Took the time to explain every detail of his service today, what happened at the last visit and made sure that we were fully satisfied!

Casey provided impeccable service. He was extremely professional, thorough in his work, and very knowledgeable answering several questions I threw at him. My mother moved in with me from Washington State. Several of her boxes brought down a flea problem. We were receiving bites daily. The Workman Team has been strategically treating our house for a couple of months. I'm confident in saying our flea problem is under control. None of us are receiving anymore flea bites. An additional benefit is Workman uses pet friendly products that present no danger to our cat. I turned in a request for a quote yesterday at about 10:30 pm. They called me almost immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. The technician was timely and polite.

We have a big garden, fruit trees, and a lot of moisture and grass in the backyard which has been attracting a variety of bugs for years that like to make their way into the house. I was a customer for a year when it was Green Leaf pest control. I did not have any problems. When I noticed any dead scorpions they would come out and respray at no charge. Now that it is Workman Pest control the technicians do not wear booties over there shoes and track their dirty shoes through your house. My biggest frustration with this company was when I had an ant infestation in my pantry. I called during "normal hours" and they said they could get someone out in 48 hours....Not an I am sorry, Not any suggestion on what to do in the mean time. Just sit and wait. Once I closed my account I had an email telling me my account is closed and there was nothing due and I had a zero balance. Two days later they emailed me a bill. Absolutely PISS POOR Customer Service. BYE!!! I use Green Mango now and it is a much better company.

It seems every time I have to call and have them come back because they do not do the job that they gave me the estimate on. I just hung up from Greenleaf about this treatment because I watched on camera and the entire front yard was not done and then the perimeter of the property was not done. Someone needs to start paying more attention to the people who work for this company. I'm not paying for a job that is being halfway done. I also I'm not recommending them either.

The most thorough pest control tech I’ve ever had. Spent so much time outside making sure every nook and cranny was sprayed, even in 115 degree heat. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Today we had our first pest treatment and so far I'm impressed. Ya I didn't get a call before they arrived, BUT obviously they listened to me when I said to please make it as early as possible because I'm very busy at work and today I have over an hour drive to where I'm going. They were here at 8 am. Which I believe is their first appt. Thank you for that. Also the tech was unbelievably courteous and knowledgeable, which is always appreciated. I have an ant hill, I guess that was disturbed by the landscapers and my backyard was like a blanket of those big ants. I would like to thank them also for coming out right away. I will update in a week or so on the effectiveness of the treatment, right now it wouldn't be fair to say anything about that.

We would like to share our deep appreciation for the technician who came out to our large property -- and took care of our needs with professionalism -- because it is quite large -- he worked it like a champ without complaint! To my horror, I saw termite tubes in my kitchen. I had another company inspect my home before I purchased it four months ago. No visible termites. Since I had a contract for regular pest control on a bi monthly basis, I reached out to Workman Pest Control. They were able to come to my home within a one week timeframe to Inspect and treat my home. Casey was on time, courteous and educated. He treated my home within a two hour timeframe. He was very thorough Inspecting the inside of my home for visible tubes.(Thankfully, only the ones in the kitchen were active). He then went to trench The perimeter and open up hard surface holes around the perimeter. He treated the perimeter of my home. Casey put everything back in beautiful condition and treated the interior where the visible tubes of the termites were. He left 3 very small patched holes. I highly recommend Workman Pest Control. Their work was exceptional, no more termite tubes!! 1 year warranty!

Very friendly technicians. I saw that they also have moved things out of the way of the spray and cover the area very thoroughly. For example, he moved our watering can such that it is not sprayed. I was very impressed. They also made an extra trip out when we noticed some extra activity; all as part of our normal service.
