched over. Moxie has great employees.

Super thorough , great customer service! We have a huge wasp problem occurring and Moxie is on top of it - handling them so that they leave and don’t come back. I like that they use non-toxic to people and pets treatments as well. My technician was Will and he was great— friendly and thorough!

John R. Is AMAZING! He completed a warranty service for me on 7/3/25 and was so kind, amiable, informed and helpful! He walked me through his treatment routine and even educated me on safest places to spray. I am terrified of spiders and his expertise gave me the confidence and calm I needed. He made me feel very comfortable and I am confident in his work. I’d love to have him complete my treatments any time!

Avoid !!! Failed to show up on the scheduled appointment . NEVER received any notification whatsoever and when I went to my patio the next day I was greeted by hundreds of ants. Called Moxie and was only then told that they failed to show up for the appointment. We rescheduled and upon arrival the tech asked if there was any particular area of concern and of course he was told about the ants from the week before. The NEXT morning my dog came through the dog door covered in ants . Made multiple attempts to call Moxie w/ no response. Went to Lowes and bought ant killer and sprayed myself and they have not come back. I cancelled the service and now Moxie is attempting to charge an early cancellation for NOT DOING THEIR JOB !
