An administrative staff member at North Seattle College caught a DOC violation and brought the DOC rat research program to our clinical nursing building. PURCOR Pest Solutions terminated the rats and the rat researchers. The U.S. Marine Corps paid for the service, but we were happy with how easy PURCOR got a hold of our billing and had already left to our location. They trusted us and we trust them.

We received our regular service and when I told him of inside activity in our bathroom he came in and treated. Very happy with his service today was very nice and provided a tip I didn’t know.

Seriously your team needs to take requesta seriously and do what you promised. If you just ignore the problem or just forgot to do it which makes the problem more serious isn't reasonable at all. No i do not recommend them at all if you want your problems solved and my contract will be terminated

We had a fantastic experience with Purcor. We thought we had bed bugs and were able to get a next day appointment during a busy time of years. Jesse had excellent communication and arrived in a timely fashion. He was thorough and extremely helpful in guiding us towards next steps even though they didn’t involve needing to work with a pest control company. Amazing! Bed bugs are scary and resilient. Daniel has been doing this for 30 some years and he made me feel at ease and that it could be resolved. I haven’t felt hope because of this situation (that was brought on by squatters) for 2 years. He was adamant this can be out of our lives. Good People.

This company has been providing my home with pest control services for almost 10 years. They use environmentally friendly materials that are extremely effective. For outdoor treatments they arrive quietly, apply the needed treatment, and leave my gate secured when they leave. If weather interferes they will reschedule at my convenience as soon as feasible. An excellent company to deal with, and the technicians are great 👍🏼

DO NOT give Purcor your credit card information. After requesting service cancellation in August due to incomplete work and billing errors, Purcor charged my card $2,783.03 WITHOUT authorization over a month later. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Problems throughout: -Did not complete contracted work, left job site without cleanup, unresponsive to follow-up calls. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.

The tech that came out today (Justin) gave the house a thorough inspection and left “food” for several trails of ants. He seemed very confident in what he was doing. The proof will be seen in a week.

Taylor always does above & beyond, and this time did not disappoint!! He came to the door before refilling the outside boxes, did a great job getting some spider webs removed, in addition to the other services provided. It is nice to have a service technician with a pleasant professional manner.

Quinton was courteous, professional, and thorough. Quinton was very aware of the places the bugs / spiders were gathering due to the cooler temperatures. He sent a text to alert me of his ETA, checked in on arrival, and provided a summary of his findings prior to his departure. I appreciate this level of customer service.

FAST & REASONABLY PRICED! We had a large hornet nest uncovered by the excavators on our job site on Vashon Island, which put an immediate stop to the work. PURCOR came out the very next day and eliminated the nest, allowing the job to continue. They did not charge us extra for the next day service, or for the fact that they had to take a ferry to get there. They will be our go-to pest service for all of our future needs.

Within a few hours of calling Purcor, we were able to get Taylor out to our home to spray for persistent sugar ants. We are impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of Taylor, the technician, and Johnny in the main office. We were attracted to the environmentally friendly approach to insect control and the lack of pressure to sign up for more than we were seeking. And it was really fun learning fun ant facts!

Jeremy was great, he did a throughout services, very detailed, and explained all things with me, answered all my questions, very glad we have him as our technician!

We have been using Purcor for several years now and had experienced its changes from a privately owned local business to becoming part of a much larger company. The level of customer service and on-site technician service is largely dependent on who-you-get that day. I had talked to very informative helpful customer service agents and not-very-good ones who were more interested in selling me a home inspection package than addressing the problem on-hand. As for the technicians I only had one extremely talented, caring, and knowledgeable guy whom I trust. But unfortunately he doesn’t work my route so it’s impossible to request him these days. The rest of them who had come through our house over the years did their job but not totally being honest or correct about everything. Overall, in comparison to some other pest control companies we had in the past, Purcor is better and that’s why I am still their customer. Their fee had gone up exponentially with inflation, right now it’s capped at about $172 for a quarterly maintenance service of exterior spraying and rodent bait refill. I think it’s overpriced but so is everything else these days. As with many other small businesses Purcor is doing what it has to do to stay competitive such as improving their customer service and offering more services, as evidenced. Overall, I appreciate their accommodation and flexibility to my schedule requests. I would recommend them should anyone ask.

Purcore has been our pest solution for a couple of years and I recommend them very highly. Our typical specialist is named Azure and she knows more about bugs than anyone I’ve ever met - And seems to really thoroughly enjoy her job. Even if we’ve had substitute – they’ve done a good job as well so I can highly recommend this company for your pest needs.

Dependable and communicative. Jeremy always texts before arrival and lets me know if anything has changed. Has gotten more expensive lately but so has everything.

The only thing holding me back from a five star has nothing to do with Daniel, but that the weekend answering service seemed to not forward my urgent message to schedule us ASAP so I had to call back Tuesday to get on their calendar. But Daniel came out next day and was great.

Nicole is a great tech. This morning I saw her servicing a neighbor and I asked if I was on the schedule. I wasn’t due for a few weeks, however I was having issues with wasps and their nests. She was happy to add me on her service for the day and said anytime I saw her and needed her to stop by she’d be happy to. I recently signed up for Purcor service as I had a sugar ant problem. I live in the Seattle area on Lake Washington. Jon, our assigned technician, arrived the next day. He assessed both inside/outside of our house. He applied the necessary treatment and also provided bate stations. He also cleaned areas where there were visible spiders/web and also sprayed the solution. Overall he spent over 90 minutes at the house which I found impressive. We were clear of ants inside the house for days. Then they came back with vengeance within 3-4 days. I first called the toll free number which they advised to wait up to 14 days which seems to be the standard response on the internet but found unacceptable. However, Paige called me to follow up the same afternoon. She expressed concern and scheduled Jon the next day to apply additional treatment at no extra cost. Jon came and spent another 45 minutes listening and reapplying treatment. We left the bate station in the one location as it was quite active. Everywhere else seems to be back to normal. Jon also made recommendations on keeping ants out of the house. Of course I double checked his the info online and made complete sense. I cannot complain about the level of service I was given. Paige and Jon are both awesome! Thank you so much! I’m glad I went with Purcor. I will follow up with another review in a year. Just an FYI, 4/5 neighbors beside me also use Purcor.

My roommate and I have been with PURCOR since late last year, we really struggled to find an exterminator that was affordable, until we found PURCOR. When we asked about a quote, they basically got back to us within 20 minutes. We had been really struggling with ants and mice for about a year. And we had tried everything under the sun to try and handle it ourselves. But since we've been with PURCOR, already in the last about 7-8 months we have seen major improvement. I'm not coming home or waking up first thing and dreading finding more ants all over my counter. Jeremy, our technician has been incredible. He's very knowledgeable, he's professional, he communicates really well, and I am very pleased with his service. I highly recommend these guys!

One of the many things about Purcor Pest Solutions that I like is consistently seeing the same technician each time. Terry has been doing the service for this property for many years now. It is familiar to him and he is able to identify issues with plants because of his familiarization with the property. Terry treat our place as if it were his own and takes the time to be thorough and complete. Always friendly, he gets to work fast and follows up when he is done to address any issues he may have. Great service! I really appreciate Terry and the work he does for us!

Damon is always good with communicating with me. He always lets me know his ETA. Sometimes he texts me the day before, so even when I don't get a reminder call from the company, I'll know ahead of time when to unlock the gate for them. He answers all of my questions, and follows the instructions when I'm not home. I appreciate his work.

Azure was incredible! Very knowledgeable and gave our business lots of tips. Things that don’t work, things that do, and then ultimately heavy hitting options if we were to ever need it. Thankfully we don’t need those heavy hitting options yet. As a maintenance guy I know how important the individual tech is and they can heavily influence a customers experience. Purcor does a decent job with pest protection for our house however if you have a taller home, Purcor does not (yet) have equipment to reach the exterior eaves where spiders love to live and lay eggs (see attached photo of eaves just treated yesterday- equipment can’t reach). Jason our Purcor technician is thorough professional and he does a great job with the equipment provided.
