I contacted Atticare after seeing good reviews from other San francisco homeowner. My attic had very old insulation and visible dust buildup. The inspector who came out looked at every corner and showed me photos so I could actually see the problem areas. He explained how the air sealing and insulation work together and why my home was losing heat so quickly. The crew did an excellent job. They removed the old materials, cleaned the entire attic, and installed new insulation that instantly improved the temperature in my home. They also made sure the hallway and stairs stayed clean while they worked. I appreciated their professionalism and the fact they kept everything simple and clear. I would recommend Atticare to anyone in the San Francisco area looking for real quality service.

Atticare upgraded my insulation and cleaned my air ducts. The difference in air quality is noticeable. My allergies improved and the airflow around the house feels stronger. Five stars for their professionalism specially, to the technician, Sean.

Wilson & crew arrived on time & finished within 5 hours. They were hired to remove all popcorn insulation in my attic, rodent proof it all & install new insulation. 05/14/2025 I would like to publicly thank Maxi Sidawi and his team from Attic Care San Leandro for the excellent service they provided in removing and replacing the attic insulation and air ducts and rodent proofing our 45-year-old split-level home. Their communication was excellent. Max provided us first with a verbal estimate during his visit and followed up with a written estimate. I texted Max a couple of times with questions and received a response within about an hour. I received a call or text message letting us know when to expect the crew to arrive. On the day the work was done they arrived on time and covered all areas with plastic. Each man had his own job or jobs. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done and finished the job much earlier than expected. I would give this Max and his crew a five-star rating.

It was a great experience working with Nevo from Atticare. They handled everything with urgency, we were able to schedule the deal quickly, and they even arranged installation for the very next day. The entire setup was completed in just one day. There were a few missing items in some areas, but they promptly came back and fixed everything on priority. Overall, I was really pleased with their efficiency and service.

We recently hired Atticare USA to install insulation and an attic fan in our 100-year-old home, which previously had no insulation in the attic. We're very happy with the results—the temperature in our home has noticeably improved, especially on hot days. The team was professional, efficient, and the installation was completed in one day. One area for improvement: we weren’t informed ahead of time that the attic fan would require a dedicated outlet. This wasn’t communicated until after the fan was installed, so we had to coordinate separately with an electrician to get that taken care of. It would’ve been helpful to know that in advance. That said, we appreciated that Nevo let us know about the available tax credits for the insulation, which was a nice added bonus. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and the difference it’s made in our home’s comfort.

Updating my previous review. I had Atticare out to insulate, clean, and sanitize my attic. There were some issues with the job: they put a screw through some romex and I lost the lights in the lower part of my home, the vents in the attic were blocked so it began overheating, and some parts weren't insulated as I was told they would be by their sales rep. I tried to get in touch with Atticare both through the rep and their office, but the rep wouldn't call me back and the office kept redirecting me back to the rep. I finally posted a google review and immediately got help from Atticare. They came out and made things right. No problems at all after the 2nd visit! They stood by their work. Ultimately, it feels like they need to work on communication. Had I been able to easily get in touch with their support personnel in the first place, I would have absolutely zero complaints.

Highly recommend Atticare and their services. We had Samual come to the house and look at our crawl space and attic. Both had not been touched since the house was originally built in 1976. Now not only not energy efficient but dangerously out of code. He was incredibly professional, arriving on time and gave detailed inspection with a very competitive quote! Took pictures of the issues we had so we could see first hand. Once we were scheduled the crew was able to complete both spaces in one day. The pictures of our “ new” space are incredible! Can’t wait to see what difference it will make in our heating bill this winter, but during this recent heat wave we’ve remained cool in the house- without a/c. EVERYTIME we needed to reach Samual during and after the work he was immediately available to take our calls. Processional and focused on customer service 💯!

I cannot speak highly enough of Atticare & their entire team. From my interaction with Gus during the estimating/financial side, to dealing with their PM’s @ our house & project close out, the entire Atticare team were professional, efficient, punctual & professional. We had our attic & crawlspace done, along with insulating our garage roof space in May '23. My wife & I are extremely happy with the results. The work was done over two days, attic first day & then crawlspace the next. Both teams over both days were extremely polite & respectful of our home & protected everything during the work. The Atticare teams removed all the old insulation/debris in the attic & crawlspace, & left the new work looking like a new build. I would highly recommend Atticare to anyone looking to get a competitive insulation job done around their house!

I am happy with the job they did. Very professional workers who know what they are doing. Leo was great at providing us options and discounts. However after few months rodent problem started coming up again, requested Atticare total 4 times to come take a look. All I’ve been gettingg is radio silence. My work is under warranty and Atticare seems to be intentionally ignoring. I would not recommend them.

In 2022 I have purchased a house where attic insulation was covered with rat droppings and rodent urine. The entire house smelled with FAUL smell. Prior to moving to my house I hired Atticare to remove the old insulation and install new insulation. They came to the house and "presumably " completed the work while I was at work. They called me at work and told me that by accident they made a hole in the ceiling. I paid them after they fixed the celeing. The rodent urine smell was still lingering in the house and I thought that it would take few months to go away. Three months ago I went to my attic and realized that the workers did not remove the old insulation. They added a new one because the bottom layer is old, Dark, shredded and has rat dropped I ngs while the top layer is white and fluffy. Bi called Atticare multiple times, but all in vain. They take a message and tell me someone will call me back, bit no one called to resolve the issue. I paid a lot of money and did not receive the service they stated in the contract. Be careful! They are not binding to their contracts.

Elmer and his team did an amazing job removing old insulation from my attic and installing new insulation and radiant barrier (including sealing and sanitizing the attic space). Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. They arrived on time and completed everything ahead of the promised time. They were very friendly, and professional throughout the job. They covered the whole path from front door to attic with plastic sheets and made sure there was not a single mark anywhere or a trace of dirt when they left. New insulation is making a noticeable difference in temperature of my rooms. I'm glad I chose Atticare for this work and would strongly recommend them to everyone.

Atticare is one of the best and honest companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. My family recently moved into a new home and we have had a number of random jobs going on at the house. Every time someone went up in our attic space they came down with the same message - evidence of rodents, and minimal insulation. One contractor even removed a recently deceased rat from the attic. I knew it must be disgusting up there. With the summer heat we quickly realized how inefficient our home was. I dreaded the hot days because I knew our AC would barely keep our home comfortable. I wanted to do something about the attic because I knew this was an issue that was just going to get worse and I felt so gross having all that above our heads. I first received a quote from another company to remove the existing insulation, sanitize, seal possible entry points, lay new insulation and install a whole house fan and when they told me the price I knew it was not doable (over $20k). I sadly put that house project on the back burner for a bit. One day I was going through the Valpack coupons and I saw an ad for Atticare. They offered the same services as the first company I had contacted and a discount with the coupon. I figured I would give them a call to see if their prices would be any better. I was able to schedule Leo to come out and give an estimate within a few days. He came out and said the same thing that everyone else has said - that our attic needed a lot of help. He was able to break down the cost of everything per sqft (something the first company couldn’t do). And they were able to schedule the work to be done the following week. At first I told him I wanted to replace our existing attic fan with a new one, but later I changed our order to installing a whole house fan instead (I highly recommend this), and Leo was able to update our estimate without any issue. We needed an electrician to come out and wire for the house fan and they scheduled that for a few days before the attic work was to be done. Super easy. The day came for the attic work and three professional, pleasant, hard working men came out, prepped the entry/hallway spaces with plastic and got to work. They did everything within a few hours, and thoroughly cleaned the spaces when they were finished. We now have a clean, rodent free, appropriately insulated attic with a house fan. All for significantly cheaper than the first quote I received. Our house is so much more comfortable on hot days and our AC finally works well to cool our home. We noticed a difference right away. Oh, and when I told Leo what the first company had quoted me he laughed and said, “someone’s trying to go to the Bahamas!” If you’re thinking about having your attic redone, I highly recommend this company. I hired Atticare to clean up attic / crawl space and install new insulation as well as whole house fan during covid time back in Aug 2020. Right after their service, I went down to the crawl space and found out the vents were not cover correctly as well as many rat poops around. Here is what I pointed out to Atticare: - Wilson told me all sealed in the crawl space until I pointed out the vents from outside of the house. I asked him double check and make sure no holes in crawl space. - They missed many spots in the crawl space area. Still many rat poops, especially on and behind furnace - They missed a large hole in the vent, near by the kitchen corner - They missed a large hole behind the fire space - They missed a large spot next to water heater. I pointed it out and they added mesh. They left behind poops under the mesh they installed... - Several holes in the ground in crawl space. Not sure where they lead to but must seal using foam - John from Tesco didn't wear mask in our house. Only found out when he asked for payment - Attic access board and surrounding area is dirty on paint I contacted Atticare and they dispatched someone to fix the issues. They promised me they have sealed all vents and double checked and not missed anything. I trusted his work and didn't go down to the crawl space to verify. The pest problem has been gone about a yr after we trapped 2 big rats, But occasionally still hear noise coming from the ceiling. We thought it just noise from squirrels running on the roof.... Fast forward to 2023. We've heard mouse crawling sound from the air ducts. I went down to the crawl space and found out one of the air duct that Atticare fixed has been collapsed. In the same time I found out the vent that I pointed out that wasn't sealed is still unseal. I called Simon at Atticare about the unsealed vent issue. He said since it has been passed 1 yr there is nothing they would do. They did a good job on the insulation and whole house fan install. I was planning to hire them to add insulation in the crawl space and HVAC replacement. However since they are not willing to fix their mistakes, I would not hire them again.

Great work at a great price. The only insulator that made sure my knob and tube wiring was safe before proceeding. The house is already cooler and I was able to get a less expensive heat pump.

Atticare was at my house yesterday to remove the old insulation and installed R 38 insulation and an attic fan . All went smoothly and professionally. Leo is a Fantastic sales person and very easy to work with.

Atticare did an excellent job with the attic insulation installation at my home on Dec 2022 (see pictures). Elmer and his crew were punctual and professional. They were thorough during the entire attic insulation installation process. Dylan the project manager did a great job with the initial evaluation process and was able to answer all my questions. He accommodated my last-minute request to reschedule my appointment. I would highly recommend Atticare and will use them again for a future crawlspace insulation installation service on my home.

Attic Care was absolutely awesome. Everything did not to go perfectly, but why they were so awesome is when there was a mistake, they took care of it immediately at no cost to us. No job can run smoothly 100% of the time, but how a business handles mistakes says so much about their company. I would not hesitate to use this company again, they are well worth the money.

The whole process was efficient from getting a quote to the job done. In the evaluation process, Dylan was more professional than the other company guy that's why Atticare was chosen. Hopefully this winter our house will be warmer with less pg&e bill.

Atticare just finished to work at our home and we are super happy. We needed few things done and wanted to work with one contractor who can replace the roof, insulation and install a whole house fan. We found Atticare online with good reviews and we scheduled a free inspection. Dylan our representative came on time, was very patient to answer all of our questions and offered a price with payment plan. We were very happy to pay low monthly payment vs the full amount so we booked the job. Two month after we are very happy, the house is more comfortable and our energy bill went down about $200. We also got complaints from the neighbors about the roof. We will recommend Atticare to everyone

Atticare replaced my old tile roof and Im extreemly happy!! I got 2 other companies to come over but what won me over was the detailed inspection and professionalism. Dylan came exctly on time took a lot of pictures and explained us about "cool shingles" because our 2nd floor is getting super hot. We decided to go with them althogh they came almost 5k more than the other bids. The roof was intalled in 2 days, first day they demolished the old roof 2nd day they installed a new deck and the shingles. The roof is beautiful, the 2nd floor is cooler we couldnt be happier. Spectacular service! Atticare replaced my roof and attic insulation in 3 days! It is so rare to find a company with such good customer service and experience that actually stands by what they say. From the first call to the inspection(that performed by a great professionally rep who named Dylan),all the way to the finished product I could not be happier. It was also very convenient that one company could do both my attic cleanup, insulation, and roof replacement in such a short period of time. Let me say I GOT CHEAPER ESTIMATES but these guys are worth every dollar, my home already feels way more comfortable and energy efficient.

I was looking to have our 20 year old attic insulation done. I had multiple quotes done. Two of which said they couldn’t crawl into our back space where the master bedroom was. Attic care came out and had no issues crawling above our master bedroom and re installing new insulation, radiant barrier, and a attic fan. Our upstairs stays a lot cooler and we have not had to use our AC unit since. We can keep track of our energy usage and bill with PG&E. We run the attic fan all day long and we save a lot more money compared to running the AC unit.

I had a rat issue in my attic and non of the pest control companies I found recommended to clean the attic first. We called Atticare and spoke with Simon at the office which was very informative and so we scheduled a free inspection Dylan came the next day and offered to do a full Attic clean-up, rat-proofing and install new insulation. He also gave us the advise to hire a pest control after his team is done to maintain the results. It all made sense so we decised to go with the services. The team who came to do the service exceed our expectations by far!! These guys are proud of what they are doing and I can tell they have been doing it for a very long time. They clean and rat-proof our attic install new insulation and an attic fan and we can already feel the differance!! I highly recommed Atticare and Dylan to anyone who has the same issue cause you get exactly what you pay for!!

The workers were very professional , neat and thorough! Our attic had decades of debris and they left it looking like new with fresh smelling new insullation, after thoroughly vacuuming and removing all the debris.They were very neat and covered all furniture and areas where they were working. Also, they had the best quoted price of three other estimates. I would definitely recommend anyone needing this service, to call them! We rate them 10 stars...you will not be disappointed! On July 6 Atticcare completed their Attic Insulation Removal & Replacement package on my one-story house with tile roof. Last weekend was very hot outside but inside my house it was comfortable with no air-conditioning and noticeably cooler then before the project. I am very happy with the results. I did a lot of research on-line before picking Atticare and their package included removing all old blown-in insulation (mixed with rat droppings and 40 years of dust), sanitizing, sealing all openings from the attic, inside and all around the outside of the house, replacing with R37 batts and putting aluminum heat shield foil under the roof. (previously I installed an attic fan and put heat reflective film on my windows which are very helpful also and not expensive). The Atticcare on-site team was outstanding, they came with 5 men and a foreman and performed the very difficult work efficiently and with impressive skill. I also was pleased to see that all crew were supplied with full body PPE, cartridge masks, truck had hydraulic lift, gas powered vac --- all in all just a very professional and top level operation

Extremely easy process from start to finish. Made changes to quote without any issues (twice) and then scheduled an appointment for the work within days of signing the contract. From the Project Manager to the office staff, to the professional worker representatives, who arrived at 8am and finished at 4:30pm. They worked the entire day without stop, handled everything on their own (asked for nothing), left our garage and the attic clean, now with very thick insulation! Doing necessary household tasks are never fun and, although this was the most reasonable quote I received, often expensive. ALL the staff at AtticareUSA made the process as painless as was possible. They provided a much needed upgrade to our older home... finished, insulated and created a ladder to garage attic. Replaced old insulation and whole house fan to roof and cleaned up, rodent proofed, insulated & creates moisture barrier to our crawl space. We gained a significant amount of square footage of storage space & now the house is better designed to keep us cool this summer and warm this winter.. Very professional hardworking crew and Francisco was excellent in coordinating the work.

From the estimate to the actual work they did their job well and were very professional and communicative while on site. Roy was super nice and I felt like I got what I paid for. I wish I would have gotten a call the day before though or at least a text for a head's up that they were coming.

I was very pleased with the job Atticare did cleaning out my attic, which was full of old blown-in insulation that had been used as rodent bedding for 70 years. It's now clean as a whistle, and re-insulated perfectly. The Atticare staff were professional, courteous, and responsive to all my questions. I'd definitely recommend them. Atticare’s employees did an awesome job replacing the insulation at our home. They arrived early (!) and finished the job by making sure there was no evidence they had been there. Everyone we talked to and worked with were professional and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about Atticare. I highly recommend the company and the people!

I really enjoyed interacting with the inspector who came out (Milo) and provided me his recommendation and quote. His feedback was reasonable and it was easy talking through options. This is an expensive service- I paid $5500 for 1500 sq ft attic clean-up, rodent proofing and insulation replacement + crawl space clean-up. Pros: The crew arrived on time, communicated arrival times in advance and did a good job of setting up the site. Cons: The sub-contractor who came out to do the job tried to sell me a service on the side (insulating air vent pipes in the attic) claiming it was not covered and it would be cheaper if he did it on the side. I was blindsided since (a) I did not know why that service was not covered to begin with since I thought I opted for full recommended service or if that was omitted because it was not required in my case (and had to call the inspector to clarify) and (b) I do not appreciate the un-professionalism of side jobs and extra payments. Also, I communicated to the crew-lead that there were 2 entrances to the crawl space and right after I showed him one he said they'd start with attic first. At the end of day when they said they are done with attic and crawl space I went on to check from both crawl space entry and found the area around the second no where near clean. On pointing out the crew mentioned that they must have not had access to this part from the other entrance- I would expect better knowledge and judgment or cross checking - they charged me for the whole space- if they could only clean half from one entry they should know to ask that something seems off. They did a quick job of trying to clean up but did not vacuum and also claimed that had run out of sanitizing liquids. What I thought was full service was not nearly full service. Apparently cleaning the crawl space does not mean vacuuming. And insulating the attic does not involve insulating air ducts in there. Too many fine prints. Overall expensive and much needed service but can be better. Has the same pitfalls as any contractor job that sub contracts. ……..……………............ Update: After I posted the above review the company contacted me and sent out a different sub contractor to finish up properly. This crew pulled out a huge amount of additional debris from my crawl space before they said they were done. I don't have a way to verify if this time indeed the work was left complete however I appreciate the company acting on feedback and making attempts to fix the problems from the first visit.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to select Atticare! The guys were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, clean and tidy. We were super impress with the service they provided. They removed the existing insulation, sanitized the attic, seal all entry points and re-insulated it. Additionally, they seal all entry points around the perimeter of the house, including the crawl space and garage. We highly recommend this Diamond Certified company!

It’s tough to find a vendor like this these days. The estimator was responsive and knowledgeable, the installers (Denis and his team) were professional, detail orientated and went above and beyond what I was expecting (placing wire mesh over all of my ingress/egress areas to prevent rats from returning - which wasn’t even in the plan) which is why I gave them a 5 star review. I had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest. Highly recommend these guys, and specifically Denis and his crew.

100% awesome. From the instant reply to my online inquiry to the execution 3 days later, Atticare delivered way past my expectations. I had a skunk sneak into my crawl space and needed a deep clean asap. They replied instantaneously to my online inquiry and sent Corey out the next day for the inspection. Corey was exceptional. Professional and honest and provided us with a very reasonable and competitive quote. The team arrived on schedule at 8am three days later and did an excellent job! Roy, Sergio, and Miguel were simply amazing. The crawl space was very tight and extremely smelly and Roy and Sergio didn't complain and went right in...Miguel sealed up all the holes in the larger crawl space and cleaned and disinfected all the areas. Roy came out again and his crew (Valentin, Francisco, and Carlos M) double checked the whole house, cleaned up the war zone in my crawl space and sealed up all the holes caused my the skunks. It was horrible down there but the team had zero complaints and made sure that they cleaned out every single dropping and deep sanitized the whole area. I'm extremely grateful and impressed with the level of service and positive attitude expressed from the team as well as the customer service I received when I phoned in the problems and to schedule appointments. I found this company to be very professional and worthy. Steven met me at the property and cheerfully examined the issue and had a quote to me within 15 minutes. After getting four estimates for work done in my mother’s attic, I finally decided on Atticare. They were timely, neat and thorough, as well as friendly. They showed us before, during and after photos. Highly recommend!

We had the whole house fan (Quiet Cool Stealth Pro 5.5x) installed recently by Atticare. They gave the best price/quote for the install and also the ones who could install right away. As we were going through a heat wave, we didn't want to wait for several weeks for the install. The installation was quick. They did a clean job covering up everything including walls so that no dust would settle down anywhere. The whole installation took less than 2hrs. The fan works great and we turn it on for an hour or two in the morning and also late evening to bring the house to outside temperature quickly. The fan noise is minimal and you can barely hear it if you are >30ft away. It has a mild humming noise so not at all annoying. Our kids are able to sleep through it. Overall we are happy with the fan and also the installation.

Atticare staff reported to work on time, giving 30-minute advance notice of their arrival. Preparation for the attic work started with sealing off of the unaffected area with plastic sheets. The photos were taken before the existing thermal insulation removal work and after new thermal insulation was installed. The attic space was sealed off for rodent-proof steel wire mesh after existing thermal insulation was removed and before new thermal insulation was installed. The work started about 8 AM and completed about 3:30 PM for a 1,400 SF attic space. The foreman was very friendly and explained the work clearly in detail. Their professional workmanship is highly recommended for their prospective customers.

Atticare provided great service. The crew arrived on-time and was personable. They worked extremely hard to clean out the attic due to a rat issue. They removed the old blown in insulation, sanitized, sealed holes and installed new insulation.

We only had this company clean out existing insulation. They did a great job and the timeframe for the job was around the time it was estimated at. No accidents happened requiring any repairs. Being able to review and sign documents online made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend this company to take care of removing insulation for any homeowner.

I highly recommend Atticare. David M. was very professional and helpful. He and the rest of the crew (Leo and Carlos) did a great job cleaning our attic, replacing the insulation, rat proofing, and sealing cracks. They also did a great job making sure everything was left clean.

Attic Care was extremely responsive and quick. I needed new installation completed within the week and they were able to accommodate due to openings in their schedule. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they routed the vacuum hose through my baby's room. They did hang up plastic wrap all over the room but I did not appreciate that they went through my baby room when I was informed that the hose would go down the hallway.

Hire these guys! Nothing else to say. You want pros that get in, get out, get the job done right, clean up, do exactly what they say, then you want these guys! Dealt with a lot of people doing side jobs. Don’t do it. Half done sloppy jobs not finished . These guys damn! They know their stuff. Very impressive. Love what they did. Love my home now. Nasty 50 year old insulation sucked out and hauled away. Gone! Nice clean neat newly insulated, cracks sealed, rodent proof attic. Thrilled! Half a day and done!

Atticare came in on a Sunday to give us a bid. No hassle no BS. He came in, took a look at what we have, and went over his bid. Felt like it was a fare deal, so we scheduled. Crew came in 2 days later and installed the installation. Crew was quick, and cleaned up after them selves. The whole experience was good, I would recommend them for any installation needs.

Milo came out, inspected my attic and crawlspace, and gave me a truthful evaluation of the condition of our 50 year old insulation and ducting. We signed a contract and the new insulation and ducting repair was completed 4 days later. Everyone was polite and professional. I feel that we got a good vslue, and minimal hassle.

We re-insulated the attic space in our 45 year old home, and insulated the crawl space for the first time. We've lived here for 30 years and as we get older find that we are bothered by the cold weather and cold floors more and more. Hoping the crawl space insulation will help. The crew did a great job, were in and out in one day. The point of contact person, Connor, was always available to answer any questions. The spray disinfectant left a pretty strong odor that bothered me. Connor assured me it would dissipate soon, which it did within 2 days, but that if it still bothered me by Monday he would come back and try to address it. They could have used an odor-free spray if I had told him about my sensitivity to scents. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend them.

I found Atticare through a ValPak and I'm glad I did! This review may read as if it is an arranged endorsement but I am a consumer with no other connection to this business. They hit a grand slam with me in terms of price, service, quality, and personnel. Their bid was the best both in price and in the scope of tasks to be completed in terms of clean up, pest exclusion, and insulation. Everything that was needed and nothing that wasn't. My job was professionally assessed, explained, and the bid was in clear language and delivered in a timely fashion. The information given was thorough and accurate-- no hype and all questions were answered with patience. The scope of the work completed was as it turns out, well described and more importantly met the requirements of the job, even when it wasn't easy. The job was done on time and each step was documented in photos so I could see that all elements were performed to my satisfaction. The job site was protected and kept clean and secure. Communication with the foreman was top notch throughout. The quality of workmanship and materials were optimal and most importantly appropriate to my home. Every person employed at Atticare was personable, informative, and professional, whether in the bidding process, job delivery, or office communications. You would be wise to contact them if you need their services!

Don’t usually rate anyone, but so impressed with their professionalism, pricing and most importantly the results. Attic insulation has kept our house cool, even on the hottest days and reduced our power bill. Called them back to do a vapor barrier under our condo and there was a noticeable difference in the inside air when they left - no more musty smell. Highly recommend them

Good people, good follow up and reasonable price. They did a good job on my crawl space insulation, put on the vapor barrier, made sure tracked all holes, cleaned up all the dirt and sanitized the area. The team are good and responsible. I know the before and after condition as they took picture before and after.

Our attic and crawl space we're cleaned, insulated, rodent proofed, and all new duct working. Everything looks great so far. The crew was quick and professional. Additionally worked with us to time the work to be done the day after all our asbestos was removed. I would hire them again if I had to do it all over again.

These guys have great customer service. They took all day to clean out and install insulation— they also were the most competively priced (thanks Gil) . They took all of my items out of the attic and put them back in and even allowed offered to haul any garbage away that I did not want. This was a huge bonus. Gil also followed up to ensure I was satisfied. He was very professional and helpful. The only downside was a small hole ended up in my wall while they were working (accidents happen) but they immediately booked a handyman (Jeremy was great!) who came out patched the hole and did a beautiful and efficient job repainting - it looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend these guys — this is a very expensive procedure and I felt this was the best deal and value.

The team was very impressive. I spent my holiday money on this so wanted perfection and I got it. The men were courteous, answered questions,, came early and finished early. They guided my landscaper on additional areas to trim. Spent considerable time in the crawl space under my house. Very professional and Conscientious. .Plus my estimator/salesman, Gil, was very good.

Great experience with Atticare. We replaced the old insulation in our unfinished basement and got rid of rat infestation, sanitized the area + sealed all the possible holes of entry. They were on time and did a great job at a fair price. I definitely recommend this company.

Danis and his crew did a great job removing and reinstalling attic insulation in my home. My attic is very short so space is tight and moving around is hard, I was amazed at how fast they were able to compete the job. The crew all had on proper PPE and took all necessary precautions to keep the old fiberglass off the floors and driveway. Danis also showed me the work and made sure I was happy with it before his crew packed up. From the estimate to the final work, AtticCare showed professionalism and commitment to quality, definitely recommended.

These guys are absolutely terrific. The estimator, Ian, was very easy to work with and made great suggestions for the work to be done. Best of all, their price quote was very reasonable. After considering the original proposal, I needed to make some changes and Ian was very accommodating. Since my house had asbestos, Ian put me in touch with a remediation company and they coordinated the scheduling of the work so that the remediation was done one day and the AttiCare work immediately the next day. The workers arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They got to work right away and worked hard throughout the day. They cleaned the attic, put in fresh insulation, radiant barriers, and brand new air ducts. They also put in insulation and new ducts in the crawlspace with air duct boots where needed. They ran out of insulation and barrier material so the job wasn’t fully completed on the first day, but it was very easy to work with Ian on scheduling a couple guys to come out and finish the job. Overall it’s been a terrific experience with AttiCare and they deliver as promised at a resonable price. I highly highly recommend.

This was the first time I worked with an attic cleaning company so I was somewhat cautious in selecting the right company. My decision to use Atticare was an excellent one. From start to finish all the employees were helpful and informed and the final product was way beyond my expectations. The initial representative, Gil, was most helpful and dependable. The work supervisor, Luis, and his two helpers were hard working and speedy. They arrived within the appointment time window and left with all the debris removed from the attic. The work area was clean and tidy when they left. I had several neighbors ask about them and I had no problem recommending them.

We had rodent issue for 3 to 4 months. We finally gave up trying to solve the issue our selves. So we called Atticare for help. We had an inspection done and the following week they came and proofed our house. They were on time, fast and thorough with their work. Louis was great and explained everything they have done and even told me I have a leaking pipe. They even told me to call them to have them come back like 6 months or 2 months prior to my warranty expiring to make sure everything is going well. Very professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Jonathan, the sales associate, was thorough, took lots of pictures and completed everything that was committed too on a timely basis. The crew did a good job of taping off the area limiting the mess, but we still had to cleanup some food wrappers after (from the crew). Also, instead of screwing the side of vent leading to the register, they accidently screwed the register down to the carpet. They removed the screws so one register has two holes but otherwise I am pleased with the work. They aren’t the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Their work inside our attic was excellent. Now, we will monitor for further issues but Atticare agreed to warranty their work.

Atticare came cleaned up our crawl space and replaced the vapor barrier and insulation. The crew leaded by Melisio did a good job and were very careful cleaning up afterward. I removed one star due to some miscommunication about the work order and they ended up coming out a second to complete the whole job. Overall I'll still recommend them.

They were prompt, clean, friendly and efficient. Although the only access to our attic is in a bedroom closet, when the job was completed, there was no sign that anyone had ever been in the house. I would recommend Atticare to anyone looking to replace their insulation.

Ian is a wonderful person to deal with. I needed my entire attic insulated and needed my house rodent proof due to new construction that was going to happen soon. It seemed the bid was a bit high, but when I got two other quotes they were charging more and doing less. That’s when I realized Ian from Atticare was giving me a great deal. I am very happy! They were very clean and left no mess behind!!

In redoing our attic insulation and ducting and rodent-proofing they were prompt, efficient, did additional unanticipated work for a discounted price, cleaned up thoroughly, and did the whole job in the estimated two days even though it required extra long hours on their part. Very professional from start to finish. After the initial free inspection, it took me a while to get back to them and they just picked up where we left off. Appointment was scheduled, they showed up early, but waited outside until I noticed they were there and called. They said they were instructed not to disturb us until 9 am (appointment time), so I told them to go ahead whenever they were ready. Fernando and his team did a great job and got it all done in one day (on a Sunday!)

David, the sales person, did a thorough "crawl through" of both attic spaces in the house and presented us with pictures of it's current state. Excellent job. The crew arrived on time. They began work immediately. They covered the floors and walls where they would be bringing out the old installation and bringing in the new installation. I called Atticcare on Easter Sunday in a frenzy because some rodents living above my ceiling had been making lot some of noise and had actually broken holes through the plaster. They were the only company out of 10 I called that picked up the phone and were available for consultation. They came that same day and stayed to investigate and talk about the situation at hand for about 2 hours. It is clear that they want to provide people with all of the details and the best solutions. After the initial consultation, the crew came 2 days later and cleaned out our old insulation, blocked off animal entries, vacuumed and completely turned the grossness around. They were hard working and thorough. Francisco who helped us was very kind and let us know how the process was going throughout the day. He took before and after photos to show us the results and offered to come out for a free meeting a month later to assure no more creatures had gotten in. Overall a wonderful experience- fast response time, great customer service, great work, and kind people! Would definitely recommend.

He explained the pricing, pros and cons of each option and current company promotions. The crew that did the work was amazing as well. They were thorough, efficient and polite. I was amazed that they could do all that they did in one day and the house felt warmer that evening. I contacted Atticare for attic inspection and rodent proofing service. The technician/inspector, Michael, came to my house and went on to the attic for a thorough inspection and assessment. He clearly described the details about what he found and patiently answered all my questions. When he worked on the estimate, he explained all the options available and analyzed the pros and cons to me. Based on all the factors and what I prefer, he provided a very reasonable estimate. He is professional, patient, and honest. We're happy with the proposal so we've decided to go for it. Will post update when the project is done.

Don't usually write reviews but felt the need due to the excellent work. Great experience A++. Great crew and working with Mike made the day go by faster. Mike walked me trough all the work done and would highly recommend. Also to note they did a great cleanup job and fixed a few other issues they saw around the house.

These guys are awesome. We first checked them out because of the reviews. Michael came and did an half hour inspection and gave us a fair assessment. He didn't try to scare us, even though in the end we approved a big job. On the day of repair, the team (of 3) came and finished the whole job in one day. We had a decent size crawlspace and they installed the insulation, cleaning and installed vapor barrier before the sun went down. In the end, they let me go into the space with them to show me all the work. Price was reasonable and fair, and now we feel more safe (we don't hear animals scratching under our floors). One thing though, they really try to ask us to put review everywhere, hence you are reading this. but i was intending on giving one either way

I worked with Ariel (Manager) and Ricky (group lead) to get my attic cleaned out/re-insulated with R39, radiant barrier installed in garage attic and crawl space rodent-proofed and air ducts re-insulated. Here's why these guys are fantastic: 1. They gave me a fair quote. They were my third and final quote; another company came close, but I liked the honest approach these guys took to providing the quote and list of work to be done. 2. A large crew came in the morning and finished the entire job by evening, despite me adding the radiant barrier work in the garage last minute (which was a big job). They were quick, clean, professional and thorough. 3. Our chandelier came loose while the guys were in our attic because the contractor who installed it previously didn't do it properly. Long story short, the Atticare guys went above and beyond and fixed it, which was not a small job. They then finished their job, on time no less. I was really impressed. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly.

Great experience! Fast and reliable very meticulous work we are so happy with the job! They did both our clean out of the old insulation and sanitize and rodent proofing! We were so happy with the job they did we went back to them when it was time do the insulation. They just finished the insulation install and they did a fantastic job! Francisco, Angel, & Scott are all amazing reps to work with!

Attic Care made good on most of their promises. I was disappointed that the gentleman that talked us into working with their company did not come out at the end to confirm the job was done as he promised. Granted he and the company have been swamped with work. Attic Care did a good job. Both teams were friendly and professional. They protected my home by putting down plastic and moving furniture they thought might get damaged. They also cleaned up after they left. My only complaints are 1) the ugly way they sealed exterior holes with foam, 2) the promise to sanitize with bleach around the perimeter of the property so rats would not find they're way back didn't happen and 3) I felt a little rushed to sign-off at the end of the process.

Aaron came and did the estimate and was very professional. He explained everything to me in detail and even showed me pictures of what he found. I was able to schedule an appointment and they came and did the work a few weeks later. They did a great job and now we do not have rats anymore in the crawl space and attic.

Honest. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Professional. Dave A. is the technician who came to give us an estimate...on time, all prepared with booties, clipboard and ladder. He called to keep us abreast of his arrival time, too. The best part was how we benefited based on his recommendation on how the work should be looked at and get done it done cost effectively. We needed to get our garage attic cleaned (rodent feces) and sanitized before we get some upgrades done to the garage. We also have a lot of items in the garage and attic, which would have been difficult for them to do a good job. He was very knowledgeable, precise with his answers/comments and patient in explaining what would be the best course of action that we hadn't even thought of. With light plumbing and electrical work we will be doing to the garage, Dave point out there will be new holes, cracks and gaps that'll get created, which will allow for new entries for rodents and defeating all of the clean up and sanitizing work. Why pay twice for the work and more importantly, not solve the access issue. Instead, we decided to get the upgrades done first and then call them back when the work is done. Thanks, Dave for being a good person! And, thinking this process correctly and working with us by giving us couple options on how to be cost effective with the approach. And, most importantly...for being honest. Hard to find this from a service provider today. Other customers will benefit when they get you in the future.

We are return customers for Atticare. The first job was for the attic last year- the place was a complete mess with a massive amount of rodent droppings and a true health hazard. We contacted Atticare from web search and because they are Oakland based, gave them the business after a visit from their technician. In one day a very professional crew completely cleaned the space, put in new insulation and rodent proofed entrances. Very good job. This past week we had Atticare again for the basement crawlspace, also rat infested. Again, one day for the professional crew that did an outstanding job. The technician Aaron was professional, did accurate bid and great follow up. We fully recommend Atticare to anyone in the Bay Area - a pleasure to work with.

Joey and his crew came out to rodent proof our attic, and to blow new insulation today. I addressed my concern with Joey about running into walls and taking great care of our home while they were here doing the work. He reassurred me they will do everything they can to protect the walls, carpet and windows. These guys are great! He did everything I asked. He took pictures to show me where he thinks the rodents were coming in from. After he sealed the holes and sanitize the attic, I was asked to inspect their work. I really didn't want to go up to the attic,so he waited for my husband to come home to inspect their work before the new insulation was to be blown in. I highly recommend Joey and his team. We are very satisfy with their work.

I called the Atticare to give me an estimate for rodent issue that we have in the crawl space and got schedule for the same week inspection. The tech person Ian arrived 10 minutes earlier and check all the possible option from the attic, to the crawl space and even from the outside of the house. He gave me a quote to clean the crawl space and close all the possible entry points and also offer to fix me some duct issue with no charge and we booked the work for the next week. Its been already almost a mont and the company send a technician per our request to inspect that all is clean. Photos looks great and I’m very glad that so far so good. For sure I will recommend them!

Dan arrived on time as scheduled and was very efficient and courteous. He took care of our immediate problem and rather than quoting expensive services, recommended that I go back to a previous contractor that should stand behind their warranty for work done three years ago. I appreciate his honest approach.

I called Attic Care because of suspected bird dropping and noise from the celling. We received coupon in the mail. For $95 they were willing to clean up the attic. When Dan, the technician came to my house with his assistant Roberto, they were extremely professional and timely. The work was done first class. Both gentlemen provided excellent service. We were very pleased and will call them again in the future.

Dan was my technician and he was AWESOME! He was very courteous, upfront and very honest which are qualities I deemed very important for a service provider. I initially requested Atticare SF to do the $100 attic cleanup special as advertised, but Dan saw that there were very few mice droppings in my attic so he insisted to do it for free! He didn't charge me for vacuuming my attic and what deal could be better than that? Definitely recommend this company and will keep contact information because I will call them if I ever have attic problems in the future!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!
