The whole team we worked with at Guardian was great. Maksim who did our original estimate and Deimar from the office were super-helpful, and everyone they sent out was super professional and left our place clean and the new gutters look great. Totally worth it!

We have a big roof and were happy to have a large crew tackle the job which minimized the disruption. Its not a quiet process inside the house...I'm very pleased with the appearance and attention to details with the flashing and added vents. Thorough clean-up, fair price, I'm happy that we went with Guardian.

Our experience with Guardian was excellent from beginning to end. Jimmy who came to give us the bid was super through and the video to see what was going on and a step by step explanation of what the process would be helped a ton. Antonio was the project Superintendent and he had great communication, and kept us updated and made sure the project went smoothly and informed us of any updates or changes that would be happening. We'd work with them again!

Our roofing specialist, Ron Otis, went above and beyond during our roofing consultation. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable, providing helpful insights on the possible cause of a leak in our roof and going as far as 1) getting on our (very tall) roof, 2) putting a scope down our vent pipe (potential culprit) to understand its shape and take a video for us, and 3) inspecting our roof/gutters/caulking around the edges to help further pinpoint the issue. He did all of this at no cost and was very honest in his assessment, as the solution ultimately did not require a roofing company to do any work in the end. We highly recommend Ron and Guardian Roofing.

Carlos did some testing with a moisture meter, but it has been 3 months since my roof was removed & experienced leaks and some time since it has been replaced, so no moisture was detected. Carlos was friendly and explained that a decision on repair of the small amount of cracked & separated plaster skim-coat is not up to him, but he would be reporting back to Joey who would then get back to me.

The guy who does the sales and initial inspection, Dallas, was excellent. He was on time and very detailed and caught some issues that a different roofer didn’t catch (the other quote I got was DOUBLE the price of guardian as well). The actual roofing project, however, had some hiccups. The first day they shot a nail through a wire which shut off power in half of our house. The project manager was prompt in calling us back and sending out an electrician the next business day to fix it which was great— it was just a freak accident so we didn’t sweat it. But then, the next day, they messed up our water heater exhaust vent which could have given us carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t notice. They came and “fixed it” but it was done improperly a second time. Someone came to fix it AGAIN and they didn’t do it right either (it needs 1” clearance or else it’s a fire hazard— it was touching the attic wood). Finally after a lot of micromanaging on our part the foreman came and did it the right way but it was a very long process with a lot of missed work shifts on our end to let people into our house for a project that was supposed to take two days… The price was reasonable and the project managers were very prompt to send people out to fix stuff but it was very stressful having so many things go wrong in the first place and makes me worry about spots that we can’t see/double check the work on. I’m glad that we are savvy enough with home repair type stuff and could double check their work but if we didn’t double check we could have had CO poisoning or a burnt down house which is very worrisome.

As the owner of multiple buildings I've had the opportunity to work woth several estimator and crews. Everyone has done a great but, but Darwin was my last estimator. It was clear from the beginning that he had an outstanding understanding of building construction and roofing. We have a flat roof and he was able to locate it quickly. He'll be my estimator from now on.

Erick led a team of 4 that replaced our old cement tile roof with shingles. They did an excellent job in cold weather and made sure our unfinished roof was protected from the elements. Very timely work and great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend Guardian.

I had no issue getting other companies to come to my home and provide bids, and I ultimately hired one of them. This company, however, took a week to get back to me and then put up excessive and inappropriate barriers just to schedule an appointment. They required disclosure of personal financial information (where my wife and I work, our individual incomes, and how long we’ve owned our home) before they would book a visit. They also refused to schedule a time unless both of us were present, even though I work from home and am availble. Between the intrusive questions and rigid requirements, the experience felt less like a consultation and more like a screening process. I told them to forget it and moved on.

I want to thank Patrick for his patience, kindness, and effort to help me understand what my roof team was doing. The also followed through with sending me all the photos so I can hopefully use them for insurance purposes. He did a great job making sure the sight was truly free of things that could hurt my puppies. Thank you so much!

Edwuin and crew arrived on time for a total house/garage shake removal/ new sheeting and shingle job. Got right to things and by all appearances did a fine job, under pretty miserable, wet conditions at times. Good clean up after each day and primo one at the end. Now awaiting new gutters to put this project to rest...

I got a complete reroof, gutter replacement, chimney crown and tuck repointing from Guardian Roofing. The gutter replacement and chimney work went great, no complaints there. The challenges came in during the reroofing process - there was delayed communication of the number of sheets of plywood needed until after the reroofing process was completed, the sheathing on my garage was removed without allowing me to tarp the car first, and a vent was dented. Chester worked with his boss Cam to give me a credit for the extra plywood that wasn't communicated properly, as well as offering to send me help to clean up the mess in my garage. Carlos was dispatched to replace the dented vent cap at no extra charge. The takeaway here is that if problems arise, Guardian will resolve them to the best of their ability. I would wholeheartedly recommend them if you have a large project you need to get done.

The finished roof looks rough, some areas now collect water, and our concerns were never resolved — on top of contract and communication issues that felt very unprofessional for a $6,000 job. — We hired Guardian Roofing to fix an active leak above our dining room. The salesperson told us the job would include replacing the plywood on that roof section and installing a gutter downspout extension. We paid a $2,000 deposit on the spot. The contract was signed electronically, but we didn’t receive a copy for five days, despite being told it would be sent right away. During that time, the salesperson became unresponsive, and when we called the office, they initially had no record of our contract or deposit, which was extremely worrying. After the work was completed, we saw that the finish quality looked rough and that water was beginning to pool in several areas. Photos of the repair process clearly showed that only part of the plywood had been replaced, even though we had been told the full section would be addressed. When we raised these issues, the company pointed to the delayed contract copy — relying on wording that was incomplete or vague — to justify doing less than what had originally been described to us. Only after we pushed back, and the original salesperson acknowledged what he had said, did the company agree to install the gutter extension at no extra cost. Still, the whole process felt disorganized and unclear. The job required three separate visits, and even then, our main concerns with the finished work were never addressed. The seams and vent patches look very rough, with heavy, uneven adhesive that is clearly visible from inside our home and from our neighbor’s property. In several spots, rainwater now collects instead of draining properly. When we brought this up, we were told the work met their standards and, in their words, “we are not decorators,” and the discussion kept shifting to explanations about torch-down roofing instead of the quality of the workmanship. Overall, between the rough finish, water pooling, contract confusion, and communication issues, we walked away disappointed as customers. What we were hoping for was simply a properly finished repair that looked professional, worked reliably, and didn’t draw attention from neighbors or our HOA. Despite repeatedly raising our concerns, the finish and drainage issues were never resolved, and the overall process felt unclear and disorganized. Based on our experience, I would encourage future customers to read reviews across multiple platforms and make sure expectations about both scope and finish quality are clearly aligned before committing.

Guardian roofing exceeded our expectations with our roof replacement. Alfredo and his team did a great job. They had great communication throughout the process, professional, neat, cleaned surrounding area, and completed the whole job in one day. We are very happy that we chose Guardian Roofing and feel that we have the best roof in our neighborhood.

They were fast and thorough, hopefully it shows in the quality of product , only time will tell Edwuin Ruiz and his crew were quick clean and thorough wish I coulda bought those boys some beer

I am still looking for Jimmy to come out and give me an estimate on my shed. Antonio was out and didn't have the spray paint to touch up where they spray painted the vents it was wet when they painted and it ran off. Overall the crew were outstanding and couldn't be happier. Though the estimator was kind and thorough, I was informed that the work was all or nothing. At the time I was not interested in gutters or chimney repair, I have since added this to my other estimates. I was quoted over $44,000 by guardian, yet $20 and under from other licensed, bonded, and warranted work by three other companies. They are upselling the same product and service I can get elsewhere.

Jorge and his cousins work good, I really appreciate them, really knows their job. They really have the experience and expertise in this kind of job.

I had an issue of my gutters flowing over during the last 2 storms. Tech came out 11/7/25, and took about an hour and a half to look at my gutters along with my roof an chimney. A few days later, I get a call from the scheduler saying that the tech missed some items and needs to meet me "in person" for the quote. I said what where the questions and see no reason to meet again and take time off from work. Scheduler replied something scripted and did'nt answer my question. It's now 11/17/25, no returned call or email. What a waste of time. Too many hands in the pot that I can't get a returned call or a follow up system that does'nt work? And for me to check what's going on just tells me not to deal with them. If you look at the lower rated reviews, it looks like this is common. You lost me as a potential customer. Unacceptable and don't call me.

My roofing date was established quickly. I expected to get a call Thursday or Friday to tell me about my appointment on Monday. I didn't hear until Saturday. but it wasn't a big deal. Froylan showed up with his partner on Monday, and they got right to work. They actually completed their cleanup in the dark! On Tuesday, there was a crew of three, and they surprised me by finishing the whole job! I was told it could be three or four days. All of the crew members were very nice. They did a great job of cleaning up, and the roof looks great!

Jorge and his crew did a wonderful job reroofing my home. They had to work extra long hours after unexpectedly finding that all of the old plywood sheets had delaminated.

Guardian Roofing had their technician Carlos come out and fix some shingle damage. This was a previous full roof/garage replacement. Carlos was knowledgeable, throughout and courteous.

The Guardian crew did a great job on my roof replacement. Jose arrived early each day and explained the plan for they day. The crew tarped off all areas that might be damaged by falling debris and were careful to contain all removed materials to the appropriate areas. They did a thorough clean up after each day's work and on completion of the project. I would definately recommend Guardian for your roof repairs.

Started off with overpriced services but agreed to proceed based on positive reviews. Roof cleaning lead to a) dirt all over our driveway and inside garage from excessive water use and b) damage to several outdoor plus that had to be replaced. Took company a week to finally fix. Overall, extremely poor service- HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINT USING THIS COMPANY.

Tried to get an estimate for an outdoor enclosure addition we are building on our log home and they wont provide an estimate or talk about the project until a foundation is poured. Hard to get a total for a project to get a loan this way or even get a confirmation that they would do the project, they wouldn't even talk to our Contractor to go over the measurements... really disappointed. They did provide a link for roofers in Washington State

He failed to keep his promise to provide an estimate after the inspection. Although I am not fluent in English, I was able to understand what he was saying. However, he said I wasn’t smart enough to understand and refused to explain what the issue with the roof was.

Richard was thorough to evaluate and inspect a possible leak and arrived to assess. He was experienced, professional and honest. It turned out that there wasn't an issue actually on our roof and it turned out to be a siding issue just near rooftop deck. I didn't end up needing their full services but appreciated this business for ensuring there wasn't any adjacent problems or causes that they could deal with as roofers.

They tried to overcharge me by over 3 grand. Luckily I did a couple more estimates. Very scummy

Guardian did my roof in 2023 & my gutters/fascia in 2025. Very happy with the quality of materials and workmanship, both systems look great and are a big improvement over what we had for 20 years prior, price was right. They worked with scheduling issues in my end and came out multiples times for a single job because my old brick house needed some tuckpointing after the old fascia was removed. Great experience all around.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Guardian Roofing for a complete gutter installation and roof repair. They took the time to assess the condition of my roof and gutters before offering a range of options that best suited my budget and needs. They were very transparent about the process and answered all my questions and provided photos prior and after the job was complete. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and always kept me informed at every step of the project. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Guardian Roofing and would highly recommend them.

I don’t know about their services but they don’t seem to respect people’s time. Had a gutters estimate appointment time scheduled a week in advance. They were not at all apologetic about canceling it the day off. I don’t know what’s going on with Google reviews but I guess I should have checked other sites to get a more balanced picture.

This technician had the best customer service ever, he was extremely detailed in the way he did our project and was mindful of every aspect from start to finish. Our home is once again beautiful again.

We had fascia boards replaced across one side of house, a skylight replaced and chimney repairs. All of the work was done by one professional, Uriel who did a great job. He was very detail oriented and clearly took pride in his work. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Carlos Echeverria arrived yesterday to troubleshoot our cement tile roof leak. He performed a thorough review, going first, into the attic space and then on the roof outside. He reported his findings with photos and proposed a solution that Guardian roofing will follow up with. I was very happy the outcome so far.

We had moss removed and a treatment applied to our roof today, and the technician did a very good job. He was very thorough in cleaning up, which we really appreciated. He showed us pictures after the job was done, and we are very happy with his work.

Dallas Del Rosario did a wonderful job of inspecting the roof from inside and outside. Video of the entire roof, including the chimney showed us the condition along with a good explanation of what would be done to clean the roof and do some maintenance around the chimney. Very knowledgeable and personable and professional.

Ron showed up and was professional and polite. I thought I needed a new roof but he informed me that mine was good for another 5-7 years. The other companies I had bud did not do this. He offered a product that would extend the life of my roof and was on his way. I appreciate the honesty, and the manner in which he conducted himself.
