I had an urgent book binding need, and the rep Marshall at 6501 Greenway UPS was amazing! While other stores asked me to go elsewhere, he instantly helped me without any delay. At other locations, they kept my book for 24 hours and didn’t do anything, but Marshall got it done right away. Highly recommend him for fast and reliable service!

Be ware of this store<br><br>I needed to print blue prints for my house 10 pages I printed 2 sets a total of 20 pages of 24x36 these guys charged me $15 a page. I did t realize this until my partner told me it’s about 4.50 a page. I went back to them thinking surely there’s a mistake , so I’m told they charge 2.50 by the square foot! Btw this is black and white blue prints, for a total of $328.00<br>In the mean time we go up the street on Greenway at PSP for the same prints $2 a page for a total of 43.64<br><br>If this is not price gouging I don’t know what is !<br>You have options. Do not go to this store they are at least double in as well! Call around d for pricing when you want to ship or print .<br><br>Update- received a refund for the improper charge! Thank you

I had to ship a stereo speaker to the manufacturer and did not have a box. The charge for the box was $10 which was fine but then they wanted to charge me $24 for packet. When I said that’s ridiculous cost for a little bubble wrap, They then reduce the charge for packing to six dollars which I thought was still excessive.<br>You asked whether it was your store for sure and I I am absolutely certain it was your store. I have the name of the employee and the employee number. But I do not want to share that with you because I do not want to get the employee fired.

I came in today with several Amazon returns. I was immediately greeted by woman. Once I reached the self serve Amazon counter, the same woman came over to help me package everything up. This amazing woman’s name is Heather. I have never had a bad experience, but I honestly can’t say I’ve ever have this type of over the top service. Way to go Heather! You took this to an entirely different level of customer service.

Service was fast and friendly. They have a kiosk for online returns. Unfortunately the company I was returning product for (Oofos shoes) didn't work since they used a different application. The representative knew just what to do and had me in and out in no time.

normally this store does a good job for what they do. today, Izzy, the manager, was having a pms day and was grumpy, not happy, and hating to be here. if you don't want to work, go home, and don't have an attitude in front of customers. Terrible experience.

I normally would never take the time to review a UPS store, but this store and the people who work here is just THAT good. Seriously, they are so fast and helpful, and they do so many other services here. We had a passport emergency and they were able to calmly take care of everything. These guys are total pros. I'm never going anywhere else.

This is my local UPS store for all my Amazon returns and other shipping needs. Marshall helped me out the last time I was there and I was just so pleased by how polite, helpful and friendly he was! He was so patient with me while I fumbled through my phone looking for my Amazon QR return codes…I kept apologizing for taking up his time and he just kept telling me it was not a problem and just waited patiently for me while I fished for the information.<br><br>It’s so rare now-a-days to find employees who are polite, helpful & knowledgable so he definitely deserves a bunch of kudos!<br><br>Regarding wait time, it has never been too busy in here when I have gone, I think the longest I have ever waited was maybe 5-10 minutes but I usually try to go during off hours like mid-afternoon between 2-4pm.<br><br>The 2 biggest errands I loathe more than anything are 1. stopping for gas and 2. going to the post office! Thank you to Marshall for making one of my most dreaded errands a little bit more tolerable :)

Update to Ups response. Thanks for the reply but if that guy is at your store (dont know his name i sure wish i did) I will not go back. Exceptionally rude male employee. I used to come to this ups store regularly for all of my mailing needs and Amazon returns. Well, not anymore. The guy was so rude to me. All I did is ask for a bit of shrink wrap and a sliver of tape (Which other employees have happily provided) he told me in a condescending and very rude tone that they were not Amazon's personal shipper and that it's not free and I would need to buy a box and pay for the shrink wrap and tape. I was shocked by how rude this male employee was and how much animosity he has towards Amazon. No worries, i won't ever come to this location again. The other ups stores don't treat customers this way.

This store was amazing and the customer service was 10 out of 10! I had such a horrible experience at the store on 32nd street and bell and was blown away at the night and day difference. I was in and out in less then 10 mins for fingerprinting. Well worth the 15 min drive from my house even though the other one is only 5 mins away. Keep doing what your doing and maybe offer training at other locations!? Thankyou for restoring my faith in humanity.

Staff here was willing and able to assist in a last minute need. I was catering a dinner nearby for a small group of people and realized that the menu I had originally printed had a mistake. I went to this location and was met with friendly staff that were educated enough to help me with my urgent needs. We pulled up the menu document, made the change and printed the new copies onto quality card stock product. The matter was solved quickly and easily and I was out the door to create a lovely event. I was so happy that there was a location so close that could accommodate my needs with staff that realized my urgency and were willing to help. Will look to this location when doing business in the future.

Everyone at this store was super helpful and helped me get the best prices to get items shipped out to my family.

Customer Service guy behind the counter offered to ship my package for $296, OK, package it, another $296.No way, really. Now another UPS store a few miles away, hooked into the same franchise system as this little shop, had a box to fit my artwork for $78.00, This guy could have seen it, ordered it if not in stock, but no, he thought almost $300 bucks to make a "custom box" more fit the bill. His not mine. Customer service like this or lack thereof, makes me crazy, and a fond hope the franchisee might drop in to ship n something him or herself. Never go here, unless you do not care to be treated fairly.

Went into this store and all I needed was to drop off an Amazon return. Walked in and the guy behind the counter took my package and handed me a receipt. As he gave me the receipt, he asked if I needed any stamps. I remembered that I just ran out of stamps at home! This guy just saved me a trip to the post office and got me in n' out pretty quickly. I think his name was Winston.<br><br>I'm really not surprised because this is the type of service that I've always seen at this location. Not that I need any of this, but they also have mailboxes, fingerprinting, and passport photos too. It's a pretty nice one-stop shop. If you need business cards, I think they are running a sale of them, just ask.

I came to the store to return something and they said that the box was not taped properly. Understandable, but when I asked for tape and they refused to give me tape Even though there was rolls of tape lying around

This store charges a per day holding fee for all packages at $10 per day per parcel. Every other UPS store we have used around the country charges a flat rate of $5 per parcel and holds for up to 10 days. Just a heads up

Poor customer service. Bad

This store was to pack and ship some glassware of my mom's since she moved into a senior home, This was a very rare glassware set I grew up with. Because of the poor packaging the set was practically destroyed, more than half the pieces broken. After a lot of going back and forth with UPS and the UPSStore owner and several weeks of waiting, I did get a replacement payment for the set. I must say the store owner did a lot of follow up with UPS which kept denying the claim, I do not understand why because it was just a couple hundred dollars not thousands, but in the end all was done right by the UPSStore owner.

Overpriced. Would have charged over $100 to notarize my documents.

Phone message "We remain open during the outbreak normal business hours". Normal business hours until 6:30 pm, per Google. My arrival? 6:15. Store closed. Employee inside came out to lock up, asked him about this, told "we're closing earlier due to covid" and "I don't set the policies".

I don't write too many reviews but I wanted to acknowledge the great service I received at this store. I had over 500 color pamphlets I need for a presentation the next day. I was able to go online select my design and submit my order. I was worried about the timing as I only had 1 day to get this done. I called and spoke with Marshal at the store. Both he and the new owner don't know their name, stayed several hours after closing to make sure my order was ready 1st thing the next day. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They employ very professional and helpful staff all around.

I frequently go to this UPS store to drop off packages. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's never a long line. They even have a notary on staff which is also helpful.

I have used Helen and the rest of the crew at UPS store for several years. They are polite, accurate and timely with their work.. Helen has resolved numerous problems for me, which make them exceeding valuable to my business. I Email in the print job, and it's always ready on-time.

I have used this location several times and it was always quick and easy. Last night I showed up about 20 minutes after they closed, not knowing they had closed. As I walked up to the door and saw the hours posted on the door I turned away. Within seconds one of the employees rushed out the side door and said if I was only dropping off they could take it, they even printed me a receipt. I had a deadline to mail my return that day so I was truly relieved they helped me out! Thanks for the great customer service!

The UPS Store - #4020 has been my go to UPS Store, for all of my shipping & postal needs for many years.<br>All the staff from Helen the manager, Marshall, Andrew, Jared & Jamie always go above & beyond the call of duty when taking care of their customers needs!<br>On 9/20/2017, this staff Out Did themselves to accommodate my copy & mailing needs. I was prepared @ home with more than enough paper & printer ink, to copy the 250 plus pages of data that needed to be mailed out the next morning. I knew this was a huge copy job for me, but would have had the afternoon & evening to complete & take to UPS the next morning. Around 3:30 PM on 9/20 I changed my printer ink, but nothing printed & my troubleshooting didn't help. I had no choice but to gather my documents & headed to my go to UPS Store, about a mile from my home & was open until 6:00 PM.<br>Helen & Marshall kept the UPS Store open until I finished @ 7:20 PM! Not only did they accommodate my needs after hours, they continued to assist any other customers that came to UPS!<br>I was so thankful Helen, Marshall & all of this UPS Store staff have always treated me (& others), with the upmost respect & that all their customers come 1st! i've just recently moved to the Scottsdale area, and rented a mail box at this location for my personal and business needs. and i'd like to say 'everyone' here is fantastic, and very customer service friendly. even when i go to pick-up an absurd amount of packages, the staff is right there to get them, and has even assisted me with carrying them to my car. plus; there is ALWAYS a smiling face to 'greet you' when you walk-in their door... #Kudos

Notary and customer service needs improving! The first time I used them, the notary filled out the documents wrong and I had to pay for the forms to be redone at the clerk's office. When I went in to get my money back from the UPS store since they did not do it correctly, I was told they don't refund notary services. The second time I went to them, it was 5:30 pm (they close at 6:00 pm), I was told that the notary service ends at 5:00 pm even though there was a notary still working the counter at the time. They weren't particularly busy and had two other employees at the counter. It would have taken just a few minutes to notarize the document. I ended up having to drive to another UPS location. Ridiculous! Not impressed with their customer service at all!

I get busy at work and miss my UPS driver regularly. So, when I leave work, I take packages with me so they can still get out that day. I'll go out of my way to stop at Store 4020. Rarely is there a wait and the staff is always smiling and ready to help. Also, I can call ahead for little things like laminating, so I don't have to wait. They are just hands down the best. Helen will even help me with advice when dealing with my own UPS account, even though that's the furthest thing from her plate of responsibilities. You don't find that kind of customer service often these days. Highly recommend this store for your shipping and small business needs, and the most personal attention you'll come across. Unbeatable. Great job guys!

I have been using this location for my printing needs and they are fantastic. Helen and all the staff are super fast and friendly. I had trouble with my PDF form and Helen was very creative and resolved my dilemma in record time. I just picked up my copies and it amazes me how they remember everyone walking in the door.
