Ben at Energy Saver Solutions did an excellent job with our heat pump install. They gave an extremely competitive price, but beyond that Ben was very communicative and the team was quick to adapt to curveballs that came up throughout the install. They were able to get the heat pump in within a week of me deciding on them. Will definitely come back to them for any future HVAC needs.

My AC was leaking water near the unit. They found a clogged drain line and it had a crack pan as well. They cleared the line replaced the fan and everything’s dry and working great again.

Energy Saver Solutions really helped us out when our forty year old furnace broke down at the start of winter. They were out here that evening and we were set up with a new heater by next day! We will continue to use Energy Saver Solutions for our heating and air needs.

Ben showed up in a mask, professional and friendly. Ben took a good look at existing water heater, gas meter, and was great at answering all of our questions. I liked the detailed estimate continuing with a tank water heater or changing to a tankless system. Energy Saver Solutions certainly earned a 5 star rating for their estimate.

Sean did my annual maintenance. What I love about Energy Saver Solutions is that they do not push new furnaces on you. My furnace is pushing 30 years old, and it has had issues. I am sure than another company would have pressed me to replace it, but they just fixed the issue. For example, today Sean pointed out some corrosion but again just suggested that we keep an eye on it rather than replace the whole thing. As with everyone from this company who has ever come to my house, Sean was unfailingly polite and respectful.

Extremely dependable when it counts. They have replaced our furnace and installed our central air conditioner. When the seattle gov inspector came to inspect the work, as required, the inspector actually said, "it's nice to inspect their work, it's always top notch". I obviously am happy with Energy Saver Solutions and think I made the right choice.

I got the AC until install very quickly, when all other companies were giving appointment after a month or so because of the busy season.
