Daniel was awesome! He was very thorough. Checked around the house both inside and out. He took care of the termite mud tube. Explained how the gel insecticide worked to kill the termites and hopefully the queen. What to look for in the coming weeks/months and what to keep an eye out for if I need to have him come back. The Terminix person came out and did their annual inspection. He was very polite and ask questions about any possible activity and and looked at a couple potential spots. Even though he did an inside and outside inspection, it was not invasive, he did it quietly, and very professionally.

They have the worst customer service ever! First, wewere looking for an inspection to sell the house. They lied, said we had to do the inspection that extended the warranty (without knowing if the buyer wanted to stay with Terminx). Finding that was the wrong inspection, they rescheduled, and after waiting three hrs, no one showed up. Finally got the correct inspection<br>These big companies that have decentralized offices, not in your area, much less your part of the country do not serve the clients well. Find a local company where you get care by people who are trained in the business. This was a horrible experience!

Daniel was on time, most pleasant, and explained the situation with a new termite tunnel I had discovered in my garage wall and options to deal with it. Foam was injected inside the wall and we’ll watch for any recurrence. 5 stars!

I had an interior home inspection by Daniel for termites. He was very thorough in his inspection from floor to ceiling. Great at educating the home owner on subterranean termites, performed his treatment, cleaned up and left in less than an hour! Great service and professionalism at its best.

Daniel showed up introducing himself. He walked the property looking at the pods for bait and termite tubes. He said things looked good wrote the report and asked for my signature. He asked if I would complete a review.

Today Shawn with Terminix did an excellent job that went beyond our expectations. He arrived within the time frame ready to work. Before getting started he clarified his work order and another worker's order. We were unaware the Pest and Wildlife Exclusion Correction was scheduled for today. He patiently answered my questions and explained how crucial it was to get that project completed today. It was agreed that both projects can be done today to keep us and Terminix on schedule for tomorrow. He placed the bait traps in record time and offered to do the second project when his coworker got over booked. After notifying all parties with Terminix his Supervisor Mike showed up and together they both secured our basement and attic. Before leaving Shawn showed me all the corrections. These corrections were neatly performed. Thank you Shawn, Mike and Terminix!

Even though he came to pick up the bait traps (as I have cancelled my service with Terminix), he was very professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills. Daniel is a great representative for the company. Had I dealt with him earlier in the process, there might have been a different outcome.

Chris and his GM came today to take care of our restaurant. They really took their time today and moved all my fridges, ovens, etc to both discuss cleaning schedules as well as baiting each area. Terminix has always been extremely affordable and they work around our schedule without any issues. Strongly suggest giving Terminix a shot for all your pest control needs!

My initial contact with Terminix Scottsdale was with Josh (in sales). He knows his stuff. He was able to reassure me re the situation after he did the inspection . And again because I knew nothing about these things he was able to explain everything about the process. He made an unpleasant situation more tolerable because he is so well trained in his field and pleasant to work<br>with.<br>The workers were all very professional and Daniel in particular was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions that he answered fully. Reassuring me that Terminix had my best interest. Doing a thorough job is important to me and he and the other workers did that. Our installation was primarily in decomposed granite over dirt. One recommendation is to pull away the rock before drilling the holes for the bait stations, and then finish the installation by covering the station with the rock, so the excavated dirt isn't visible mixed in with the rock. Cleanup finishes the job nicely.

Daniel, the technician who came out today, was fabulous. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly a hard worker. He addressed the termite problem efficiently, treated the area thoroughly, and cleaned up afterward. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Would have loved to use their services, but after a failure on their side on scheduling our original appointment After we were given a date and time. Add to that having to call in after 24 hours so WE could ask about scheduling, and got a 55 minute hold time before we just gave up makes me concerned for the care and diligence they take in other areas of their business. So I went with another company service that was interested in my business.
